The difference between ‘etheric records’ and ‘Akashic Records’, Part 1/2

I want to take up the explanation of something tonight that I trust will clear your minds in many ways, because We have never entered very deeply into it; and yet it’s time now that you understood for your own Protection. You have often heard Us speaks f the Etheric Record of a thing. The Etheric Substance of your own outer self is the finest substance, so to speak, of the physical world, in the atomic structure of the body and of the mental and feeling body which each of you has. That Etheric Record, originally, before mankind created discord, held the Divine Pattern of the Perfection of Eternity for your entire Life Stream until your Ascension. That contained the Original Divine Plan of your activities through your journeys in the physical world through all your embodiments. But the etheric substance is, by its natural creation, able to take the record of discord, and those are the records that We have spoken of to be consumed – destructive records. It will retain the constructive ones, and that always produces Light within the body when the destructive records are completely consumed. Then the body itself begins to radiate a Light that is visible and tangible to the physical senses or the physical sight of life, whether it be the life of a human being, or animal life in the outer world. All Life sees the Light when the Etheric Body is purified.
Now when you hear Us, or sometime others, speak of the Akashic Records, that is a different thing. The Akashic Records are of the Universe, and They are recorded in the Eternal Light Substance that abides throughout Creation. They hold the Eternal Divine Record of that which is to be and does not take destructive records. That is simply the location, so to speak, of the Divine Plan of Creation, and contains for all time ahead – aeons of time – that which is to be manifested in a system of worlds and in an individual Life Stream, because that is the Pattern that is also contained within the Heart Flame of your Electronic Body and the Higher Mental Body of your “Blessed I AM Presence.” That is also contained within the permanent atom of your own Heart. Now that will not take destructive records.
Sometimes people who do not understand the difference between these two ways and means of recording what has occurred in outer manifestation many times call the etheric record the Akashic Record. But they are not the same, and I want to make that clear tonight, so you will not become confused when We begin to call forth at a certain time the Akashic Records of that which must come into being as the Incoming Civilization that is to become permanent in this world – beginning first in the United States of America.

Dear ones, we are here to assist you with knowledge and support as you travel the intensifying spiritual journey you are now on. The powerful energies of ascension now exposing what has been hidden for eons on all levels are causing even some enlightened ones to doubt, question, and occasionally re-align with un-truth.
Seek to rest always in your highest attained level of truth dear ones, for this then becomes your sword and shield, comfort and reality, which is what those still asleep unconsciously try to attain through actions of chaos and violence. The world in general does not yet realize that everything they seek is already present in its fullness within.
The world is going through an intense cleansing at this time, making it vital that you stay centered. Watch and listen to less news, which for the most part focuses on the negative. Seek out the few pure and honest news sources that are available. Perform ordinary quiet acts of love as these opportunities present themselves throughout your day, always remembering that everyone is a Divine being even if they are far from knowing it themselves.
You may be guided to some action or actions at this time but always know that playing an important role in the ascension process need not involve grand outer actions which are often just human concepts of how change must happen. Your consciousness of truth is the power of change, for the outer will always manifest whatever the predominant consciousness of the time is.
We wish to address the idea of non-conformance which can be as simple as a child's bid for independence when he begins to experience individuality. We speak to the non-conformance of a deeper kind which happens when an evolving soul begins to awaken and experience a desire to reclaim their freedom and innate power which is where many of you are now.
Many are now being intuitively guided that it is time to stop indulging in the three dimensional game playing learned over the course of many lifetimes with regard to family, relationships, friends, spirituality, etc. During these lifetimes, whether rich or poor, one quickly understood that if he did not play the game according to some current set of rules, it would and often did bring about severe repercussions or even death.
Every soul holds the one and only Power within--it is your true identity and your birthright as an expression of Source. However, living life after life on earth under the rules of a third dimensional belief system, has caused almost everyone at some point to surrender their power and give it to those they erroneously believed had a right to it, or to those who through violence took it.
The result of this as been the creation of a conditioned state of consciousness still alive and well in impersonal universal consciousness. This state of consciousness manifests as game playing, lying, pretending to be something one is not, and falsity in all or select levels of life in the belief that this is necessary if one is to attain success or acceptance (desire for love).
Non-conformity is a facet of awakening and is the birth of integrity and true honesty. Personal non-conformance begins when one awakens into a more enlightened state of consciousness which brings new ways of seeing and knowing the truth about self and others. This new state of consciousness then begins to express as more informed and higher resonating words and actions within all aspects of daily living.
