Nov. 12, 2013Obama signed a new executive order on Friday [November 1, 2013] that gives him and the federal government unlimited power over all fossil fuels, land, water, air space.
Through the guise of dealing with global warming, the new order can be used to justify any action against you, from preventing you to make changes to your property to any activity that could possibly increase greenhouse gasses.
Executive orders are unconstitutional in the first place by creating laws outside the legislative process.
This is ‘in your face’ totalitarianism!
Through the stroke of the pen, President Obama on Friday used his executive powers to elevate and take control of climate change policies in an attempt to streamline sustainability initiatives – and potentially skirt legislative oversight and push a federal agenda on states.
The executive order establishes a task force of state and local officials to advise the administration on how to respond to severe storms, wildfires, droughts and other potential impacts of climate change. The task force includes governors of seven states — all Democrats — and the Republican governor of Guam, a U.S. territory. Fourteen mayors and two other local leaders also will serve on the task force.
All but three of those appointed are Democrats. The task force will look at federal money spent on roads, bridges, flood control and other projects. It ultimately will recommend how structures can be made more resilient to the effects of climate change, such as rising sea levels and warming temperatures.
“We’re going to need to get prepared. And that’s why this plan will also protect critical sectors of our economy and prepare the United States for the impacts of climate change that we cannot avoid,” President Obama said back in June, when he first launched a Climate Action Plan. “States and cities across the country are already taking it upon themselves to get ready… And we’ll partner with communities seeking help to prepare for droughts and floods, reduce the risk of wildfires, protect the dunes and wetlands that pull double duty as green space and as natural storm barriers.”
The White House added in Friday’s statement that even as the United States acts to curb carbon pollution, officials also need to improve how states and communities respond to extreme weather events like last year’s Superstorm Sandy. Building codes must be updated to address climate impacts and infrastructure needs to be made more resilient.
Critics of the order charge, among other things, that it groups together everything from forest fires to heavy rains as evidence of climate change – despite scientific testimony from both sides of the debate.

Ascension is definitely going to be the greatest thing we have ever experienced.
It's fun to theorize about it - but will be much more fun when it happens!

I wish we had more answers, Peter. The two-earth theory doesn't sound credible. Supposedly, those who will ascend at this time will ascend with their bodies, that will be transformed. Gaia, the spirit of Earth, is to ascend, so following that theory, Earth ascends too, and is transformed. To leave behind a copy doesn't make sense, but what do 3D-limited earth being know, right?
I still think that we, as spiritual beings, can be ascending within the 3D bodies for a time, but at some point we will "pop." The idea of a waiting area is one possibility. I read somewhere that those who ascend first will be groomed to come back and help out, so that's another theory.

Cheryl, obviously I don't know which ascension theory is correct - I'm not sure any human currently (in 3D) does.
The two earth theory is interesting and naturally is possible - but it's not my preferred theory at this stage.
Personally, I sort of feel that we will keep our 3D bodies when we ascend - even though they will be transformed into a revamped 4D version. In that case, I can't see how the two earth theory - which leads to the assumption of a two body theory - would exist.
If the two earth / body theory exists then who takes over our remaining 3D body? Or does the 4D version become another extension of our "being" and become the dominant experience - and our 3D body continues on in the 3D world as if nothing happened. But that would be like "hell" for our continuing 3D experience because it would continue to seek ascension without realizing it had already been attained - I hope that's not the case and that is where we currently are - however I don't think so. Alternatively, I can't see how another soul could take over our continuing 3D body.
So, as I said earlier, I think in essence we will keep our 3D bodies (although transformed) when we move to 4D. This point of view, however, does create a dilemma for the popcorn theory though - as in, where do the first to "pop" (ascend) go whilst waiting for the earth to ascend? My theory is that through this period of ascension they wait (suspended in 4D) for the rest of us and the Earth to complete the process. This process may take a year or two (which in my opinion has already started), but in terms of the universe that is but a blink of an eye. In the mean time, those that are not ascending to 4D are going to either be removed from this planet in their 3D form or die to be reincarnated elsewhere to continue their 3D experience.
I will freely admit my theory has many holes in it. For example, according to my theory, only people who completely disappear without a trace (and not just die) could have ascended - and I don't see many reports or have witnessed people disappearing at an increasing rate as yet.
As always - I'm open to suggestions or alternative theories.
Whatever the process, I still think it is one of the most exciting things that could happen!
Yep Byron, have to agree many of us want it to happen - the sooner the better - to end this seemingly stupid way of life - but all in good time, my friend, all in good time!
I just want it to happen and there are so many people trying to explain it. I know we have consciousness waking up so maybe it has begun. We have Tolec and others saying we will ascend in a flash then those who say you have to go through a great deal of pain and body changes. I just keep looking for signs. The rest of the world is just as insane as it always is as though nothing is going to happen. This 3 D world is getting very trying.
Peter, I've been confused on the two-earth theory. If the Earth ascends, but leaves a 3D copy of herself behind, couldn't that be the same principle for those on Earth? Could our bodies (the ones that are still alive at the time of ascension) continue on with new souls waiting for a 3D experience when our own souls ascend? Anyone read anything about this?
Donald, it makes sense those dying now, whether naturally or otherwise probably are moving on. We can be in 4D and still reside in 3D. For instance, those who achieve the ability to have unconditional love are displaying a 4D trait. So, some of us may be in that "moment" of popping (going from solid form to "light body), a sort of slow-motion transformation.
Ascension is an interesting concept / process.
I think the popcorn analogy could very well apply - as the energy / frequency / vibration builds within each individual's human DNA it could easily affect others that are ready to be awoken / switched on / attuned and this will then affect others - building and bubbling to a "boil" of mass ascension (for those who are ready - of course).
I'm not sure if the period / process of ascension has begun. But lets' assume it has, then I guess there are two possible scenarios for people who pass-on during this period, which are:
1) These souls have automatically ascended, or
2) These souls move on to begin a new life in another 3D world as children of it's current inhabitant - (something that Mithi mentioned in regard to the recent Filipino disaster).
Personally I find option 2 to be the more logical for the following reason: If we assume that Earth is also ascending then for option1 to apply there must already be two Earths - that is, the one that we are still on as well as the ascended Earth (if not where would the already ascended souls go?) That would then imply that we would need to die to ascend - I'm not convinced of that.
Also, Tolec has mentioned that those who will not be ascending will be moved off Earth - relocated to another world - to remain in 3D (ie not ascended) and the people remaining will all ascend with the planet. I tend to agree or rather hope for this version - obviously yet to be confirmed or verified.
Let's face it anything is possible.
But all the current crap we are going through I'm convinced is directed at trying to deny / delay the ascension process - but as it is inevitable, they can't completely stop the process. In addition, I have heard that many other ET races are wanting for our ascension to happen as it will help with their own ascension process - so they will also not allow it to fail.
Anyway, enough babel from me.

No seriously, Cheryl, some may have already left. The casualties in the Philippines for example may have left.
I think the idea is that each and everyone of us is an eternal being and when we lose a biological body to death we move on to another one possibly somewhere else in the galaxy.
Just a thought.
