This is deadly serious. The Cascadia Suduction Zone is susceptible to mega-quake measuring 9.0+ - and it is over due in its 300 year cycle. This is not a "warning" but an "alert". A Warning means it is inevitable - an Alert means it is between likely and probable.
No tsunami warning has been issued. The magnitude 6.3 quake hit just off the coast of Vancouver, British Columbia which sits at the northern end of the Cascadia Subduction Zone. There are no reports of damage or injuries at this time.
This furthers evidence of a solar-eclipse-earthquake-volcano concurrence which historically indicates a pattern of opportunity 14 days prior to the eclipse, and/or 14 days after the eclipse. I am going on record to suggest there will be more within the next 5 days.

The 1700 Cascadia Subduction Zone quake was a megathrust 9.1+ earthquake that occurred on January 26, 1700. The earthquake involved the Juan de Fuca Plate underlying the Pacific Ocean, from mid-Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, south along the Pacific Northwest coast as far as northern California, USA. The length of the fault rupture was about 1,000 kilometers (620 miles) with an average slip of 20 meters (22 yards).
Geological evidence shows a tsunami took place traveling the length of the Pacific hitting Japan. It is yet unknown of an accurate account of the death and destruction of the Island. |

A total solar eclipse will take place on 13-14 November 2012 (UTC),beginning locally on November 13 west of the International Date Line over northern Australia, and ending on November 14 east of the date line off the western South American coast. Its greatest magnitude is 1.0500, occurring only 12 hours before perigee, with greatest eclipse totality lasting just over 4 minutes.
A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun,thereby totally or partially obscuring the image of the Sun for a viewer on Earth. A total solar eclipse occurs when the Moon's apparent diameter is larger than the Sun, blocking all direct Sunlight, turning day into darkness. Totality occurs in a narrow path across the surface of the Earth, while a partial solar eclipse will be visible over a region thousands of kilometers wide.

The co-magnetic thredule creating this storm lasted longer than normal, which is why the storm followed the “sunspot” track, rather than being deflected by the Gulf Stream back out to sea, as hurricanes normally are. This indicates that, like the solar transition, the Earth is getting ready for a similar change down deep.
"HAARP would not have been able to direct or deflect this storm with an active thredule, though they probably tried. It followed a natural course, but an unnatural intensity, thanks to chemtrail geoengineering.

| As compounding pharmacies at the heart of the ongoing meningitis outbreak are inspected and closed, the death toll rose to 28 on Tuesday, with 363 illnesses reported across 19 states. Three new fatalities — two from Michigan and one from Tennessee — have occurred since the last tally issued by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Monday. The latest numbers come days after Massachusetts officials closed a second compounding pharmacy after inspection revealed conditions that might threaten the sterility of its products. According to The New York Times, Waltham, Mass.-based Infusion Resource voluntarily surrendered its license over the weekend after inspectors found “significant issues with the environment in which medications were being compounded,” Dr. Madeleine Biondolillo, director of the Bureau of Health Care Safety and Quality at the Massachusetts Public Health Department, said at a press briefing. While she did not release details of what the inspection found, Biondolillo did say that patients had been receiving intravenous medications at the pharmacy, violating state law. The pharmacy shutdown followed news of unsanitary conditions at the Framingham, Mass., facility of New England Compounding Center, the plant at the center of the ongoing meningitis outbreak. On Friday, federal investigators said their tour of the plant found foreign, “greenish-black” material in some vials of the injectable steroid suspected as the cause of the illnesses. The contaminated product was one of a host of potential violations discovered during a recent inspection of the New England Compounding Center’s plant in Framingham, Mass., U.S. Food and Drug Administration officials said during a Friday press briefing. “The investigators observed approximately 100 vials of the steroid drug, which purports to be a sterile injectable drug, that had a greenish-black foreign material and a white filamentous [containing filaments] material inside,” Steven Lynn, director of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Office of Manufacturing and Product Quality, said during a news conference Friday afternoon. Vials from the lot Lynn described were shipped by the company to customers this year, he said. The FDA tested 50 of these vials and all were contaminated with fungus, he added. The FDA also found the company was not able to keep its “clean room” clean, Lynn said. “A clean room is a space designed to maintain a controlled environment with low levels of airborne particles and surface contamination,” he explained. According to the report, the company failed to keep the air conditioner in the clean room running at night, which is standard practice to maintain the room’s humidity and temperature control. In the past, the company itself had found mold and bacteria in the clean room, Lynn said. “In addition, the investigators observed a dark, hair-like discoloration in a transition room that connects directly to a room used to formulate and fill the injectable products,” Lynn said. Massachusetts officials said last Tuesday that they had begun a criminal investigation into New England Compounding Center. They added that the company functioned as a drug manufacturer, producing drugs for broad use, rather than filling individual prescriptions for individual doctors, in violation of its state license, CBS News reported. According to published reports, state records show that the New England Compounding Center was plagued by problems as far back as 2006. Those records, obtained by the Associated Press under a public documents request, showed there was evidence of inadequate contamination control and no written standard operating procedures for using equipment, among other problems, at the facility. New England Compounding Center and Infusion Resource are both compounding pharmacies. These pharmacies combine, mix or alter ingredients to create drugs to meet the specific needs of individual patients, according to the FDA. Such customized drugs are frequently required to fill special needs, such as a smaller dose, or the removal of an ingredient that might trigger an allergy in a patient. |

