I too am sorry for your loss. As an avid animal lover my pets are my furry babies. They are loved and cared for as part of the family. I recently lost my little old man as well he was 84 in doggie years and our eternal puppy. We miss him dearly. It helps to know that he was loved and cared for and that while he was here he was happy. Never slowing down with age and playing as puppies are want to do.
Please know that Billy will always be with you. He is happy and will never hurt again. You will miss him but that love will see you through. Your daughter will cope in time. When the time is right you can never replace him , but you can give another one a loving home. Giving another loving being the chance to experience what Billy had with you and your family.
My heart goes out to you and yours. May the sorrow be replaced by the bittersweet memories of the time and the love that you shared. I will be praying for you.
Blessings of Love and Light to you and yours, dear one .
Teresa. - I'm sorry you loss of your Kitty and
MaryAnn - for the loss of your dog.
Its never easy to lose those we love. The pain is so unbearable we say to ourselves we will never do it again, expose our hearts to the pain - but the love we share is too much to deny. I hope to see my loved ones in the next life and I know I will. As they wait for us, it brings them joy to see us eventually share our love again - never to replace, but to spread our love to those who need us like did. They want us to be happy while we wait to be joined together.
Some of the various predictions whether they are religious or from the Zetas, we could see something happen within the next few days or week. With all the quakes happening off the eastern coast of Australia, I'm beginning to wonder if Lemuria is going to pop up any day now!
It sounds like we are having very similar experiences with people around us, our relationships, with being caretakers throughout most of our lives. We have that feeling of being responsible for all; others will sense this and either use it and abuse it or recognize that we are people who are willing to reach out and help where needed and offer the same; we open our doors when someone needs a place to stay, etc. I've been told that my life work is "caretaker" (although I didn't really need to hear that to know it). I think our real work is about to begin.
I am so sorry for your loss MaryAnn, my prayers go out to you and your daughter. Blessed were you to have had a chance to have had Billy(think thats the doggies name) in your life. :) May your daughter cope quickly.
I don't think we are out of the woods yet. At least I hope it's not today I have somebody coming to look at my house - keep fingers and toes crossed everybody! And just in case, my bug out bag is close to reach and I have a full tank of gas. I just grab the cats and dogs and I'm outta here. Come to think of it, I've got food for the animals and nothing for me except 3 gallons of water! I better learn to like dog food pretty fast! LOL!
