(A warning: the pictures are hard to look at)

Agrochemical spraying in Argentina has increased ninefold, from 9 million gallons in 1990 to 84 million gallons today. Yet the South American nation has a hodgepodge of widely ignored regulations that leave people dangerously exposed, and chemicals contaminate homes, classrooms, and drinking water. Doctors and scientists are warning that uncontrolled spraying could be causing health problems across the nation. ( 17 photos )

Soybeans ready for harvest are bathed in afternoon light near Rawson, in Buenos Aires province, Argentina on April 16. American biotechnology has turned Argentina into the world's third-largest soybean producer, but the chemicals powering the boom aren't confined to soy, cotton, and corn fields. They routinely contaminate homes and classrooms and drinking water. A growing chorus of doctors and scientists is warning that their uncontrolled use could be responsible for the increasing number of health problems turning up in hospitals across the South American nation. Empty agrochemical containers including Monsanto's Round Up products lay discarded at a recycling center in Quimili, Santiago del Estero province, Argentina on May 2. Instead of a lighter chemical burden in Argentina, agrochemical spraying has increased ninefold, from 9 million gallons in 1990 to 84 million gallons today. Glyphosate, the key ingredient in Monsanto's Round Up products, is used roughly eight to ten times more per acre than in the United States. Yet Argentina doesn't apply national standards for farm chemicals, leaving rule-making to the provinces and enforcement to the municipalities. (Natacha Pisarenko/Associated Press) #

Girls use slingshots next to a biotech soybean plantation in Avia Terai, in Chaco province, Argentina on May 31. The country's entire soybean crop and nearly all its corn and cotton have become genetically modified in the 17 years since St. Louis-based Monsanto Company promised huge yields with fewer pesticides using its patented seeds and chemicals. Instead, the agriculture ministry says agrochemical spraying has increased ninefold, from 9 million gallons in 1990 to 84 million gallons today. (Natacha Pisarenko/Associated Press) #

Camila Veron, 2, born with multiple organ problems and severely disabled, stands outside her home in Avia Terai, in Chaco province, Argentina on March 31. Doctors told Camila's mother, Silvia Achaval, that agrochemicals may be to blame. It's nearly impossible to prove that exposure to a specific chemical caused an individual's cancer or birth defect, but doctors say these cases merit a rigorous government investigation. "They told me that the water made this happen, because they spray a lot of poison here," said Achaval. (Natacha Pisarenko/Associated Press) #

Activist Oscar Alfredo Di Vincensi talks on a cell phone inside his tent during his one-man hunger strike demanding that agrochemical spraying not be allowed within 1,000 meters of homes, in the main square of Alberti, in Buenos Aires province, Argentina on April 16. Earlier this year, Di Vincensi stood in a field waving a court order barring spraying within 1,000 meters of homes in his town of Alberti; a tractor driver doused him in pesticide. Felix San Roman walks on his property in Rawson, in Buenos Aires province, Argentina on April 16. San Roman says that when he complained about clouds of chemicals drifting into his yard, the sprayers beat him up, fracturing his spine and knocking out his teeth. "This is a small town where nobody confronts anyone, and the authorities look the other way," San Roman said. "All I want is for them to follow the existing law, which says you can't do this within 1,500 meters. Nobody follows this. How can you control it?" (Natacha Pisarenko/Associated Press) #

A protest sign directed to Argentine President Cristina Fernandez and Cordoba Province governor Jose Manuel de la Sota that reads in Spanish; "Stop looting and contaminating! Monsanto out of Cordoba and Argentina," is posted on a fence where Monsanto is building its largest seed production plant in Latin America in the town of Malvinas Argentinas, in Cordoba province, Argentina on Sept. 25. Students stand outside their rural school in Pozo del Toba, in Santiago del Estero province, Argentina on May 3. Most Argentine provinces limit how close spraying can be done in populated areas, with setbacks ranging from as little as 50 meters to as much as several kilometers. But The Associated Press found many cases of soybeans planted only a few feet from homes and schools, and chemicals mixed and loaded onto tractors inside residential neighborhoods. The twins' mother, Claudia Sariski, whose home has no running water, says she doesn't let her children drink from the discarded pesticide containers she keeps in her dusty backyard. But her chickens do, and she has no other water to wash the family's clothes with. (Natacha Pisarenko/Associated Press) #

Empty pesticide containers ready for recycling are collected inside an enclosure by the farming business association in Gualeguaychu, in Entre Rios province, Argentina on Sept. 23. Widely ignored Argentine health minister guidelines recommend perforating empty containers to prevent reuse by residents. The association says the containers will be recycled into plastic tubing. Dr. Andres Carrasco, a molecular biologist at the University of Buenos Aires, pauses during an interview in Buenos Aires, Argentina on July 8. Carrasco found that injecting very low doses of glyphosate, a weed-killer, into embryos can change levels of retinoic acid, causing the same sort of spinal defects in frogs and chickens that doctors are increasingly registering in communities where farm chemicals are ubiquitous. Silvia Alvarez leans against her red brick home while keeping an eye on her son, Ezequiel Moreno, who was born with hydrocephalus, in Gancedo, in Chaco province, Argentina on April 1. Alvarez blames continuous exposure to agrochemical spraying for two miscarriages and her son's health problems. Chaco provincial birth reports show that congenital defects quadrupled in the decade after genetically modified crops and their related agrochemicals arrived. (Natacha Pisarenko/Associated Press) #

