RT: NDAA unconstitutional: Federal judge bans Obama from indefinitely detaining Americans

Sorry, Mr. President. A US Federal judge has clarified a decision made last month with some news sure to upset the Obama administration: the White House cannot use the NDAA to indefinitely detain American citizens.

Judge Katherine B. Forrest has answered a request made by US President Barack Obama last month to more carefully explain a May 16 ruling made in a Southern District of New York courtroom regarding the National Defense Authorization Act. Clarifying the meaning behind her injunction, Judge Forrest confirms in an eight-page memorandum opinion this week that the NDAA’s controversial provision that permits  indefinite detention cannot be used on any of America’s own citizens.

Last month Judge Forrest ruled in favor of a group of journalists and activists whom filed a suit challenging the constitutionality of Section 1021 of the NDAA, a defense spending bill signed into law by President Obama on New Year’s Eve. Specifically, Judge Forrest said in her injunction that the legislation contained elements that had a “chilling impact on First Amendment rights” and ruled that no, the government cannot imprison Americans over suspected ties with terrorists.

“In the face of what could be indeterminate military detention, due process requires more,” said the judge.

The Obama administration responded nine days later by asking Judge Forrest to reconsider her ruling, adding that, in the interim, the government would interpret the injunction to mean that only the few plaintiffs listed on the lawsuit would be excluded from indefinite detention. One of those named, journalist Chris Hedges, had previously said, “I have had dinner more times than I can count with people whom this country brands as terrorists … but that does not make me one.”

Responding to the White House’s demands, Judge Forrest writes in a June 6 memo, “Put more bluntly, the May 16 order enjoined enforcement of Section 1021(b)(2) against anyone until further action by this, or a higher, court — or by Congress. This order should eliminate any doubt as to the May 16 order’s scope.”

Judge Forrest does include in her ruling, however, that Americans can be indefinitely detained, but only providing that the government can link suspects directly to the September 11 terrorist attacks.

Attorney Carl Meyer represented the plaintiffs in the lawsuit and told RT last month that he expected the Obama administration to challenge Judge Forrest’s ruling, but warned that “it may not be in their best interest because there are so many people from all sides of the political spectrum opposed to this law.”

Previously, state lawmakers in both Utah and Virginia have proposed legislation that would negate provisions of the NDAA on a local level.

Rockefeller Foundation Predicts 13,000 Dead at London 2012 Olympics

A 2010 Rockefeller Foundation document entitled “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development” outlines a scenario which results in the death of 13,000 during the 2012 Olympics.

The first worrying prediction begins in 2012 when ‘the pandemic the world had been anticipating for years’, finally hits, infecting nearly 20 percent of world population and claiming 8 million lives. Due to this pandemic, the Rockefeller Foundation outlines how the public will welcome a more authoritative government and a tighter control across all aspects of life, including Biometric IDs for all citizens.

In the document, the Rockefeller Foundation ‘predicts’ that the decade of 2010-2020 will be named “The Doom Decade”, because of  a wave of terrorist attacks, natural disasters as well as civil uprisings and financial collapses.

The years 2010 to 2020 were dubbed the “doom decade” for good reason: the 2012 Olympic bombing, which killed 13,000, was followed closely by an earthquake in Indonesia killing 40,000, a tsunami that almost wiped

out Nicaragua, and the onset of the West China Famine, caused by a once-in-a-millennium drought linked to climate change.

Mirroring events in real life, the document also predicts that by 2015 a large share of the US’ armed forces are recalled from countries such as Afghanistan to be stationed domestically, apparently posse comitatus no longer being a concern.

 In 2015, the U.S. reallocated a large share of its defense spending to domestic concerns, pulling out of Afghanistan—where the resurgent Taliban seized power once again.

As is happening right now, the document outlines how nations will lose power over their own finances due to massive debt, apparently handing over financial sovereignty to the banking technocrats.

