Dear readers, welcome to our message which is intended to assist you in your journey toward more deeply understanding who you really are.
Over the course of the many lifetimes you have all had intense experiences of both good and evil and the energy created by them has been carried from lifetime to lifetime in cellular memory. Until cleared, these pockets of old energy continue to function if or when activated by some outer person or experience.
The escalating violence you are seeing is the result of increasingly more high resonating energy flowing to earth which in turn is acting to bring dormant dense energies stored in the physical, emotional, and mental bodies of all to individual awareness. Some unenlightened few are choosing to act out these old energies rather than allowing them to clear.
A great deal of clearing takes place as you sleep or simply automatically as your Light expands but cellular remembrance of intense and traumatic experiences must come to conscious awareness in order to be acknowledged and then cleared. For example those who have an inordinate fear of something like heights, dogs, water, etc. have at some time in the past or present had a negative experience or even suffered death through these things. The cells remember and in coordination with mind are trying to protect the person from doing it again.
This does not mean that a person with a fear of heights must go to a high cliff and look over, it means that a person with some level of spiritual awareness can clear these old fears firstly by ceasing to identify with and claim the fear to be personal and secondly through understanding that fear does not exist in the reality of their being. Fear is old programming put in place for protection but old programming can be dissolved because it has no law to support or maintain it.
We are not saying that deeply held fears release easily, especially for those not yet awake to the deeper truths. Fears that have been carried through lifetimes often become a person's identity but at a certain point in everyone's evolutionary journey all remaining deeply ingrained fears must be acknowledged and cleared. For some this may require the help of a professional, but the main thing is to know and fully accept that fear never was or can become the person. Fear is always impersonal.
There are some who find satisfaction in maintaining their particular fear because it gets them attention and can be an excuse for doing or not doing certain things, however if you are reading these messages you are ready to or have already moved beyond that state of consciousness. Strive to be totally honest with yourselves because continuing to hold on to some fear or negative quality (even age) because it makes you special in some way will block further spiritual advancement. It represents separation.
Remember, if you identify with any negative issues that come up for you it simply aligns you with that particular energy and then does indeed make it yours. Stand firm in knowing that all discord is the manifestation of the belief in two powers and separation and rejoice in knowing that you are spiritually prepared to move through the appearances. Never forget or doubt that the only qualities that are personal to you are those of Divine Consciousness.
There are many in the world at this time whose soul purpose was to be on earth as a catalyst causing confusion and disarray that would in turn force those happy to continue living comfortable lives based in duality and separation toward actually thinking about and examining the status quo.
Trust. Trust. Trust. It is very important that all who have awakened, cease doubting and trust.
Your Higher Self is you, not some far off entity hovering around and looking in on you occasionally. The Higher Self is that fragment of your Soul that has never forgotten conscious oneness. It knows you inside and out because it is YOU. Trust that it is always working to bring you experiences that will best serve your evolutionary process. Talk to your Higher Self.
Long ago, souls chose to experience separation and proceeded to get stuck in the resulting dense energies creating a collective consciousness based in two powers and separation which constitutes the third dimensional illusion. You chose to be on earth at this time in order to assist with the shifting of the collective out of this established density and into Light. You were spiritually awake before coming and knew you would be capable of assisting others out of the illusion. You also knew that these times would offer you a perfect opportunity to clear all remaining stored old energy.
Never doubt that your true essence (not a human concept of you) is omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient Divine Consciousness. You are not one with IT, you are IT.
Some believe that because God is omniscient God knows all about their problems and so they pray to this concept of God. If Divine Consciousness held within it problems, disease, lack, or limitation of any sort, these things would be permanent, held in place by Divine Law and no one would ever be able to heal or correct them. Divine Consciousness is infinitely aware only of ITself because IT is all that exists.
If God is Omnipotent and omnipresent, where would any other power come from? Does it not then make intelligent sense to make one's goal the attaining of a consciousness of oneness rather than continuing to seek solutions from within the illusion?
Many are awakening--some with tiny steps that just question and others with giant leaps of consciousness. Much will begin to unfold as increasingly more awaken out the desire to hold onto beliefs that are quickly becoming obsolete. This is the grand shift that has been predicted for eons. You are in it because you chose to be in it.
Present times offer a grand opportunity to once and for all clear and be free of old energies that may still hold you in bondage to some person, place, concept, or thing. Rejoice dear ones even as you witness a world that seems to be collapsing from the weight of its own density. These things must surface in order to be seen by the majority, otherwise they would just continue to remain out of sight where they could fester and explode into issues of pain and suffering.
We would speak of happiness, that state of being that everyone seeks and which most believe exists in the outer scene from where it must somehow be attained. Finding the perfect partner, accumulating wealth, getting the perfect job, being physically beautiful or handsome are just a few of the numerous three dimensional concepts regarding what will bring happiness.
Know that permanent happiness can never be found through attaining something in the outer scene because real happiness is already fully present within you waiting to be discovered. Happiness is the result of attaining a consciousness of oneness with Source which automatically constitutes oneness with all that Source is--wholeness, completeness, harmony, abundance etc,.
There will always be pairs of opposites in the the outer scene simply because third dimensional creations are formed from the energy of duality and separation.
