This is the lesson that you shall have concerning planetary,
galactic, universal, All That Is ascension. Technically, each and
every one of you, individually, are that first domino of a whole
table full of dominos that bump into each other until all of the
Grand Design is effected. However, for some of you, we shall make it simpler.

Each and every one of you are the one individual drop
of rain that lands in the middle of a calm ocean, that sends out
minute little ripples that get bigger and bigger, and bigger and
bigger, until eventually there's a tidal wave caused by that one
drop of rain. I know I'm over-exaggerating here, but I think you
get the picture. <grin>

Now, as you know, someone wonderful came in and taught you a little
bit about the parts of personal ascension that some of you may or
may not have thought of before. And those are things that you can
do to assist yourself up that ladder. Once so many of you reach the
top of your ladder, does that mean that the planet herself ascends?
Ahhh… this is a trick question. Each and every one of you affect
this planet before you're even halfway up your ladder, you do not
have to reach the top to affect this planet. Well, once you reach a
certain point on your ladders, the planet feels the pull. And when
she feels the pull, the rest of those living upon her, whether they
be animal, vegetable, mineral, whatever, they feel the pull, too.

We have discussed this at quite some length before. However, we are
now here to warn you, too. There comes a time, when you're climbing
up your ladder and you're pulling the planet right along with you,
that you're pulling something else along… something else that comes
along with all of those that feel the pull of the planet, coming
behind you, or with you. And what that is, is those that perceive
'evil' as something of great power, as something of Divine
Providence, or as something they consider themselves to be. And
since they're being taken along for the ride, sometimes you shall
encounter this. It does not necessarily mean that you shall
encounter evil incarnate face to face. It just means that you will
feel the pull of the energy pulling you back, because there are
many that have that energy within them. Your job, your mission, is
to carry on and to do the best that you can to continue onward and
upward up that ladder even though you feel that pull. The higher
you get up that ladder, the stronger you feel the pull.

Let's consider it as we would consider your basic physics, your
basic science. You're fighting the pull of gravity. Many of you
consider the fact that this will make your trip up the ladder
easier once you reach that certain point, when in actuality it
pulls on you harder. I hate to fall upon your clichés here, but no
one ever promised you that it would be easy… we just said it would
be worthwhile. We said that it would be beneficial once it is
complete. We have not played word games with you, we have done
everything in our ability to warn you that there are times that you
will feel that pull and there are times that you will be weary of
the climb. Those are the times that we do our best to come in and
make you laugh, or give you a distraction, or sometimes even just
hug you at night while you're asleep… give you that little 'boost'
of extra love and care. The best direction that we can give you
concerning this is, with each step that you take up that ladder,
you get closer and closer to the power of the Love of the All That
Is. So keep looking up, keep your focus point up. If you look back
down to see what it is that's dragging on you, you lose momentum,
you lose the sight of your goal that you are striving so hard for.
With each and every step you take, if you keep your eyes up, if you
keep the focus of your mission up, if you keep your heart up, it
will not be easier but you will have less doubt which, in the long
run, makes it easier on your personally. For many of you have
doubt, which is one of those things that is drawing you back down.

With each step that you take up that ladder, you're pulling more
and more on the energy of this planet and those that reside upon
her. But are you the only ones? We have spoken of your soul's song,
we have spoken of your split-aparts, and we have spoken of soul
fragments. Each and every one of you has fragments, counterparts,
split-aparts, that are doing essentially the same thing on
different levels. Some, very few though, on lower levels than
you're at. Many on much higher levels than you're at. And their
energy, as they move onward and upward on their ladder, assists you
in pulling you up your ladder. You're magnetized to those pieces
and parts. You're magnetized to the energy of the Creator. You're
magnetized by the true physics of all Creation, and that true
physics being, the higher you get, the lighter you become… the
lighter you become, the more Light that emanates from you.

You keep your step light, you keep your heart light, you keep your
sight light, and you aim for the Light. And, as I have said before,
every once in awhile you'll find a ledge and you might step off
your ladder and take a breather for awhile. And when you look down
to assist those that are coming up behind you or along side you,
you do not look down for what it is that you have bypassed, the
lessons you have already learned. You look for the Light that is
getting brighter and brighter as it comes up the ladder also. You
encourage that Light, you tell IT to look up, you tell it to keep
getting there, that you're there and they can be, too. Do not look
for the dark, look for the Light within the dark. Encourage it. Pat
it on the back. Allow your Light to shine a wee bit brighter so
that it might see your Light ahead through the dark that it is
surrounded by. Allow yourself to be that beacon that the Creator
uses to add more Light to Itself. For you never know, as you are
looking up your ladder, and you see that Light, it's just another
beacon in between you and where it is that you are heading. And if
you pass a ledge and you see someone taking a break on the ledge,
and you feel refreshed and do not necessarily feel that it is time
for you to take a break, shine your Light for them. For those that
stop and take that break on the ledge are the ones that are being
the beacons that call others on up their ladders. Do you understand
this?

Once all of you reach that one ledge of YOUR ladders, and this
planet is finally able to reach that ledge on HER ladder, and all
those creatures upon her reach that ledge on THEIR ladder, then you
shall be the forerunners that begin climbing your ladder again. And
it starts all over again. However, there is something most wondrous
that happens when all of you reach that ledge. When you reach that
ledge, your Lights become very bright and it sends out a Call. And
that Call awakens all of those others that have not even begun
their flight up from many other different places in your solar
system. You see, there's the ripple, there's the domino for the
next level. You begin pulling them, and then they, in turn, are
where you began. They're just waking up, they're just getting
started. And then, as you begin your next level, and after some
time goes by, and the entire galaxy reaches the level that you had
just left when it woke them up, you will then be pushed to your
next level. And as you being at that next level, it will push and
wake up even another galaxy, and another, and another, until soon
you're entire universe is affected by this push and pull effect.
Now I could, but I have been asked not to, tell you how many
systems in your universe are above or below you, for that makes no
bit of difference. Each and every one of you is all doing the same
job. You're assisting each other, whether you're the one that's
pulling them awake, or they are the ones that have pulled you
awake. And then once your entire universe reaches a specific level,
it begins being either pushed or pulled by other universes. And the
one that is pulling and magnetizing each and every universe, each
and every solar system, each and every planet, each and every
Being, is the Creator… calling back unto Himself all those that
went out to educate Him, to teach, to learn, to share, to assist.