Residents gather to speak with Dr. Damian Verzenassi on health concerns they have about agrochemicals in the main square of Alvear, in Santa Fe province, Argentina on March 9. In the heart of Argentina's soybean business, house-to-house surveys of 65,000 people in farming communities found cancer rates two to four times higher than the national average, as well as higher rates of hypothyroidism and chronic respiratory illnesses. Former farmworker Fabian Tomasi, 47, shows the condition of his emaciated body as he stands inside his home in Basavilbaso, in Entre Rios province, Argentina on March 29. Tomasi's job was to keep the crop dusters flying by quickly filling their tanks but he says he was never trained to handle pesticides. Now he is near death from polyneuropathy. "I prepared millions of liters of poison without any kind of protection, no gloves, masks or special clothing. I didn't know anything. I only learned later what it did to me, after contacting scientists," he said. (Natacha Pisarenko/Associated Press) #

http://www.infowars.com/food-bank-ceo-suggests-welfare-cuts-may-spark-riots/

While I think there is less likelihood of riots because of cuts at the beginning of the month, there could be some local hot spots.  If you live in a big city or near areas with a high population on food stamps, keep your situational awareness high at all times.  Don't go alone.  Have some form of defense against groups.

Also be aware that not all food stamp recipients are paid on the 1st of the month.  My son gets his on the 9th.  So, stay especially alert through the first ten days of the month.  As the last week of the month approaches, we will see if food banks are able to cover the deficiency caused by the cuts.  If not, and people are getting desperate, look for problems.  Check your local news.

Feds hid spending during government shutdown

More money to another mid-eastern country.

Just as Obama was casting blame on Republicans for attempting to wreck the U.S. economy, USAID simultaneously failed to notify the American public, as required by government regulations, of its $125 million award to contracting behemoth Chemonics International.

Chemonics secured the award Oct. 7, at the end of Week One of the budgetary stalemate among both houses of Congress and the White House.

USAID did not publish the award notice until Oct. 17, the day Obama signed the bill to end the partial shutdown and raise the federal .

WASHINGTON — The White House and State Department signed off on surveillance targeting phone conversations of friendly foreign leaders, current and former U.S. intelligence officials said Monday, pushing back against assertions that President Obama and his aides were unaware of the high-level eavesdropping.

Professional staff members at the National Security Agency and other U.S. intelligence agencies are angry, these officials say, believing the president has cast them adrift as he tries to distance himself from the disclosures by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden that have strained ties with close allies.

The resistance emerged as the White House said it would curtail foreign intelligence collection in some cases and two senior U.S. senators called for investigations of the practice.

France, Germany, Italy, Mexico and Sweden have all publicly complained about the NSA surveillance operations, which reportedly captured private cellphone conversations by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, among other foreign leaders.

On Monday, as Spain joined the protest, the fallout also spread to Capitol Hill.

Until now, members of Congress have chiefly focused their attention on Snowden’s disclosures about the NSA’s collection of U.S. telephone and email records under secret court orders.

“With respect to NSA collection of intelligence on leaders of U.S. allies — including France, Spain, Mexico and Germany — let me state unequivocally: I am totally opposed,” said Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), who chairs the Senate Intelligence Committee.

“Unless the United States is engaged in hostilities against a country or there is an emergency need for this type of surveillance, I do not believe the United States should be collecting phone calls or emails of friendly presidents and prime ministers,” she said in a statement.

Feinstein said the Intelligence Committee had not been told of “certain surveillance activities” for more than a decade, and she said she would initiate a major review of the NSA operation. She added that the White House had informed her that “collection on our allies will not continue,” although other officials said most U.S. surveillance overseas would not be affected. Keep Reading

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-10-29/congress-eliminate-debt-not-counting-it-anymore

This administration really is transparent, after all.  I called this yesterday, and a few times before:

For example, Medicare and Social Security hold their massive trust funds in US Treasuries. This is the money that’s owed to retirees.

In fact, nearly $5 trillion of the $17 trillion debt (almost 30%) is owed to intragovernmental agencies like Social Security and Medicare.

So now they basically want to stop counting this debt. Poof. Overnight, they’ll make $5 trillion disappear from the debt.

On paper, this looks great. But in reality, they’re setting the stage to default on Social Security beneficiaries without causing a single ripple in the financial system.

Remember, when governments get this deep in debt, someone is going to get screwed.

They may default on their obligations to their creditors, causing a crisis across the entire financial system. Or perhaps to the central bank, causing a currency crisis.

