Nothing. Either way, we chop off a little bit of the Cabal power. What they cannot control is our human ability to focus on love. And now that people are getting ready for the holidays, our brains are busy at finding the perfect gift, giving money and food for the needy and of course of being merry. Things are a bit on hold.

Ac Tah's exercises are worth it. It does improve health and focus our mind at feeling the magnetic energy. 

I really do love the Hopi. They left Atlantis when the continent was lost. They came to the Americas guided by ETs. The elders have kept their belief going strong all those years and now they are ready.

I think the  Hopi  had  it  right  when  they  said   "  We  are  the  ones we  have  been waiting for ".  The  knowledge has know been made available.  If  it is  real then  we stand a  chance to  make a difference and if  it  isn't then  we  tried an in the  process  out  out   so much  positive  and loving  energy.  What  do  we  have to  lose?

Well said DesertRose. I have been trying to learn the different movement from Ac Tah's video. I am planing to do them outside during the 21 to 23 of this month. I want to make sure that I do not miss the midpoint time and date and feels the 8 minute of the alignment. Even If I get only 8 minutes of energy, to me it will be worth it.

Yes Cheryl, ETS will want us to make our baby steps without them interfering. If we do every thing with love, It will help the whole of humanity.

I agree, too.  By raising vibrations either the lower vibes rise or they will not become part of our 5D destiny.  And I like the concept of empowerment and think at least some ETs expect us to take the reins and do what we can.  I'm not buying into the everyone-is-going-to-ascend and ascension chambers for every soul on the planet.  Those that are close enough, perhaps, but it makes more sense that those who have a ways to go need to go to another 3D planet to complete their initiations/trials/schoolhouse lessons.  If those things could just be embedded, then why have we all been here?  Of course, the more I think on these things, the more I realize how much universal law is embedded in the Bible.  Perhaps this is a special dispensation?  Could this be the meaning of the parable of the men hired at the 11th hour getting as much pay as those who worked all day long?  Hmm.

Yes,  Rosemary  I  have  joined  the mailing list  And  I agree with you  completely.  The  time to  simply  prepare  and look out  for  oneself  has  ended.  We  must  actively  participate  in what is  to come for our  own  sake as   well  as  that  of  the planet.  That work is not in  trying to  destroy  or bring down TPTB.  But rather change the vibration  around us  and them.  A higher  frequency  will  begin to  nullify  the  lower  vibrations.  Thereby,  I  believe making  their selfish and self centered plans much  more difficult to execute.  Or  so  I  hope and for that  I am   willing to  take  an active  role  in changing and raising  the vibratory  level.  This  gives  me hope that if  enough of us work together  we  can achieve  it  . Rather than sitting back  and  hoping that  some form of   Extra  Terrestrial  help  will  come to save  us.  I  like this  better.  To  feel empowered  that there is  something that   we  can  do  to make a  difference.  I   embrace it  and  I accept the  challenge.

Very well worded, Desertrose. Ac Tah has a series of magnetic exercises that I found really good. Have you suscribed to his web site wet? I did. Practicing giving out love is is opening all of us up to a higher frequency. Would you agree that it is the initial process of Ascension?

Everyone is  always  saying  what  can  I  do  I  am only  one person.  Well the  reason   I posted this is  because  it starts  with one person  and one person can  make a  difference.  If  one  takes the teachings  that he is  making available we cannot only make a difference in  our lives, but in the lives of  those around us.  We  have what it  takes to  do that . Energy is the  key  and  it  runs through  us  and  surrounds us.  Our   Auras and  our consciousness are  what we  must develop to make that  difference.  What  better way to influence and make a  difference than through  non violent  loving energy. It   has intelligence and it   flows  where it  is needed.  The  only   effort requested  of us is  to put into action what we  have been  taught. You  cannot get much  simpler  than that.  My   family  and I  will be  starting this weekend.

The more  people making the  effort and  stepping forward t do their part the  stronger  the  energy  field that  is created.  We  no longer  have to  focus on  our  own  survival.  We  now  have the tools to help others.  No more  excuses......I  will be  posting the other videos  once I   have been able to find all of them.  That  way  we  have  a more complete picture of what we  can  do .