Some of you, at this point in time, may be saying that this sounds
like an exhausting affair. It is. Very exhausting. Ahhh… but well
worth it. Very well worth it. For those of you that have come here
to assist this planet, some of you will reach the top of your
ladder much quicker than others, and then you shall go home. And
when you go home, your home is doing the exact same thing.
Technically, you will each be doing it all over again. It's just
that the vast majority of you are from places that have far
outreached the more mundane levels that you've had to deal with
here and now in this reality. But the experiences that you have
here and now in this reality, are the experiences that you can take
home with you, that will give you and your reality just a bit more
of a push in going to the 'real' Home… the end of the puzzle, the
last domino. The last domino being the full picture, or the full
ocean, however you wish to look at it.

This one, when she teaches her Kabbalah, uses the ancient term of
Light as being: you get closer to the emanation of God. This is
true. I myself much prefer to say that you keep getting closer and
closer to the Light that gets brighter and brighter. The brighter
it gets, the closer you are. And, at times, you shall reach a point
to where that Light is so bright that you will feel that you cannot
even take it, for it is SO bright. But you know that it is Home,
and you keep on and you keep on, and then you are consumed by the
brightest Light of All. And many of you may feel that when you
become incorporated back into the Creator that you lose 'who you
are'. As far as a body, as far as a soul, you become incorporated
back into the One. However, it is a One of great Knowledge, a One
of great Experience, and the way that that Knowledge and that
Experience is incorporated into the One is so vast and
incomprehensible that it is hard to explain to you how. So you may
trust or not trust, you may believe or not believe, it makes no
difference to me. However, you will still know your 'self', and you
will still know your Creator… each and every part and parcel of
your Creator. You will know the ones that you have met before in
past lives, and you will still carry the soul memory of each and
every step up those ladders that you took, and all of those
different part and parcels that you met along the way.

I guess the best way I could explain it to you is this: Every drop
of blood that flows through your body, and you know the name of
every drop of that blood; and you know the experience that every
drop of that blood has had, each path that it's coursed through
your body; each and every different drop of blood that it has met
and interacted with along the way; and if you have had a cut, you
know the names of each drop of blood that left your body through
that cut; if you've had a transfusion, you know the names of each
drop of blood that came through that bag into your body, and you've
named each of those pieces and parts and parcels, and you know
where they came from and you know the course that they took to get
there. That is just a small example of how you can compare it.
Hopefully if shall help you comprehend part of what it is that each
and every one of you are aiming for.

If you have a problem along the way, you feel that pull down the
ladder or you look off that ledge and you do not see Lights coming
towards you, you just see darkness enveloping the Lights, please
look up. Ask your heart… just as if you were a drop of blood… ask
your heart, the Creator, the 'mover', to make your path Lighter… to
shine the Light on you brighter from above to make it easier for
not only YOU to see, but every other drop of blood coming up the
ladder behind you, so that they shall see, too. Does this make
sense? You understand this?

We have had such a glorious communion with each and every one of
you, whether you allowed us to or not… consciously, that is. For
your soul saw the Light whether you've chosen to see it or not. And
we have shined our Lights for you, and we have given you much to
ponder. We have given you much to look forward to and much to laugh
about. These lessons are almost done… for awhile. We will have one
more lesson that shall come through, and when that lesson comes
through, we shall rejoice. And we hope YOU shall rejoice, because
once that lesson comes through, technically, you will have much
that you can be thankful for… or shall I say 'more' thankful for…
than you did before you started these lessons. For you see, if
nothing else, hopefully we have been able to prove to you that we
are here with you. We are not going away. We are not here to harm
you, we are here to assist. We are here to shine our Lights for you
to be able to see through the dark. Please, above all else, just
remember: the dark is nothing more than YOU not being able to see
the Light at that particular point. As your wonderful scriptures
say, almost at the very beginning, that the Lord thy God separated
the Light from the Dark. Did you ever wonder which there was
'first'? Did God make Dark, or did God make Light? The answer is
simple. God made both… and that is what you are to keep in mind.

I will not be asking any questions this week. I've asked a few
'small' ones before now. <grin> But we do wish for you to gather
together in the classes and discuss this, for some of you will
probably come up with your own questions, and that is OK. For you
see, that is where we are leading you… hopefully… to that 'last
lesson'… hopefully. And then, if you wish to, you might find it to
be quite fun and entertaining to begin all over again and see how
far you have advanced in your own heart and in your own mind so far...

More Icelandic bankers arrested

Iceland’s special prosecutor into the banking crisis has confirmed that raids have taken place today and that arrests have been made. The Central Bank of Iceland is among the institutions under investigation.

Special Prosecutor, Olafur Thor Hauksson told Visir.is that house searches are taking place in at least three places today as part of investigations into the central bank, MP Bank and Straumur Bank.

Stefan Johann Stefansson at the central bank confirmed that agents were in the building conducting searches; and it has also been confirmed that searches are underway at MP Bank and ALMC (formerly Straumur).

An ALMC spokesman said that the premises are indeed being searched and that the bank’s staff members are doing their best to help.

In other news, four people have so far been arrested today in connection with the special prosecutor’s investigation into Landsbanki.

One of the arrested parties is Jon Thorsteinn Oddleifsson, former Landsbanki treasury boss; and it is not yet known who the other three are.

According to Visir.is sources, the arrests concern a brand new section of the wider case against the bank and are not directly connected to searches and arrests made last week.

    I have a Loan with Wells Fargo and each month they remove $ 100.00 from my social security direct deposit BUT this month the decided to take the whole $322.00 I had left to pay on the loan. After talking to two diffirent bankers I have been told that the kind of loan I had can come due anytime they want. WTH does that mean. I stayed with Wells because since the were convicted of money laundering and sold their stock in BP before the oil disaster they would have advance notice of the economic crash. It sure seems to me something is up for the to call a loan due before its time. Just a heads up to watch your bank.