But the document doesn’t just cover these topics. The growing mistrust in vaccines is covered in the Rockefeller document, where they state  that due to corruption within national and global bodies such as WHO, “bogus” vaccines will result in mass deaths.  According to the paper, the resulting mistrust in vaccines results in a large number of parents who avoid vaccination, which causes infant and child morality to rise to levels not seen since the 1970s.

In the context of weak health systems, corruption, and inattention to standards—either within countries or

from global bodies like the World Health Organization—tainted vaccines entered the public health systems of several African countries. In 2021, 600 children in Cote d’Ivoire died from a bogus Hepatitis B vaccine, which paled in comparison to the scandal sparked by mass deaths from a tainted anti-malarial drug years later. The deaths and resulting scandals sharply affected public confidence in vaccine delivery; parents not just in Africa but elsewhere began to avoid vaccinating their children, and it wasn’t long before infant and child mortality rates rose to levels not seen since the 1970s.

Technology becomes an increasing theater of battle in the Doom Decade, with cyber terrorism and hacking mafia organizations becoming more and more widespread.  A worrying prediction outlined in the document covers “Bio-Hacking” where GMO and DoItYourself-Biotech push the Globalist’s love for Transhumanism forward.

Interestingly, not all of the “hacking” was bad. Genetically modified crops (GMOs) and do-it- yourself (DIY) biotech became backyard and garage activities, producing important advances. In 2017, a network of renegade African scientists who had returned to their home countries after working in Western multinationals unveiled the first of a range of new GMOs that boosted agricultural productivity on the continent.

Just as desired by Globalists for over a hundred years, the developed world begins to fall back into feudalism, with the gap between the rich and poor growing to levels not seen for hundreds of years as the middle class becomes extinct.

The rich moving into fortress like compounds, whereas the poor are forced to move into ghettos. By 2030, the document portrays the “developed” and “developing” nations to no longer be relevant or distinguishable.

The report also outlines several Environmental scenarios stemming from Climate Change which include a new worldwide economic system based on Green Infrastructure by 2018.

The Foundation describes how the resulting collapse of society requires an exodus out of rural areas and into urban environments for survivability, a bizarre take on reality where those living in urban environments are far more restricted in being self sufficient than those in rural areas who have the ability to more easily grow their own food.

Another mirror to Agenda 21 is the documents prediction that only the very rich will have the ability to travel, as prices skyrocket and the restrictions in the name of security reach such high levels  that the poor simply cannot travel from their communities.

Conclusion

As with other such documents such as those released by RAND and the MoD in the UK, these predictive papers are a window into the think-tanks who help shape world events. Where the documents are always portrayed as simple predictions, it is important to realize that many such papers have been eerily accurate in the past and thus must be considered when such events unfold in the near future.

The impulsive flare hurled a coronal mass ejection into spacce, but not directly toward Earth. The cloud should sail mostly south of our planet on June 8-9.

1. With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Not only is our love for you boundless, so is our respect and admiration.  Your steadfastness in the light has remained strong even though nearly midway into this world-transformational year, nothing that you would consider conclusive evidence has occurred.  It is logical to expect that by now the thousands of spacecraft in your skies would be visible to all; crews would have landed in great numbers and been officially welcomed; and turmoil, warring and other violence would have decreased significantly.

2. We have been awaiting these developments along with you, and we have what you could call “bittersweet” feelings about the delay. We know that millions still are winding up third density karma; divine grace is granting to millions more amended soul contracts to transition early with full karmic completion credit; and still more millions are evolving at an accelerated pace by sharing others’ karmic burdens. Yet it is sad for us, just as for you, that the topmost dark ones still have enough influence to cause widespread suffering.  

3. However, please do not think for a moment that Earth may not make it to the celestial window in time to enter fourth density, where darkness cannot exist.  Absolutely everything that needs to precede that momentous happening will!   However, instead of coming one by one for society’s easier assimilation and adjustment, profound revelations and changes will be rushing far more swiftly and in larger doses than the Golden Age master planners had anticipated.   

