Do you honestly desire to be such a Comforting Presence to all life?
To the masses which make up the majority of the members of the human race, the elemental kingdom (including birds and the four-footed creatures, who have no words to express either their aspirations nor their desires) the Maha Chohan is a Comforting Presence.
To the “few” who desire to help him in his service, he offers the training, discipline and self-control required to become comforting presence to others. Thus he prepares individuals to be “conductors” of his nature (the expression of the Holy Spirit) to mankind and the attendant evolutions developing in, through and around the planet Earth at this time. These “few” are usually recommended by the Chohan of the ray to which they belong or they may apply personally (through the Holy Christ Self) for such training at the Temple of Comfort (Ceylon). Those so applying are given opportunity for such individual attention of this Great Lord. From the directions and instructions given to them and due to the proximity of their souls to his person, they gradually develop a nature like unto his own. Thus they truly become the Holy Spirit in person, acting as outpost of his divine presence in the environment in which they abide.
Do you honestly desire to be such a comforting presence to all life, irrespective of personal attractions and interests? If so, enter the Temple of Comfort. Stand before its Hierarch and be willing to comply with his directions. Then witness the effect of your endeavors in the world of those around you. You will require no other measure but your own influence upon the life around you to determine how much you have achieved by such aspirations and consequent service in name.

We of the Arcturian Group wish to say that much change is on the horizon. You are witnessing the death throes of world beliefs that have held mankind in bondage through lifetimes. These dense miscreations can only dissolve as higher frequencies of truth begin to replace the energy that formed them in the first place.
A sense of discord comes when everything familiar begins to change but intense fears and confusion will not come to those who understand that nothing real ever ends, but rather transmutes into higher levels of expression as consciousness becomes more enlightened. Because third dimensional energy is so dense, this process is gradual and involves many twists and turns of resistance.
Focus your attention and efforts on being the highest level of truth you know in every moment and situation, rather than on the illusions of material sense around you. Your Light, the Light of awakened consciousness, is serving to open the pathways that allow more Light to flow to earth. These high frequency energies are affecting all life. Everyone is feeling them, the un-awakened, the awakened, and the animal kingdom as well.
These high frequency energies are causing many of you to experience times when emotions, physical aches and pains, or extreme physical exhaustion seems to take over. If you are not alert, it can easily lead you to believe that something is seriously wrong, but then within a day or two things seem back to normal and you feel fine--until the next time. These experiences are related to the process of clearing, translating and integrating new and higher frequencies into the physical, and the mind's interpretation of the process.
It takes energy to do these energetic upgrades leaving you with less for your usual everyday chores. Ascension energies are replacing the denser in physical cells. Allow the process to take place without immediately concluding that something is wrong, but rather know that something is right. Your physical expression is unfamiliar with what is taking place because serious energetic upgrades while remaining in the physical has never happened before.
As you integrate these new energies and your resonance changes, you will no longer be in alignment with many things that up to now have been a part of ordinary living. Heavy foods, alcohol, sugars, and processed foods that you may of previously enjoyed with no problem, now either don't appeal to you or make you feel sick when you eat them.
Because everything is energy, energetic alignment is necessary if there is to be harmony of anything-- marriage relationships, friendships, foods, entertainment, employment, ideas, beliefs, etc. You are no longer in alignment with many of the seemingly ordinary things you were once aligned with. Your evolving state of consciousness is resonating with new and higher frequencies and attempts to make something spiritually outgrown continue as it once was, will not work.
Free will allows everyone to ignore truth as long as they wish, but truth can never go away because it is the reality. Only those things created from illusory concepts can dissolve permanently. Try to see change as a graduation, dear ones. Many believe that they are open to change, but when something familiar begins to change or disappear, even the very awake will often respond with resistance because there is a sense of security in what is familiar.
You are no longer evolutionary beginners and are well prepared to withdraw your sense of security from the outer through the realization that safety and security are already fully present within, facets of your own Divine Consciousness. Learn to go with the flow while giving no power to events and situations that may affect your sense of security. Stay in the now moment, trusting that all is proceeding according to a Divine plan individually and globally regardless of whether or not anyone believes it.
This does NOT mean that you never take precautions in situations where they may be required. It means that you take the practical actions you are guided to take for living in a third dimensional world, but you do these things without surrendering to fear concepts regarding certain people, places, or things secure in the realization that one with God is a majority.
