A reader has asked me to offer my opinion on how to cause the bliss to rise and be experienced in us.

Before starting out, I need to make what is becoming a standard disclaimer that I am not qualified to be a spiritual teacher. I am not an enlightened being in this lifetime. As a starseed, like you, chances are that I’ve been enlightened in other lifetimes.

That comes with being a starseed here to help with Ascension and is not unique to me. It applies to you as well. But I have no evidence this lifetime of being enlightened.

But I do enjoy discussing these matters just because they’re inherently joy-filled subjects. It gives me bliss, quite frankly, just to talk about them.

So let me say first off that I don’t think I can put the case better than it has been put in “Bringing on the Bliss” at http://goldenageofgaia.com/spiritual-essays/emergence-2/bringing-on-the-bliss/.

But let me add to what was said there. In particular let me stress that bliss is who we are, just as “living” or “human” is who we are. God is everything. Therefore, we must also be God. And God is bliss. Therefore we must also be bliss.

Thus, there’s no need to acquire bliss, get bliss, or find bliss since bliss is who we are. There is a need to remove the barriers to the experience of bliss and that in fact is what so many of our sources are continually talking about.

They list the barriers to experiencing bliss repeatedly: anger, hatred, resentment, worry, fear, and so on. These are not divine qualities. They’re human qualities, which, in the course of our journey, we let go of.

They discuss them under headings like traumatic memories from the past, ancient issues, old baggage, etc. And they give us many ways of releasing these barriers – sourcing vasanas, releasing old issues, tapping, transmuting, etc.  All of these ways clear the brush, so to speak, and unconceal the bliss that’s always, already there.

People are becoming suspicious about TOPPT.  I had my moment when I listened to the first audio interview and heard a lawyer dodging a question (where she was to inform us about the three elements of what constitutes a loan).  The question was expertly avoided and the dialogue was scrubbed from the transcript.  (So much for transparency.)  I held my peace waiting to see what unfolded.  The most recent "press release" has me concluding this is disinfo, especially when it was said:

TO BE or NOT TO BE and TO DO or NOT TO DO...by free will conscious choice...that IS the question and choice consciously before you NOW, and IN plain english as legalese (CODE), is no longer lawful and legal... we DO clarify:

IN plain English ?????????????????????  Uh, no, it's not.  Speaking in "5D language" when most of the planet does not understand it is just another form of speaking in CODE... are we trading one "CODE" for another?

My feelings at this moment is that if the inauguration happens, business as usual, I will not continue to post TOPPT (aka OPPT) any longer.  I will continue to watch it and report anything significant AND verifiable, but otherwise not give it any further "free advertising."  FYI, as of January 5th, after hearing Heather give the first live interview, more red flags were waving (the first one was the incredible amounts of money being offered... you want to get people's attention then use money as a hook), as I told the Admins, but I don't censor information because I could be wrong.  I kept quiet so I wouldn't sway anyone else's opinion. 

I've made my decision and where to cut it, but I am left with a burning question... if TOPPT is a cabal-backed ploy, then what purpose is it serving?  A distraction?  To bring out identities of people for future "processing"?  Or? 

One last comment (as if that's possible for me), is the last comment that speaks of trolls.  There's that "us vs. them" mentality.  It refuses to acknowledge that there are shades of gray between black and white.  Asking "D" if she is in control as it is very apparent she is being changing with every changing wind is not necessarily a troll statement.  It is the statement of an alarmed person pointing obvious observations.  In fact, in this spy v. spy world, the "Light-speaking" posts (at least some) could be trolls.  You think trolls can't learn the language?  The best trolls look and sound like the group they infiltrate.

I can't even begin to translate what this says.  Read the comments... so many people are not understanding what is being said... how can there be transparency if there is such limited understanding of what is being said?  One commentator speculated maybe it needs to be written that way, but this is a press release, not a legal document.  I say, out of an abundance of caution, to wait and see how this all unfolds. 

