It is now clear that the cabal that has ruled the West is in disarray and is unable to act despite a very real surrender deadline given to them. The European power brokers like the Pope and the Queen support world peace and a campaign to end poverty and stop environmental destruction. However, Rockefeller, Bush and the other American oligarchs are acting like deer frozen in the headlights, unable or unwilling to take action. The same can be said of the heads of the Pentagon and the agencies.

Let there be no doubt about it, the United States of America has degenerated into a rogue nation ruled by Satan worshipping gangsters and is the black hole from which most of the world’s misery emerges.

Removing the public face of the US oligarchy, Barack Hussein Obama, raises the question of “what do you replace him with?” If the heads of the military industrial complex do not act with a unified plan, the answer is likely to be chaos, turmoil and possibly even civil war in the US.

The best hope now lies with the State governments who now have the required two-thirds support to demand a conference to rewrite the constitution of the United States of America.

That conference could be used as the means to set up an interim government with the power to clean out the filth that festers in Washington D.C.

Also, talks with various factions within the US military industrial complex reveal a surprising amount of agreement on key issues. The problem seems to be one of egos and rival institutions vying for power rather than disagreement over what needs to be done.

Here are some of the main points everybody agrees on:

1) There should be a jubilee; a once off write-off of all debts public and private. That is a no-brainer that would immediately end the ongoing US depression.

2) There needs to be a redistribution of assets. Most of the fortune 500 companies are controlled by the seven families that founded the Federal Reserve Board. The concentrated ownership is hidden by foundations and obscure accounting. These families mostly did not create the companies they own, rather they acquired them through murder and theft. These assets need to be either redistributed or put into a public fund and managed on behalf of the American people.

3) The Congress, the Senate, the Supreme Court and the White House in Washington D.C. are nothing more than a heavily bribed acting troop and need to be replaced. The umbilical cord of linking money and politics needs to be severed.

4) Once Washington is cleaned up, the government needs to start issuing money instead of the privately owned Federal Reserve Board.

5) The media monopolies need to be broken up and the American people need to be told their true history.

This is the broad consensus that can be found inside the United States, especially inside the military and the agencies as well as within most state governments. The United States is ready to once again become and independent nation.

Seen from outside of the United States, however, a very different picture emerges. First of all, while Europeans and Americans constitute about one fifth the world’s population, they control four out of the five vetoes at the United Nations Security Council. This means the UN is still a European instrument of colonial control. That has to change.

The other thing that has to change is the global financial architecture. If the Republic of the United States of America is restored and issues its own currency, then a new institution needs to be set up to manage the internationally held and traded US dollars.

The World Bank and the IMF are not up to the job and there is no sign whatsoever that the Europeans and Americans will give up their control of these institutions. Even the reformed voting structure planned for the IMF (and blocked by the US as mentioned last week) would leave Europeans in charge.

For that reason there are negotiations going on to set up an entirely new institution that would make the IMF and World Bank largely irrelevant. This is not going to happen overnight because new systems and computer networks need to be set up independent of the US dominated and thoroughly hacked SWIFT international payments system. Here the Europeans, Russians, the Middle Eastern oil exporters and the Chinese are in broad agreement. It will take a couple of years to build up, however, so do not expect a sudden change on this front. Nonetheless, the first big step, for Europe to pay for Russian gas in Euros instead of US dollars, is already in the works.

That will leave the US corporate government headed by Barack Obama (or whatever his name is) extremely isolated.

Perhaps that is why Obama is vising US Asian colonies of Japan, South Korea, the Philippines and Malaysia this week to try to extort some money to keep the US corporate government from collapsing.

The Japanese police agency sent somebody to visit the WDS to ask about the Obama visit. He was told the police should arrest Obama on charges of mass murder and fraud as soon as he stepped foot in the country. He was also told that slave Prime Minister Abe should also be arrested for election stealing and accepting foreign bribes to betray his country. The US agencies and military based in Japan would be the heroes of the human race if they agreed to help the Japanese police to make the arrests.

If the Japanese and US 7th fleet lack the courage to make this move then perhaps the Malaysians will do it.

Arresting Obama would be the trigger that would bring about world peace and vastly accelerate the positive changes taking place on this planet. However, it is probably wishful thinking.

Instead, according to an Asian based CIA source, Abe and Obama are going to preside over some provocations and incidents aimed at ratcheting up tension in East Asia. “Obama wants to start a Ukraine like situation in the region,” was how he put it.

