I, Cheryl Nelson, a citizen of the United States of America, repudiate the unconstitutional laws and illegal debts forced upon the American people by the Obama Administration, an administration which does not, and never did, represent the will of the People, as will be shown below. 

I hereby further give notice that I am not, nor is any other American, "collateral" in any way, shape or form for the debts of the United States under the Obama Administration, or any prior administrations.  Each American is a sovereign being and is not in any way, shape or form owned by any other being(s) or government(s). 

I further state that I, along with the American people, were unaware our national parks were being sold and, thus, have never agreed to their sale or gift to foreign interests.  Americans are also generally unaware that American lands and businesses are being sold to foreign interests with the approval of the U.S. government, which is against the laws as we understand them.  Whether illegal laws have superseded them is unknown at this time, but the majority of the American people would not have approved of any changes because of the national security purposes of those laws. 

I, along with most other Americans, do not support profligate spending and erosion of our Constitution and rights. 

To United States Creditors:  DO NOT LEND THIS ADMINISTRATION ANY MORE MONEY.  WE RENOUNCE THE DEBT INCURRED THEREBY.  The United States Government is in a state of a coup d'etat and high treason against the People of the United States.  As such, debts incurred by this illegimate government are the same as purchases made on a stolen credit card. 

There are many more grievances against the Obama Administration, such as the scandals involving Benghazi, the IRS, Fast & Furious, the birth certificate issue as well as the use of someone else's social security card and a fake draft card, which was proven by Sheriff Joe Arpaio's cold posse and presented prima facie evidence of usurpation in the office of POTUS.  Further grievances involve the use of terrorist language against political enemies as was heard repeatedly by democrats against republicans, unconstitutional elements in the Patriot Act, the NDAA, the NSA spying scandal, the use of drones in American airspace, the questionable purpose and effects of Obamacare, false flags such as the Boston Marathon and 9-1-1, attacks on the second amendment right to bear arms, funding terrorist organizations such as the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Qaida in Syria, etc., controlling and intimidating mass media to influence our thoughts and beliefs in contravention of the First Amendment, tampering with the justice system and obstructing justice, among many other offenses.  Conduct unbecoming all, most of which constitute grounds for impeachment for treason and high treason against the Constitution and citizens of the United States.

As a citizen, and along with all other citizens of like mind, I declare the War on Terrorism to be a pretext, a vehicle which has been deliberately morphed into a war of terrorism against the American people and the U.S. Constitution for the ulterior motive of destroying this country. 

Thus, I petition the United States Provost Marshall General's Office to protect the U.S. Constitution and American citizens by arresting the usurper, Barack Hussein Obama a/k/a Barry Soetero, on the grounds of evidence presented by Sheriff Arpaio's cold case posse that he was never qualified to be POTOS, and on the grounds of the indictment issued by the Grand Jury Investigation conducted in Ocala, Florida.  See http://www.citizensgrandjury.com/121030-article.php. This is substantial proof that Obama is an illegal alien who is occupying the office of the President of the United States, and his actions more that speak to his hostile interest against the American people and the U.S. Constitution.  Another one to arrest is Eric Holder, indicted by the Okala Grand Jury.  See http://news.yahoo.com/citizens-grand-jury-indicts-holder-perjury-obstruction-justice-140000810.html.  Others who should be removed are all members of Congress who have voted in contravention of the U.S. Constitution and the will of the American people.  Further, all judges who stonewalled the Obama eligibility cases should be removed from their posts immediately.   This is a start, just the head of the snake,  that has wrapped itself around this country and is squeezing the lifeblood of American freedoms to death.  The damage to this country is great and only immediate removal gives us a fighting chance to recover.

I declare a counter-coup is now in progress and call upon every able-bodied being to resist any unconstitutional laws to the best of your abilities and position to do so.  Let this be non-violent and bloodless, and conducted in accordance with the true Constitution.

Barack Obama once again demonstrated his lack of interest in choosing national security and immigration enforcement officials who have actual experience in their fields.

Back in August, Obama surprised many in D.C. by selecting John Sandweg for new Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director – despite the fact that Sandweg had zero law enforcement experience and had fought for the release of violent sexual predators and pedophiles as an attorney.

Now Obama continues his disturbing contempt for law enforcement, by choosing a career lawyer and political crony with zero immigration enforcement experience to lead the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) – and also one with very controversial views on the military and drone powers of the president.

Jeh Johnson, who was previously General Counsel at the Department of Defense before entering private practice, is a lifelong Democrat political hack, who served numerous campaigns including John Kerry and Barack Obama’s presidential campaigns. In the Obama Administration , Johnson has been at the center of deeply-contentious political battles.