4. It is immensely heartening that most of you are seeing the positive perspective of situations that the media are reporting with bleak overtones, such as potential economic meltdown in the “Eurozone” and the global boomerang effect, upheaval in several governments creating national instability, and citizens protesting intolerable circumstances in one country after another. You see those and other tumultuous situations for what they are: essential steps toward initiating systems that are based in fairness and honesty and having leaders with moral and spiritual integrity. 

5. Because the dissemination of accurate information is crucial, another good indicator of the light’s progress is that mainstream media censorship clearly is on the decline.  For instance, even though the Vatican is one of the kingpins under the Illuminati umbrella, it now is public knowledge that investigation into the Vatican’s financial affairs is underway.  Ultimately this will lead to uncovering the cesspool of darkness in that tiny sovereign state, including that it is the international headquarters of satanic worship and a vast storehouse of stolen art treasures. 

6. More and more often news commentators and well-informed guests are condemning the lack of holding accountable the persons responsible for the world’s dire economic condition.  They are specifying how governments are failing to serve the best interests of their citizens, showing statistically why wars are both futile and senseless, and acknowledging that media have not met their responsibility to accurately inform the public. They are enumerating practical ways to recover economic stability and reform governments, the benefits of ending all wars, and how media can and should be educating the public.

7. No longer are the voices of those individuals and others, whom you call whistleblowers, confined only to the Internet — they’re going “mainstream.”  While they see themselves as simply speaking out honestly, frankly and pragmatically, the brilliance of their auras identifies them as spiritually evolved souls who came from advanced civilizations to be way-showers.   

8. Other indications of the light forces’ progress aren’t getting that kind of “listen-up!” attention.  Some news is distorted or incomplete because the reporters simply don’t know more than the information they are given.  Accounts of the nuclear reactors in Japan are ominous because it isn’t known that spacecraft crews are using their technology to reduce the toxic effects of radioactive emanations from the Fukushima facility and to prevent more damage there.  

9. Reporters don’t know that the crews are alleviating the most harmful effects of chemtrails, whose very existence still is not widely known, and health-harming pollution from a variety of other sources. As for all the talk of potential military action to curtail the spread of nuclear weaponry, it isn’t known that in honoring Earth’s desire that her residents stop killing each other, God has authorized the crews in spacecraft and on the ground to prevent the functioning of all nuclear weaponry. When the effects of what is called global warming are recounted, most often it is with grave concern because who among your scientists would give credence to the assurance that this is Mother Earth returning to her original moderate climate worldwide?  

10. Then there are the situations that are well known by the Illuminati who own media conglomerates and still have enough control to keep some facts quiet.  As one example, films and statistics show that recent earthquakes and storms have resulted in many fewer deaths and less property damage than previously.  What isn’t reported is why: The Illuminati’s technology that enables them to originate earthquakes and intensify storms is being “jammed” by our universal family so that Mother Nature can carefully release negativity until all of that force is gone — and soon it shall be.

11. Earth’s intention is exactly the opposite of the Illuminati’s, which is massive loss of life, devastating damage and the affected area’s economic ruin, all of which produce more negativity for Earth to deal with. With thanks to our universal family’s technology that can level out the effects of quakes and veer mammoth storms away from coastlines, the Illuminati never managed to achieve the vast extent of death and destruction they intended.

You have the advantage of knowing what we and many other messengers in high stations have been transmitting to our respective receivers.  By far, you are in the minority.  Most of your world’s people still are rooted in third density’s limitations, which makes them especially vulnerable to fear, the ultimate producer of negativity. Whenever there is an opportunity to share your knowledge with persons who are fearful because they don’t know what you do, please enlighten them to the extent they are receptive.

Your calm yet excited energy alone will go a long way to easing others’ fears, and it is realistic to anticipate that many will need your help in that respect as well as compassionate understanding. Thus far only the tip of the iceberg is obvious even to you, but during the next few months, happenings will be breathtaking in scope and speed.