| A Saudi citizen in the capital Riyadh is the world’s third confirmed case of a newly discovered SARS-related virus but he has now recovered from his illness, the official Saudi Press Agency reported on Sunday. The potentially deadly novel coronavirus is from the same family as SARS but had only been confirmed in two previous cases: a 60-year-old Saudi man who died earlier this year, and a man from Qatar who was treated in a London hospital. Saudi authorities conducted tests on the new case in the Health Ministry and then sent abroad a sample which tested positive, the agency said, citing a statement from the ministry. “The patient received the appropriate treatment and has recovered,” the agency quoted the ministry as stating, adding that the man had not left Riyadh. In accordance with Ministry of Health’s (MoH) responsibilities for disease prevention and control, and in keeping with our practice to inform the public and the media about significant findings that result from MoH disease surveillance activities, we are announcing today [4 Nov 2012] that one of our hospitalized citizens has been confirmed to have pneumonia caused by novel Coronavirus (nCoV). This case had no epidemiological links to the 2 documented novel coronavirus cases to date. When this individual was first admitted to hospital, he was evaluated for usual respiratory agents including influenza viruses. When none of these tests were positive, additional specimens were collected and tested by one of our regional MoH laboratories and an international reference centre. Both labs report RT-PCR positive results for nCoV upE target. Today MoH press agents released this information in English and Arabic to local and regional television and newspapers. WHO has been contacted in accordance with our IHR 2005 duties. With regard to the patient’s current status, he is recovering and out of intensive care. We have done preliminary investigations of family members and contacts including health care workers. There are no apparent secondary cases at this time, however these investigations are on-going. This man has no significant travel history, in fact had not been out of Riyadh. One week prior to disease onset he reports having visited a farm. Additional details will be reported as they become available. |

| More than five hundred pigeons suddenly dropped dead at a village in Bihar’s Bhagalpur district over the last four days, causing residents, some of them pigeon-keepers, to fear that something was amiss. District officials are still to visit the site and conduct an inquiry. Over 500 pigeons died mysteriously in Bath village near Sultanganj in Bhagalpur, about 250 km from the state capital. “We were shocked, and we cannot understand why it happened,” Subodh Kumar Singh, a keeper of pigeons who lost 250 birds in two days, said. Another pigeon keeper, Mohan Singh, said: “We need some manner of inquiry into this. Why did such a large number of pigeons drop dead in a matter of days?” Other pigeon keepers like Subhit Singh, Radhe Singh and Bhumeshwar Singh said the government ought to investigate the pigeon deaths. Alok Mankar, a veterinarian, said that the cause for the birds’ death may have been technical problems in the radiation machine of mobile phone towers. RINGWOOD — Some residents in northern New Jersey awoke to a small earthquake early today.
The temblor, with a magnitude of 2.0, struck at 1:19 a.m. and was centered in Ringwood, a community that’s still dealing with downed trees and power outages from Sandy.
Geophysicist Jessica Turner at the National Earthquake Information Center says some people reported hearing a loud boom. Turner says those on upper floors of a home might have felt shaking or saw objects on walls vibrate.
The quake was 3 miles below ground and could also be felt in Mahwah, Wanaque, Oakland, Franklin Lakes, West Milford and Paterson.
Ringwood police say there are no reports of damage.
Turner says the last earthquake in New Jersey had a 2.2 magnitude and was recorded in February 2010.
On Aug. 23, 2011 a 5.8 magnitude earthquake that struck northwest of Richmond, Va. was felt in New Jersey.

FEMA battles online misinformation with ‘rumor control’

“Fema.gov/sandy now has a RUMOR CONTROL section for misinformation,” FEMA said in a Twitter message on Saturday.
The move by FEMA reflects the continuing spread of rumors on social networks in the wake of the hurricane.
“There is a lot of misinformation circulating on social networks. Check here for an on-going list of rumors and their true or false status,” the agency said on its website, which on Saturday warned people for example about recent blog posts and social media traffic that claimed that FEMA is out of bottled water.

As Hurricane Sandy hit the east coast of the U.S., a number of users turned to social networks such as Twitter to alert other people, and also to report on developments. Local and state government officials also recommended a number of accounts and hashtags that users could follow to stay informed of emergency measures, Twitter said in a blog post ahead of the hurricane landing on the east coast.
But some users also spread rumors.
A user who used the Twitter handle @ComfortablySmug said in a message that he apologized to the people of New York for “irresponsible and inaccurate tweets.” The user who was identified in some reports as Shashank Tripathi, a campaign manager for Christopher Wight’s New York City congressional campaign, said he had resigned from the campaign.
Over the weekend, FEMA continued to use social media including Twitter to get messages across to people about availability of food and transport at various locations, including from organizations like the American Red Cross and The Salvation Army. Other organizations working on the relief have also been using social media extensively in the crisis. “If you see any Red Cross trucks in your neighborhood, please tweet out locations and pic so others will know,” The Red Cross in Greater New York for example said in a message on Sunday on Facebook.