As chief lawyer at the DOD, Johnson spearheaded the Pentagon’s “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” restrictions on “gays in the military”.

And libertarians will not be pleased with Johnson’s central role in the approval of drone strikes against American citizens abroad and potentially on U.S. soil - having helped Obama ok the drone killing of New Mexico-born Anwar al-Awlaki in Yemen in 2011 – and also the temporary position of the Administration that they had the power to target Americans suspected of terrorism on U.S. soil. Both actions are deeply unpopular with the American people.

Sen, Rand Paul (R-KY) led a filibuster on the floor of the Senate to force the Administration to reverse their position and ”clarify” that the United States would not use drone strikes against noncombatant American citizens suspected of terrorism on American soil. It is unclear how much of a role Jeh Johnson played in this debate. Americans strongly supported Paul’s filibuster to stop this policy (79-13%).

Johnson support for drone strike on Americans is in sync with his deeply disturbing view, as explained in a March 2013 speech, that the President “alone” has the power to deploy troops and take military action – completely ignoring the role of Congress as enshrined in the Constitution:

“Let’s not lose sight of the reality that in this country we have…entrusted the President with awesome powers and responsibilities as Commander in Chief; he controls the nuclear arsenal and he alone has the authority to use it; he alone has the constitutional authority, with certain limits, to deploy thousands of men and women in the U.S. military into hostilities on the other side of the world.“

 With Johnson at DHS and Sandweg at ICE, America would now have the two individuals completely responsible for border security and immigration enforcement having ZERO days of experience in those areas between them, and with very controversial legal opinions. They are lawyers and political hacks, who will continue Obama’s dismantling of the rule of law against illegal aliens, targeting officials who crack down of them, such as Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona, and sue states like Arizona, Georgia and Alabama who pass laws increasing enforcement against foreign invaders.

Johnson would be a disaster as DHS secretary – where he would lead 240,000 employees in 22 divisions – but we can’t imagine a worse one than Big Sis. He is almost certain to be confirmed.

All the more reason to tell your House Reps to oppose ANY bills that hand  a “pathway to citizenship” to illegal aliens – regardless of promises of border security. The Obama Administration simply cannot be trusted to properly enforce ANY immigration enforcement provisions, but will most certainly grant amnesty to any many foreign invaders as possible.

Last night, after more than two weeks of utterly embarrassing theater, the government in the Land of the Free inked a deal to kick the can down the road a few more months. And in doing so, they set a very dangerous precedent.

As part of the bargain codified in HR 2775 (which President Obama signed into law), the Treasury Department is authorized to SUSPEND the debt ceiling. In other words, for all intents and purposes, there is now NO LIMIT government borrowing.

First, there was QE Infinity, now there is DC infinity.  Imagine having a limitless credit card (called Suspended Debt Ceiling).  Just like the thiefs in Louisiana who had a window of opportunity to pilfer the food stamp coffers, Uncle Sam has now created itself a "legal" window of opportunity to do the same, just on a grander scale.  They should have forbidden any new debts for the next three months and just pay current debts.

'Republicans walked into a trap set up by Valerie Jarrett, Obama'

WASHINGTON — The shutdown was deliberately orchestrated by the White House, according to the former foreign editor of Newsweek and editor-in-chief of the New York Times Magazine.

Why would the White House intentionally cause such pain and havoc across the country?

It is a ploy to win votes, concluded author Ed Klein.

He told the New York Post that President Obama’s closest adviser, Valerie Jarrett, developed a strategy to force a showdown with Republicans over Obamcare.

Jarrett recommended shutting down government because, Klein said, she believed voters would pin the blame on Republicans.

And that would give Democrats the opportunity to win control of the House of Representatives in the 2014 midterm elections.

Klein wrote a critical biography about Obama last year called “The Amateur.” He said he interviewed more than a half dozen White House and former presidential advisers about the shutdown plan.

Think you know the real Barack Obama? You don’t – not until you’ve read “The Amateur.”

He called Jarret the “architect” of the strategy of refusing to negotiate with Republicans over Obamacare.

“She convinced the president that a government shutdown and default offered a great opportunity to demonize the Republicans and help the Democrats win back a majority in the House of Representatives in 2014,” he explained.

“Valerie also came with the idea of using the words ‘hostage,’ and ‘ransom’ and ‘terrorists’ against the Republicans,” Klein maintained.