Speaking about the Ukraine, the P2 lodge sent this writer a video clip of a Police Chief being beheaded in Eastern Ukraine. This is the same satanic mercenary army that has been carrying out atrocities in Iraq and Syria. Rest assured, these scum are being systematically hunted down and slaughtered.

The CIA chief visited Ukraine recently because 20 of his “Greystone” (Blackwater, Xi, Academi) murderers have recently vanished. They will continue to “vanish” until these criminals are all gone.

There is also evidence that some sort of major counter-attack against the cabal has begun in Asia. The ongoing swarm of earthquakes hitting New Guinea are taking place in an area known to host a Nazi submarine base.

Also, in China, over 1000 officials linked to the cabal have been executed since Xi Jinping came into power, according to a Chinese government official.

Finally, to conclude, Japanese TV was set to broadcast a 911 truth documentary during prime time while Obama was visiting the country. However, the producers were told “the time was not yet ripe.”

We are to hold our fire until we can see the whites of their eyes. There is no sense in going off half-cocked. When the White Dragon moves, it must be absolute and overwhelming.

Though officials at the World Health Organization are feverishly working to stop the spread of the Ebola virus in what is now seven African nations, their efforts may be for naught. In Guinea, a hot spot for the deadly contagion, government health officials have said that the outbreak is nearly under control. Yet, Reuters reports that the government “planned to stop publicly releasing the death toll to avoid causing unnecessary panic.”

But panic may be in order.

Despite the best efforts of emergency health workers it appears that virus may have crossed out of Africa into Europe.

The outbreak of Ebola Virus in seven west African countries has broken through all containment efforts and is spreading like wildfire.  According to Christian Relief groups working in Guinea and Liberia, the number of confirmed infections jumped 15% in just the last 24 hours. In addition, 40 illegal alien migrant workers from the outbreak area, who came ashore in Pisa, Italy, are showing signs of Ebola infection and are being isolated in Pisa Italy because of fever and “conjunctivitis” (bloody around the eyes).  According to the World Health Organization, this strain of Ebola is entirely new and although it is close to the Zaire strain, it is different, thus accounting for false-negative test results . . . . . for weeks!

Those false-negative results meant people who were actually infected with Ebola, were returned to their families and neighborhoods to recover from what they believed was the Flu or a case of food poisoning, only to spread the Ebola further. 

The result has been a complete loss of containment of this Ebola outbreak.  

With the likely arrival of Ebola in Pisa, Italy, the European continent is now at severe risk.

Italian officials deny the reports, but alternative media in the country suggests this is the reason for a complete lock down of a hospital in Pisa, where it is believed to have infected some 40 individuals. Other reports trickling in from various sources like social media indicate the virus may have also appeared about 50 miles from Pisa in Tuscany, Italy.

Alarmingly, a story that appeared about the outbreak on national news wires was reportedly removed by the Italian government for “national security reasons,” suggesting that there is more to the reports than Italian officials are willing to express to the public at this time.

Though they have denied that the Pisa hospital was locked down due to Ebola, they seem to be bracing for the possibility of a severe epidemic in Rome and Milan.

Once infected, it can take up to 21 days for symptoms to appear, which include high fever, headaches, and fatigue. At that point, the infected person is contagious.

With details lacking and health officials opting to keep reports of infections from the public, it is impossible to know exactly how far the virus has spread.

As noted above, this new strain was not identified immediately, thus blood tests of people showing possible symptoms may have shown false-negatives even though those individuals may have been carrying the virus. Once returned to the general population and assuming they did not contract the virus, it is certainly possible that it was then transmitted to others.

If Ebola has taken hold in Italy, then we can expect more reported cases all over the continent in coming weeks, with the real possibility that the virus could make its way to U.S. shores via hundreds of international flights arriving on a daily basis.

It’s understandable that government officials do not want to overreact and cause panic, especially insofar as global air travel is concerned, because doing so would lead to a lock down of airports worldwide.

The panic would be unprecedented.