Source/God is complete and whole, always has been and always will be and that is all that the human mind is able to comprehend. It is only through attaining a state of consciousness in alignment with Divine Consciousness that a person is finally able to experience true happiness and cease the constant seeking. Many things can and do bring temporary happiness, but eventually their glamour fades for they are concepts of some deeper spiritual reality.
Until spiritual realization, the Real Self of every individual continues to yearn for recognition which is interpreted by the human mind as that search for happiness that everyone experiences. You are spiritually ready to stop seeking your happiness from the outer world dear ones. Enjoy your lives, friends, activities and whatever resonates with you. Laugh, have fun, dance, read good books, have a glass of wine with friends, and enjoy your life but do not expect these things to bring you the fullness of happiness or sense of completeness that is only found within.
Release everything you may still believe to be necessary for your happiness. You may find that some of these things do appear after having attained a consciousness of oneness with Divine completeness. If that happens. those things you originally thought you had to have will be of a higher resonance, quality, and form because they will be formed of consciousness and not illusion.
Release all doubt and trust that your Higher Self knows what you need, when , and how to get it to you.

An intense heart opening is happening as the shift now intensifies.
The heart will be cleaved open to the reveal the core of the Soul and the eternal Truth, which is indeed showing us, whatever still is there within us, which needs to be resolved, left behind forever, and indeed is still keeping us from totally stepping forward into the New and Much Higher Dimensional frequency bands and indeed way of life and living.

In the past few weeks I was wondering what was happening, as things started to come up which I thought I had resolved a long time ago. Now it came back persistently. I was at loss of how to deal with this, even though I had intense opening as never before and indeed was working with the White Flame in the highest degrees, and indeed was told to bring this to humanity, hence the last weekend’s webinar.
I was brought back to love and loving relationships. More than this the Twin Flame Relationship – which for me did not work out. I have long since made peace with this, and indeed, love is never absent. Other souls will always immediately step in to fill the void, and these can be many – and not just one! Such is Universal Law. Indeed, for me the many stepped in and indeed powerfully so.
It was this week, that I was brought back to the core of the truth, that Love is eternal and indeed can never ever be turned off, like tap. The soul lives on and thus souls are always eternally with each other, in love, and with love, for in truth the SOUL is LOVE. At its core TRUTH, there is not one single soul who is not LOVE and does not incorporate Divine Love. It is impossible.
It may seem that some people are lacking this on the earthly plane, especially in the 3D, but this is an illusion. They merely choose to play out certain actor’s roles but in the truth of their soul there is Divine Love, which will always make its presence felt through the entire incarnation of the soul. As souls had free will and choice in the 3D, they often rejected unconditional Divine Love, and indeed closed their hearts and cut themselves off form their own souls and thus indeed created pain and suffering.
I was shown, the Core Soul Fires this morning and I was shown, how in Truth Love is eternal. So even if it seems as if one has parted in this lifetime, the Souls cannot part nor be apart, for in truth all is ONE. We all embrace Divinity within us, and we all indeed stem from the Self-same Source. Twin Flames indeed stem from the same Soul Fires, and thus indeed cannot be separated, although they may indeed choose not to be together during an incarnation.
It is most important to also understand that most Souls on earth DO NOT have their Twin Flame Incarnated. The souls agree to this before incarnation, and some of the Twin Flames who did NOT incarnate then act as higher guides and are always with the one incarnated during their sleep-state. Again, nothing is ever missing!
At this moment, we indeed are being faced with this eternal truth. When we open our heart center and get back to the Core TRUTH within, the Divine Truth, we can only expand in Love.
This truth is all the more POWERFUL at this time, because by Divine Dispensation on the 5 July 2020, when the Old Earth ceased to be and the New Earth was fully born, by Divine Dispensation ALL KARMA was lifted off all souls on earth. We were freed from the karmic wheel.
This is immense!
Note you have free will and choice: You can choose to hold onto the old for dear life, all the unforgiveness, and shame, blame and guilt OR you can choose to finally let go and indeed free yourself and others.
Now, there comes a time, when you will indeed, find that you will be reminded now of the love you felt for the soul concerned, in eternal form. It will be there. It will show up now. Why? Because we indeed are now leaving all behind which we ever created in the 3D, and this includes all the negative patterns we may have created during incarnations here before. Nowhere holds this truer than with the Twin Flame.
I was shown my Twin this morning, in his glorious innocence – and the truth of his soul.
It is not that I never saw this before, it was just that I was now seeing him from an elevated space, as I had shifted immensely in the last few months and years, in all aspects and indeed have transfigured – indeed all seems to have happened lightyears ago.
The Divine then showed me, that indeed all souls are freed and indeed all souls in the New Earth, will experience love in such an expanded form, which we cannot even comprehend right now. This is what I was being prepared for.
In that moment I was speechless. Such Unconditional Love welled up within me, that I understood: – the highest love indeed is when we finally attain the wholeness within ourselves, and thus find the wholeness reflected in the other. One is loved as SOUL and not for anything else but the SOUL. It becomes a MERGER of SOUL within SOUL, yet never one losing its wholeness in the process, but indeed expanding into a greater Spiral, a Torus of Creation itself!