We wish to speak of suffering which is a general term describing the feelings that follow great loss or simply living day to day in physical, emotional, or mental pain. Many ( awakened and un-awakened) are suffering as the result of the intense clearings of old energy now taking place in Gaia, individuals, and within the third dimensional belief system as a whole.
In previous lifetimes, most individuals incarnated with one lesson they wanted to concentrate on. Because of the powerful ascension process taking place now, you came into this life with the intention of resolving and moving beyond any remaining issues with people, places, groups, or belief systems--anything in need of completion or that might act as a barrier to your ascension.
Intense experiences of good or bad remain stored in cellular memory and are carried from lifetime to lifetime until cleared. Cellular memories you are ready to to clear are surfacing through experiences that alert you to their presence but do not need to be identified or "figured out".
As you live from a higher state of consciousness, frequencies of Light automatically dissolve the lower resonating energies. It is a waste time to dwell on or try to figure out everything that may be clearing because this just focuses on old energy. If it is necessary for you to know something for your spiritual growth, you will somehow get that information through dreams, intuition, or actual memory. At this time many of you are clearing for the world and not always personally. Remember there is only ONE.
For those of you experiencing depression, sadness, and sorrow we say to you, allow these emotions to flow through without resistance. Suffering is created by holding on to unfulfilled expectations of how things should look or be in order to be right which always reflects one's personal belief system.
In the three dimensional world, most suffering is caused by seemingly uncontrollable forces--nature, laws, religious beliefs etc. This is how a dimension based in duality and separation, works. This is what you are evolving out of. Duality and separation does not exist in the higher dimensions. The three dimensional belief system represents the lowest rung of a very high dimensional ladder although most as of yet do not realize this.
Suffering remains and will continue to remain alive and well as long as world consciousness continues to create through beliefs of duality and separation. Never forget that as expressions of the Divine, everyone is a creator, forming their world out of the substance of their state of consciousness. Help those who suffer in whatever practical ways you are guided to, but never believe that it is your duty to save anyone for all are learning lessons they themselves chose with the help of their Higher Self and Guides.
Mind interprets one's attained state of consciousness and manifests it as physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual form. Suffering is resistance, a yearning for things to be the way a person believes they must be in order for them to be happy. Nothing will or can change globally or individually until consciousness changes because consciousness is the substance of all that is. You have reached that place of readiness that will enable you to move into the realization and experiences of who and what you really are.
Visualize a bright sun with many beams of intense light shining outward. As these beams of light get further away from the sun source, they start to become less bright, change appearance, and accumulate colors and shadow. Each light beam begins to look different from the other, absorbing different colors and accumulating layers of energy that take on the appearance of various fabric textures and color that change and increase as each ray passes has different experiences. The ray of Light never disappears, but is now completely obliterated by the layers of debris.
This is your story, the story of every man, woman, and child from the beginning. You are the Sun Beam that forever remains pure, intact, and perfect regardless of how much illusion is draped over IT. Evolution is the gradual removal of all debris.
Accept that you are already awake and that there is no longer any need to seek and search outwardly for what is already fully present within you.
Allow the process and trust that everything is proceeding according to plan.

Greetings dear one it is I St Germain that comes to you at this timing as you create your time here to BE at a time when there is more focus on TIME than at any other TIME is existence. (Laughter)
He noted that the Ascended Master realm acknowledges how tired we, the light-masters are…tired of the struggles, the ins the outs of 3D vibration…the vibrations of ascension are within us as the blessings come it is still a 3D experience…we step in we step out (of 3D to 5D) I said, like a YO-YO! He replied, “No pun intended” as an unspoken nod to Yousef, a prolific writer during these times that he is aware many of us read his daily blog.
SG said the vision being created is in 5D then realized in 3D realm. He likened it to getting dressed to go out, selecting the clothes, the shoes, hair makeup that would “best” represent us in certain circumstances of 3D experience…while the self beneath is not lost …maintain who you are inside. We are creating visions of wellness and healing in a 3D way from 5D place- the core group may shift as monies go to humanity. Here he is stating his “chat”, as he called it, on topics of the RV/GCR/NESARA/GESARA. He said, these events are going to change and expand those people – that we have never seen such giving before. So next time they, meaning the collective populations, see someone on the street in need and give them money to help them eat (not out of trash cans) …the idea “to give” shifts one being at a time until it impacts all on the planet, people, animals, air, water etc.