Since the 1900′s the vast majority of the American population has dreamed about saying “NO” to the Unconstitutional, corrupt, Rothschild/Rockefeller banking criminals, but no one has dared to do so. Why? If just half of our Nation, and the “1%”, who pay the majority of the taxes, just said NO MORE! Our Gov’t would literally change over night. Why is it so hard, for some people to understand, that by simply NOT giving your money, to large Corporations, who then send jobs, Intellectual Property, etc. offshore and promote anti-Constitutional rights… You will accomplish more, than if you used violence. In other words… RESEARCH WHERE YOU ARE SENDING EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!! Is that so hard? The truth of the matter is… No one, except the Icelanders, have to been the only culture on the planet to carry out this successfully. Not only have they been successful, at overthrowing the corrupt Gov’t, they’ve drafted a Constitution, that will stop this from happening ever again. Last week 9 people were arrested in London and Reykjavik for their possible responsibility for Iceland’s financial collapse in 2008, a deep crisis which developed into an unprecedented public reaction that is changing the country’s direction.

It has been a revolution without weapons in Iceland, the country that hosts the world’s oldest democracy (since 930), and whose citizens have managed to effect change by going on demonstrations and banging pots and pans. Why have the rest of the Western countries not even heard about it?

Pressure from Icelandic citizens’ has managed not only to bring down a government, but also begin the drafting of a new constitution (in process) and is seeking to put in jail those bankers responsible for the financial crisis in the country. As the saying goes, if you ask for things politely it is much easier to get them.

This quiet revolutionary process has its origins in 2008 when the Icelandic government decided to nationalise the three largest banks, Landsbanki, Kaupthing and Glitnir, whose clients were mainly British, and North and South American.

After the State took over, the official currency (krona) plummeted and the stock market suspended its activity after a 76% collapse. Iceland was becoming bankrupt and to save the situation, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) injected U.S. $ 2,100 million and the Nordic countries helped with another 2,500 million.

Great little victories of ordinary people

While banks and local and foreign authorities were desperately seeking economic solutions, the Icelandic people took to the streets and their persistent daily demonstrations outside parliament in Reykjavik prompted the resignation of the conservative Prime Minister Geir H. Haarde and his entire government.

Citizens demanded, in addition, to convene early elections, and they succeeded. In April a coalition government was elected, formed by the Social Democratic Alliance and the Left Green Movement, headed by a new Prime Minister, Jóhanna Sigurðardóttir.

Throughout 2009 the Icelandic economy continued to be in a precarious situation (at the end of the year the GDP had dropped by 7%) but, despite this, the Parliament proposed to repay the debt to Britain and the Netherlands with a payment of 3,500 million Euros, a sum to be paid every month by Icelandic families for 15 years at 5.5% interest.

The move sparked anger again in the Icelanders, who returned to the streets demanding that, at least, that decision was put to a referendum. Another big small victory for the street protests: in March 2010 that vote was held and an overwhelming 93% of the population refused to repay the debt, at least with those conditions.

This forced the creditors to rethink the deal and improve it, offering 3% interest and payment over 37 years. Not even that was enough. The current president, on seeing that Parliament approved the agreement by a narrow margin, decided last month not to approve it and to call on the Icelandic people to vote in a referendum so that they would have the last word.

The bankers are fleeing in fear

Returning to the tense situation in 2010, while the Icelanders were refusing to pay a debt incurred by financial sharks without consultation, the coalition government had launched an investigation to determine legal responsibilities for the fatal economic crisis and had already arrested several bankers and top executives closely linked to high risk operations.

Interpol, meanwhile, had issued an international arrest warrant against Sigurdur Einarsson, former president of one of the banks. This situation led scared bankers and executives to leave the country en masse.

In this context of crisis, an assembly was elected to draft a new constitution that would reflect the lessons learned and replace the current one, inspired by the Danish constitution.

To do this, instead of calling experts and politicians, Iceland decided to appeal directly to the people, after all they have sovereign power over the law. More than 500 Icelanders presented themselves as candidates to participate in this exercise in direct democracy and write a new constitution. 25 of them, without party affiliations, including lawyers, students, journalists, farmers and trade union representatives were elected.

Among other developments, this constitution will call for the protection, like no other, of freedom of information and expression in the so-called Icelandic Modern Media Initiative, in a bill that aims to make the country a safe haven for investigative journalism and freedom of information, where sources, journalists and Internet providers that host news reporting are protected.

The people, for once, will decide the future of the country while bankers and politicians witness the transformation of a nation from the sidelines.

You are going to integrate these physical vehicles into your complete spiritual essences. This essence contains special messages from Heaven, and these will guide you in formulating your new reality. Heaven's plan includes a large series of missions for your new star-nation to undertake, and this further emphasizes to us the unique significance you bring to the new epoch of peace and unity now sweeping through this galaxy.

Our mission here is therefore vital to what follows in this galaxy. Literally, the eyes of the galaxy are upon you! You are now to understand that you were never alone, and that Heaven never abandoned you to the dark ones. To the contrary, you have a sacred destiny! Today, in exultation we relay to you what is happening on your world. Many of us have come to deliver you from the dark and return you to the Light. This process of first contact is also to transform you into fully conscious Beings of Light. Much will be revealed to you, and much will be expected from each of you! Dear Ascending Ones,

We the Arcturians are here to assist to awaken to a New Day on New Earth. To complete your transition from your third dimensional reality and into New Earth, you need to release that which is in-between. What is in-between you and your life of love and light are your third dimensional habits of fear and hiding from your own repressed dark memories. Your unhealed trauma creates a firewall in your deep subconscious mind. This firewall was created so that the deep trauma could remain unknown until you were strong enough to face it. However, that hidden trauma was happily forgotten. Then, since the unknown is one of humanity's greatest fears, anything that was unknown to you was blocked by the firewall.

However, as the multidimensional light and unconditional love flowing from the Galactic Center enters into your physical brain, it will flush out the darkness that you have repressed. Therefore, it is best if you heal and release this archived fear so that you can fully embrace higher frequencies of the love and light. Your repressed fear or trauma was stored in your deepest subconscious because that area of you psyche is disconnected from you daily life. Hence, these memories were the easiest to ignore. Unfortunately, the fear/darkness that is stored in your deep subconscious acts as a sniper hidden in a tree that attacks you when you are least aware.

