Smart Meters is a grid designed to control and incarcerate the public. It is a project from the science of the Department of Defense overseen by MITRE the intelligence operation under former James Schlesinger located in McLean, Virginia.

PG&E has contracts to deploy the spy meters with a front for the World Bank, a UN “NGO”called ICLEI. ICLEI is imposing world government mandates and getting monies even from the European Union.

The “Electronic Internment Camps” … Murder Meters and the Spy Grid were designed by agencies that are informally coordinated under David Boran (skull & bones). Army Intelligence and Security Command Freedom of Information (FOI) request showing the development of these technotronic sciences for total control.

David Boran (tucked away in Oklahoma) oversees training intelligence for Interpol, U.S. and the International Community made up of Bilderberger East and West, the Trilateral Commission and the Council on Foreign Relations.

This project of “Electronic Incarceration” is the companion to the Death Dumps and Chemtrails orchestrated by MITRE and the Belfer Center and carried out by contractors such as Evergreen International (that took over the old CIA Air America). The main Chemtrail ingredients were reported as “deadly” and “disease causing” in a front page article in USA Today May 12, 2011. They called it “Toxic Dust”.

MITRE (non-profit) located in McLean, Virginia is obviously an intelligence operation that sets systems and procedures for the Department of Defense, the FAA, Homeland Security ad the IRS. The coordination of the first three agencies is necessary for Operation Cloverleaf which is one of the names of the Chemtrail plans of culling the population. Culling means killing especially the old and disabled.

Operation Cloverleaf (toxic dust containing aluminum , barium, strontium and other compounds)is a systematic environmental killing device designed to hide the perpetrators (brotherhood of death) together with a combination of University, CIA, Non Profits, and the Executive Administration of both political parties.

The project is to conform laws in preparation of a North American Union. One of it’s notorious members was Tom Burns (ex-head of Planning Department) who was in the forefront of abolishing the peoples planning appeals board.

Burns brought Rockefeller (Laurance Rockefeller board member) speakers to the community. ICLEI has it as their agenda to impose Agenda 21, a “Sovietization” of communities.

ICLEI’s tyrannical laws are wrapped in doomsday talk about the environment. Too much of the science is fraudulent and leaves people arguing about details while their freedom is extinguished and their rights surrendered.

Agenda 21 is the Sovietization of every town and village to benefit the elite of the international community … that gaggle of billionaires who run the world’s cartels. People are reduced to the status chattel or that of a barnyard animal.

Northern California’s PG& E (utility monopoly) internal papers show that ICLEI (the World Bank) governs their policy. A Malthusian Policy.

MITRE and Belfer Center appear as Intelligence Operations against the people

We need to connect the deadly implementation to the policy makers to those responsible … (Homeland Security, Department of Defense, E. U. , the World Bank, ICLEI, MITRE, and Belfer Center) and see the bigger picture.

The shocking data must be linked to the originators and their global plan.

ALMOST-X FLARE AND CME: This morning, Jan. 23rd around 0359 UT, big sunspot 1402 erupted, producing a long-duration M9-class solar flare. The explosion's M9-ranking puts it on the threshold of being an X-flare, the most powerful kind. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory captured the flare's extreme ultraviolet flash:

The Solar and Heliosphere Observatory (SOHO) and the STEREO-Behind spacecraft have both detected a CME rapidly emerging from the blast site. Analysts at the Goddard Space Weather Lab estimate a velocity of 2200 km. There is little doubt that the cloud is heading in the general direction of Earth. A preliminary inspection of SOHO/STEREO imagery suggests that the CME will deliver a strong glancing blow to Earth's magnetic field on Jan. 24-25 as it sails mostly north of our planet. ANOTHER SOLAR FLARE: Earth-orbiting satellites have just detected an M9-class solar flare from sunspot 1402. The explosion, which peaked at 0359 UT on Jan. 23rd, likely hurled a coronal mass ejection toward Earth. Stay tuned for updates as more data from several spacecraft arrive. CME IMPACT: Arriving a little later than expected, a coronal mass ejection (CME) hit Earth's magnetic field at 0617 UT on Jan. 22nd. According to analysts at the Goddard Space Weather Lab, the impact strongly compressed Earth's magnetic field and briefly exposed satellites in geosynchronous orbit to solar wind plasma. Shifting lines of magnetic force induced strong ground currents in Norway and sparked bright auroras over the upper reaches of North America. This colorful corona appeared over Chatanika, Alaska:

"We enjoyed some amazing displays as the late arriving CME made its presence felt," says photographer Ronn Murray.