When I was shown this, I simply could do no other than totally surrender all into Divine Hands.
What I was shown I cannot put into more words.
All I can say, is that indeed, if you think you know all about Love, the Power of Love will open more gates, and more portals, and you will find you know indeed no-thing and that what is there to still experience and discover about Love, is indeed infinite. There is no end and no beginning. One starts to step into the vastness and the Power of Love, which goes beyond description!
I am sharing this today, because so many had a deep misconception about what True Love indeed is. Some seek it so desperately, when in truth all paths lead within, for only if we truly experience the deepest love within, for ourselves and the Divine can this expand into another soul, even a Twin Flame.
The GNOSIS lies within.
More I will not say.
This is something you need ot find out for yourself.
For indeed, all paths lead back to yourself and your Maker and indeed the Infinite Core Truth.
And you will only be given the truth to the degree that you are open to receive it, and indeed surrender to the Greater Power of Love.
I have been asking for many years and months that I would be able to experience the deepest Love and the profoundest. Never knowing where this would all lead me, just like my Quest for the White Flame.
And now all is coming together, for indeed it is time to step fully into the New Earth and New Embodiment, and leave all the old false beliefs behind, the old false programming, and un-wholeness, the brokenness, forever.
Nowhere will this now be more felt than in what is now to come: the waves upon waves up waves of the deepest clearing of all which is still hindering the full heart and soul opening of humanity at large.
You will be cleaved open to the core of your soul – where you cannot hide anymore and the Truth will find you and set you free, in all ways and every form so that you can step through the Golden Gateways, into the New Earth.
What is now coming cannot be put into human words, for indeed we will lose the need for words, and indeed will return to telepathy and heart to heart, mind to mind, and soul to soul communication, in truth!

Ashtar: Vibrate with Joy for Our Victory
Dear Brothers of the Earth! I AM ASHTAR SHERAN!
I want to bring calmness and joy here today. In difficult times this is how we bring you back into balance again; this is how we take your minds off the focus of problems, take your minds off the focus of things that seem to be hopeless.
Every day in your world, for those of you who only have eyes for the negative, everything seems to get worse, everything seems to be slipping out of what little balance you still had. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you that it will stop there, on the contrary, more and more you will see the world in a total imbalance; because it is the last attempt, a desperate attempt by those who have already lost the war. The only thing they can do now, against you is this, is to incite the hearts of those who resonate with them, to produce chaos, to produce little wars. Not armed wars, but wars made with their own hands.
So again, as I said at the beginning, I want to bring joy here. I am not here bringing more worry. And why bring joy? Because the moment is one of extreme joy. There are no more risks for you in terms of the military, or the weapons of the Dark Ones; and even your weapons, the weapons of men that could hurt this planet, will achieve nothing more, because with each attempt, this too will be eliminated. So it is with joy, yes, it is with great joy that we are all vibrating around your planet for the victory achieved. A long victory, coming from a long battle. And why is it long? Because from the first moment we started the fight, victory was always ours.
So it was a victory that was growing with each new combat, because it was so determined by God the Father/Mother. Those who were here would no longer have the strength to stay on this planet the way they were doing. So, yes, I come to speak of joy, and I want very much for your hearts now, as you listen to me, to be filled with joy as well. As much as everything seems chaotic, as much as everything seems senseless, lost, aimless, I tell you this: look the other way around, look at how your planet is doing.
Today, unfortunately not everyone, but a good percentage of humans have started to respect this planet. And every day more supporters join. More people stop consuming animals, more people start respecting the earth, more people start looking at themselves, trying to find a path for their evolution. So how can you not be happy? If you look back a few years ago, I, Ashtar Sheran, being here speaking to thousands would be impossible, untrue, unbelievable. It would be untrue, it would be unbelievable, because the commanders of this environment would not accept it. However, even though everything has been manipulated, contaminated by them, this is our environment, it is of the Light. So they cannot silence our voice; if they could, they would have done it already.
And every day, more and more people engage in the multiplication of these messages. Unfortunately, concomitantly, many people also use these messages to preach the opposite. But each one will find their own way in due time, this does not hinder us. Because our voice, our messages, reach where we want them to reach. When each one of you, who has never heard, is led to hear a message from us, the time for your awakening has come, the time has come to show you the truth.
Now the choice is yours: accept the invitation or decline it. But I can tell you that the vast majority accept the invitation. But they are not as conscious people as you are, but I would say, that the time has come for you to welcome them with open arms, to show them the way. That is all. We don’t ask you to carry anyone on your lap, we don’t ask you to take someone’s hand and walk them. No, the path has to be walked by each one, by each one’s heart. So just show the way and that person, by himself, will have to seek the answers, to ask for help.
So it’s a lot of joy, yes, a lot of joy. We are all recovering from a long and difficult battle, but one that we already knew we would win, and so nobody ever gave up. Now a new stage will begin: the cleansing of those on the surface. When? Wait for it. Everything happens at the right time. So it will not happen before or after the time we have already planned for. So, just keep the focus on joy, the focus on Victory. Don’t get carried away by the chaos. That’s what chaos is there for, to take you out of hope, to take you out of balance, to cause fear.