The process of clearing out your deepest darkness is not for everyone. In fact, only the Openers, the first ones through the Ascension Portals, are called upon to do this deep work. Many of the Openers were the ones who came to answer Gaia's call at the fall of Atlantis. These ones have a deep connection to their Star Family, but they also have many traumas buried within their subconscious. They have these buried traumas because they have worked for the forces of light again and again in the darkest of times, only to be punished for revealing their light.

Also, only those who have an expanded consciousness, as well as the support of their Star Families, are able to move into past realities in which they were lost to fear and darkness in order to clear them. There is a certain amount of "terror" that you will need to confront, mainly because it is leaking to the surface of your consciousness in the form of aberrant behavior. We Arcturians are assisting you at this time of ascension and are happy to guide you through the process of this deep clearing.

It is important to release your ancient and archived fear because all memories work by association. When you remember one fearful experience, you also remember similar experiences. Hence, one trauma stops you from fully remembering similar experiences, even if they are happy ones or guiding you to a great awakening and more courage. Furthermore, unreleased trauma does not disappear. It hides in your fears and tells you that your inter-dimensional experiences are only an "imagined reality" as opposed to as a "directly experienced" reality.

Having a reality be "just your imagination" protects you from moving into unknown territories when you discover hidden trauma. If a traumatic experience is "just your imagination" then any similar experience would also be "just your imagination." Many of our ascending ones have believed they needed to protect themselves from remembering their full Multidimensional SELF. They were afraid that if they activated their full memory, myriad painful experiences would also came to the surface.

However, hiding trauma and past pain does not make it "go away." All hidden fear and pain creates a leakage of uncontrollable, and often unwarranted, fear and/or anger. The Dark Ones have used this hidden fear to control and limit the awakening ones. If all our ascending ones were to clear their hidden dark memories, they would ALL come into their full power, wisdom and love.

Dear Venus has come into your lives again during her latest transit to guide you Home, past your current physical Sun and into your higher frequencies of reality. Venus carries all the unconditional love that is necessary for humanities full healing. Also, those of you who answered Gaia's Call for assistance during the fall of Atlantis incarnated first on fifth dimensional Venus to gradually step-down your great light enough to be able to incarnate on the deeply-wounded, third/fourth dimensional Earth. In fact, many of you spend lives on Venus in-between your earthly incarnations. On Venus you can "de-brief" from your challenges on Earth.

However, we have diverted from our message, so allow us to explain the difference between an imagined reality and a direct experience. An "imagined reality" is based upon your left-brain's third dimensional thinking combined with your right brain's creative process. Because it is based on a creative process, your left-brain chooses to perceive that experience as something that you created rather than an actual "real" experience. To your third dimensional thinking, only that which is perceived via your five physical senses is believed to be "real."

When you think multidimensionally, you know that you create every experience. You also know that you have chosen to perceive everything that fills your experiential world. The knowledge that YOU CREATE your reality and that YOU CHOOSE to perceive that which you wish to experience, even in your daily life, is a huge responsibility for an un-ascended person. It is that very responsibility that must be owned and used by our ascending ones as a vital component of your ascension.

It is necessary to embrace this responsibility in order to fully connect your Multidimensional Operating System into the circuitry of your third dimensional mind. Your Third Dimensional Operating System is actually more of a filter than an operating system because it dis-allows all information that is not perceived via the five physical senses.

Therefore, if a reality is experienced by your multidimensional senses, it is automatically categorized as your "imagination," and relegated to an "un-real" experience. This is not a bad thing, as every dimension has its own rules that need to be followed to remain in that dimension. When your 97% DNA was turned off, your world was limited to the third dimension. Furthermore, if anyone dared to perceive any other version of reality, they were witches, crazy or trying to fool you.

When you have a "terrifying" experience, it leaves a psychic scar on your body, in your brain, and in your aura. However, "going through the terror" does not mean the terror that you felt during your experience. Going through the terror means that in order to multidimensionally perceive your experiences, you will have to accept that YOU created that experience and YOU chose that reality. That can be a terrifying act if one has not yet taken responsibility for the reality they are choosing to live.

Dear Venus is here to remind you that YOU are up to that task. When you prepared for 3D incarnation on Her body, and when you rested on Her planet in-between your Earth lives, you de-briefed from the experiences of your Earth lives in polarity while deeply enjoying the love and beauty of her higher frequency reality. While in the safety of fifth dimensional Venus you were able to remember that all traumas are merely "negative energy patterns" that were created in your consciousness during your challenging incarnations on Gaia's planet of polarity.

Fortunately, when trauma can be viewed as a negative energy pattern, it is much easier to clear. Allow us to remind you how you "cleaned your consciousness" in your "in-between," R&R incarnations on higher dimensional Venus. We will assist you right now to release your negative energy pattern by taking you to the Violet Temple on Venus:

Take three long, slow, deep breaths to calibrate your consciousness to the higher frequencies of your imagination...

Imagine that you are now walking, which is more of a fifth-dimensional sensation of floating, across the beautiful landscape of Venus. On Venus the sky is often a warm yellow glow and the ground is so filled with life that is happy that you are floating-over rather than walking-on the earth. We begin our journey to the Violet Temple on the Shores of Pink Sand, which the Waters of Liquid Light gently caress. As you relax against a huge tree-shaped Being, as all life is alive here, you see the Red Mountains in the distance and smell the sweetness of all life.

Eventually, you feel the urge to visit the Violet Temple. Therefore, you arise from your posture of lying against the tree and thank it for its shelter. You turn toward the Path to the Temple and float up the hill to a huge green area of "living lawn" that surrounds the Temple. Before you is the Violet Temple, surrounded by the floating gardens. The Elementals and Devas of Venus constantly tend this garden.

This familiar vision of Venus's immense safety expands your consciousness to encompass your multidimensional SELF, and you instantly find yourself within one the many healing room. You take a moment to FEEL the safety of your environment, SMELL the beautiful flowers that live within that room, RELAX onto your couch of light and EXPAND your consciousness.