As noted by Tess Pennington of Ready Nutrition, even if the public became aware that a pandemic was in progress, many would remain in denial about such a prospect and would remain oblivious to the long-term repercussions. She notes that the effects of a pandemic could be swift and drastic, leading to societal upheaval :

Understanding that our lives will change drastically if the population is faced with a pandemic and being prepared for this can help you make better choices toward the well being of your family. Some changes could be:

• Shut downs of business commerce
• Breakdown of our basic infrastructure: communications, mass transportation, supply chains

• Interruptions in public facilities – Schools, workplaces may close, and public gatherings such as sporting events or worship services may close temporarily.
• Government mandated voluntary or involuntary home quarantine.

Given the continued spread of the virus to numerous countries in Africa, and now possibly Europe, we urge readers to remain vigilant and have, at the very least, their basic essentials in place.

This virus is incurable and is believed to have a mortality rate of up to 85% of those infected.

If it is spreading outside of Africa, then it is only a matter of time – perhaps several weeks – before it becomes apparent in developing nations.

These posted probabilities are in no way authoritative, and should be considered a “best guess” only.

Probabilities of unchecked infection at this point, based upon a method of travel, times and frequencies of airline flights to various cities, also including certain assumed volumes of “mixed maritime” traffic between north Africa and southern Europe -  the Probability that Ebola will strike is:

63% in Italy within 8 days
44% in Spain within 15 days
77% in Riyadh/Saudi within 21 days
40% in Libya within 25 days
29% in the US within 28 days
37% in Egypt within 33 days

By the time we get to 35 days, it can be in 25 countries on 4 continents.

In the United States, the CDC has issued a travel alert to airlines and set up emergency quarantine stations at domestic airports, though there are no specific guidelines in place at this time according to BD Live:

The US is well prepared to handle infected patients on its soil with 20 CDC quarantine stations in place at US airports that are designed to deal with anyone who has symptoms of a wide range of infectious illnesses, including Ebola, according to spokeswoman Christine Pearson. Despite the outbreak, there are no special requests or guidelines to airlines about Ebola, though the CDC has issued a travel alert, she said.

“The time it takes to travel from rural Guinea to anywhere in the US is more than enough time to incubate the virus and be symptomatic,” Council on Foreign Relations senior fellow Laurie Garrett said in New York.

If in the next month we see Ebola popping up in North America then we may have a serious problem on our hands.

While meditating, I received a strong impression for the area in the large red circle. (Ignore the small red circle in North Africa and the brown circles, they came with the image.)   Off the coast of Ecuador came to mind.  It appears that intense energy is building up there, along the western bulge of South America.  It appears to be dead center of a 2-dimensional leyline pyramid, and the rough center (favoring west) of a 3-dimensional leyline pyramid covering all of upper South America, Central America, and the Caribbean.  I sensed disturbances in the Caribe as well. 

I did a bit of research.  The Nazca plate, which runs off-shore along the western coast of South America, does touch the Caribbean plate (map below).  If the Nazca plate were to subduct under the Pacific plate to the west, that would affect the Caribbean.  However, the Nazca plate could subduct under the South American plate (that's what builds the Andes Mountains) and still hit the Caribbean. Tectonic bumper cars.  How it will play out is anyone's guess as there are many factors and many working to mitigate those factors.

For four years, I have had my attention directed to this area... seeing a tsunami approaching South America's west coast from above the clouds, doing training missions to help the people in the Andes, recall of earthquake measurement missions -- one in a tropical jungle, another on the ocean floor -- even seeing two eights (large, one in a quilted fabric, another in a different fabric, both blue though different shades and separated by a bit of space--indicating they were read 8...8, not 88) a day or so before the 8.8 Chile earthquake. 

If I may be so bold as to say again (I said it in 2010), South America will be the area that the first major tectonic event happens.  This is the event of which the world will sit up and take notice.

White House counterterrorism and Homeland Security adviser Lisa Monaco gave a speech this week in which she urged parents to watch their children for signs of “confrontational” behavior which could be an indication of them becoming terrorists.

During the speech at at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government on Tuesday night, Monaco, who replaced John Brennan last year in overseeing the executive branch’s homeland-security activities, said that parents need to be suspicious of “sudden personality changes in their children at home.”

“What kinds of behaviors are we talking about?” she asked. “For the most part, they’re not related directly to plotting attacks. They’re more subtle. For instance, parents might see sudden personality changes in their children at home—becoming confrontational.”

Monaco lamented the fact that, “The government is rarely in a position to observe these early signals,” encouraging parents to act as watchdogs to detect radicalization in line with President Obama’s goal of combating homegrown extremism.