The impact also disturbed Earth's ionosphere. In Atlanta, Georgia, radio engineer Pieter Ibelings monitored a 4.5 MHz CODAR (coastal radar) signal as it bounced off layers of ionization along the US east coast. "The moment of impact can be clearly seen on the CODAR radar plot," he points out:

"The CODAR transmitters are located all around the coast and are used for mapping the ocean currents to a distance of about 200 miles," Ibelings explains. "These signals also propagate through the ionosphere so they can be picked up all around the world. The signals are almost perfect for ionospheric sounding since they are linear chirps. I capture the chirp with a receiver locked to GPS both in frequency and time. I then de-chirp the waveform so I can extract the time of arrival information at my location."

The CODAR echoes show ionization layers shifting vertical position by some hundreds of kilometers, changes that surely affected the propagation of HF radio signals in the aftermath of the impact. More information about Ibelings' observations may be found here.

Subculture of Americans prepares for civilization’s collapse

January 22, 2012 – CALIFORNIA – When Patty Tegeler looks out the window of her home overlooking the Appalachian Mountains in southwestern Virginia, she sees trouble on the horizon. “In an instant, anything can happen,” she told Reuters. “And I firmly believe that you have to be prepared.” Tegeler is among a growing subculture of Americans who refer to themselves informally as “preppers.” Some are driven by a fear of imminent societal collapse, others are worried about terrorism, and many have a vague concern that an escalating series of natural disasters is leading to some type of environmental cataclysm. They are following in the footsteps of hippies in the 1960s who set up communes to separate themselves from what they saw as a materialistic society, and the survivalists in the 1990s who were hoping to escape the dictates of what they perceived as an increasingly secular and oppressive government. Preppers, though are, worried about no government. Tegeler, 57, has turned her home in rural Virginia into a “survival center,” complete with a large generator, portable heaters, water tanks, and a two-year supply of freeze-dried food that her sister recently gave her as a birthday present. She says that in case of emergency, she could survive indefinitely in her home. And she thinks that emergency could come soon. “I think this economy is about to fall apart,” she said. A wide range of vendors market products to preppers, mainly online. They sell everything from water tanks to guns to survival skills. Conservative talk radio host Glenn Beck seems to preach preppers’ message when he tells listeners: “It’s never too late to prepare for the end of the world as we know it. Unfortunately, given the increasing complexity and fragility of our modern technological society, the chances of a societal collapse are increasing year after year,” said author James Wesley Rawles, whose Survival Blog is considered the guiding light of the prepper movement. A former Army intelligence officer, Rawles has written fiction and non-fiction books on end-of-civilization topics, including “How to Survive the End of the World as We Know It,” which is also known as the preppers’ Bible. “We could see a cascade of higher interest rates, margin calls, stock market collapses, bank runs, currency revaluations, mass street protests, and riots,” he told Reuters.

As Bad as it gets: “The worst-case end result would be a Third World War, mass inflation, currency collapses, and long term power grid failures.” A sense of “suffering and being afraid” is usually at the root of this kind of thinking, according to Cathy Gutierrez, an expert on end-times beliefs at Sweet Briar College in Virginia. Such feelings are not unnatural in a time of economic recession and concerns about a growing national debt, she said. “With our current dependence on things from the electric grid to the Internet, things that people have absolutely no control over, there is a feeling that a collapse scenario can easily emerge, with a belief that the end is coming, and it is all out of the individual’s control,” she told Reuters. She compared the major technological developments of the past decade to the Industrial Revolution of the 1830s and 1840s, which led to the growth of the Millerites, the 19th-Century equivalent of the preppers. Followers of charismatic preacher Joseph Miller, many sold everything and gathered in 1844 for what they believed would be the second coming of Jesus Christ. Many of today’s preppers receive inspiration from the Internet, devouring information posted on websites like that run by attorney Michael T. Snider, who writes The Economic Collapse blog out of his home in northern Idaho. “Modern preppers are much different from the survivalists of the old days,” he said. “You could be living next door to a prepper and never even know it. Many suburbanites are turning spare rooms into food pantries and are going for survival training on the weekends.”Like other preppers, Snider is worried about the end of a functioning U.S. economy. The weather will have a decidedly spring-like feel across the Lower Mississippi Valley, as an outbreak of severe thunderstorms is poised to develop later today. The outbreak will be reminiscent of those seen in 2011, with gusty winds, hail and tornadoes all possible.