You can feel the trauma that you wish to heal resonating within you. Because you have done so much to release this wound, it no longer hurts you, but only tickles. The familiar environment of Venus's Violet Temple allows you to remember to send your unconditional love into this wound, which has diminished your ability to remember your SELF. Because you are beyond time and space, you can lie on the couch and, simultaneously, stand beside your form in order to fully examine your earth vessel

As you look into your aura, you see the circuitry of fear that has collected around the wound you have come to heal. You must clear this fear before your healing will be complete. The best way to heal the fear is to change the purpose of this wounding. Instead of allowing this wounding to be a block to hide your repressed fear, you will allow it to be a portal for multidimensional memories. You have likely created similar wounds in your myriad incarnations on 3D Earth. Remember, even though your earth vessel is different, you are the same Soul in every incarnation.

Observing the wound before you, you can see the dissonant circuitry, as well as how wounding is attached to your consciousness and aura. A dissonant energy field resonates to the lowest frequency of red light. See the area of red light, dampened by streaks of grey and black. Focus your attention on breathing the blue light of Divine Love and Guidance into the dirty red of your wounding.

You observe as the blue light changes the grey streaks into pure red. Then, combining the blue light with the clear red light, you observe how the red and blue create purple. You then breathe the light pink of unconditional love into the wounding to transmute the purple to violet, which resonates to the highest frequency of the physical light spectrum. The frequencies of blue, Divine Love, and clear red, Vitality, combine to create the frequency of violet, Transmutation.

Now, imagine that the entire dissonant energy field is resonating to the violet color/frequency. Do you see how you have transmuted something that has stopped your awakening into something that assists your awakening? Now, meditate for as long as necessary so that you can re-boot your neural system to this new configuration.

The above process can be used to transmute any trauma at an energetic level. In other words, you can perceive the area of your brain and/or body that resonates to lower frequency of physical or psychological wounding to see the emanation of red light. Then breathe blue light onto that area to create the violet light of transmutation. Any area of your body that holds trauma creates resistance, as resistance is a form of protection for that wounded area.

When you give Divine Love to the red "stop sign" of resistance, which is actually your protection against further wounding, the blue merges with the red to create the violet of transmutation. Furthermore, whenever you experience the tickle of psychological or physical wounding, you can transmute that wound into an inter-dimensional portal through which you can constantly receive healing.

Many of our ascending ones have had and are having ascension dreams. Ascension dreams are dreams in which you process and/or practice the many aspects of ascension. One aspect of your ascension is the clearing of old fears/darkness to facilitate your potential to Flash into Lightbody. Many of you have had brief experiences-rehearsals-of Flashing into your higher expression of Lightbody. However, do not forget that your multidimensional Lightbody also carries the potential to create a physical form. The Ascended Masters often keep a physical form "in their closet" to wear when they think it is appropriate.

Your physical form was always a matrix, just like physical Earth. It is the matrix that will be carried within your Lightbody. You can wear the appearance of your physical form when you "go to work" on Matrix Earth (temporary fourth-dimensional expression of Gaia) to assist those still in the process of personal ascension. There are many who have been so weakened by the intense darkness of polarized Earth that they need more of the illusion of time and physicality before they can heal enough to ascend.

Just as we, your Galactic Family, assists you in your ascension, you will assist your fellow members of physical Earth. In this manner, the student will become the teacher for the un-awakened to awake. Therefore, remember your process in detail for you will be teaching it to others.

There are many different expressions of Earth's humanity. Therefore, there will be many expressions of human ascension. Each of the ascended ones will become an inspiration and instructor for those who resonate to your expression of reality. In this manner, first you LEARN, then you DO, then you TEACH. You will all be wonderful Ascension Teachers for those less fortunate and/or less diligent than yourself.

The morning after the Venus transit I, Suzan Caroll, received a message to facilitate the forming of groups of 4 to assist Gaia with Her ascension process. Our consciousness easily expands when we are with a group of loving people working as ONE. Since we humans are components of Gaia's body, it also expands Her consciousness. When we meet in groups of 4, it does not matter if we are physically together. It is only important that our consciousness is merged into ONE Being of Light. 

Then, as ONE Being of Light, we expand our personal and group consciousness into the higher frequencies where we can meet with each other, while we, also, stay grounded in Gaia's Earth. It might even be better if our groups meet in a non-physical manner, such as on the phone or via Skype, as will only be able to perceive each other as pure consciousness. 

The important thing is that there are 4 people in each group, because the number 4 builds foundations. Once the 4 are together, we can unite our consciousness into ONE. 4 uniting as ONE group expands our consciousness even further. The most important part is that we take Gaia with us! I believe that we will increasingly be called upon to assist with our Planetary Ascension.

We, the members of humanity, were the ones who damaged our planet, and WE are the ones who will heal it. Therefore, I suggest that once we have expanded our unity consciousness into the fifth dimension that you use the Venusian Healing Technique that I received the night after the Venus transit. This healing technique can be used to heal any given area of Gaia's planet on an energetic level.

