[ Editors Note: Dear Readers, this is a piece of contemporary history below. As you read through this, yes we know that Putin did not write it all himself, but despite the staff work the clarity and sincerity are just oozing out of it.
Nowhere is there a word of the blustering and bravado which has become so commonplace in Western, particularly the US, diplomatic statements.
And as for our Congress, they have become such an embarrassment that it seems like the interns have totally taken over the place with the conveyor belt of childish drivel that keep flowing from that hole in the ground. We are way past time for any tinkering around the edges to fix that mess.
It is time to take a look at what our Founding Fathers left us, realize that it is no longer working, and that we need a major makeover.
What we are watching here is the death of America's moral leadership in the world, the complete exposure of how it was stolen and exploited by you know who. That the Nobel Peace Prize winner would sit at the helm while this went into its latter stages is sad indeed, despite his stopping the Syria attack and great progress he has made toward ending the way too long running fraud of the Iran nuclear threat.
Those that promoted that false flag psyops deserve to be prosecuted for running an ongoing terror attack on us. That is exactly what their intent was, premeditated mass murder. That brings up another major issue that needs to be addressed, which is taking a fresh look at how dangerous the political and diplomatic immunity tool has become to us all.
I don't see how we can continue not to have criminal recourse when we suffer the consequences that we have and I fear will continue to. They love the "them or us" situation they have know as they have a free pass, and they use it...on us.
What we have now, is frankly, a national security risk. Call me crazy if you want, but I stand by the statement and could defend it in debate while both drunk and blindfolded. Let me know what you think in the comments... Jim W. Dean ]

Our older readers know that VT has long labored to challenge ourselves, our writers, and our readers.
We take more than a little flack for our diverse content, particularly for the crowd searching for their daily ideological fix who like some of our material but wish we would exclude everything they don’t like.
Needless to say they have not gotten much of a response from us on that. But what we do respond to is trying to take you deeper into these stories, and approach them from ways you may never have considered.
We do that because we know you gain a much deeper understanding of what you are dealing that way.
I share this fabulous historical photo below, not for any secret revelation that Putin was Reagan’s love child, but as a classic example of the crazy world we live in. If someone had introduced the young Mr. Putin in this photo, part of his KGB security team, to Reagan and saying to him, “Mr. President, please let me introduce you to the future president of Russia in the aftermath of a peaceful breakup of the Soviet Union without any military action used at all,” what to you think Reagan’s response would have been?
And here we are today, where Putin has been at the top for a long time, and now it is our NATO that is on the march to the western borders of Russia so we can bring our military power closer to bear upon “the Reds”, the term and some of our controlled media and dug out of the closet. We have become the aggressors that we once threaten with mutually assured destruction.
Is he returning that favor to us now? No...he is not. He’s way to smart to take our bait. Despite what our two bit media says about him, Putin and Lavrov are becoming positive historical figures while ours will be getting the “best class clown” prizes. You all know what I am going to say now: “You just can’t make this stuff up!”

Look who is leading in diplomatic respect.
Ukraine’s economy in the past several months has been plummeting. Its industrial and construction sectors have also been declining sharply. Its budget deficit is mounting.
The condition of its currency system is becoming more and more deplorable. The negative trade balance is accompanied by the flight of capital from the country. Ukraine’s economy is steadfastly heading towards a default, a halt in production and skyrocketing unemployment.
Russia and the EU member states are Ukraine’s major trading partners. Proceeding from this, at the Russia-EU Summit at the end of January, we came to an agreement with our European partners to hold consultations on the subject of developing Ukraine’s economy, bearing in mind the interests of Ukraine and our countries while forming integration alliances with Ukraine’s participation. However, all attempts on Russia’s part to begin real consultations failed to produce any results.
Instead of consultations, we hear appeals to lower contractual prices on Russian natural gas – prices which are allegedly of a “political” nature. One gets the impression that the European partners want to unilaterally blame Russia for the consequences of Ukraine’s economic crisis.