But most likely, and first, they will default on their obligations to their citizens. Whatever promises they made, including Social Security, will be abandoned.

And if you read between the lines, this new bill says it all.

They say "retirees."  I wonder if that affects the disability and SSI (welfare) portions.

We've been talking about the illusions, the lies, the deceptions, and aren't the only ones seeing them.

We’d be far better off now to go through a collapse then we will be five years down the road… because every single day that passes in this country the lies continue to mount up, but so does the debt, and so does the misery.

UPDATE: 100,000 Cattle Die in Engineered Storm

The article below, “Engineered Snow Storms Begin Again” , was posted as the geoengineered snow storm over South Dakota was just unfolding. As shown with weather maps in the article, the temperatures all around this “winter storm” were not just above freezing, but extremely warm. Regions near SD were in the 85 degree range. Snow began falling in many areas of this “storm” at temps into the high 40s.

If you view the video in the article linked at the bottom of this comment, you will see that many areas littered with dead cattle have no snow left at all, just dead cows.

The Weather Channel theatrically named this storm “Atlas”. This storm was as unprecedented as it was unnatural. The massive water content of chemically nucleated snow makes it as heavy as concrete.

http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/heavy-wet-snow-is-now-often-the-norm/

In addition to the cows being trapped in the “concrete snow”, the “endothermic” reaction in chemically nucleated snow would likely make for temporarily extremely cold snow/ice temperatures in spite of the warmer air temperatures in this “storm”. (Endothermic reaction from barium and ammonium can drop temps almost 100 degrees as shown in youtube video in original “Engineered Snow Storms Begin Again” article below.

Though this effect is not long lasting as one can see by the now almost snow free South Dakota, for the cows temporarily trapped in this concrete chemically reactive snow, it was more than enough to kill them.

I contacted the South Dakota Ranchers association and tried to pass on data about geoengineering and weather modification to them. The representative I reached was not receptive as she felt “our government would never modify the weather”.

I hope we can all make a concerted effort to seek out people, groups, and organizations in South Dakota and other locations that will soon enough be impacted by the ongoing geoengineering insanity, and give them a “heads up” . Send them an appeal to investigate and back that appeal up with credible data/articles and a source for more information. We must all work together to get the word out now, time is short.

The Geoengineers Are Going For Broke

It seems the season’s scheduled parade of completely engineered snow storms for the US has already begun with winter storm “Atlas”. This theatrical name (courtesy of the Weather Channel) will add to the spin potential of this orchestrated weather event. Since the Rothschild’s have taken control of the Weather Channel (and a number of other weather forecast agencies) it appears the primary function of this agency is to spin weather events that are completely unnatural, absurd, and totally engineered, into something the public can accept as “normal”.

Rothschild’s, And The Geoengineering Empire

Rothschild_houseWhy would the Rothschild’s be so interested in owning the largest and most recognized weather modeling organization out there? Why would E.L. Rothschild LLC wish to have the controlling interest in the worlds leading provider of interactive weather graphics and data services for television, web, and mobil? Because when you are involved in climate decimating geoengineering programs, you must also control the “forecast” models to cover your

In an astounding act of Globalist beytrayal, Canadian software consultants were hired rather than Americans who desperately need the work and are believed to be significantly better qualified. More on this later.

...

Even more astounding than this statement that she doesn’t work for those that do not support Obamacare, was the statement she made on the John Stewart show on October 17, 2013 that was absolutely incendiary:

“As you know we are facing the end of the Western Civilization by having a market based strategy, we are bringing Western Civilization to its knees by selling private insurance plans on a website where people pick and choose.”

What kind of a statement is this, an admission that the plan was to bring Western Civilization to its knees? Sure sounds like an admission of that.

We know it's bad - but how bad?
Badder than bad...10 days ago,
from this writing, the sardine fishery
of British Columbia, Canada was
reported to have "inexplicably"
collapsed. Simply no sardines were
caught and the fleet went home,
empty-handed. Starfish and seal
populations in that region are also
collapsing.
We've heard now about the three
complete meltdowns that are
occurring at the afflicted power plant
at Fukushima - but we've never heard
about the fact that there are actually
6 reactors at the site!

We know that this week, 2 separate
typhoons (the term for hurricanes in
the western Pacific) will be colliding
exactly over Fukushima this week, all
the better to disperse the unfathomable
tonnage of hot particles into the Pacific
Ocean Basin, set to do further ruin to
the already-collapsing ecosystems
throughout this immense area.
Were there to be a fire spread, due
to the hundreds of unsecured nuclear
fuel rods at the plant today, a chain
reaction could occur and "The Northern
Hemisphere could easily be facing an
extreme fallout situation, where
everybody would have to shelter
indoors for several months or more,"
according to Christina Consolo,
Founder of Nuked Radio. When
interviewed by Russia Today,
Consolo's assessment was that the
worst-case scenario could play out
into the deaths of "billions of people.
A true apocalypse."
