Yes, Teresa, the Health Ranger is all over big pharma's *ss.

We all need D3 during winter months since there isn't as much sunshine or we're not out in it enough.  It boosts the immune system.  With CFIDS I have a chronic deficiency and had forgotten to renew my Rx.  That's why I got so violently ill back around T'giving.
