The future is in the hands of every soul, whilst some will project specific changes that they would welcome, others simply wish for the better without necessarily being specific. The net result is that as a Human collective you will determine what the future holds for you. You have already been informed of new advancements that have in the meantime been developed and simply await the right time to be introduced. Be aware that there will always be those who try to hold onto the old ways, so be assured that progress cannot be stopped. You are in a new cycle and with it will come many changes that will affect various aspects of life. The trials and tribulations of the old cycle will not return, and you have everything to gain that will lift up the quality of your lives. You had effectively been kept in a time warp and denied many improvements that you have since become aware of, that cannot be denied you for much longer.

Greetings, I am St. Germaine. And yes, there are many of us here, not only in full attendance but, beloved ones, in full attention. Not only to you sweet angels but in attention to those, yes most certainly in Florida who have lost their beloveds, their children, their spouses, their partners, their friends, their families. And what they have lost is their sense of balance, of safety, of security, and this sense of rightness in the world. And, beloveds, I know this feeling of such deep distrust and despair, when you feel like pulling your hair out and screaming at heaven and demanding to know how such atrocity could come to pass. How such atrocity could be permitted.
And what I say to you is not about permission, because such aggression, such injury, is never permissible. But I wish to put some perspective. There has been tragedy after tragedy after tragedy, and it is exactly this kind of thing that repeatedly made me say that I would not return to earth until the clearing and the anchoring of Nova Earth was in place. It is unbearable, and it cannot be minimized. To minimize it, to ignore it, would be beyond comprehension.
But in these atrocities there is such denial and, in many ways, there is this desire to resurrect the old grids of the 3rd, to resurrect blame and shame and fault and guilt. And that is not acceptable either because you have been given a new grid of how humanity operates. And, yes, there are energies that would love to simply extend the old belief systems, the old grids, to resurrect them. But that is not going to happen.

I have found the following to be true:
"One of the characteristics of dietary fat is its ability to make people feel satiated and complete after eating a normal sized meal. When there is less fat consumed, the tendency is to try to find the feeling of satiety by eating more starchy and sugary foods. But since these cannot match the feelings produced by fats, the outcome is to eat even more and more starches and sugars, which can lead to tremendous weight gain."