One point (which is unclear) mentioned is about the upcoming inauguration of Obama.  Don't know what the reference to the Gregorian date of January 21st means.  Are John Boehner and Ron Paul about to become the interim government?

Dratzo! We return! Your world continues to move forward toward the day chosen by Heaven for manifesting your new reality. Our Agarthan family informs us that their part in this operation has reached . Likewise, our secret sacred allies that their activities have reached the point chosen for them by Heaven. We continue to allow the use of our technology to assist everyone in ensuring that all these interlinked operations are manifested exactly as planned. The one thing now remaining is for us to obtain the final green light from our heavenly . This signal is shortly to be given to us. Until then we wait, watch, and oversee what is so close to happening. Meanwhile, the dark panics and wonders how and when the arrests will take place. The government owns our water rights, limits how much food we can legally store, arrest us if we produce healthy milk products, outlaw home gardens, are trying to take away nutritional supplements (Codex Alimentarius), trying to force vaccinations on us, allow chemtrailing, treat us like we're the terrorists (think TSA and the NDAA detention laws), and on and on it goes.  It's obvious the government has declared war on American citizens.  I think the sad reality is that we are headed towards a civil war... The following is excerpted from Active Consciousness: Awakening the Power Within [1], recently released from R.L.Ranch Press.

One piece of evidence for the holographic nature of nonstandard fields that have been proposed in recent years — the zero-point field (a candidate for the unified field [2]), the psi field of psychic phenomena, Ervin Laszlo’s Akashic field [3], and the morphic field proposed by Rupert Sheldrake [4] — is that they all share a common feature: sensitivity to similarity in vibration.

If a holographic image has many different holograms embedded within it, shining a laser of a specific frequency upon it will cause only those holograms made with lasers of the same frequency to stand out.  That’s because things with the same vibration naturally resonate and reinforce one another — just as two violin strings at the same pitch resonate with one another. This property of resonance has [also] been used to explain how each of us might interact with mysterious fields like the psi or Akashic fields… People pick up only that with which they personally “resonate.” Each individual’s resonant frequency, determined by their life experience, physical body, and energy body, limits what they can perceive.

Biologist Rupert Sheldrake’s theory of morphic resonance also depends upon similarity in vibration. Members of the same species, being “on the same wavelength,” are able to tap into information that pertains uniquely to them. And while members of an entire species might be able to tune into a fairly broad spectrum of frequencies (think of Carl Jung’s notion of the collective unconscious that humans supposedly tap into [5]), smaller, more tightly connected groups — such as members of the same family or loving couples — resonate in more focused zones of vibration; they have access to their own “private frequency.” In fact, Sheldrake goes even further and suggests that morphic fields can explain how human memory operates. Instead of being stored in our brains, he suggests that memories are stored in the morphic field. Our brains then pick them up via resonance, like radios tuning to their own private stations.

The existence and importance of similarity in vibration has also popped up in psi experiments. For example, individuals gifted at psychokinesis — the ability to affect physical objects with the mind — have described the experience as a feeling of resonance with those objects. A fascinating body of evidence has also been uncovered by Dean Radin and his colleague Roger Nelson at Princeton’s PEAR lab… [R]esearchers at PEAR found that connected couples can influence random event generators (REGs) more effectively than individuals working alone. Because of this phenomenon, Radin and Nelson decided to test for even larger field effects by using these random devices as “antennae.” First they placed REGs at events where people were all focused on the same thing and therefore “vibrating” similarly-for example, at music festivals, religious events, and even at the Academy Awards. The results were as predicted; these venues did indeed cause the machines’ outputs to deviate from the norm [6, 7].

Then, in 1997, they decided to place REGs at fifty locations all over the world, run them continuously, and see if they could pick up on major world events. The results were astounding. Over the next ten years, Radin and Nelson studied the machines’ reactions to 205 major world events and discovered that they did indeed respond to events that were intense on a global level — especially those that were tragic. The most striking effects occurred in response to the events on 9/11, which caused the largest daily average correlation between the machines’ outputs. Even more amazing, this correlation became noticeable a few hours before the first of the twin towers was hit! [8, 9] An instance of collective precognition?