Realize that the pandemic no longer strikes so many, it is no longer so threatening, but they insist that it still is; but reality no longer shows this. So the weapons will be different now. What risk do you run? I would say none; because those who vibrate high, who are on the path, who make themselves available to the Light, do not attract chaos; therefore, they run no risks. Now, those of you who are still doubting, those of you who are still doubtful about which side you are going to follow, be very careful, because chaos can absorb you.
So it’s very simple: vibrate loud, vibrate love, vibrate harmony, peace, say only positive things. Don’t comment on the negative, keep your mouths shut if you are not going to say positive things. Learn to be quiet, this is also a learning process.
I would say that now is the moment for each one of you; it is the moment for isolation, for each one of you to find your way. Not to seek your path in the opinion of others, not to seek your path the same as that of others, not to seek your path through the experience of others. Understand, the path is each one’s own. Each human being on this planet has a soul, and each soul has a path. So, don’t mirror the path of another, you have to respect your own path. So the time is not to look at the other; it’s not to follow what the other does.Look at your own feet, nobody walks on the feet of others,
you walk on your own feet, so look at your own feet. Each soul has its own way; so don’t imitate, don’t copy, don’t envy, don’t compare the other’s way; it is your way. If it is stonier, more full of obstacles, it is because your path made it that way. Don’t compare yourself with the one whose path is flowery and easy. Follow your feet.
This is the moment, and by making this isolation, you are able to stay balanced, vibrating high; and chaos, it passes very far, it passes extremely far. So don’t give importance to the chaos. Don’t give importance to the more news. Vibrate only joy, because The Light has Won, the victory is ours. Why vibrate the opposite? Why vibrate fear? Why vibrate negative feelings? What you wanted has happened; we are victorious, The Light has totally Won. So, why not vibrate joy? Why not vibrate only love? It is up to you to vibrate loudly.
If many times, things don’t happen, it is because the vibration of the planet doesn’t allow it; but this vibration comes from you. So, you always think: “Oh, I am one. If I vibrate low today, it doesn’t hurt anything.” This thought of yours reverberates, and you will have another, who will think the same way, and this spreads across the grid of the planet. And how many will vibrate low, just because they are unique? What happens? The vibration of the planet drops. And then what you expect to happen the next day takes a little longer, because we need a quantum of high vibration of energy, of frequency on the planet, for everything to happen.
So do your part. Don’t just because you think you are unique and isolated, that you don’t mess with the Whole; that is unreal. Each one of you who vibrates below reverberates it throughout the Whole. So be part of the group that raises the vibration, don’t hold the hand of the group that lowers it. The time has come for you to take a course, to take a path. And this path is isolated, it is not leaning against or based on anyone. The path is each one’s own. Each one has to find his own path. The other’s path is good for the other, maybe not for you. So don’t follow the other’s path; it’s your feet, you don’t walk on his feet.
So once again: vibrate joy, lots of joy. All the joy we are feeling is being reverberated on your planet. We are doing our part, wrapping this planet in so much light, in so much love, in so much joy, so that it reverberates, and you can feel that same joy and you can amplify it. This is what we expect from you, nothing different.
But I insist again: follow your path. If your way to be joyful is to go up on the roof of your house and vibrate really loud, so be it. And that will be your way, and nobody will have to imitate you. Let each one do it his or her own way. Learn to be yourself, not others. Then a Divine and powerful Being doesn’t depend on anyone, it depends only on your desires, and your choices.

Welcome, dear readers.
We observe that as restrictions begin to lessen many expect their lives to pick up exactly where they left off before the period of isolation. Nothing can or will be exactly as it was for the energy of earth has and will continue to change. Allow the process dear ones.
It is important to honestly examine your belief system and allow yourselves to recognize everything that you may still hold with regard to how things must be in order to be "right". Be open to change through understanding and accepting that the world has entered a new vibrational pattern which does not allow it to express exactly as it did previously.
Listen to and trust your intuition fully, allowing it to guide you to new and previously unknown ways of living in a higher resonating world. It has become a time of fear for those who remain spiritually un-awakened because as their comfortable and familiar belief system begins to crumble they experience it as the loss of their foundation, one built on sand.
Divine Consciousness is a permanent state of fulfillment. Divine consciousness never gives fulfillment to an individual, for Divine Consciousness holds nothing about the belief in separation or individuals as being separate from ITself. God is always fulfilling ITSelf as and through individuals.
Individual expressions of Divine Consciousness experience fulfillment in accord with how open their consciousness is to receive it. A consciousness that is already filled with false beliefs of two powers, duality, and separation has no room through which Divine fulfillment can express.
It is time to ponder and evaluate the ordinary facets of your life. "Why do I struggle to maintain a job, relationship, way of life that feels finished? What beliefs drive me? Am I doing these things to please others? In the light of what I know, are these beliefs true or simply concepts I have accepted and feel comfortable holding on to? " The benefit of the time of confinement is that it provided an opportunity for individuals to ask themselves these questions which in turn has helped many move beyond old beliefs that were holding them in bondage.
Throughout all lifetimes the majority has comfortably accepted and lived from what they were led to believe was the "right way" or "truth" about everything most of which was based primarily in duality and separation. The third dimension is the lowest rung of a very high dimensional ladder dear ones, which is why most people are unable to easily speak with their Guides, teachers, and loved ones on the other side.