4 For Gaia

4 FOR GAIA TRANSCRIPT You are gathered together now in groups of "4 for Gaia." It doesn't matter how you are gathering together, for what you are actually doing is combining your Consciousness. Your group is unifying the Consciousness of Four to create the Consciousness of ONE.   WHAT PART OF GAIA DO YOU WANT TO HEAL?   You will begin by perceiving in your minds that you are a group of 4 of sitting within a circle. First, you will determine which area of Gaia you wish to heal, which area you want to give the blessing of your Unconditional Love and great power of transmutation. It is best that the group of 4 chooses the same area to heal, for the power of 4 is important.   Imagine that you are placing the area of Gaia that you wish to heal/transmute in the center of your circle. As you sit in circle of consciousness, (you may or may not be meeting in person) close your eyes and perceive this area of Gaia through the higher perceptions of your Third Eye. If this concept is new to you, simply use your imagination. Each of you will take a turn sharing what you perceive with your Third Eye. You will describe the physical wounding that you perceive. Be careful to avoid anger when you talk about your perceptions, as anger will lower your consciousness. Instead, speak as if you are a healer diagnosing a patient in a loving, kind way. You are the healer, and Gaia is the one that is being healed. There is no right way or wrong way for this healing; there is only your way or your group's way.   EXPANDING YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS   When you each have shared your perception of Gaia and her state of present wounding, combine your circle even more tightly into Oneness. With your eyes closed again, imagine that your circle of 4 moves down, down, down into the very core of Gaia. Now, imagine that your circle of 4 is moving up, up, up into the higher frequencies. Connect your higher expressions with your Circle and with the core of the Gaia. Finally, pull this wonderful Multi-Dimensional Consciousness into Gaia's area of wounding. CONNECTING WITH YOUR HIGHER EXPRESSIONS Connect with whatever higher dimensional expressions of your SELF that you choose. Invite this Guide, Angel, Ascended Master and Elohim to join your group. Unite your individual energies into your collective of the energy of 4. GETTING ASSISTANCE Allow the higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF to move into and through you to assist in healing your personal wounding. If there is a particular wounding within own personal body that is calling to be healed within this moment, preview yourself in the same manner that you are viewing Gaia. If you see areas of your body that have a dissonant energy pattern closely observe this area of your body and/or aura. HEALING YOUR PERSONAL WOUNDS See the red of the lower frequency; perhaps there are some streaks of gray or black. Breathe in the blue of Divine Love. . Breathe that blue into your personal wounding and observe as the blue color of Divine Love, heals the wounded red into a bright ruby red. Observe how the bright ruby red can now accept that blue, which turns it into purple. Breathe pinkish white color of unconditional love from your High Heart. Observe how your unconditional love turns your wounding into the violet color of transmutation. Transmute the energy field of your wounding by saying: Blaze, Blaze, Blaze that Violet Fire Transmuting ALL shadow into Light, Light, Light.   HEALING GAIA   Now, with the completion of your healing rehearsal that you have done on your physical bodies, your group of 4 into ONE is ready to form the foundation for the healing of Beloved Mother Gaia. All Four of you, using your higher visions, perceive the area of Gaia that you have chosen. Now, merge those 4 personal expressions into ONE group expression. You all now observe Gaia's wounding. You can see that this wounding resonates to the low frequency of red, the lowest color on our physical light spectrum of the physical plane. Observe how the red is dirty and muggy. Now, as ONE being, breathe the beautiful blue of Divine Love into that area of Gaia. TRANSMUTING GAIA Observe how the darker areas of red are beginning to heal, as more and more of the dirty red is turning into a brilliant ruby red. Now the red is able to receive the blue of Divine Love Therefore, the energy pattern turns into a beautiful purple. Go within to perceive that your High Hearts are all connected, 4 High Hearts combined into ONE. Through your ONE High Heart breathe the pinkish white of unconditional love into that area of Gaia to transmute the purple into violet. As One Being you say, "Blaze, Blaze, Blaze The Violet Fire, transmuting ALL shadow into Light, Light, Light."   "Blaze, Blaze, Blaze The Violet Fire, transmuting ALL shadow into Light, Light, Light."   PERCEIVING YOUR WISH FULFILLED Together with the great power of your combined imaginations perceive how that area of Gaia has returned to its original pristine beauty. Hold that vision in you High Heart and Third Eye as the Wish Fulfilled! See and feel the Unconditional Love and Multi-Dimensional Light coursing from The Galactic Center. THE PORTAL Observe how the Violet Light and the energy from the Galactic Center is creating an Inter-dimensional Portal over and through the area you have restores back to Gaia's pristine perfection. As a group of 4, you hold this vision in your hearts and minds. MASTERING YOUR ATTENTION Focus your attention on the higher frequencies of Gaia healed. Refuse to participate in the lower frequencies of wounding and fear. Share how beautiful Gaia is NOW that this area has been transmuted. FOUR into ONE, you are creating the foundation of New Earth. ONE UNIFIED FIELD   We, Earth and all Her inhabitants, will ascend as ONE Unified Field of Energy. Therefore, we all will maintain our Unified Belief in Gaia's healing, which is creating the foundation for New Earth. See the multidimensional light and unconditional love Flowing from the Galactic Center. Observe how the many opened Portals are consistently and persistently pulling this Galactic Energy into the Core of Gaia. Imagine that are pulling this energy into your body. Share with the group how that Galactic Energy feels to each of you. Unify your 4 individual experiences into ONE Unified Field of experience.   Relax and KNOW that that which was once a weakness has been transmuted into a Multi-Dimensional strength! I had read this a while back and forgot about it. This is an insightful message.  I'm bringing this quote forward, since it is very timely...

"When integrity is not maintained the connection to true spirit is disconnected, and all who are human are subject to fall in and out of integrity. Truly the way in the Ascension is the ability of each soul to rise into his/her higher self. Look inside and find your own divinity within your heart. Not through blindly following a guru, evangelist, channelers or spiritual leader, but through SELF. Accept only what you discern individually to resonate as true, Dear Ones, and do not give your power to another. Each of you can and must channel your higher selves. Study, look, listen, discern, review and only accept what resonates within you."