Whereas world events less horrific than 9/11 probably evoke more varied vibratory responses in people (and therefore do not resonate and amplify each other as well), truly frightening events tend to evoke a more common, coherent response. As this study showed, when nearly all of the people on Earth “got onto the same wavelength” on 9/11, even machines noticed…

Synchronicity and Fields of Meaning

Similarity in vibration has also been used to explain the phenomenon of synchronicity — “coincidences” of seemingly unrelated events that share a common meaning… [A] well-known illustration of this phenomenon was described by psychiatrist Carl Jung, the originator of the notion of synchronicity [10]. One of Jung’s patients was recounting her dream about a golden scarab beetle when he heard a rapping on the window. When he opened it, a rose chafer beetle — the insect most similar to a scarab in Jung’s region — flew into the room. Jung quickly put two and two together. He realized that the mythological meaning of the scarab — an ancient Egyptian symbol for rebirth — was highly pertinent to his patient’s problems. And this was also the reason why the insect had appeared in waking life.

The phenomenon of synchronicity demonstrates a key point — the universe may not be operating like a cold, meaningless machine after all. Instead, the reality we experience each day may be flooded with fields of meaning. One field might embody the horror and violence of 9/11. Another field might be associated with a hope for rebirth. Each field of meaning has a particular vibration to it, and objects, individuals, emotions, dreams, and events with similar vibrations will tend to resonate with one another and then co-occur. This is what creates synchronicities. In fact, various theories of quantum physics require the existence of synchronicities [11]…

Think about it. There may be another fundamental mechanism at play in our universe besides cause and effect. Most of us think that everything that occurs in our world is due to some causal mechanism.  A causes B causes C. However, synchronicity — the co-occurrence of events within the same field of meaning — may be another fundamental reason why things tend to happen. Many things in life that we think are due to cause-and-effect or mere coincidence may actually be due to synchronicity.

Here’s an example that occurred while I was writing this book. My husband Steve and I had long admired Rupert Sheldrake’s work on morphic fields but had never met him. To us, he was a brilliant scientist living far away in England. However, in September 2008, just as I was working on the section of this book that describes his work, Steve got word that Sheldrake would be giving a talk at his research laboratory at Sun Microsystems. Now please understand; talks about things like the morphic field are not commonplace in computer research labs. In fact, Sheldrake’s talk was poorly attended. But it just so happened that one of the lab’s researchers had met Sheldrake in Scotland and had invited him to speak the next time he was in our area. When Steve heard about Sheldrake’s visit, he asked if I could also attend, and we both received an invitation to have lunch with him the next day. Before I could even finish writing about Rupert Sheldrake, I was sitting and having lunch with him! Coincidence? Or synchronicity?…

I asked Judge Dale to please take a moment and review the UCC filings we  have been posting from The People's Trust and to give us his comments on them in simple language for my readers.  This is his response(s)- I added one small note, which is in this colour purple.  -D.

Dear Dee,

This is basically an:  ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS TO ESTABLISH A FOREIGN JUDGMENT visa vie the UCC [UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE] against all corporations and corporate agents claiming to have standing; authority and jurisdiction over a Sovereign American National of the Republic.  The process also establishes damages against those entities for actions taken without establishing proof of implementing regulations and their standing; authority and jurisdiction.

The Administrative Process is the root of the legal deposition process wherein questions are asked of the plaintiff; defendant and witnesses under oath and all proof expected to be presented at trial is challenged.  Concessions are made and acknowledged, so that the only matters actually tried, are the matters or issues that could not be resolved by the deposition process.

It is virtually impossible for any corporate government agent or agency to respond to this UCC process regarding implementing regulations and their lawful standing; authority and jurisdiction.

***  in order to fight against these "foreclosures" first the Governments would have to PROVE that they are NOT Corporations, which they can not do- they cannot go against these filings because to do so would actually PROVE that they ARE Corporations! *** -D.