He said many want to give to others but they say, “ I cant”. They think to themselves, oh how I wish to help but I have to purchase milk, fruit and vegetables for my own family.
Feel the expansion…they are going to be paid well so they will soon be able to help buy dinner, lunch for someone…that’s expansion.
SG: When the disclosures come it will be chaotic- not an easy task as people realize their belief systems are all gone! He recalled a time in a previous now moment many years ago when he shared this with a group…that humanity will all be on their knees. Then there will one standing who will reach out to those on their knees and say gently, “take my hand, I will help you up”. This time is at hand.
SG: Regarding the RV/GCR/NESARA/GESARA…”It took a long time for many cornucopia of reasons as to why it has taken so long, he sighs!” Every detail has been looked at and expanded. I will be in the physical to help calm the masses. He said I would know him immediately. These are very exciting times- the pieces of the puzzle coming together-all pieces of the puzzle are very near completion. This Mercury retrograde cycle will shift the vibrational frequency of Mercury in retrograde. I can because I AM!
SG: What first began for NESARA took on a volume of its own when it was originally for one country (USA) and then it was decided in many of the councils to create it worldwide now GESARA or Global vs. National.
Why just one country when the whole world is in dire need of prosperity. That took time as many countries have their own laws, their own ways of doing things. Now more is in union. All talks (between countries) are done. He went on to talk about the meeting or visit with Trump and the Queen and all those soldiers in red as stating that it was all pomp and circumstance. It has been decreed already behind closed doors. He said that it is not she anyway (the Queen). It most certainly is not her. It is quite a thing to literally turn over a crown. It is more important for the UK to be flourishing-there is a lot of poverty there. All of that will be returned to humanity that was kept behind the crown. Everywhere children are starving…its over it’s DONE. We are stepping into the Golden Age now.
SG: To all: The calmer you are and in your I IS essence release all thought of “waiting” and then it will manifest quickly (RV/GCR/GESARA). I understand the amounts of time people have waited. So much had to occur on the ground, an allegiance. We’ve already won. (Meaning the light). Then there will be a moment when the mainstream media will have to report the truth-not able to hold it any longer. The head of the snake has been chopped off…the cabal minions are scurrying around, no direction looking for a place to hide…daily its who got suicide, who stepped down etc.…it becomes beyond words. He said…when the Clintons go down as who they answer to is no longer, the Rothschild’s, Rockefellers are down, down, down. The cabal is down and all that’s left are the little mouses that do their dirty work. The don’t know what to do any more- they have no orders anymore.
SG: It is a grand pity that humanity doesn’t know they are free. He used the analogy of slaves during the civil war when the gates were opened, shackles removed, and they were told they are now free. He said many stayed behind because it was all they had ever known. Others were ostracized or hung. Humanity didn’t start to go free again until well into the 50’s-60’s. He said men and women of color are still being ostracized and it goes on in this now.
SG: to all: Just stay calm and light yourself up from within so you can get through these final times. Focus on the joy of your humanitarian projects (for those with currency) that you wish to manifest-put your focus on that. To me, he noted my retreats and wellness centers, that he knows I wish to create and said there will be so many others I have not thought of yet. (This I felt applies to many of us)
When swayed or overwhelmed by the dark cabal…know there is more light than dark getting flooded here on GAIA. Find your center…Ahhh, my projects…how am I going to manifest them, who will be there? That takes us to a place of joy! There is so much energy of fear at the end here…he said to read less and go with in more. Everyone has an opinion of what is to occur (RV) it hasn’t been decided which way yet. (Reference to the multiple Intel strategies surfacing)
Help assist others for the joy of it…that’s the idea…knowingly assisting another for the joy of it!!
SG: to me: You are already being and sharing your ability to assist another…it makes you feel good. And this has always been within you from the first time we spoke in this timing. You will create places to heal and be free! It’s all about help, that joyous feeling with in to help another. You appreciate being able to do something for another. I shared a story of a friend that had hand surgery and couldn’t do her own laundry. I am helping her with this mundane but important task. He said it matters not how we assist…look how I can assist in this simple way…now magnify that by millions/billions. That is how you heal Earth/humanity.
