I've been reading about the Arcturians and of all the races I've read about, I've developed a strong affinity for these beings. The link is to a rather lengthy article that is pretty mind-blowing and I wanted to share it.
There is a book called "We, The Arcturians" which is a memorialization of encounters Dr. Norma Milanovich had with these 5th dimensional beings, published back in 1990 and is worth the read.