The Delegates to the Federal Convention specifically voted against granting the Federal Government the power and authority to create corporations, upon the motion of James Madison [See: James Madison Journal of the Federal Convention, Vol.2, page 722]. Therefore, all government corporations, agents and agencies created by our representatives is a usurpation of power and subsequently is unconstitutional.

Only [WE THE PEOPLE] can amend our Constitution.  Whenever our representatives act outside their authority, we need to notify them and then ignore their acts as lawful and continue forward with our Republic!

TERMS:

1. UCC = Uniform Commercial Code [notice to the world
2. Wet Ink Signatures = prevents computer documentation
3. Implementing Regulations = a constitutional published law
4. Security Financing Statement = establishing you as a responsible individual as opposed to a corporate entity
5. Nunc Pro Tunc = meaning now for then

PS: The term FOREIGN means that they are foreign to us and we are foreign to them.  A Foreign Judgment is a judgment created without benefit of a Trial.  The Courts have become extremely difficult about accepting these Judgments.

First they require three [3] seals on the Judgment and in many States, the Clerks are directed to present these filings to the President Judge of the County for review before recording them, but his review never comes or the P.Judge denies the filing and instructs the plaintiff to bring a suit before the Court for trial, if they want to secure a judgment!

The UCC Clerks in most States will not record the FINANCING STATEMENT if you do not file it as a Corporate Entity!  But you are not bound to use the State Office where you live!  So far, the State of Washington is still doing everything above board and you can file your documents there.  Once filed, no State Office or Court can refuse to accept a certified copy of a Financing Statement that is already in the system.

People in foreclosure and living in a warranted State can rebuke the process by filing proof that the corporate Bank; agents; agencies involved have defaulted in proving their standing; authority and jurisdiction.

Some States are warrantless, which permits the Bank to by-pass the Court to foreclose. This complicates the process for many. I provided recourse for these individuals in PART 5 of my Expose' but I failed to include specifics.

Signs that the Satanic cabal is headed for a decisive defeat are proliferating. One clear indication is that even corporate media has begun to report on Satanic paedophiliac ceremonies presided over by the likes of UK media star Jimmy Savile.

Furthermore, 311 tsunami and nuclear terrorist-attack accomplice Senator J. Rockefeller announced he was not running for re-election. This is a sign the Rockefellers are joining the Bush clan in being ousted from secret power. In France, meanwhile, another cabal leader, former President Nicholas Sarkozy is facing criminal prosecution on charges of accepting bribes from foreign leaders. Then we have a mysterious visit by Obama to the Pentagon for a “personal fitness boot camp,” on January 12th.

Secret negotiations, meanwhile, continue to remove the US dollar from Federal Reserve Board control and into the hands of the 180 nation BRICS coalition. Despite attempts by cabalists to derail these talks, they are proceeding smoothly.

Also, the situation in the Middle East has taken a dramatic turn as control of Iraqi oilfields is being handed over to prominent Kurdish families as a part of the process of creating a Sunni super-state encompassing Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Libya. Three prominent Kurdish activists were killed last week to help facilitate this process, according to MI5 sources. The Turkish government is being offered Kurdish oil money in exchange for allowing limited autonomy for Kurds. The killed activists were taking a more hardline stance than Mr. Ocalan, the jailed Kurdish leader who is negotiating with the Turks on this issue. If you ever saw the movie Midnight Express, about a Western male prisoner repeatedly raped in a Turkish jail, you might wonder if a Kurdish leader in a Turkish jail is the best person to be put in charge of the negotiations. One of the killed activists was Ocalan’s girlfriend.

In any case, it is the Talabani and Bazani families that now control the Kurdish oil in Northern Iraq, according to MI5. Turkey is expected to de facto donate a slice of its territory to the emerging Kurdish state in the Syrian, Iraqi, Iranian, Turkish border region in exchange for oil. This state would then become a part of the emerging Sunni alliance.