SG: There are ways to create anonymity post RV. We discussed a hybrid alternative to fully anonymity or full disclosure with no “lie present” utilizing the unlimited self.
SG: post RV- people will hand pick those that resonate to be their core team. All is timing-divine timing. Utilize this time to choose to see whom what etc. post RV. We discussed that the extra time has brought forth more time for experiencing discernment.
SG: We will completely eradicate homelessness. It is rampant in your state at this time form the tip of the state at the top to the bottom (California) “Take it one state at a time in the new Republic”. When re referenced the new Republic I asked him if the timing for this was this year 2018 and he said yes, definitely. He said be the master in 3D expression- all are connected – facilitate one and it equals all. He went on to state, “ Did you know there are veterans and college graduates from Harvard and Yale in the street? He said they are the bridges…many bridges are being created in this now.
SG: RV is also this year 2018, sooner than later he stated without giving a specific date. So much is occurring here at the flip of a dime. He mentioned still some European countries trying to negotiate but he said they know its over. Med beds as well this year 2018.He suggested to be discreet for early participants in this technology until it is mass or widely accepted. He noted many Western medical Dr’s would be without work through these changes. All can be retrained in other modalities. All are needed.
SG: New languages will be here; light language and others as there are no words that adequately describe the sacredness of this time.
SG: We discussed teachers and students of the sacred mysteries…one who teaches others must always also be the student- willing to reverse roles. Humility.
SG: Re aging he referenced the Old Testament and how people lived along time 800-900 years. He talked about the time of 13,000 years as being double that actually to 26,000. He said many of us now would have that opportunity to walk this path ahead and manifest beauty and assist humanity in myriad ways by enlivening an entire consciousness all IAM…bringing in the med beds, beautiful, sacred, fun…many can be here as long as we choose. (Cycle of reincarnation is over and done with- we can turn back time- energy of youth to help here as long as we wish)
SG: to those in RV…do as promised for humanity with the blessing you are being given. Love all, serve all. He shared a possible timing of within the next 30 days for all to receive their blessings. This massive transition is very close at hand- sooner than later- his words. Focus on after the event; focus on your projects, stay calm, centered and in joy.

For the past several weeks, the focus has been primarily on domestic and foreign affairs. The issue of Islamist terrorism has more or less fallen off the media radar. That is a mistake.
The public needs to be continually informed about the activities and intents of the jihadi organizations that reside within America as well as in Europe.
They continue to be quite active, and many plots have been foiled. However, there seems to be no major reporting regarding those activities.

The Left is using blacks and the compromised Black Lives Matter movement to launch a violent civil war in the United States, according to a popular viral video by a former Black Lives Matter activist.
The video has been receiving a great deal of attention from conservatives because it gives voice to concerns and anxieties expressed by Trump supporters in this time of escalating hostility and physical violence against those who support the Trump administration.

In the ordinary course of daily living, crises do arise—individual crises that affect only one person, a family or a localized group of related be-ings, and—less often, thank God—great national and international crises that affect millions. The important thing for each one to remember is that any group, no matter how small or how large, is made up of the individual unit, multiplied. The calm, poised, reasoning individual be-comes the pivotal point for the greater number who are unable to intelli-gently cope with sudden shock, surprise, fear, or whatever the appear-ance may be. We have all heard of how great audiences have safely been removed from burning buildings through the quick thinking and masterful control of either an entertainer or a member of the audience itself, who directed the thought pattern of the crowd and maintained order and balance in the entire group.
Emotional hysteria and all mass feeling are highly contagious, and run—like a forest fire—through the feeling world of mankind. There is no individual who is proof against sudden, unexpected disturbance, unless such an one has carefully and constantly trained himself to remain poised and balanced in the face of emergencies, and built a momentum of controlled energy into his own world. The practice ground for such training is our daily environment. Kipling said, “It is well if you can keep your head, when all about you are losing theirs and blaming it on you.” The matter of keeping your head (mind) receptive to the directions of the Higher Intelligence, and your feelings calm and unruffled, in the face of unpleasant daily experiences, may make all the difference between safety and disaster when emergencies arise.
