Tolec has including updates on the FAQ page of the Andromeda Council website about:
1) The changed circumstances of the awaited Cosmic Event (the Earth fly-by of the large asteroid "Silver Ray") and the effect this has on the plans to destroy the final (now vacated) Reptilian base by the people of Procyon,
2) An update on the number of Reptilian bases that actually existed,
3) An update on the timing of the visitation by the Andromeda Council representatives, which has been delayed waiting on other events to happen (including a visit to Earth by re-engineered Reptilians attempting to fool us), and
4) An update on the so-called joint USA/Chinese naval operation against an extraterrestrial threat.
On the FAQ page, the updated material is in "blue" type: http://www.andromedacouncil.com/FAQ-FrequentQuestions.html
An interesting read.

This is hard to believe. From one source to another, the reptilian presence is more or less in existence. Most source do agree that a form of dark energy is still in control of Earth. These people do not want to relinquish their power. These people where originally here to help us evolve, but with time, they became our enemy even stopping our spiritual evolution.
That's my point...why predict when it can change? Yes, credibility suffers from failed predictions.
Although personally I still like what Tolec has to say, I am also frustrated when his predictions don't come to fruition - undeniable proof seems hard to come by.
Maybe everything is "fluid" and subject to change due to the many "timeline" possibilities.
And, if that is so, it is then dangerous (from a credibility point of view) to make predictions, because by their very nature they are bound to change.
As with many things through this period of change - time will tell.
I was thinking the same thing, here we go again. If things are always prone to change, then what's the point in predictions?
