No, I got it from a Galactic Heart email from Sheldan Nidle's group.  The video was originally done in French.  Notice that it kept saying "Confederation of Planets" but the translatation into English overlay said "Galactic Federation...."

Think the Confed of Planets was hijacked by the Galactic Federation....  lol