Along with your awareness of what is ahead in these waning days of third density, there is some confusion about how to prepare to physically ascend with Earth, who will go along with her, how to know if you are absorbing light, what density is, NESARA’s provisions, what will happen at the end of this year, and what life will be like in the Golden Age.

In previous messages we have covered these areas quite extensively.  It would be a disservice to long-time readers to repeat those explanations and a disservice to persons who are newly awakening to offer only a comment or two.  We understand that with time passing so quickly, it is difficult for you to manage all responsibilities, much less search through our messages to locate clarifying information. Therefore, I have asked my mother to do this and to note the dates of messages that include the most explanatory coverage of those areas in question or where misconceptions abound — the dates will be inserted at the end of this message.

Since the prevailing vibrations are conducive to the opening of telepathic connections, it is essential that you know how to communicate with only the sources you want to — dark entities are just as eager to connect with you as light beings are!  The precautions that apply to receivers of telepathically transmitted messages for distribution apply equally to you.

Those who have no brain damage, whose relatively sound mental abilities have been stultified by prescription drugs, may respond positively to the high vibrations and attain full rational functioning.  However, decisive factors in every case are soul contract provisions and the degree of light the body has absorbed; a person whose behavior isn’t harmful to another, but simply doesn’t conform to superficial societal expectations, can indeed absorb light. It is likely that the most gravely mentally ill patients, those labeled psychopaths, will die because their depraved urges and actions are bereft of light.  In any event, no one will be institutionalized or imprisoned after the Golden Age gets underway.

Because it offers an excellent forum for an explanation of great importance, we address a writer’s suggestion, offered some time ago: on Memorial Day in the United States, the truth be told to the world about who starts wars and why so that “never again will people have to fight and die ‘for freedom.’”  We honor the writer’s intense desire for peace in your world, but especially on that emotionally-charged day of commemoration to fallen soldiers, the truth about war could not have been told.

Grieving families and friends of troops who have died don’t want to hear that their beloved persons did not die to protect their own nation from oppressors or to help another nation achieve freedom from tyranny.  Veterans whose severe wounds have caused physical pain and perhaps loss of limbs don’t want to hear who actually benefited from their service, and neither do those who are living with nightmares about their wartime experience want to hear that truth. Troops still in combat zones or stationed in foreign countries in an occupation capacity don’t want to hear the real reason they are far away from home and families.

Beyond those myriad personal situations, beyond the civilian casualties in war zones, and beyond the financial burdens to the peoples whose nations are at war is the global emotional impact. It can be said that the condition coined post traumatic stress disorder is endemic to Earth. No one is immune to this battle energy that permeates your world, no one can escape the ravages that centuries of bloodshed have inured generation after generation to accept as humankind’s nature and lot in life. Yet, the fear of dying is just as pervasive, and that sets up a paradox that minds have to come to terms with.     

23. There is another vital factor — the soul’s composition is love energy.  The soul knows that it is not human nature to fight one another to the death because each is part of the Oneness of All.  The soul knows that life is eternal, that physical death is only a transition to the next lifetime in spirit, where it prepares for the next embodiment.  

24. The psyche’s continual subconscious juggling act with soul knowingness keeps the psyche in fragile condition. That is exactly the intention of the dark forces, whose ultimate goal is to capture souls. They are manipulating their Earth puppets to be tenacious in perpetuating the war mentality and fear of death because the negativity produced can fracture psyches and prevent absorption of the light that connects the consciousness and the soul. The collective juggling has paralyzed the civilization into accepting what is force-fed as “patriotism” and all who fight and die are “heroes.”  The collective psyche would suffer a severe trauma if this truth about war came forth in one fell swoop.

25. When veterans join with others in peace rallies, worldwide meditations for peace, and internationally respected leaders negotiate peacefully with enough frequency, forcefulness and publicity, minds are stirred.  People who formerly accepted official reasons for going to war start questioning, pondering, and then “see the light” that enables psyches to more easily assimilate shocking information — day by day, this is occurring to persons around the world. 