In Japan, meanwhile, the new government of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has begun to force the Bank of Japan to issue more money. However, Abe still needs a credible backer in the underworld and among right-wingers to make sure his government does not succumb to secret bullying and personal threats as was the case with previous post-war governments. He has already been warned to avoid jingoism and concentrate on fixing the economy. In particular, he was told to call off his planned invasion of the island of Takeshima, controlled by South Korea but claimed by Japan. In a similar vein, efforts by cabalists to provoke a fight with China over the disputed Senkaku or Daiyu Islands will get nowhere.

Abe’s government is also aware that relying on the United States for Japanese protection is not a viable long-term strategy. That is why he is visiting Vietnam, Korea and Indonesia this week in the hopes of finding Asian partners who are also wary of Chinese hegemony. His government will further make approaches to Russia and India over the coming months in the hopes of building an alliance of nations that border China.

What he will find out, though, is that the 180 nation BRICS alliance, including China’s neighbours, does not function according to the Western-created mentality of thinking of other countries as enemies.

World peace and harmony is the new approach and he had better figure that out.

Under the radar, meanwhile, efforts to get historical Asian gold deposits incorporated into the global financial system continue to {be} blocked by cabalist forces. The people trying to prevent this make claims the gold is “communist Chinese,” in order to try to prevent it from being sold in exchange for a basket of currencies.

For that reason, the Chinese have been taking all the dollars they have and spending them on as many physical commodities as they can buy. The huge Chinese stockpiles of gold, food, iron ore, metals etc. that have resulted may be used to back a final push to remove the US dollar from cabal-control. One plan being considered is for the BRICS to offer to exchange all US dollars for a new commodity backed currency (or various national currencies) during a fixed time period, after which dollars would no longer be accepted.

This would force the United States to start issuing a government currency like greenbacks, or else face complete economic collapse and chaos.

It is in the interests of the West to come to a compromise over that gold before the situation in Europe and North America deteriorates to the point of revolution.

It may be that the entire Sandy Hook psychological warfare operation was deliberately sabotaged so that it would rebound back on the regime. I’ve reviewed it a bit, and although I cannot vouch for every detail here, it certainly looks like this helps to explain in a practical way how the TOPPT documents and UCC may be used for one’s own individual cases. An Interactive Guide to Using the TOPPT New Paradigm Protocol Documents

1. There’s no need for anybody to be intimidated by the TOPPT material or the Uniform Commercial Code. Keep in mind that all laws are homespun grits ‘n’ gravy at their point of creation. Check into the Federalist Papers for a taste of this flavor. Laws get created by small groups of individuals and then ushered out into the world. They’re not monoliths handed down on tablets written in stone. That’s a quality we ascribe to them after the fact.

2. A secular language of metaphysics (as opposed to its ancient religious forms) is just starting to evolve. It’s still in its early stages, we’re maybe a generation into the effort. This is our starting point and, as always, we legitimately begin where we find ourselves. Many of the concepts introduced by TOPPT are inherently new, so it’s a challenge frame them within existing legal language. Plus Heather’s writing style is, well, lyrical. If you can push past these startling aspects of the documents, it’s easy to see the elegance of the structure that TOPPT created.

3. The New Paradigm Protocol documents read like somebody else’s legal laundry. This is by design, so that you can relax and feel free to use the documents as templates. Wherever you see strange name and place details inserted [whether they're inside square brackets or not], in your mind’s eye replace those with details relevant to your own individual circumstances. It’s not hard to do. Following this process will bring swift comprehension of what’s going on here, exactly. Ideas will begin to spark.

4. Use the internet to go straight to the source. You can easily view the legal code corresponding to any UCC number simply by pasting the UCC number into a google search bar. This will take you to the heart of the action in one click. Try it with each of these six UCC numbers, just as an exercise: UCC 1-103; UCC 1-201 (31); UCC 1-308; UCC 3-419; UCC 3-501; UCC 3-505. The codes corresponding to these specific UCC numbers are the lynchpins of the TOPPT documents, no matter which country you live in. More on this below.

