Okay, then the message was for those who could decode it.
I think it is like every thing else we have told is going to happen, we just have to wait it out to see what happens. The only difference here is we get to see a real person talking to us and not a channeled message from some unknown person we never get to see. Neil said he couldn't read himself but there were others that could easily.
From the image I saw of the ledgers, it didn't give enough specific indication to make it significant. Maybe he was just doing a tease to show the cabal he's got something, but it proved nothing to me.

Keith the way I understand it is the numbers in the big book denote who made the transaction and where it came from and how much. I was particularly impressed with the fact that he wanted Monsanto and chemtrails shut down. After I read that yesterday AM I went to town and the chemtrail planes were spraying miles long extremely long trails and wider than I have seen in a year. As far as I am concerned Harp has been destroying the world for years. I wish he had said for them to shut the media control down but that won't happen until they give up.
Things are moving along well but we have not won yet. I am glad he gave credit to Neil Keenan who has now joined 174 nations to fight the cabal and he has the records of all the fraudulent transactions they have made for years to blackmail them into surrender. There is a lot of good people about ready to come out and change our world for the better. Maybe some of what Cobra is talking about is true because there are people working on the plan to repair all the wrongs.