Three dimensional energy does not align with the more refined Light energies of the higher dimensions. Many continue to believe that the higher dimensions do not exist because they can't see or hear them. Some who do believe in an afterlife continue to view it from narrow and false concepts of a "heaven" or "hell" awaiting everyone which in turn has provided a well used control tool for churches, parents, governments, etc. Never doubt that those living in the higher dimensions are alive and well, learning and evolving, and happy to be back home.
Ghosts are individuals who are so completely aligned with three dimensional energy that even after the death of the physical body they remain fully aligned with it. It is their state of consciousness. Higher dimensional beings are always close by ready to assist but free will allows them to remain in their illusions as long as they choose.
Those who incessantly mourn someone who has passed on by erecting altars, having seances, and consistently trying to make contact do no favor to themselves or the person they mourn because these actions only serve to keep both tied to what is finished and keeps the one who has passed from moving on.
There is, never has been, and never can be death. Could an omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient God die?
As individuals evolve and grow spiritually, it becomes easier and more natural to communicate with Guides or even loved ones if contact is necessary. This is because as a person's energy becomes more refined, they automatically begin to align with the same energies in the higher dimensions.
Never forget that you are not a human being with a consciousness but rather you are consciousness presently utilizing a material body as is necessary for living in the denser energy of earth.
We observe hesitation on the part of many who are aware of their true nature but are unable to fully trust it because they believe that it never manifests as they expected, is unpredictable, and is thus not practical for every day living. Realize and remember that Consciousness is the substance of form, not an intellectual knowledge of truth. This is why the first stages of the spiritual journey do not seem to bring forth much fruitage.
Everyone has experiences that cause them to doubt what they have learned about themselves and God. It is part of the evolutionary process. Have no guilt, sorrow, or feelings of failure about it. Rest assured that Truth is a never changing reality but for humans used to living in third dimensional energy Truth must be held silently and sacredly within and practiced until through Grace it becomes an attained state of consciousness that can express outwardly.
Trust that your Higher self is running the show and bringing to you that which you need. Once a person consciously or unconsciously decides to spiritually evolve, their journey begins with no going back. From then on experiences of both bad and good are based in learning, clearing, and moving more deeply into spiritual awareness.
Try not to judge your life by outer appearances for experiences can get quite difficult on all levels as old stored energy from hundreds of past lives begins to surface in order to clear. Look for the lesson underlying all experiences for there always is one.
It is important to set aside a particular time to state the intention to clear all oaths, promises, vows, or commitments made in this life and all past lives for they can bind you to their particular energy. Even lifetimes lived as a warrior can bind a person to the energy of oaths and promises made to always serve a leader, country, or cause to the death. Likewise, old vows of poverty can keep a person continuously struggling with abundance. Most vows, oaths, and promises of the past were appropriate at the time but as a person evolves they act as anchors and block the new.
Over the course of living many lifetimes everyone has surrendered personal power to others be it some religion, person in power, husband, wife, child, or cause. Mankind has reached a place of spiritual readiness to reclaim the innate power they willingly and ignorantly, or forcibly surrendered to some person, place, cause, etc.
The integration and balancing of the masculine and feminine energy fully present but often unrecognized in every person is a necessary component of reclaiming one's power as a Divine being. Those who ignore or resist opening themselves to the qualities of either gender will be presented with opportunities that force them to go deeper with regard to this.
Everyone came to believe through experience and teachings in this or previous lifetimes that they were powerless. For many, powerlessness remains intact as their state of consciousness and continuing to manifest outwardly in every facet of their lives. The process of evolving beyond a consciousness of powerlessness often includes situations that seem to be problems but which in reality are experiences created by the Higher Self necessary for attaining personal empowerment.
When a person reaches a place of "NO MORE!" the upper realms rejoice for it means the person has begun to break their bondage to some person, place, or thing outside of themselves freeing them from energies that they may have been carrying through many many lifetimes.
Appearances are never what they seem to be according to three dimensional thinking. Three dimensional minds regardless of how educated or bright can only access what is already known in three dimensional collective consciousness simply because that is what they are in alignment with. Fresh new ideas can only flow from the Source of creativity--Divine Consciousness.
Great artists do not seek new ideas from what already exists in the three dimensional collective but look within where creativity exists. Often without conscious awareness of what they were doing, the great artists and creators of every age pondered and silently listened, opening a path through which new ideas for music, art, dance, medicine, learning etc. could flow.
Once a new idea is brought forth from the Source of creativity within, it then becomes a part of the collective and available to others. This is why it often happens that two people will invent the same thing at the same time and is also why every truth you know and integrate serves to lift and add Light to collective consciousness.
You are living in powerful times and all is proceeding according to plan.

