People are becoming suspicious about TOPPT. I had my moment when I listened to the first audio interview and heard a lawyer dodging a question (where she was to inform us about the three elements of what constitutes a loan). The question was expertly avoided and the dialogue was scrubbed from the transcript. (So much for transparency.) I held my peace waiting to see what unfolded. The most recent "press release" has me concluding this is disinfo, especially when it was said:
TO BE or NOT TO BE and TO DO or NOT TO DO...by free will conscious choice...that IS the question and choice consciously before you NOW, and IN plain english as legalese (CODE), is no longer lawful and legal... we DO clarify:
IN plain English ????????????????????? Uh, no, it's not. Speaking in "5D language" when most of the planet does not understand it is just another form of speaking in CODE... are we trading one "CODE" for another?

My feelings at this moment is that if the inauguration happens, business as usual, I will not continue to post TOPPT (aka OPPT) any longer. I will continue to watch it and report anything significant AND verifiable, but otherwise not give it any further "free advertising." FYI, as of January 5th, after hearing Heather give the first live interview, more red flags were waving (the first one was the incredible amounts of money being offered... you want to get people's attention then use money as a hook), as I told the Admins, but I don't censor information because I could be wrong. I kept quiet so I wouldn't sway anyone else's opinion.
I've made my decision and where to cut it, but I am left with a burning question... if TOPPT is a cabal-backed ploy, then what purpose is it serving? A distraction? To bring out identities of people for future "processing"? Or?
One last comment (as if that's possible for me), is the last comment that speaks of trolls. There's that "us vs. them" mentality. It refuses to acknowledge that there are shades of gray between black and white. Asking "D" if she is in control as it is very apparent she is being changing with every changing wind is not necessarily a troll statement. It is the statement of an alarmed person pointing obvious observations. In fact, in this spy v. spy world, the "Light-speaking" posts (at least some) could be trolls. You think trolls can't learn the language? The best trolls look and sound like the group they infiltrate.

I agree with you Cheryl about TOPPT. My mind is a bit more at ease knowing that a nuclear war will not be permitted.
Rosemary, it has been said in numerous places that the ETs will not allow a nuclear war. I don't know about regional conflicts.
TOPPT is said to be intended for the entire world, yet the language is so specialized (metaphysical-new age) that it can't be translated (one German fellow said that). I hope it is real and a good thing, but there are some obvious flaws that need to be worked through.
I agree with you Cheryl. Yes it did feel like a distraction. It is a game played on human emotions. On Heather website, I read the comment section just to see people reaction to this news. As usual, we see the average comments from the general population, but one comment stood out. It was the typical me me me attitude of 3D mentality. This man and his wife heard about TOPPT. He was asking when he would get his money, in which currency it will be available and if his money will be delivered in his bank account.
TOPPT could be a great idea if it can prove that it will work with the different policy system found around the world, but it seem to have been drawn to quickly without considering that TOPPT will have to be bent for each country around the world.
Yes Peter S. Love and tolerance and above all hate and bigotry, need to go. We have, at the moment, to many integrist radical around the world. It appear that the Cabal is founding these groups to really start a 3rd world war. A good example is what is what is going on in Mali and Algeria. France is now on the ground in Mali with 2,000 soldiers and they are asking the UN for assistance. The US and the United Kingdom are not engaged yet. The UN is asking other African countries to come help the French.
Cheryl, have we reach the "Mass Critical Point" to prevent this war from escalating into a global conflict? Well I guess, we the 4D people, need to send out light prevent all this from getting uglier.

Unfortunately Cheryl, I agree. There seems to be a lot around that leads to confusion, dissolution and disappointment to the degree and perhaps with the intent of us missing the point or ignoring the real positive things when they come along.
In regard to the TOPPT, it has always worried me that it relied so much on an existing 3D tool ( ie money - which some would say IS the root of all evil anyway). On the surface it did appear that it created a level playing field by giving copious amounts of money to all - but IMO it failed because it didn't address the things we really need in this world which is greater love and tolerance and less hate and greed and bigotry. Money is not the answer to everything. I know TOPPT also aims to remove the shackles of control (government), but what will take its place - we will still need governance of some sort - and if mankind hasn't change enough in the areas that I've mentioned - I'm concerned what may follow.
With all of these things I think we all need to continue to explore everything without prejudice but be alert and be aware and follow our heart. Our higher souls will guide us if we look deep enough.

If this monetary system crashes, we could see a total change in people attitude. We have so much abilities, but are afraid to go for it. Cheryl says here "lets meet our brother and sister from space half way." This is a start.

It unfortunately makes me think that if people can do a lot of things now for free or for a minimal cost for the disadvantaged but don't .... then what will drive people to do it just because they have a fist full of dollars?

Well said all of you. That is exactly what think. We should do like this Indian mentor. He came to this Indian village and notice that every one were emaciated from the lack of food. He asked the villagers why they were starving. Some answered that because of the lack of rain, their crop had dried in the field. Since the villager were penniless, he proposed to them to do a cistern system. The villagers reminded the visitor that they could not buy the material to build a cistern. Looking around, the visitor notice a pile of rocks on the ground. He tole the villagers to gather the rocks. Part of it would be pounded into dust and the rest would be use for the cistern structure. The whole village started to work. From the dust they made the mortar needed for to coat the rocks and since they were done before the monsoon, when the rain came, the cistern was full. When came time to harvest, they had plenty of foods until the next harvest. This is what we need to do. Do project without money.