Right from day one of Ukraine’s existence as an independent state, Russia has supported the stability of the Ukrainian economy by supplying it with natural gas at cut-rate prices. In January 2009, with the participation of the then-premier Yulia Tymoshenko, a purchase-and-sale contract on supplying natural gas for the period of 2009-2019 was signed.
The contract regulated questions concerning the delivery of and payment for the product, and it also provided guarantees for its uninterrupted transit through the territory of Ukraine. What is more, Russia has been fulfilling the contract according to the letter and spirit of the document. Incidentally, Ukrainian Minister of Fuel and Energy at that time was Yuriy Prodan, who today holds a similar post in Kiev’s government.
The total volume of natural gas delivered to Ukraine, as stipulated in the contract during the period of 2009-2014 (first quarter), stands at 147.2 billion cubic meters. Here, I would like to emphasize that the price formula that had been set down in the contract had NOT been altered since that moment. And Ukraine, right up till August 2013, made regular payments for the natural gas in accordance with that formula.
However, the fact that after signing that contract, Russia granted Ukraine a whole string of unprecedented privileges and discounts on the price of natural gas, is quite another matter. This applies to the discount stemming from the 2010 Kharkiv Agreement, which was provided as advance payment for the future lease payments for the presence of the (Russian) Black Sea Fleet after 2017.
This also refers to discounts on the prices for natural gas purchased by Ukraine’s chemical companies. This also concerns the discount granted in December 2013 for the duration of three months due to the critical state of Ukraine’s economy. Beginning with 2009, the total sum of these discounts stands at 17 billion US dollars. To this, we should add another 18.4 billion US dollars incurred by the Ukrainian side as a minimal take-or-pay fine.
In this manner, during the past four years, Russia has been subsidizing Ukraine’s economy by offering slashed natural gas prices worth 35.4 billion US dollars. In addition, in December 2013, Russia granted Ukraine a loan of 3 billion US dollars. These very significant sums were directed towards maintaining the stability and creditability of the Ukrainian economy and preservation of jobs. No other country provided such support except Russia.
What about the European partners? Instead of offering Ukraine real support, there is talk about a declaration of intent. There are only promises that are not backed by any real actions. The European Union is using Ukraine’s economy as a source of raw foodstuffs, metal and mineral resources, and at the same time, as a market for selling its highly-processed ready-made commodities (machine engineering and chemicals), thereby creating a deficit in Ukraine’s trade balance amounting to more than 10 billion US dollars. This comes to almost two-thirds of Ukraine’s overall deficit for 2013.
To a large extent, the crisis in Ukraine’s economy has been precipitated by the unbalanced trade with the EU member states, and this, in turn has had a sharply negative impact on Ukraine’s fulfillment of its contractual obligations to pay for deliveries of natural gas supplied by Russia. Gazprom neither has intentions except for those stipulated in the 2009 contract nor plans to set any additional conditions.
This also concerns the contractual price for natural gas, which is calculated in strict accordance with the agreed formula. However, Russia cannot and should not unilaterally bear the burden of supporting Ukraine’s economy by way of providing discounts and forgiving debts, and in fact, using these subsidies to cover Ukraine’s deficit in its trade with the EU member states.
The debt of NAK Naftogaz Ukraine for delivered gas has been growing monthly this year. In November-December 2013 this debt stood at 1.451,5 billion US dollars; in February 2014 it increased by a further 260.3 million and in March by another 526.1 million US dollars. Here I would like to draw your attention to the fact that in March there was still a discount price applied, i.e., 268.5 US dollars per 1,000 cubic meters of gas. And even at that price, Ukraine did not pay a single dollar.
In such conditions, in accordance with Articles 5.15, 5.8 and 5.3 of the contract, Gazprom is compelled to switch over to advance payment for gas delivery, and in the event of further violation of the conditions of payment, will completely or partially cease gas deliveries. In other words, only the volume of natural gas will be delivered to Ukraine as was paid for one month in advance of delivery.