26. However, there isn’t much time left for the masses to reach that level of consciousness about what is behind wars or religious dogmas or any other facet of life that is of dark origin and intent. The light that would let individuals avoid severe psychic trauma is the same light that would enable them to physically ascend with Earth.  Many will not be ready to accept that for millennia Earth’s population has been controlled by darkness through fear, deception and various forms of mind control. 

27. Please understand that these people are doing what is right for them. Every soul becomes enlightened at its own pace, and divine grace offers each as many opportunities as needed to accept the light within truth and spiritually evolve.  Be heartened by knowing that even though paces of evolvement differ, reunions of beloved souls take place in compatible energy planes.  

28. Now then, we shall briefly address other areas questioned by readers whose concerns are shared by the many people who have no idea where world events are leading.  If not initiated prior to Earth’s entry into fourth density at the end of this year, the following changes will occur in increments soon afterwards:

29. Nuclear power plants will be dismantled, no new facilities will be built, and stored nuclear waste will be rendered harmless.  The process called fracking will cease and oil drilling equipment and rigs will be eliminated along with above ground power lines. 

30. Cell phones will become safe, and the use of surveillance cameras, communication systems and other monitoring devices will end.

31. Elements in foods that are harmful to bodies will be destroyed. Medical procedures that are more damaging than beneficial to bodies and minds will stop, and so will sonar testing that is harming or killing marine life.

32. Laws and cultural customs that curtail human rights will be stricken and proposed regulations for such purposes will not be enacted.   

33. Educational systems will give everyone on the planet access to accurate information via computers and printed material.  Fair reallocation of the world’s resources will be done as expeditiously as possible. 

34. And the sun’s activity is all to your benefit!

Asteroid or glitch? Strange glowing rock believed to be in our solar system?

June 6, 2012 – SPACE – A user has found a ‘huge asteroid’ while scanning the virtual heavens using Googly Sky. Youtube user planetkrejci, who has investigated other anomalies on NASA pictures, claims the object – found using the Google website which transports the heavens to desktop computers and smartphones – is an asteroid which is heading towards Earth. He says the asteroid – which, if real, has not been spotted by other scientists or astronomers – has only appeared recently on Google Sky, which receives updated images every few months. Announcing his find on YouTube, he says the black object, mottled with green spots, is so clear that it must be within the solar system. The user had been exploring the region a few months earlier, and had ‘bookmarked’ a spot just to the left of the asteroid – so he is certain the object was not there previously. One thing that planekrejci does not substantiate is his claim that the object is moving towards the Earth, as it is not apparent how this calculation could be obtained without more information than the image provides. However, if planetkrejci has found a new object, it will be quite an achievement for an earth-bound Internet user to discover a new object in our solar system before NASA or other observatories. The object is easy to find on Google Sky, by typing in the co-ordinates 5h 11m 33.74s -12 50′ 30.09″ – although conspiracy theorists might read something into the fact that the search function on Google Sky is currently down. –Daily Mail

There is fellow in California that claims his ET/ED (extraterrestrial/dimensional) buddies have informed him I am a government disinfo agent. Hmm, right there this shows me this fellow is full of it and being duped. If his alien pals are so knowledgable, why can’t they tell him my true identity and whereabouts? The same with you so-called psychics out there who think you have unmasked me: tell me my true name, my former rank, and what country I am in and let’s see how truly psychic you are. Since I have what we shall call “a cloaking device” that prevents any psychic or alien triangulation on me, I can tell you right now, anyone who says they know who I am is either lying or being duped.

But here is the 411 on John Kettler:

His father had some rather dubious ties to the military Cabal. Young Kettler exhibited certain talents and was originally slated for Project Green Sprout (an early version of Monarch) but a better use for him became apparent: he was a match for a host body for the soul of John von Neumann, the first director of Project Rainbow and Montauk.