Explanation of the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path given by Lord Gautama
Last Sunday, together with my group of decrees, we read the first sermon given by Gautama Buddha, where he presents the foundations of Buddhism. The Great Maitreya recites this sermon every year, at the time of his great outpouring of love for the planet on the full moon of Gemini. And if Lord Maitreya even now recites and reflects on this truth, always putting an adaptation of it for the current moment, I decided to also reflect on it. Gautama's sermon you can find on the internet a translation of the original Pali in your native language. So here I will only summarize my considerations. In this sermon, Gautama introduces in a simple and relatively short text that to reach nirvana, that is, to accomplish our ascension, we need to reflect, absorb, develop and practice the 4 noble truths and the eight eightfold path factors that stem from them. I really enjoyed what I received from Maitreya's inspiration about our beloved Lord Gautama's sermon, and during the week, I have made a little summary here for you.
Four Noble Truths
The APPEARANCE of sorrow or suffering (which must be alleviated)
The CAUSE of sorrow
The END of sorrow (or the escape of it),
and The WAY, which leads to the escape from sorrow.
1. The APPEARANCE of sorrow or suffering (which must be alleviated)
Here Lord Gautama tells us about the illusion of all things that appear to be real in the external world and which so catches our attention. These outward appearances throw us from one side to the other. When we see something good, we are happy. When we see something bad, we suffer too much.
2. The CAUSE of sorrow
What causes our suffering is our attachment to outward appearances. We believe them to be true. We believe they are real. As Saint Germain told us: ”Where we place our attention, that we become!” What causes suffering is our acceptance of these appearances as a reality. We were taught since childhood that the world is imperfect, the human being is imperfect. That we are going to have to fight too hard to earn our lives and conquer our space in the world. Therefore, we learn to empower appearances and we are ruled by them at all times.
3. The END of sorrow (or the escape of it)
We can only escape suffering when we turn our attention away from outward appearances. When we let go of everything, be it the good things or the bad things. This does not mean being alienated from things or not enjoying the good things God gives us. But that means becoming neutral to outward appearances and creating our reality of pure perfection - that perfection that we want to live and experience in our world.
4. The WAY, which leads to the escape from sorrow.
The way is the practice of the eightfold path, generated from the four noble truths. Gautama told us “It is this noble eightfold path; that is, right view (or right understanding), right intention (or right thoughts), right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration.” This is that middle way which gives rise to vision, which gives rise to knowledge, which leads to peace, to direct knowledge, to enlightenment, to Nirvana.
Each item on this eightfold path is an important factor worthy of daily reflection. When we practice one of these factors perfectly, generally the practice of the other 7 happens accordingly. It has a quote from a monk very enlightening about these 8 factors:
“The first factor (of the Eightfold Path) is Right Understanding, the keynote of Buddhism. The Buddha started with Right Understanding in order to clear the doubts of the monks and guide them on the right way. Right Understanding deals with the knowledge of oneself as one really is; it leads to Right Thoughts of non-attachment or renunciation, loving-kindness, and harmlessness, which are opposed to selfishness, illwill, and cruelty respectively. Right Thoughts result in Right Speech, Right Action, and Right Livelihood, which three factors perfect one's morality. The sixth factor is Right Effort which deals with the elimination of evil states (My personal note: human creation) and the development of good states in oneself. This self-purification is best done by a careful introspection, for which Right Mindfulness, the seventh factor, is essential. Effort, combined with Mindfulness, produces Right Concentration or one-pointedness of the mind, the eighth factor. A one-pointed mind resembles a polished mirror where everything is clearly reflected with no distortion.” (Text in quotes were taken from: "The Buddha and His Teachings" Written by Ven. If we read and reflect on the words of Gautama and the Ascended Masters, it will lead to a perfect understanding of the things of this world (right understanding). We see ourselves as we are, not as our mind sets us up, not as the world says we are. From that, our ideas and thoughts are clear and perfect (right thoughts). This perfect vision makes us understandable, tolerant, and we no longer wish to harm anyone in this world. Selfishness dissolves and we become altruistic. This leads us to speak correctly (right speech), act correctly (right action) and live correctly and perfectly (right livelihood). Acting in this way, we begin to detach from the illusions of the world and we notice positive results in our lives, we see our world transform. So, we spend each day more and more making the necessary conscious efforts to keep us on the middle path, on the path of perfection (right effort). As we sustain our consciousness on these noble paths given to us by Gautama, we purify our garments, that is, our four lower bodies and we dissolve the human creations created by the concrete mind. This requires that we learn to use the power of our attention, placing our attention only on pure, constructive, and perfect things, so we practice the seventh factor (right mindfulness). And with attention to the practice of teachings and constructive things, we keep our mind focused on a point "the perfection" that we want to be and experience in our journey, and thus, we practice the eighth factor - right concentration.
And as the venerable monk explained to us in his text "A focused mind resembles a polished mirror where everything is clearly reflected without distortion." We rise above all external distortions into a sphere of light, where we begin to see, think, speak, act and be the perfection of our higher mental body visibly manifested in this human octave. We surpass human limits and we don't need to incarnate anymore. We reach nirvana or ascension.
These are the four noble truths that Gautama gave us and the eightfold path generated from these truths. And as we can see, in essence it is exactly the same as everything that Saint Germain and the Ascended Masters have taught us in the discourses given from the teachings of the I AM Presence.

With loving greeting from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Energy surges that are propelling Earth along her ascension pathway are raising vibrations throughout your world. This will continue until she reaches her destination in high fifth density, where Gaia, the soul that embodied as the planet, remained during the long ages that amassing negativity spiraled her body downward into deep third density.