Undoubtedly, this is an extreme measure. We fully realize that this increases the risk of siphoning off natural gas passing through Ukraine’s territory and heading to European consumers. We also realize that this may make it difficult for Ukraine to accumulate sufficient gas reserves for use in the autumn and winter period.
In order to guarantee uninterrupted transit, it will be necessary, in the nearest future, to supply 11.5 billion cubic meters of gas that will be pumped into Ukraine’s underground storage facilities, and this will require a payment of about 5 billion US dollars.
However, the fact that our European partners have unilaterally withdrawn from the concerted efforts to resolve the Ukrainian crisis, and even from holding consultations with the Russian side, leaves Russia no alternative.
There can be only one way out of the situation that has developed. We believe it is vital to hold, without delay, consultations at the level of ministers of economics, finances and energy in order to work out concerted actions to stabilize Ukraine’s economy and to ensure delivery and transit of Russian natural gas in accordance with the terms and conditions set down in the contract.
We must lose no time in beginning to coordinate concrete steps. It is towards this end that we appeal to our European partners.
It goes without saying that Russia is prepared to participate in the effort to stabilize and restore Ukraine’s economy, however, not in a unilateral way, but on equal conditions with our European partners. It is also essential to take into account the actual investments, contributions and expenditures that Russia has shouldered by itself alone for such a long time in supporting Ukraine.
As we see it, only such an approach would be fair and balanced, and only such an approach can lead to success.

It is being posted on the internet, that the reason we have not seen the RV or GCR, is because the USA refuses to sign off on the 2010 Code of Reforms. The IMF will need to 'work creatively around' the stalemate, and that they will need to come up with a solution this week, while their meetings are taking place, so that everything can be released.

The real full on Truth hits you hard. Right in the heart. Your family is at stake, humanity is at stake. We’re being relentlessly attacked by some unidentified force and we’re reeling, without much to seemingly stand on.
Our planet’s resources are being polluted faster than we can identify. Everything in every sphere we just years ago held dear and tried to naturally defend has been so drastically altered it’s beyond identification or comprehension.
And we scream as if in a nightmare with no one listening.
Environmental Murder
The Gulf of Mexico and virtually the entire Pacific ocean have been virtually killed. Murdered. The skies are being poisoned to an incredible degree, killing our plants, animals and fellow humans. Our food and water are horrendously modified.
I like to believe in life’s regenerative processes, but we’re talking long term if this doesn’t stop soon. Perhaps long after our kids and grand kids have then had to endure the horrors of a mutated world, if they live that long.
These frackers are playing for keeps. And people had better wake up to that fact.
These earth changes, and so-called scientific and social changes that are obviously engineered, clearly have an agenda.
What Agenda Might this Be? Some Questions to Consider:
- WHY would the elites dig a super underground vault to store seeds from all over the planet while introducing genetically modified seeds growing food they themselves won’t touch?
- WHY have they built secret underground bases?–that aren’t so secret if you poke around a bit.
- WHY is the world not told a single fact about the Fukushima radiation readings, and the EPA monitors getting shut off and standards recalibrated?…while the media black out continues?
- WHY is questioning water fluoridation considered cult science while multiple millions drink the toxic industrial byproduct yet European countries throw the process off?
- WHY are they pushing vaccines so hard when they’ve been proven to maim children and adults?
- WHY is cellphone and other EMF technology deliberately set at the range of our brain frequency when it could have been outside that?
- WHY is the banking system getting off scot free when everyone knows they engineered this economic mess?
- WHY is war on terror so accepted when it was based on a staged false premise–a clearly government induced false flag millions identify?
- WHY is the education system spewing out dumber and dumber kids while more money is poured in to this endeavor?
- WHY is everyone so freakishly fat they can’t see their feet anymore and are suffering accelerated off the charts health challenges?
- WHY has questioning anything become a terrorist threat?
- WHY is our atmosphere so purposely filled with aluminum and other toxic substances our respiratory illnesses have skyrocketed, never mind other complications like increased seizures, memory loss, and even Alzheimers?