We have all had the experience of contacting a calm, poised individ-ual when we, ourselves, have been distressed, and have witnessed the effect of the transference of that calm, poised, assured feeling stilling our own distressed emotions. Thus, although hysteria, fear and uncontrolled emotions are instantly transferable, so, too, are the higher spiritual quali-ties of peace, poise, and balance.
Over and above the human race, there stand great guardian beings, whose responsibility and voluntary service is to protect the lifestreams on the planet, when need arises. They do this through connecting their own feelings of peace, poise, safety, calmness and healing, with some indi-vidual in a physical body, who can maintain harmonious control of his emotional and mental energies at a time when the great masses are dis-tressed. Such an individual is singled out, and through his very body flows the substance of God's love, like a blanket of healing, protection, peace and supply.
Thus do the “wings of the Almighty” spread over the face of the land. In the same manner, individuals who are by nature, and cultivation, self-controlled and balanced in times of crises, become the natural recipients and dispensers of supernatural substance, “the manna from heaven,” which is sometimes required by the people to sustain the body's life dur-ing cataclysmic action, famine, war, pestilence, or other crises of a like nature. Witness Moses feeding the Israelites in the wilderness, and Jesus multiplying the loaves and fishes.
Let us then, individually, begin to train ourselves to remain the peace-commanding presence in the face of the small, trifling experiences of daily life, that, when, and if, the occasion should ever arise, we may abide under the wings of the Almighty and, further, become those very wings to the children of Earth who might require our presence, comfort, assistance and counsel.

Leslie Kenton concludes, “It’s little wonder that people are confused about where to go and what to do when they get ill. Where did all the madness (pharmaceutical terrorism) come from. Well we can go back to the beginning, and now see in the end “Bayer-Monsanto, soon to be just Bayer, which owns 60% of proprietary seeds and 70% of agrochemicals in the world. There are a lot of industries that wreck havoc on our world. One just has to think of the biggest global banks and oil companies. Think plastics and now think of telecommunication companies that are lusting to bombard us with even more microwave frequencies via their rollout of G5. But there is one field that is much worse than all others: agro-chemicals. At some point, not that long ago, the largest chemical producers, who until then had kept themselves busy producing Agent Orange, nerve agents and chemicals used in concentration camp showers, got the idea to use their products in food production,” writes the Automictic Earth.
Everywhere we go in modern medicine there are dangers that can ruin your life. Even safe procedures are dangerous. For example, “When a doctor orders an MRI, it’s usually is to help detect or rule out something potentially life-threatening, or at the very least, something that could make you seriously ill. But, it’s recently come to light that this rather routine diagnostic test, meant to help you, can have devastating effects on your health.”
Why are MRIs dangerous? It is not the frequencies MRI employs, it is the contrast agent that they often use. Gadolinium is a metallic element with magnetic properties. It is injected into about one third of patients getting an MRI, in order to enhance imaging. If your doctor has ever ordered an MRI with “contrast” for you, you were exposed to gadolinium. But most likely you had no idea you were being injected with a known neurotoxin, capable of inhibiting mitochondrial function (energy production) and causing oxidative stress.
Bayer experimental drugs were tested on Auschwitz prisoners. One of the SS doctors at Auschwitz, Dr. Helmut Vetter, a long-time Bayer employee, was involved in the testing of Bayer experimental vaccines and medicines on inmates. Suicides in the US are up 30% since the turn of the millennium, obesity is at epidemic proportions, mortality rates are rising especially among white working-class Americans, and our national opioid addiction is now the “epidemic of epidemics.”

Many had warned of the danger over the increasing lawlessness and lethal destructiveness called for and engaged in by Leftists anarchists. We also knew that the MSM was choosing to ignore any such occurring actions or the even the possibility that they would escalate.
In a sane world, Maxine Waters would be forced to resign from Congress because of her intemperate calls for anti-Trumpers to harass anyone in the current administration. The Leftist mob mentality. is now a full-blown reality, and any political demonstration by lefty opponents will be physically invaded and its participants attacked.
"Liberal" venom also extends to those who are non-political. Leftist dregs even attacked the family of a cancer survivor on social media because they thanked Eric Trump for his generous donation to St. Jude's Hospital.
They can go no lower than that. However, morality and decency have no place in their masters' attempts to bring down America in order to put it under the jackboot of globalism.