Love of self is a condition that many, especially those from Christian heritage, have lost. Christianity with its teachings of original sin taught you that you were flawed in your nature, that you needed forgiving. You spent lifetime's prostate asking forgiveness for who you are. You lost your sense of your divinity, and found it easier to give than to receive. Balance was forfeited. Now, we tell you that as the Earth transforms to the new Crystalline Age, the nature of energy resonance and the dimensional grasp of the planet is expanded. There is a lessening of the influence of duality/polarity for those of you that choose to extend beyond the third dimension. You may ask whether solitude or partnerships bring greater advancement to the soul. The question is timely and especially pertinent for many of you in the dawn of the Ascension. The short answer is that both coupling and solitude have their divine purpose.... and we underline the word BOTH. Much is gained in being in committed loving relationship. This is the natural circumstance in most sojourns on the plane of Earth. But Masters, we tell you that there is also great purpose also in solitude. It is in fact a requisite. It is no error that great numbers of you on the finals steps of the path of enlightenment are alone in this period. Now is the prelude to the coming Ascension. If you are among these, we tell you that perhaps your solitude is appropriate. Perhaps it is as it should be. You see it is how many of you planned it. Yet many of you feel that the loneliness is too much to bear and that you must pursue a partner...the elusive twin flame. Dear Souls, there is much confusion around the concept of the twin flame, the 'soul mate', and the role and nature of optimal partnership in Mastery of Self. Solitude is intended to be a period of sublime reverence of self. Your life and your experience in this plane is your own creation, your own living tapestry, woven by your individual belief. Within solitude, the soul is prompted into self-review, and opportunity is given to dive deeply into the deep waters that flow within you. To swim in the ocean of SELF, and in so doing rediscover the love within, to learn what a brilliant spark of God you truly are. Relationships are a method of reflecting the affectivity of your belief system, and giving you feedback on what, simply stated, is working, and what is not. Detachment requires the individual to explore the self, to reacquaint with the inner horizon, and this facilitates and necessitates sovereignty. Sovereignty is the prepotency of Mastership. A relationship of two sovereign nondependent humans has greater balance, greater creativity, and greater longevity than a pairing of two beings co-dependent on one another. Do you understand? Ultimately each soul must clearly define SELF in order to gain Mastery. Self Mastery is embodied in periods of planned detachment. It is that period in which impeccability is crystallized. And we tell you Dear Ones, crystallization, through impeccability is a necessary phase of Self- Mastery. It is a calibrational juncture in the multidimensional sojourn. One enters the void, the great mystery in the quest for fortitude and sovereign vision, alone, without a shoulder to lean on. And in the process, one discovers sublime wholeness and self completion. Do not misunderstand our meaning; there is great validity in coupling, in the natural aspect of soul mate. But conclusively one walks the path of Mastery in sovereign detachment. One becomes enlightened when one learns to transcend the physical self. Each of you must endeavor to the final conquest of what we term as 'impeccability'. Impeccability is the crystallization or uniform clarity of the soul, and it is a necessary virtue of Mastery. This involves release of dependency, the release of all that does not serve your divinity. It is a rebooting and reprogramming of all you are. We have told you that the language, the fabric of higher dimension is sacred geometry. Impeccability is the geometric clarity of the soul mind. By defining oneself through impeccability one becomes crystalline, and thus more capable of Divine Consciousness within the geometric light of coherent higher planes. It is only accomplished by deciding who you are, what you believe, and then living it. Recognizing your truths, and aligning fully to them. Question to Metatron: Are you saying that loving relationships, such as marriage, are not our ultimate union?

Metatron: Remember that in the highest realm you are in sacred Oneness, each a part of the Divine One. So in terms of duality experience, the answer to your question is yes. In this context, YES! Masters, in highest reality, you are a unified plural consciousness. Relationships in the linear duality experience are a means to the end. We are saying that loving relationships are a sacred, joyful tool of achieving Self Mastery, but that ultimately in each soul's journey; there is requisite ultimate growth into sovereignty. The sovereign self is a sufficient self & truly has no dependent need of another. Such conceptual dependency can be a deterrent to Mastery. In truth you merge in sovereignty with your other half. The other part of your soul that separated in duality expression. Each of you have a male and female component in duality, and the other half is re-merged in the Integral Divine Self before rising into higher realm. This is in fact a requisite mergence, and is occurring for so many of you as you enter 2012. Many of you consider a soul mate and twin flame the same. Only the syntax is in parity. The true meanings are different. The twin flame is the other half of the same soul, split in duality, and these are very rarely in physicality together. The 'soul mate' is in our terms, another soul with whom you have contracted to grow together within physical duality, as a means of development and exploration of love with another soul. Movement toward common purpose. The seeming paradox in linear relationships, that of the 'soul mate' concept (not the twin flame) is that a relationship of two non-dependent sovereign beings, has greater joy, greater balance, greater interface with the divine, greater opportunity for advancement than a relationship based on co-dependence. Do you see? In this time, in this now, many of you are actually merging with your etheric (non-physical) twin flame, and molding your sacred fullness into one physicality in order for you to enter the crystalline realm in wholeness. In most cases this soul reconnection is accomplished in solitude or in sovereign non dependent relationships. So we say embrace your chosen period of SOVEREIGN SOLITUDE, it is the sign of your souls intent to enter into Crystalline Mer-Ka-Na Mastery. We add that many who are in this life, of the female gender, have chosen particularly effacious roles in the balancing of the planet at this time. Is it not true that the planet has been imbalanced in an overage of patriarchal energies for millennia? That is why it would appear that a vast majority of those drawn to the 'New Age' are female, you see, to anchor in the Divine Feminine. Females have been conditioned and labeled in your current paradigm as the 'weaker sex'. Nothing could be farther from the truth! Many of the females, who find themselves now in single status, are conditioned to feel they must have a partner. Again, we say, embrace your solitude. You chose it, we honor you for the path you have chosen. The ideal for the planet, is not to be female or male, rather a perfect balance of BOTH, but it is at the moment still in an imbalance of patriarchal resonance. We honor those of you in female biology, you're strength is indeed progressing in creating the nurturing balance. Truly the over-soul is androgynous, self-contained. Self-sufficient. That does not mean that love is not the frequencial basis of the soul, indeed it is the highest vibration. It is the resonance that is produced by the Ascended Soul to the Cosmos, and reflected back as a collective harmonic of crystalline love. There is a time when those of you have played the role of soul mates, will individualize, and in your terms, part in joy. The evolved soul in achieving omnipotence, will become consummately self sufficient, and in so doing radiate spectacular unconditional love to ALL. That is as it should be, as it must be. It is how you Ascend. The final graduation of the soul is not done in pairing, you see. It is done within the Divine SELF in universal harmonic to the All that is. Do you understand? This is the activation of Self to the divine resonance of the Quantum Crystalline Field. Separation must osmatically occur before the final collective reunion, it must occur to allow for the final coalescence into the ALL THAT IS. It is who you ARE. It is the IAM that I AM. Our point here, is that if you find yourself in Solitude, recognize its purpose. If you are in a relationship refine it in beauty to the greater love of non-dependence. You will indeed discover the love expands and the relationship becomes more splendid in non dependency; just as you are discovering relationships of co-dependency are imbalanced one way streets, and fail. In sovereignty humanity will see themselves in this framework as being 'whole' and not being their partner's property or someone's 'better half'. Each will bring their integral, whole SELF in fullness, in robust flow of energy into relationship, in a manner that often does not occur today. There are pre agreed points that allow for freedom of choice and for change, even if that change is to end the partnership. In sovereignty individuals share their best, without compromise of ideals. Each will recognize the divinity of the other, and retain the integrity of SELF. They will afford their own promises, promises and choices of a new paradigm, but there will be avenues and opportunities of adjustments and the ability of reviewing terms. This will allow for greater recognition of the SELF. These will be designed to prevent energy blockage and reduce dysfunctional marriages and divorce complications and lawsuits, you see. Some relationships in these terms will indeed last a lifetime, some will not. But the archetype of sovereignty will better support both, based on choice and mutual agreement of each individuals terms. And as such independence becomes joyful , devoid of one partner being dominant and imposing their beliefs, morality and will over another. Humankind, in mass today, truly does not recognize or understand their soul, their divine SELF. Self is unfortunately regulated to the realm of ego personality by the masses. It is true that a higher degree of the light quotient is awakened on the planet now, than has occurred at any other time, but it is still only about 10% of the population of eight billion plus that has awakened. That is a sufficient number to bring about the Ascension, but much has yet to be done. Religion in the new paradigm, must be individualized, must truly recognize the nature of SELF the nature of the DIVINE SOUL. None of your world religions truly answer these questions today. None of your religions answer the questions of mans true Cosmic Extra-Terrestrial multi-dimensional origins, and that must come to understanding in the new paradigm. None of your current mainstream religions can accurately and completely express the true history of man on the earth. As such, there is no one true religion on the planet today. Most are bought and sold on preset regulated templates. Each claim to know the paths to God, to be able to lead the way to God, yet none truly do. Each has its dogma, each has its hierarchy and controls. Man searches for GOD more fervently now than at any other time in on the planet, and so this seeking in itself has the potential to bring in the light. Few religious teachers are true teachers, scholars perhaps, but not true teachers, you see. Others are charlatans, even within metaphysics and the so called 'New Age'. Few who make claim to channel Ascended Masters or Angelics truly do. When integrity is not maintained the connection to true spirit is disconnected, and all who are human are subject to fall in and out of integrity. Truly the way in the Ascension is the ability of each soul to rise into his/her higher self. Look inside and find your own divinity within your heart. Not through blindly following a guru, evangelist, channelers or spiritual leader, but through SELF. Accept only what you discern individually to resonate as true, Dear Ones, and do not give your power to another. Each of you can and must channel your higher selves. Series of events have occurred.  I've had epiphanies.  Courtney Brown, does remote viewing.  Really smart, bald guy.  Designed experiment that validates remote viewing.  His experiment was truly academic.  The stuff he doing is an art.  Go find about remote viewing.

