In the FAQ section on the “andromedacouncil.com” website, Tolec warns of a heightened period of change starting from now and lasting until the last quarter of 2013. Quote: "....this planet is entering into a major, progressive, long term cycle of evolutionary change".
He talks about the heating of the Earth’s core due to the highly erratic magnetic energies in the equatorial plane region, hence the sulfur smell experienced by some people in the western USA (due to increased lava movement – it’s got to go somewhere).
He says the “Cosmic Event” that he has been predicting is yet to come, as well as the triggering of the undersea volcano destroying the last reptilian base off the southern coast of Oregon.
He warns to be on guard if you are:
1) On the coastal regions of the land masses he mentions,
2) Especially in high volcanic areas, and / or
3) On fault lines.
He says to use all of your senses that GOD / CREATOR has given you including your heart, mind and soul, and in particular your intuition to guide you. Pay attention to local radio, TV and internet for any advanced warnings.
He finishes by saying that this is part of planet Earths natural evolution into becoming an even more beautiful, higher dimensional world.
