I agree, jak, disinfo at its best, if these boxes were really droped by UFO's the whole beach would be sealed of, a high fence erected, and the military would take over. It would be like martial law. this is an obvious fact.

Is it possible that these are devices that could control earthquakes along the coast. Since there are so many fault lines. Just thinking.