The energy and resulting false powers of the third dimension are beginning to dissolve into the nothingness that they really are because their substance (beliefs), that which holds them in place, is disappearing as more and more people awaken. Non-conformance is simply the act of knowing and living out from a higher sense of reality apart from commonly accepted but false concepts of an unenlightened society--"I am choosing to no longer play third dimensional games. "
The decision to take action toward reclaiming one's power can be and often is very frightening for a person used to living under the thumb of some other person, group or particular belief system. This is especially true for those who in one or more past lives have experienced dire consequences from resisting a commonly held belief. As a result, the energy of these experiences is frequently still alive and well in their cellular memory, causing them to hesitate and fear "rocking the boat" even when they desperately want to.
That is why in this time of intense awakening many of those ready and being urged to reclaim their power are experiencing confusion and fear for no apparent reason ( most have no idea of why they are experiencing these emotions). Old cellular memory is actively reminding them of what happens if they assert their independence and power. This is why it is so important to clear all remaining old programming which you yourself can easily do.
In your quiet time when there will be no interruptions, state your choice and intention to clear all old and no longer relevant energy from past and present life experiences, from physical inheritance, and from all vows taken and promises made. Invite your Higher Self and Guides to assist you in this meditation. " In the presence of my Higher Self and my Guides, I choose..."
Talk to the cells of your physical body which have an intelligence. Tell them that it is time to release all old but still active third dimensional energy. Visualize Light flowing through your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual bodies, and chakras with the intention of clearing them of all old programing and energy regarding health, age, deterioration, fears, abundance, etc.--any and all false concepts previously held as truth. Intend that from now on they allow in only the high resonating energies of truth and Light.
Many will find that the very things they fear or suffer from escalate following this type of clearing meditation, but this means that they have succeeded in allowing these old energies to surface in order to be looked at, seen for what they are, and once and for all released.
Every awakened soul is being guided at this time to stand strong in their truth, be it taking issue with some concept alive and well within themselves, a personal circle of friends and family, or with regard to the many larger issues still alive and well in consensus consciousness.
Support everyone you see struggling to detach themselves from others' expectations. Pat them on the back, encourage them, and give a thumbs up for their efforts no matter how small. It is often a huge task involving courage and effort for those who have lived past or present lives of submission to choose something even as simple as deciding to skip church or whatever they are expected to do.
As those who have always lived in bondage to the concepts of an unenlightened society begin to take a stand, they develop a sense of strength and worth, soon finding that the sky does not fall down when they follow their intuition and leave behind whatever it is they were led to believe was the only "right" way to act or believe.
The new Light energies of ascension now pouring to earth are serving to awaken a heretofore "sleeping giant" in many who are not yet able to understand what is going on. Those still enmeshed in third dimensional beliefs are only able to interpret what they are feeling through their as of yet unawakened state of consciousness causing them to express through violence, anger, and fear both inwardly and outwardly--ways that can be very inappropriate.
Everything going on in the world at this time is reflecting mankind's awakening to personal empowerment, higher and better ways of living, and the need for change, all the while trying to make sense of everything with what they already know. Never be afraid to voice, act, and be a different person than you have been in the past, through fear of offending some person or group, even if you have been deeply involved in or committed to some particular belief system.
A well educated expert believed to have all the answers within some field of knowledge may well indeed have the answers according to available information, but the old system is fading away allowing a new and different world to emerge. As a higher dimensional world comes into being, many of those now famous for some field of expertise, will no longer reflect the fullness of information unless they are able to open themselves to new and higher levels of understanding.
People, places, and things will no longer carry the resonance of "power over" as in the past for the false energy of those forms will will cease being created through mankind's awakening. Always trust your intuition for it is the tool that will guide you as you separate yourself from commonly accepted, but quickly becoming obsolete information, rules, ideas, beliefs, etc.
It is time for mankind to courageously come out from under the security umbrella of group concepts and beliefs in the realization that everything to be gained from "playing the games" is already fully present within, simply awaiting recognition and acceptance.
Fear not to make a personal stand for truth even if it is a silent inner stand when conditions do not warrant outer action. Trust your intuition always in these matters and it will guide you.
You are the midwives in a world experiencing the labor pains necessary to the birthing of a whole new world consciousness.