5. As a second exercise, look up these terms: ‘blood oath’ and ‘bond servant’. Keep the definitions of these phrases in mind when you encounter the Trustees’ signatures on the New Paradigm Protocol documents. Paying attention here will generate a strong intuitive understanding of what the documents themselves represent.

UCC Financing Statement AMENDMENT ADDENDUM • This legal form says that you have a right to take possession of assets belonging to you and demand compensation for damages.

8. A good way to discover what each of the documents means in context is to plug ‘n’ play: every time you encounter a UCC number in a New Paradigm Protocol document, in your mind’s eye insert the words corresponding to that number, per your search above. As you go about doing this, full understanding will dawn. Here’s a tip sheet:

UCC 1-103: All principles of law and equity (including the law merchant and the law relative to capacity to contract) must supplement the UCC.

UCC 1-201 (31): The trier of fact must presume the existence of a fact unless evidence is introduced which would support a finding of its non-existence.

UCC 1-308: Individuals are protected from unknowingly giving up rights by agreeing to specific contract terms.

UCC 3-419: The person who conveys a demand to pay becomes legally responsible for the debt themselves.

UCC 3-501: A demand to pay may be rejected for failure to demonstrate reasonable identification and reasonable evidence of authority.

UCC 3-505: Bank instruments are legitimately dishonored by nonacceptance or nonpayment.

9. Concerning the issue of which country you live in, not to worry. Your country has a commercial code that has been dovetailed to match the UCC, which is American, and the New Paradigm Protocol documents account for this by using the phrase “all ‘STATE OF . . .’ and International equivalents”. Similarly, don’t worry about references to the United States Constitution in the documents; simply replace them with reference to your own country’s equivalent constitution or bill of rights.

10. The action of completing the above templates with information particular to your own individual circumstances, and then filing the resulting documents at your local court, lawfully and completely cancels your mortgage, credit cards, and loans. These are now gone forever, while you retain full possession of your material goods and your house. Go give it a whirl. You’re safe. It’s bulletproof.

Kauipele posted some emails he received which explain more about what TOPPT has done. They have, in essence, gutted the legal foundation the powers that were had over we the people. It was illegitimate and hidden within the Commerce laws. Pay attention to the discourse about how things still "look real" but they aren't real. Put no energy into thinking about these old paradigm artifacts because thinking about them gives them strength. Start thinking about how you want the world to become, put your energies into constructing a new world instead.....

A Couple of Comments about TOPPT and All Those Documents and the Whole Process…

I’m posting these here with the intent that it may clarify some things for people about this TOPPT business. And give a few the opportunity to see that many are indeed aligned with all of this. Also, that this is really an “inner” thing, as well as an “outer”.

The first one here is from someone I’ll call “j”, and is a response to a few who might not think all of this TOPPT stuff is exactly real.

Whilst I love using current generally known popular technologies such as a mobile phone, internet, etc - I have often considered whether it has negative effects on the human body (and mind for that matter) - after all we are just frequencies of light and/or electromagnetic energy.

This documentary video explores how the electromagnetic energy of man made radio waves effect us and many other life forms on Earth and how the explosion of these waves over the past 25 years (and in particular 10 years) could be triggering many diseases and wiping out many species.

Obviously, the industry is propelled by the insatiable need (or is that greed) to make money - but the general population - unaware of the consequences - just goes along with the game. I'm just as guilty as any one else.

Unless we create technology (it may already exist - who knows) to protect us against these dangers then we (humanity) collectively may be in for a rude shock over the next 10 years or so.

Fortunately, I think we may be saved from ourselves through the transition to 4D - I certainly hope so. As I understand it, there will then be no need for mobile phones or the internet - as we will be able to communicate via mental telepathy and visit others via astral projection, etc.

However, this raises another question - as I presume knowledge will continue to be retained and gained - where will all this be stored and how will it be accessed? Maybe we will just mentally "tap" into Source for every thing? I don't know - but that's another issue.