Only readers of information from messengers of the light know Earth is steadily ascending into higher astral planes, but two effects of rising vibratory levels, although not attributed to such, are clearly evident.
One is the sense that time is passing faster and faster. Linear time exists on Earth because all third density civilizations that have inhabited the planet needed a chronological means in which to function in a coherent fashion. However, that concept of “time” actually is energy fields in the timeless continuum, where what you consider past, present and future are a series of simultaneous happenings.
In one way we could say Earth is approaching the continuum, but it’s more accurate to say that her population is interpreting the sensation of successively lighter energy as time seeming to pass more quickly than previously. And, going by your clocks and calendars, it is—what was a week only 20 years ago now is “condensed” into two days. Because of divine grace, let us say, laws of physics that govern this universe are regulating the tides and the rising and setting of the sun and moon so all are occurring as you expect even though linear time is crunching.
The other effect of ever-rising vibrations is the continuing magnification of characteristics and behavior, both positive and negative. The latter accounts for the notable increase in homicides, random shootings, massacres, acts based in bigotry, and other violent and criminal acts that have been happening around the world.
Mainstream media report those distressing events but rarely mention high vibrations’ positive effects—the increasing abundance of kindness, helpfulness, respectful communication and cooperative efforts—qualities and actions that will keep expanding within the society in consonance with heightening vibrations. The energy of dark intentions and activities emits low vibrations, and those cannot coexist with high; whatever is based in darkness will keep declining until it has no more energy, thus comes to an end.
Also, you are feeling a more intimate effect of “high vibes”—their impact on body, mind and spirit. Now then, another glaring omission in mainstream media is the growing backlash against everything related to the “pandemic.” Instead, they feature “experts” who emphasize that vaccinating people worldwide is the only way to combat covid because this is science. No, that is not science, it is against science! Your bodies are designed with strong immune systems and self-healing mechanisms—introducing foreign elements that are incompatible with those capabilities jeopardizes their functioning and leads to health issues and death.
Let us reply here to questions as to why information from medical specialists is contradictory: Those on TV say if you must go out, wear masks and socially distance, get tested for covid and even if results are negative, get vaccinated. The specialists who speak in Internet videos explain why those requirements are damaging to health.
The Illuminati/Deep State/cabal—those and other designations refer to the same malevolent secret society—control mainstream media and choose the “experts” who speak or are cited in press reports. They control World Health Organization and multinational Big Pharma; in the United States, they control all agencies under the medical establishment’s umbrella, including Centers for Disease Control, National Institutes of Health and Food and Drug Administration.
Spokespersons for those agencies and others may be Illuminati themselves. If not, they still may be profiting from investments in companies that are making fortunes from all covid-related products and equipment. They may be supporting the massive deception about the “pandemic” because they have been bribed, blackmailed or given death threats. They may fear being professionally blackballed, losing medical accreditation or even their lives, all of which the Illuminati have done to practitioners who dared use effective therapies the dark ones have banned precisely because they are effective, inexpensive and non-injurious to bodies.
The Illuminati also design curricula used by medical and nursing schools, and many graduates do what they were taught—operate, use chemo and radiation, prescribe pharmaceuticals. They believe what they were taught: Natural remedies are worthless because there is no scientific evidence to support claims of their efficacy and vaccines are life-saving. They are applying to covid what they learned—adhering to medical science guidelines and being vaccinated are imperative to public health.
Even without any awareness of Illuminati tentacles around the entire healthcare industry, people who once believed mainstream media reports now are questioning: Why are simple remedies prohibited even though some doctors have successfully used them to treat covid patients? Why are we forced to wear masks when some specialists say they prevent normal respiratory functions, thus lowering immunity and increasing susceptibility to a variety of illnesses; and they prevent oxygen from reaching the brain, thereby damaging brain cells especially in young children whose brain power develops quickly? Why would hospital staffs be told to list deaths as covid even when they’re due to other causes? If vaccines are safe, why are medical personnel in many countries warning about their dangerous effects?
The Illuminati may remove from the Internet truthful information about the “pandemic” as soon as they discover it, but they cannot stop individuals who saw those films and articles from spreading that information.
People also are seeing that mandated restrictions have led to an increase in depression, suicides, drinking, domestic violence and other crimes; businesses have gone under, families are financially desperate and school closures are psychologically harming students. Logically, they are asking: How can that good for any of us?
As refusal to be vaccinated is growing, Illuminati are pressuring leaders from community to national levels to urge Get vaccinated! Protect yourselves and your loved ones! In some nations, life has been made very difficult for individuals who don’t comply, and most international travelers must show proof of vaccination as permission to leave their country or enter another. Not only is tolerance of those conditions growing thin, but people are tired of living in fear about “catching covid.” In one country after another, crowds are gathering without wearing masks, schools are reopening and so are small businesses that managed to survive.
We understand your concerns about vaccines—they are justified!—and while we cannot dispel them, let us ease them. It is so that gene-altering tissue and programmed nanochips that interact with 5G technology are in the solutions for the purpose of producing a race of automatons that can be remotely controlled. By divine authority, scientists in extraterrestrial special forces who reduced the potency of coronavirus-19 and prevented what the Illuminati intended, the death of billions, also erased the programming and reduced to the extent possible the viability of the tissue in the solutions. Still, many people with weakened immunity have died or experienced serious adverse effects from what is called “vaccine,” but actually is the Illuminati’s gene-altering experiment.