I am quite longing for the day when your vibratory action is to the point where I can bring forth certain truths concerning the physical octave, because if once you understand that, everything in this octave would take on a different color; it would change. May I say just this much. Almost everything in the human octave is manmade laws and conditions. It has been so diverted and distorted from the original Divine Plan, that you would hardly recognize it unless you say back into the Divine Pattern.

A Vision for Voting for Peace
Today's Vision is a bit different, but it is completely in line with the VAP. It comes from Diana Endresen from Seattle, WA. Diana says:
As I was reading about Linda's Vision of Departments of Peace, I recalled a science fiction short story I read sometime in the mid-to-late 1960's.
I don't recall the title of the short story nor the author, but the idea was that people had machines in their homes that were connected and they would "vote" as to how their tax dollars were to be spent - like $30 to foreign missions, $50 to the State Department, $75 to Department of Education, etc. The result was that fewer and fewer people sent money to the Pentagon and more and more people sent money to the Department of Peace, so at the end of the story, the Department of Peace was the largest department of the government. Cool, eh? I recall at the time the idea of a Department of Peace really interested me. I didn't pay much attention to the machines in the home, no frame of reference, but the Internet could be playing that role.

We of the Arcturian Group honor you who have chosen to assist Gaia and her people during these times of change and awakening. Thanks to you, many are beginning to see for he first time which is adding more light to world consciousness.
Many young ones on earth at this time have incarnated for the sole purpose of assisting the ascension process through their Light and awareness. They carry with them no karma to balance, no lessons to learn, and no energy to awaken, but rather chose to incarnate out of love, for the sole purpose of assisting in the awakening of a world still held in, but ready to graduate beyond the third dimension.
Many of these evolved children and teens have been categorized as "problems" simply because they do not fit into the accepted third dimensional "belief box". They are out of sync with many concepts and beliefs regarding body and mind simply because they do not resonate with that energy.
The commonly accepted use of prescription drugs to "cure" them has caused many of them to lose sight of why they came and who they are. Drugs must be used with great discretion and with the awareness that they effect the energy of an individual.
Many in today's world are expressing anger, fear, frustration and other negative emotions because the false sense of security that comes with many universal beliefs is dissolving. Try not to become too involved in the nitty-gritty of world appearances. Be aware of them, do what you are guided to do, but continue to understand them for what they are, expressions of duality and separation. This does not make them any less painful for those experiencing as well as those observing, but when you hold fast to the higher truths, it helps dissolve the impersonal beliefs manifesting as these things.
There is an element working very hard to prevent mankind from awakening because if the majority was to awaken they would lose the "power over" and control they feed on. These dear ones function from a consciousness of fear and separation, and so fear mongering is their favorite tool for controlling the masses and blocking Light.
BE ALERT to anything you find yourself fearing and you will soon recognize the particular concept or belief you hold as power. Then you can take back that power and say to your mind--NO MORE.
The earth still carries energies created over eons of time by people fully programmed into a third dimensional belief system. The human mind is a powerful instrument of awareness but when conditioned by these beliefs can only access what is floating about in an impersonal world consciousness--that which is already known.
Every thought ever thought and every belief ever believed makes up the consensus consciousness accessible to everyone. The contents of this consensus consciousness are impersonal and never become yours until you claim them as yours. When the energy of a person's consciousness is in alignment with the energy of certain concepts and beliefs, they unknowingly attract them.
For example; a person who has experienced many lifetimes of disease and ill health is often wide open and receptive to thoughts, beliefs, current ideas etc. regarding physical health simply because he is still carrying energy that aligns with them. Individuals living fully from a third dimensional state of consciousness will often accept whatever floats into their head, allowing the suggestion to become theirs, and then declare themselves "victims".
Stay alert to what comes into your mind knowing that now matter how obnoxious a thought, it is not yours until you accept it as personally yours. Everyone has experienced some negative thought and wondered; "Where did that come from?" Whether it is old cellular programming surfacing or something from the un-awakened consensus consciousness, it is never real, permanent, or yours unless you allow it to be. The only real qualities you have or can ever have, are God qualities.
That which flows from Divine Mind is power. That which flows from the human, conditioned, un-awakened mind is not.
Nothing new can flow from a strictly "human" mind simply because the human mind has no way to access anything other than what is already known. When an individual begins to spiritually awaken, heretofore closed energetic doors begin to open, allowing the Source of creativity to express. Example--Music created around some cliche or from concepts already known, can never be powerful and inspiring because the substance from which it was formed is already "old".