He said Jarrett’s advice to Obama was, “[D]o not cooperate one iota on Obamacare. Don’t give an inch. Let the Republicans stew in their own juice.”

Klein added, “Republicans walked into a trap set up by Valerie Jarrett and President Obama.”

Smoking gun?

Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, believes there was evidence in plain view that the administration planned the shutdown in advance.

Gohmert told Fox News that on the eve of the shutdown, Sept. 30, the administration already had barricades and cones in place.

“They had worked out in advance they were closing these things down.”

The congressman said “that’s the only thing that explains” why the White House turned down their proposals and compromises.

‘The Night Stalker’

Klein said White House insiders call Jarrett the “The Night Stalker” because she is the only presidential aide who is allowed to spend much time in the family quarters.

“Everyone in the Beltway knew Valerie Jarrett was influential,” he said. “They didn’t know how influential she was.”

He quoted top Democratic insider Vernon Jordan, whose wife is a cousin of Jarrett, as saying, “Her power derived from one simple fact — proximity. No one except Michelle Obama is closer to the president than Valerie.”

The White House has not commented.

Excerpted from WASHINGTON FREE BEACON: Food stamps are the most inefficient, vastly expanding social welfare program in the country, according to a new study.

Forty-seven million people participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), commonly known as food stamps, and costs have increased over 358 percent since 2000.

The increase in recent years cannot be attributed to the economic recession, according to Michael Tanner, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute, but lax eligibility requirements and an aggressive campaign by governments to boost their rolls.

“This program has expanded rapidly over the last decade in a way that is not justified by the recession that we went through,” Tanner said.

“There’s very little bang for all this increased buck.”

Tanner’s report, “SNAP Failure: The Food Stamp Program Needs Reform,” finds that in 2000 the cost of the food stamp program was just $17 billion. It has risen in cost to $78 billion today.

Spending on advertising and outreach for food stamps by federal and state governments has also increased, now amounting to $41.3 million a year.

States like Florida have hired “food stamp recruiters,” who have a quota of signing up 150 new recipients each month. Rhode Island hosts “SNAP-themed bingo games,” and the USDA tells its field offices to throw parties to get more people on their rolls.

Despite the additional spending, the USDA claims 18 million Americans are still “food insecure.”

Tanner notes the program is more successful in breeding dependence on government, which was apparent last weekend when the EBT system shutdown in several states, resulting in chaos.

“The left is correct when they talk about how small food stamp benefits are, about an average of $4.50 a day,” Tanner said. “And yet we’re told that people can’t survive without them.”

“There’s something wrong in our society when people can’t survive without getting five bucks from the government,” he said.

Food stamps have become the second most costly means-tested program behind Medicaid, and its expansion is credited to both Republicans and Democrats.

Tanner traces the modern food stamp program back to President Lyndon B. Johnson, who signed the Food Stamp Act of 1964. Not until the presidency of George W. Bush, however, did the program increase dramatically, and the pace has only accelerated under President Barack Obama.

The 2002 and 2008 farm bills under Bush expanded eligibility in the program to the extent that noncitizens qualify. By the start of Obama’s presidency, there were 31.8 million Americans enrolled, up from 17 million in 2000.

Under Obama, enrollment has surged to almost 48 million. While some chalk up the increase to the recession, Tanner finds little evidence that is the case.

“Increases in both participation and spending were bigger during this recession than in previous ones,” he writes.

During the recession in the early 1980s enrollment only increased by 635,000, and spending rose by $124 million. In contrast, the latest recession saw enrollment jump by 12 million and spending increase by $30 billion.

“SNAP is no longer a program targeted at the poorest Americans who may need some temporary help, but it has become part of an ever-growing permanent welfare state,” the report said. Keep Reading

Former U.S. serviceman Michael Relfe has authored The Mars Records, two books on the 20 years (1976-1996) he states he spent as part of the permanent armed force detail on a U.S. facility on Mars that was part of the security perimeter developed in our solar system against the attempted occupation by the predatory hyperdimensional species.

Agenda of predatory species

Lack of information of spiritual power and metaphysical abilities, so that powerful metapsychics do not develop their powers.

Predatory hyperdimensional species

Other whistleblowers from government – hyperdimensional ET liaison programs have also warned of an attempted occupation of Earth by predatory hyperdimensional species.

Ethical hyperdimensional species

Researchers such as Mary Rodwell have gathered replicable empirical evidence that ethical, hyperdimensional civilizations exist that are closely involved in the positive development of humanity. These include hyperdimensional civilizations of the Grey phenotype of which approximately 150 have been identified.[3]
