Emotional Check-up

So, how are you all doing?  Since Japan, we have had a few members leave to ramp up their preparedness.  I sense from others who have written me emotions ranging from apathy/melancholy to fear.  I, myself, am becoming fatigued from all the doom and gloom I go through each day to bring you the news.  I imagine the same for our other frequent posters.

I used to have a more favorable outlook, that PX was survivable.  However, now that I am accessing other information, I'm not so sure any more.  Think back to the German boy who was grazed by an incoming bolide.  It was the size of a pea but it was traveling at 30,000 mph.  When it hit the ground in front of him, it exploded.

Now, think of all the dust and gravel and meteorites and whatever else that we will encounter if and when Earth passes through a debris field.  Do you really think a trench with a metal/sod roof is adequate protection?  I don't.  But in the same breath, I can say that I don't know what could be safe.  I think it will be the luck of the draw.  I know some will survive and being prepared will aid in surviving the immediate aftertimes.  I also know that E.T.'s are standing ready to evacuate those they can and will be back to help in the aftertimes (and not just the Zetas).  So there is hope.

I bring these issues up because it is better to address them now, even seeking professional help now, while you still can, than to go into the passage depressed and scared.

We are here to do what we can and we will.  However, I don't think we have a professional counselor here, so you will need to call it if you need a higher level of help than we can offer here.  We want everyone to be safe and to rise above the fear that threatens to engulf the entire planet once the truth becomes known.

I sense we don't need to focus so much on the earth changes any longer because they are basically "in our face" at this point.  We might want to start posting those links in the discussion forum and use the blogs for survival discussions, really important earth changes, how to keep our emotions in check, and tracking on-going prophecies and such.  I know we have groups for those things, but I feel it is time to make these things more a priority, as people coming here in the future will be seeking information on how to survive, more than earth change news.  Also, it would be good to post uplifting news and appropriate humor and things to help keep the emotional level of this group high.

I thought I'd throw this out and see what people think.

  • there are a few comments I would make here and they are highly constructive

first try a spot of yoga meditation I gave two on one part of the forum recently, and basically when our energies are out of sorts, we need to balance them and a simple chakra meditation can work wonders if done with sincerity and not too much strain , we should always be relaxed.

now as someone who was deeply shall we say tied up in himself, I learned the best and indeed the only way of dealing with all species of depression or mental pain ,  introversion , was like this

instead of looking inward  look outward. but do so with love and compassion knowing that everyone you meet is just as worthy of love as yourself. smile, be happy and if the pain is bad and I know all about emotional pain, laugh a bit harder.

There is a story  about  a large group of people were gathered in a room all of them with personal troubles and they  brought their personal troubles with them. In  the  center was  large container and the agreement was they would all step forward and place their individual troubles inside the container which would then be whizzed around , then they all had the chance to go back and pick whichever troubles they wanted, .. they did this and when they stepped back they had all chosen their own troubles again.!!!!!   the moral is,  every other person seems to have troubles worse than your own!!!

smile at the first person you meet every day you go out, make jokes , talk to another as though they are a brother or sister, and don't let any man or woman be a stranger to you. that is my solution and by heck it works.....

  • 2967635435?profile=RESIZE_1024x1024These three crystal are the strangest one I have. The biggest one is a Lemurian crystal. The one on the bottom left is a Tibetan crystal and the one on the right is a Himalayan crystal.
  • The dolomite looks a little like snow or icing on the smokey quartz.  Neat.

I've got boxes of quartz crystals from when we used to search the field behind my parent's home.  I found a piece of quartz that had copper bloom on it.  Also I have NC emerald rough, aquamarine rough, corundum rough (both ruby and sapphire), tourmaline rough, garnet rough, opal rough thanks to gem mountain. :)  And we do have some geodes that we obtained through our travels.  :)

  • Here is a favorite place that I was fortunate to visit (and come back with some awesome finds):

    http://www.gemmountain.com/   major drool!

  • Here's another place for crystals :http://www.arcrystalmine.com/index.php

  • PBD, were you the one who put out an APB for a certain crystal and, if so, did you ever find it?
  • Thanks pale blue for the link and the info.  I've heard that green (prasiolite) fades in the sun, but I did not know that amethyst and rose also fade in the sun.  I have some rough pieces of amethyst that I found in a field behind my parent's house that I will make sure stay out of the sun!
  • Thanks, Rosemary.  I found this piece at a gem show.  This dude had brought a TRUCK LOAD of these beauties all the way from Arizona.  Some much larger than this. 2967634709?profile=original It was the last day of the gem show, and he was trying to unload them cheaply.  He said he would offer me a good price if I took the bunch off his hands (oh I was drooling at the time!!) he didn't want to have to haul them all the way back to AZ.   I didn't have much money left since I had already bought a sapphire (my birthstone) but I did have a 20 left over which bought me this beauty!   If I would have had more money, I would have bought several more.  Any ways, while I was in South Dakota years ago I bought one about 1/4 of this size that has a hole drilled in it so you can put a tea light candle in it.  It's beautiful when lit up.
  • what we need is fortitude
  • Can I say that I am drooling over your crystal Kim B. It is a fair size and its beautiful.

I think that the energy is moving forward again. I am more optimistic since I started meditating about LOVE. Cannot change my neighbourgs, but I can change myself.

Does anyone here fell a lot of energy around them and are surrounded by a somewhat blue light?.