- WHY is going through the airport now a radioactive exam and terrorizing experience for even children and the elderly?
- WHY is the government now allowed to arrest, imprison and even kill you without trial?..as well as spy on you at will?
- WHY is the media swill the same on every channel with literally no independent reporting or investigative journalism?
- WHY is our DNA being tracked, our irises scanned, blood tested and our movements monitored?
- And why militarize American streets and authorize police and military brutality in crass overkill operations?
- etc. etc. etc.
Getting the picture?
We have to wake the hell up, is all I can say. If you don’t get it yet, I pity you.
We’re under attack.
There’s a lot to be angry about. And if you’re not angry, you’re not alive. Then turn your anger into activity. Do something! Wake others up! And most of all, drastically change your own life to reflect what you now know!

Yes, there’s always that. Of course there’s a wonderful “other” transcendent side to all of this, but it doesn’t matter if we don’t take responsibility for what’s going on in front of our noses and do something about it. Passively witnessing or “observing the essence” of a drowning child is complete bullshit. It’s time to respond.
Inaction while observing the truths of our current condition is an outright denial of personal responsibility. Know the Truth, and act on it.

In line with the sheer delusion being invoked to try to call Obamacare a "success," even this resignation is being called another success story. With Obamacare, all failures are "successes" merely because the White House says so. Even the enrollment numbers are largely faked.(2)
The replacement for Kathleen Sebelius is none other than Sylvia Burwell, "a key aide to Microsoft founder Bill Gates," reports Breitbart News (3). "Burwell served as both chief operating officer and head of the global development program at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation."
Sylvia Burwell steeped in biotech industry collusion, biopiracy and western domination of developing nations
"Sylvia Mathews Burwell is president of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's Global Development Program," says her profile page on a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation website (4). That same page goes on to describe how she is helping U.S. corporations destroy the world, using code words that sound like peace-loving efforts (translated here):
"She oversees efforts to help the world's poorest people lift themselves out of hunger and extreme poverty." Translation: She supports Monsanto, GMOs and biotech domination of third world nations.
"Burwell leads Global Development's grantmaking and advocacy in various foundation initiatives." Translation: She pays local groups to help U.S. corporations dominate and control their local farms (GMOs), health care (vaccines) and water supplies (hygiene).
Burwell was also a director of the industry-colluding group Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), a front group for pushing GMO dominance into developing nations. As GM Watch reports (5), "On October 12, 2010, representatives from the Seattle based group 'AGRA Watch' joined colleagues from South Africa and Kenya to critique the actions of the Gates foundation and its Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) colluding with industry to promote GMOs and pressure African countries to legalize them."
Sylvia Burwell also worked closely with AGRA's chief financial officer, Alexander Friedman, founder and president of Accelerated Clinical, a "biotechnology services company dedicated to accelerating the clinical trial process for biotechnology firms." (6)
AGRA Watch is a Seattle-based group that, according to their website:
[is] challenging the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s questionable agricultural programs in Africa, including its Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA). The Gates Foundation and AGRA claim to be "pro-poor" and "pro-environment," but their approach is closely aligned with transnational corporations, such as Monsanto, and foreign policy actors like USAID. They take advantage of food and global climate crises to promote high-tech, market-based, industrial agriculture and generate profits for corporations even while degrading the environment and dis-empowering farmers. Their programs are a form of philanthrocapitalism based on biopiracy.
AGRA Watch goes on to explain, "The [Gates] Foundation promotes industrial farming, inappropriate technologies, and pro-corporate policies that will make things worse for the hungry, for small farmers, consumer health, and the environment in Africa."
Sylvia Burwell also has strong ties to the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Bill Clinton and Robert Rubin. (7)
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation: Stealth vaccines, sterilization programs and Common Core
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, of course, has also been aggressively pursuing global vaccination programs linked to spreading polio-like symptoms among children in third-world nations.
