    I get ringing in my ears on and off.  It isn't constant thankfully.  As to healing, I am over due on that one.  Someone get rid of this hashimoto's thyroid crap I have, it is not fun.

    Hi Keith. The ringing in my ears is still very prominent as well. In my opinion, as we go through this adjustment/healing process (with the incoming frequencies) some of us may find that we develop some symptoms that may appear we are heading in the wrong direction health wise - but I think this is part of the healing process with the physical body finally purging itself of impurities.

    Excellent assessment, Peter.  I resonate with it.  Taking the slow, gentle route will achieve better results.  Many people don't even have a clue anything is going on.  Imagine waking up one morning and you're suddenly crystalline.  Think there might be a bit of shock?  I think most people would go insane. 

    The education needs to continue, as well.  I remember my first reading back in 2010.  I truly believed the person was nuts.  I have it on tape and on subsequent reviews, after having acquired more education, I understand what he's saying now.  There is a definite learning curve in all this.

    Hi Kim. I associated healing with all of the 4 fields of our human experience which include physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Any of these fields can affect each other via their vibration and frequencies. I'm a believer that illness or disease is a result of imbalance of one or more of these fields which can then manifest in even a seemingly unaffected field.

    The gradual change of our individual vibrational frequencies (that has been begun by the galactic alignment) will help to rid us of many ailments (in all of the 4 fields - which are very much interconnected). This process can be helped along if we keep an open mind and open heart so that we can be receptive to this new energy.

    So I think we can help the process along, so we are more prepared for the final complete transformation - and then no more disease - as our frequencies will all be in balance!

    When you say heal Peter, is this physically healing?  I know once the transformation happens, that will happen with everyone as there will be no more sickness (and no more death).  Wish that would hurry up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi all. Have just returned home from a few very relaxing days in the country - it certainly helps to clear the mind!

    My interpretation on TOLEC's message is that it was the energy waves released by the Earth's plasma core that will pause (and not the Earth's rotation) at the time of the galactic alignment. This allows the Earth's vibration to be elevated to what he calls the SAR status whereby a stronger or different frequency will be released.

    This, in my opinion, aligns with the theory that the galactic alignment enabled a "cosmic" door to be opened for the Earth to receive a new or heightened form of energy which has originated from the galactic core then transferred through to our solar system and planet via our solar portal (our sun). By changing the Earth's vibration and it's emitted frequency this will ultimately change our DNA or perhaps reactivate existing DNA to a heightened power or level.

    This will be a gradual process over a period of time and perhaps up to a year (in alignment with TOLEC's view on change to 4D in early 2014). In my opinion, the change will be slow so as not to create any shock to our human physical (and perhaps conscious mind) system and will be similar to a natural health remedy - addressing the root cause, not just masking the symptoms - but requiring/allowing time for the mind/body to make the adjustment - this results in a much better result of a stronger or more suitable mind/body type (and perhaps ultimately more light based body ie 4D). A sudden awakening of the mind is not something we could all handle. And besides, in cosmic time an Earth year is but a mere second - if that!

    Naturally our beautiful mother Earth is also going through a similar process which may result in the 90 degree shift TOLEC refers to in 2013 - which could also signify an absolute and inevitable "lock-in" of this new energy.

    I know many people argue or make the point that TOLEC hasn't actually delivered on anything as yet. I too agree with those views - I would like to see something "concrete" to validate his version of events.

    However, there is one thing I am totally convinced on and that is that all matter (including the human mind/body) and anti-matter is basically energy or frequency. With that in mind I cannot help but find some sort of resonance with TOLEC's version of events. Time (what ever that may be) will tell!

    I'm looking forward to 2013 - even more so now that Dec 21, 2012 didn't produced anything instantaneously that was perceivably different - because to me it's a chance for us all to create a new beginning, where if we have faith and belief, over time we can all create a new future with a new paradigm with heightened (or remembered) powers or awareness. I'm hoping more people will become aware of this revelation during the next period of time (due to the change of the Earth's vibration cause by the galactic wave from the galactic core).

    I also believe the more you individually want to change and heal (physically, mentally & spiritually) then the more pronounced the change will be. Individuals will receive their own signals or messages from "source" (whatever that maybe) that will show them the way to heal/change as they need. It is important that those of us who feel the change, that we go with it and follow though with it - as this will have a flow on effect to those around us who perhaps cannot see (or understand the signals or what is happening). Our individual personal change (through vibration and frequency) will automatically have a positive effect on others without any need for verbal communication, and during this period many will make the change for a better world. This is an existing basic process of telepathy communication we all currently possess which can be heightened and improved upon by this process.

    So, in summary, with or without the proof of TOLEC's version, I see a bright future. But, for some reason, although part of me remains somewhat sceptical, I still think he is on the right track.