Thunderstorms will develop across Arkansas and Louisiana, quickly becoming severe as they cross the Mississippi River into Tennessee and Mississippi. The strongest storms will be found later this evening across the Mid-South where the storms are able to tap into unseasonably humid air.

These storms will strike western Tennessee, eastern Arkansas and northern Mississippi with a fury similar to the storms of 2011. Strong tornadoes, wind gusts of 70 to 80 mph and large hail are all possible today across this region, including Memphis, and Greenville, Miss. Due to the threat of these dangerous storms, the government`s Storm Prediction Center has considered this a Moderate Risk for some of the most dangerous storms.

Beyond this bulls-eye for storm activity, the thunderstorm threat will expand into the Ohio Valley and across the South. Locations from Louisiana to southern Indiana and southwestern Ohio could be at risk for a strong to severe thunderstorm capable of producing 60 mph winds, hail and even a weaker tornado. Cities such as Baton Rouge, La., Jackson, Miss., Birmingham, Ala., Nashville, Tenn., Paducah and Louisville, Ky., Evansville, Ind., and Cincinnati could see a strong thunderstorm this evening or overnight.

Today`s storms won`t come together until late in the day, delaying the storm threat from developing until after sunset. Remember: severe storms and tornadoes at night can be particularly dangerous, as they are harder to see and thus have a reduced warning time. Take the time during the day today to make sure your shelter is ready so that you can quickly act when storms come knocking on your door after dark.

An area of low pressure will surge eastward from the Rockies today, crossing from the Plains into the Mississippi Valley. The low will quickly access warm and humid air building along the Gulf Coast, while also dragging along a pool of cold, Canadian air behind the storm. By this evening, these two air masses will meet and the results will be explosive.

The dynamics for today`s storm threat are much more typical of March or April than mid-to-late January. The low is part of the same storm system that has been responsible for all of the snow in the western U.S., and its exit into the Rockies with all of its energy intact has allowed it to prepare to roar into the central U.S. Fed by multiple jet streams, the same winds that will roar into the Mississippi Valley will force the low pressure responsible for the storms to make a quick turn to the north, scooting across the Great Lakes and into Canada.

Giant freak lightning storms rumble across Western Australia

January 20, 2012 – AUSTRALIA – Four people have been struck by lightning and thousands are without power as dangerous weather sweeps Perth and the outer metropolitan coast. The State Emergency Service has warned people to stay safe as the storm sweeps through Perth and the coast from Lancelin to Mandurah. A man was hit by lightning in Mandurah at 4am and St John Ambulance confirmed later today that a man was struck by lightning in Baldivis and was taken to Rockingham Hospital. Another person was struck by lightning in Welshpool. None of the lightning victims have life-threatening injuries. A St John Spokeswoman said that they had received a call for a fourth person struck by lightning in Myaree but that the ambulance was cancelled. Homes have been damaged, floods are causing concern on the roads and domestic and international flights have been delayed. The storm has left at least 22,000 homes without power, mainly in the south metropolitan region, and also caused delays on the Mandurah to Perth railway line as bad weather hampered repairs. Train services were back to normal by lunchtime.  Western Power is attending to the blackouts and SES volunteers have responded to at least 75 calls for help, mostly for flooding. Damage has been reported from Swan to Armadale to Rockingham and Mandurah, but most of the calls have come from Rockingham and Mandurah. More dangerous weather is coming between Minilya, Mount Augustus, Paynes Find, Corrigin, Narrogin, Mandurah, along the coast to Dongara and inland to Minilya, including the Perth metropolitan area. “If you live between Minilya, Mount Augustus, Paynes Find, Corrigin, Narrogin, Mandurah, along the coast to Dongara and inland to Minilya, including the Perth metropolitan area, you should take action with more dangerous weather to come,” FESA said. –Perth Now