The same organization has also developed stealth nanoparticle vaccines and controversial sterilization technologies for men that blast their testicles with high-powered sound waves to make them infertile.
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has also been a key funding partner for the Common Core effort to hijack the education system and replace education with confusion and disinfo. As Natural News has publicized, Common Core mathematics problems are intentionally written to make children mentally ill by making them doubt they can think clearly. Many of the Common Core lessons and word problems for students are written in the same kind of bizarre, nonsensical word riddles that White House operatives use to claim Obamacare is a success.
That a person with longstanding ties to these destructive campaigns that destroy the bodies and minds of human beings should be selected to run HHS is no coincidence. HHS oversees the FDA, and the FDA is tasked with making sure no natural cures or nutritional supplements can ever tell the truth about their ability to prevent disease and support healing. The Infowars exclusive yesterday exposing U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s (D-Nev.) involvement in the Bureau of Land Management’s land grab, which was meant to push out American ranchers such as Cliven Bundy in order to make way for Chinese solar farms, was the #1 news story in the entire world over the past 24 hours thanks to the Drudge Report and others, forcing the BLM to retreat from the standoff.

The article, Breaking: Sen. Harry Reid Behind BLM Land Grab of Bundy Ranch, revealed that Sen. Reid is directly destroying the livelihoods of hard-working American ranchers in order to profit from future deals with Chinese energy firms and was shared on Facebook over 44,000 times, Twitter over 34,000 times and was even shared on the professional networking site LinkedIn.
And it worked. Today the Sheriff of Clark Co., Nevada, Douglas Gillespie, announced that the BLM would retreat from its standoff with cattle rancher Cliven Bundy.
The BLM has even replaced the “Cattle Crossing” signs that they had previous taken down from public roads.
No doubt that the feds realized that they could not win the public relations war after the public discovered that this land grab was for a solar farm.
Now this could be a ruse for the time being to get the crowds to leave so the feds can continue its criminal operation later, but Alex Jones doubts that because they have definitely lost the moral high-ground.
This is a HUGE victory that shows what We the People can do.
I think this is a.........SOUND THE ALARM movement.

The head of the Oathkeepers Stewart Rhodes has put a call out to all Oathkeeper bikers and those who support the Oathkeepers (and FREEDOM) to head down to the Bundy Ranch in Nevada to help provide protection and support to the Bundy family.
Both America’s bikers and truckers have provided a well-needed dose of energy to protest movements across America in the last few years as Americans fight to take back our stolen country; we hope that bikers and truckers who read this story will again organize to provide support and protection for Americans in need and help this corrupt to the core government and Harry Reid remember JUST WHO they work for, and it’s not the Chinese. Fluid takes many forms in addition to ocean water - such as lava, oil, and rain. Fluid displacement tells us it is not only an insurgence of fluid that causes instability, but also in the way of extraction or depletion of fluid. This particular solar eclipse is rather unusual because the central axis of the Moon's antumbral shadow misses Earth entirely while the shadow edge grazes the planet. Regarding a solar eclipse' effect on Earth comes by the way of rapid and sudden temperature shifts. January 2001 - (India) A magnitude 7.6 earthquake shook the Indian Province of Gujarat. It was one of the two most deadly earthquakes to strike India in its recorded history. The death toll was 19,727, number of injured at 166,000, over 600,000 people were left homeless, with 348,000 houses destroyed and an additional 844,000 damaged. May 2003 - (Turkey) At least 176 people have died and 521 people were injured after a magnitude 6.4 earthquake that shook the eastern Turkey's Bingöl province. Several public buildings collapsed in the centre of Bingöl city and its vicinity. February 21st 2008 - (Indonesia) A powerful 7.4 earthquake in Indonesia killed three people and injured 25 today, but did not trigger a tsunami. December 21st 2010 (Tokyo) Residents of southern Japanese islands scrambled to community centers early Wednesday when a strong offshore quake briefly triggered a tsunami alert, but the 7.4-magnitude temblor prompted only a mild swelling of waves.