Von Neumann was reported having died in 1958 but was actually given a new identity. He was ill and near death in 1963. Young Kettler was sent to Montauk where they had the technology to transfer souls from one body to another, a little bit of nifty tech given to them by the the Orion greys, who use manufactured bodies for their souls — think of the grey alien bodies as diving suits and our reality as the ocean.  The same tech was used on Montauk agent Ed Cameron, his soul placed into the body of  child known as Al Beilick. This is a method of government-made reincarnation.

It was hoped that von Neumann would be of further government use with his new body, but they found that, like reincanation, the soul would lose memory of its prior self once in a new body. Howver, Kettler did exhibit some talents despite his lack of a formal degree and training, and he went into military defense research and analysis.  He worked heavily on the cloning research done at the Univ of Calif San Diego, later Camp David, and Montauk’s Project Looking Glass.  After some rather nasty incidents when things went wrong during the reverse engineering attempts on an ancient Vimana vessel found in Turkey, killing a dozen scientists,  Kettler’s mind was wiped, different memories of dull defense research were put in…an unfortunate side effect was that Kettler began hearing voices in his head.

This was put to use: send Kettler on a disinformation project concerning Panama and see how fhat worked. It went well and Kettler was then used as an unwitting and unknowing disinfo agent. The Cabal made him beleive he was in contact with aliens who gave him bogus info to spread on the internet. The voices in his head are really just some CIA guys beaming it all into Kettler’s mind, these guys sit around with a six-pack of Dos Equiis (“stay thirsty, my mind-controlled friend”) from a transmitting station in Tijuana and make bets on what they will tell Kettler next.

You see, the Cabal wants people to think there is the vast fleet of benevolent ETs out in space battling the evil reptoids and grays and winning, that sun flares are destroying Cabal ships and whatnot. They want us to believe the good guys are winning in space and even on earth so that we will relax, let our guard down, go weak. Think of Kettler as a modern day Toyko Rose, sending out false info not on the air waves but online.

The horrible truth is, the good guys are not winning in space. Oh there are battles up there, but it is a stalemate. Yes, the white hats have been able to destroy some reptilian bases on earth, with the help of the Andromeda Council, but the space battle is not faring so well.  The “bad guys” have better tech and the true benevolent beings are more watching than acting…we don’t even know if they will help us if we start losing. We could make great use of their superior technology and weapons but they are limited in what they can do, unless nukes come into play and the earth could be greatly damaged, which would have galactic repercussions.

Think about it: if the good aliens were winning like Kettler and Tolec want us to believe, why is the Cabal still in power, why is Obama’s plan for war in Iran still going, why are the Cabal bankers still manipulating the concept of wealth, why are children still being abducted, eaten and raped by the reptilians, and why are mind-controlled soldiers still being activated for evil?

The fight is still going on and strong. The White Hats have been compromised and many have been turned to the Cabal. The cabal that illegally seized power in the Western world and attempted to set up a fascist world dictatorship known as the New World Order is trying to negotiate a peaceful transition to a saner planet. Although there is much we cannot discuss in order not to endanger ongoing negotiations, the talks are focusing on how to smoothly carry out a transition away from fossil fuels and nuclear energy and how to arrange a harmonious rapport between East, West, North and South.
It is not clear, however, if the families that own the US Federal Reserve Board are acting too late and offering too little to prevent a revolution against their secret government. It is also worth mentioning that the Bilderberger meeting that just ended has turned into a media distraction to draw attention away from the real secret meetings that are taking place, like the one planned for June 21st.

The June 21st meeting is due to take place at the Kimball Castle in Colorado and will consist of people like the Bushes who give orders to the flunkies attending the Bilderberger meetings. Previous gatherings there have featured human sacrifice. The following site has good information about this.