Here's the situation.  The reason this is so weighty on my mind is because it is so coalescent with what we've been doing with the language since 2004.  I wish I had known then about Courtney's experiment in 2008.  His site is farsight.org.  A remote viewing collective.  Push 2012 button on mini-bar. 

Basically had experiment for five years.  Conceive 2006-2007.  Executed in 2008.  Target date 2013.  Shows us why we've had this particular language... shape reports... tells us what the hell is going to happen.  I'm here to tell you why he's right, when it will happen. 

What he did, he took group of remote viewers.  He took nine sights.  2008, 2013.  The times were June in each year.  In 2013, he sent two separate conditions:  2013A, 2013B.  The remote viewers to seek out and see the targets and describe them.  There would be an accepted RV.  The other, ETs buzzing about.  .... 

2013B world in which RV still denied, also ET's buzzing about denied.  He did his experiment in 2008 and posted the results ahead of time.  ...  Here's the key.  He left an algorithm.  ... Nature random event... stock market, knew what range, but not number it would be in.  He took it out of his own hands.  This is the year the algorithm was keyed in.  ...  Lo and behold, the upshot.  They see the object.  When they see Sydney Operahouse in 2013 is basically destroyed and the local environment.  This is key.  They weren't searching for this, they could not have forecast, or filter, it cannot be disinfo because of the way this experiment was designed. 

The conclusions are the RV is valid. ...  Now we know.  The experiment is over, it's done.  ...  They were not expecting a disaster.  After you read the farsight.org materials, you may want to understand that for a number of years we were forecasting, got partial fulfillment on "global coastal event."  You can find Courtney Brown/Kerry Cassidy interview. 

We had for a number of years the global coastal event.  I think it will manifest between now and June 2013.  ...  A lot of those data sets ... was about a global coastal event.  I now think I know why the data sets ... the data gap represented an infrastructure failure.  ...  It all makes sense.  The 2008 experiment, yielding disaster results, in 2013 that has gone through a water component disaster.  A lot of people will be describing a tsunami.  It's a displacement wave.  Tsunami is limited, displacement wave is not under those limitations.  That's what's going to occur.  Significantly high proportion.  The displacement wave they think are driven by something coming from the sky.  The sites they have chosen ... merge with our crude data approach, that yielded the background data set ... that data set included this global coastal event.  The water wave, also water levels reduced.  Ports were useless.  Didn't make sense then, but with displacement wave it does.  The projection is something like asteroids hit, likely southern hemisphere.  Because of Dr. Bot's model suggests that the southern hemisphere because we being dragged behind the sun and whatever to come has to chase us.  Because of how the sun moves through the interstellar medium.  Not many strike sites above equator.  The data sets suggest some form of displacement wave, appears to be global in terms of impact, appears to be severe.  Between 2013A and B, is matter of degree.  If over five/six months, people accept RV exists.  Also ETs.  People will survive.  Most people live around the coast. 

Because of the data gap, holes appeared during Arab Spring, thought data gap at different level, when they tried to turn off the internet.  Long hiatus, then hits us hard, July of this year, peak is Feb-May 2013.  Aha, well if these people are viewing a distant disaster and they are recovering...  2013 June, it was reasonably recent.  Our data shows April 2013.  There are effects, big chunks start going in Feb 2013.  ...  Our largest single chunk of data gone missing, in April, then May 2013.
