THE STARGATE OPENS AT 1:43AM ON JULY 29, 2013

The Moon enters into the aura of the Star of David Merkaba Stargate when it enters Taurus at 1:43am EDT. I.e. the Stargate opens at this time. The STAR OF DAVID is activated.

Then, as the Moon transits through the first 10 degrees of Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces it completes the dots, forming a Grand Sextile, then a Star Tetrahedron, then the Merkaba or Light Body vehicle, brought home personally to you. The GRAND SEXTILE begins when the Moon sextiles Neptune in Pisces at 9:45 am EDT. The Grand Sextile has its own vibrational energy, different from the Star of David, so pay attention for an energy shift at this time. Specifically, this is the moment that SPIRIT is called in to the Stargate, i.e. the HEAVEN aspect of the Star. The Heart chakra is activated.

Then the Moon opposes Saturn in Scorpio at 10:41 am EDT. This is the moment that FORM (the material realm) is called into the Stargate, i.e. the EARTH aspect of the Star. Because Saturn is in Scorpio, the POWER of form, earth and the body is emphasized. There is power to create new forms in our lives but only if we tear down the old ones and come face to face with our demons. We are called out to step into our personal power. This is fierce use of Form, nothing delicate about it. What will you ROAR into existence now?

I believe that the STAR TETRAHEDRON is activated at the exact moment the Moon squares the Sun in Leo (forming the LAST QUARTER MOON in Taurus), which occurs at 1:43pm EDT. I.e. there is a burst of energy when the Moon completes a perfect square with the Sun. This is the peak moment of the Star's energies, when the two great lights combust and the 3-D Star Tetrahedron 'pops' into view, encircling the planet. The Star Tetrahedron has its own vibrational energy, different from the Star of David and the Grand Sextile, so pay attention for an energy shift at this time.

Last Quarter Moon is a moment when Light and Dark are perfectly balanced. It has the quality of the equinoxes in its energies. The Last Quarter Moon is a waning moon. It is more about letting go than gathering. It is sometimes called 'The Shaman's Moon' and is a point in the cycle when the energies of the journey of Sun/Moon are discharged and shared with all. Everything that has been learned in a particular cycle is now disseminated to all. We grapple with finding a way to impart it in a practical way.

The balance of Light and Dark of the Moon is especially significant because it dovetails with the two triangles (feminine and masculine, Heaven and Earth, yin and yang, light and dark) of the Star of David. These energies are perfectly balancing at the moment of the Last Quarter Moon.

In addition, please note that the waning Last Quarter Moon is tipping toward 'dark' rather than 'light'. Thus it is more feminine/yin than masculine/yang. In other words, the Stargate leans more toward the flowing feminine energies of Water and the yin qualities of Earth, both of which dovetail perfectly with the two elements (Water and Earth) involved in this Star of David. The answer to the puzzle is LOVE yourself, your fellow humans, all creatures, the earth and your body. And the energy for this comes, of course, from the Heart.

AND YET - the Sun is in Leo at this Last Quarter Moon. The Light of Heaven (yang and masculine in nature) is present and illuminating the entire process, a perfect balance, indeed!

Next the Moon will sextile Jupiter in Cancer at 3:12pm EDT - this is the moment when we are asked to take our Light and Love to others through intimate interpersonal relationships right within our very personal neighborhoods and families - the tribe where we make our home. This is often the most difficult place to bring our en-Light-enment! But Jupiter is here and brings magic, synchronicity, abundance and helpful people - it's a Midas touch for making connections with our intimate beloveds that perhaps we couldn't make before. And Jupiter shows us that THE MASTERS are especially present with us in the Stargate at this moment.

Then when the Moon trines Venus in Virgo at 5:48pm EDT, I believe this is when the Star Tetrahedron becomes suddenly intimate and personal! It morphs into the MERKABA which is literally custom-designed and personal to YOU, to each of us. It is as if the Star Tetrahedron - still hanging in space, vibrating around the planet, pulsing Light - sends a beam of energy right into your aura! The Merkaba leaps into form around you, around each of us, around everyone on the planet.

Venus is a Taurean energy and so we are seeing a fulfillment or completion of the Moon in Taurus energy that began and has continued to weave the Stargate as it unfolds in its several dimensions. In Virgo, we are seeing the SACRED GEOMETRY of the Merkaba, as Virgo rules Sacred Geometry. This is a beautiful moment in time when you can consciously tune into the vibration of the Merkaba energy and activate your Light Body. Here the fleshy body and your etheric aura are fine-tuned as the exquisite geometric energies from other dimensions dip down into them gently and powerfully.

Next, the Moon trines Pluto in Capricorn at 7:17pm EDT. This moment echoes the aspect of Moon opposite Saturn in Scorpio at 10:41am. Here we are brought down even deeper into owning our Power, in the most basic way, in the cells of our body and in the day-to-day, routine, nitty gritty of our lives. As well as into our careers, workplaces and local communities.

When the Moon sextiles Mars at 10:09pm EDT the Stargate closes. Pluto is a non-sacred planet. I.e. unlike all of the other planets involved in the Stargate, the energy of Pluto has not yet been processed and brought into the Light. It is hidden dark matter. Mars (war, aggression) is also a non-sacred planet (so is the Earth, i.e. these three planets are the only non-sacred planets in all of the solar system). So we see that at the end of the Stargate we are asked to look at our shadow, our fear of death and our propensity to aggression. Since Mars is in Cancer, there is energy present to soften the potential violence of Mars' basic nature. War-mongering is watered down a bit. The focus is on nurturing the self and others as a pathway out of hurting each other.

At first I thought this was a hoax.  I went to http://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/executive-orders to see if this executive order exists.  Last one published was July 15, 2013, about the HIV Care Continuum Initiative. 

However, later I saw that it was linked and it went to the Press Office instead as a Presidential Memorandum.  What's the difference between a Presidential Memorandum and an Executive Order?  Well, if a Presidential Memorandum is considered a Presidential Directive (which, from the sound of the next link, I assume it is), there is no difference in substance.  http://www.justice.gov/olc/predirective.htm  However, there is a difference in where it is filed, as it is not filed as an Executive Order.

So, the Presidential Memorandum, issued on a Friday in the wake of the Royal-Baby-and-his-name media frenzy... and where the $500 Million comes from, I don't know.  But if $500M is a true figure, then We The People need to be asking how we can afford it, in the wake of sequestration and budget deficits, welfare benefits being cut, military losing education, and needed services being furloughed, all for what?  So we can fund terrorists?  Another question to ask is why did he use a Presidential Memorandum instead of an Executive Order?  To sidestep the general public who watch executive orders?  Even the source of the article was fooled into calling it an Executive Order, when in fact it's called something else and listed in a different place.