New ideas regarding every facet of life on earth can only flow from the Source of creativity which lies within. The world often terms new ideas as breakthroughs--deeper, higher, better, advanced ideas of science, art, music etc. but many of these so called breakthroughs were actually "whispered" into the ears of a spiritually and technologically prepared scientist, musician, artist, healer, etc. by those on the other side seeking to advance the consciousness of mankind.
There are some very creative people able to access their inner creativity without spiritual awareness. They usually believe that they personally are the creative source and that it is coming from their mind which can lead to the development of a large personal ego. They have opened their creativity in other lifetimes through either spiritual work or through actual practice and have carried it with them into this life. There are no child prodigies, only souls who over lifetimes have perfected some ability.
You can talk to your mind just as you can talk to your cells and tell certain thoughts and beliefs; "No, mind, we are not doing it that way any more". This practice is not done with resistance, judgement of self, or fear, as this only gives these things a power they do not have. Do this exercise simply as an acknowledgment of habits and concepts still clearing or broadcasts from an impersonal universal human mind.
See the world you want and feel the emotions that come with it. Let your creativity flow in the directions of peace and enlightenment for Gaia and all forms of life upon her.
There is a war going on--a battle raging between the old and the new, the false versus the real. However, since nothing real can ever become unreal, you need not battle. Everything real already is and forever will be. What do you accept as real? This "war" can only be fought through the consciousness of its unreality and non-power thus starving appearances of their substance.
Many traditions taught and still teach ceremonies, symbols, words, and actions for protection. The need for protection was and still is based in the belief of two powers, good and evil. This continues to be promoted through film, TV, books, etc. Long ago, knowledge attained in the mystery schools and even before they came into being, was misused by those not spiritually evolved enough for the information. They saw it as an opportunity for self gain and a way to control and manipulate others. These activities are now termed the "black arts", still practiced by some for self gain and "power over".
You need not fear these things. With evolution comes the realization that you need no protection--protection from whom or what, if God is all that is? Lower resonating frequencies cannot enter into the higher unless you align yourself with denser energies through fear and the belief that they have power. Protection simply is--a facet of the conscious realization of ONE POWER-- your consciousness when imbued with Light and truth.
Yes, but, you say; "Look at all the people being harmed by others at this time." Know that these types of situations are usually not random. More often than not, especially in these times, they involve souls who have agreed either as a group or individually to experience something for the purpose of; 1.-clearing some personal or group karma, or 2.- providing some unselfish service to mankind's ascension process through an event or experience that will impact a lethargic world into awakening in some necessary way.
There are no "good" people, only enlightened ones. There are no "bad" people, only hypnotized ones. God is the only person there is.
God does not love or seek pain and suffering. Suffering is not and never has been a facet of Divine Consciousness. If it was, pain and suffering would be eternal realities held in place by Divine Law. The days of hairshirts, flagellation, and "offering it up" in the misguided belief that pain and suffering pleases God and makes a person more "holy" are finished. The past must be let go of.
Ascension means evolving into a higher dimensional energy. In spite of what so many believe, the third dimension is the bottom wrung of a very high ladder. You have all worked hard to get to where you are now and Gaia is ready as well. You were fully aware of these times as being times of change before choosing to incarnate. know that you are are Light workers and no longer victims regardless of any past experiences.
Everything surfacing at this time is doing so because of the expansion of consciousness taking place as so many begin to awaken. These energies of enlightenment are serving to expose everything hidden and dense both within and without. The temptation for everyone at this time is to slip back into the past, where things were familiar and comfortable, and where the "bad things" were hidden from view. Nostalgia has become very popular.
Try to stay present in each now moment, for when a person continually looks to the future, they are actually in the past, seeing and pondering things from what is finished. Stay present doing the best you can in each moment while living from your highest state of awareness. This is the work.
Many are hurting and suffering at this time, love them in the ways you are able to. Love yourselves, for you block the flow unconditional love if you eliminate yourself from the wholeness of ONE (belief in separation). Love as well, the troublemakers through your realization that they also are expressions of Source, in spite of their ignorance.
Love, pure unconditional love is the answer to everything because it is the only Reality.
It is the realization and consciousness of ONEness.
It is your essence.
It is your soul.
It is God.