Then there is the issue of airborne particles from vaccinated individuals affecting those who haven’t been. There is truth to this, but not to the dire extent you may think. Due to the particles’ reduced viability, their life span in the air is extremely brief. And, in instances where persons have been affected, the particles exacerbated diagnosed or undiagnosed issues such as hormonal or chemical imbalance, short-circuiting electrical systems, hypo-metabolism, circulatory difficulties, nutritional deficiencies or a combination of existing conditions that caused minor or major adverse reactions. We advise drinking as much water as you can. Keeping bodies well hydrated aids in removing toxic materials, and, by helping energy systems flow smoothly, precludes blockages wherein those thrive. And always, sunlight greatly benefits body, mind and spirit.
Also we have been asked if the claim by some “experts” is true: Covid is here to stay because the virus will keep mutating into variants. “Keep mutating” is but another scare tactic and covid is not there to stay! Like everything else in existence in this universe, that illness, which is a kind of flu, is energy, and its survival depends upon energy continuously put into it.
The Illuminati need people’s fear of catching covid to provide the energy their concocted “pandemic” requires, and fear is abating. They need people’s thoughts and feelings about the illness to sustain its energy, but the interests of the populace have turned to regaining a semblance of normalcy. They need people to have high stress levels—stress lowers immunity, making bodies more vulnerable to health disorders—but as people are taking back their stolen free will, their stress levels are dropping.
Furthermore, because of the dark intention of manipulating a virus to become a contagious disease, covid’s energy is in the lowest vibratory range. As vibrations keep rising on the planet, they will overpower everything with low vibrations because, as aforementioned, the two extremes cannot coexist.
To all who feel you cannot do anything to help end a global situation as pervasive as covid, we say, “Indeed you can!” In previous messages we urged you not to give your energy to anything related to the “pandemic,” and we do so again. So why have we just given that a great deal of our energy? Intention has its own energy streamers with benevolent or malevolent attachments. Not only is our intention—offering truth and upliftment—benevolent, it is given with unconditional love for you, our dear sisters and brothers.
We remind you of other things we have spoken about. Simply by BEing the pure love-light energy of Creator Source, you are radiating into the world the most powerful force in the cosmos. Your every thought and feeling is prayer, and prayers are powerful, so think and feel positive and optimistic about what is ahead. Words, spoken and written, have power—be mindful to choose your words wisely.
Smiles and laughter, generosity, gratitude, compassion, empathy and every small act of thoughtfulness send vibrations soaring, and visualization also is powerful. See crowds of people dancing in joyful celebrations and children happily playing with animals. Visualize Earth immersed in brilliant golden-white light. Image the planet with pristine waters, forests instead of scarified lands, crops growing in land now deserts, fields of flowers as far as the eye can see, air free of pollution.
Everything mentioned above is love in action, and LOVE is the key to a peaceful world where the peoples live in harmony with each other and with Nature. Dear ones, love begins with self—please love yourselves the way we love you!
All light beings in this universe honor you for steadfastly helping Earth’s civilization manifest the kind of world they want for themselves and all generations to come. With unconditional love we are supporting you every step of your journey.

Increasing Your Light

From the very beginning channellings of Kryon, the dark-light metaphor has been taught. The biggest paradigm that Kryon wishes us to really understand is that the definition of light is: “The absence of the dark.” The definition of the dark is: “That which happens when there is no light.”
Kryon teaches, “Light is active and dark is passive.” This means that the very creation of light voids darkness. There is no such thing as creating darkness. Instead, it is simply that which happens when there is no light (as defined above).
So the practical lesson is this: When we start to manifest joy and compassion in our lives, we automatically activate a “light machine” that does not allow darkness into our lives.
The opposite is also true, and when we doubt and expect negative things, we create a darkness that will cooperate with this exact thing! Kryon tells us that we have free choice to create whatever energy we wish.
It’s like placing an order in a restaurant. It’s that powerful. What you say, and what you think, creates a reality around you that is real. It can shorten your life or extend it. It can bring you joy or fear. This card not only reminds you of your light, but its message is to tell you that your light is increasing exponentially more than ever before, because of the new energy that has been birthed on the planet. Dear sons and daughters of planet earth! I AM SANANDA!
Once again I am grateful to be here and to communicate with you in a simple and extremely multiplying way. The moment is made up of many things that happen at the same time. It is a time of pleasant surprises and some not so pleasant. Many changes, much is brought into your life that you could never imagine. Many of you have many experiences, very interesting ones and others not so much.
Each soul’s journey writes exactly what you are going through today. It is as if everything that your soul has to transform, everything that your soul has to learn, is applied in a single moment, no longer over several incarnations.
All lessons are presented in this incarnation. Many are unaware of this and let the lessons pass by because they believe there is still time; that there is still a lot of time to correct yourself, to improve yourself as a person and as a soul.
But I tell you the time is short, the period that you still have to correct many things is small. No more incarnations, not a dozen or more years to go