The White Dragon Society is also now compiling specific, detailed evidence of human sacrifice and Satanic murder and abuse from victims who are bravely coming out a great personal risk. Message to George Bush Junior: "If you are lucky, you will spend the rest of your life in jail."

The Pentagon and US agency white hats are not feeling as forgiving as the White Dragon Society and it is becoming increasingly likely the 1 million Satanist controllers in the West will have to face justice.

The Situation in Europe is also looking grim for the Satanists. In a recent report we noted that a "US agency `cleaner' by the name of `leftie' was going to Italy to `remove scum.'" Well it is interesting to note that immediately after the P2 fascist lodge was informed of this, the Italian government assigned 20,000 police officers to guard 550 individuals. We would like to thank the Italian government for self-identifying people they considered to be "scum."

We would also like to point out that any agency sending a "cleaner" must be a cleaning agency and that the "scum" they were after was the variety that grows between bathroom tiles and around toilet bowls. It would be nice, though, for the Italian authorities to question their self-defined "scum" about their knowledge of the 311 nuclear and tsunami terror attack against Japan.

As far as the Euro is concerned, people need to understand they are dealing with extremely sophisticated and intelligent secret groups who plan events decades or even centuries in advance. It is looking increasingly likely that designing the European Parliament building to look like the tower of Babel was deliberate.

In other words, the blueprint for a unified currency was designed to fail right from the start because, if you recall, humanity split off into many separate factions after the collapse of the tower of Babel. The countries like Greece, Spain, Italy and Ireland that are having their real assets seized by bankers need to note this.

In the US, meanwhile, a critical intellectual mass has been reached and events like the arrest of the Ron Paul majority representatives at the Louisiana Republican convention are becoming impossible to cover up.

The Pentagon and the agencies are just making sure they will continue to be funded by the international community before they let a new legitimate government ease US tax-payers defense burdens.

This brings us to the ongoing negotiations in Asia. One of the stumbling blocks to a resolution is the fact that the Federal Reserve Board issued thousands of trillions or even quadrillions of dollars to Asian gold owners in exchange for use of their gold. The Asian owners think they have umpteen trillions when in fact world GDP is only about $75 trillion.

Up until now, the Fed's response to attempts to cash legitimate, but impossibly large denomination bonds, has been to kill the people trying to cash them. The most radical example of them doing such a thing was the 911 terror attacks designed to stave off the return of gold shipped from China in 1938.

The Feds are also saying they actually did not get delivery of a lot of the gold they gave bonds for so they are not obliged to pay back all the gold the Asians say they owe. They also say that it is physically impossible for them to pay everything they owe. In other words, they are declaring force majeure and bankruptcy but refuse to leave the premises.

The White Dragon Society is proposing to cut this Gordian knot by offering a new 50/50 split between East and West for all new projects carried out around the world. There is also a need for a jubilee and universal debt write-off.

This would break the deadlock at the top of the financial system and free unlimited funds for spending on mutually agreed upon projects.

The big question that will be examined in negotiations this week is what to do about free energy technology. If done properly, the new technology can be introduced in a way that would lead to a golden age of universal abundance and freedom. If done in the wrong way, it would lead to chaos and warfare with people owning back-yard nuclear weapons.

The White Dragon Society is proposing a step by step introduction designed not to cause social disruption and chaos. This would mean large energy corporations would be given protection in certain areas until they were able to manage the transition away from using hydrocarbons as an energy source. These corporations are capable of carrying out huge projects with multinational staff and would be ideally placed to do things like turn deserts green, build underwater cities and create new eco-systems. They would be given the job of putting the spark of life back into the fossils they got their fuel from.

Detailed, concrete negotiations at setting up a pilot project are now underway.

The White Dragon Society has also told the US government they need to set up a new currency to replace the US dollar and devalue it relative to the internationally traded US dollar. The only other way to make the real US economy competitive again is to wait for US living standards to fall the Chinese and Indian levels.

In Japan meanwhile, the Japanese stock market is plunging because all the carpet baggers and "hedge funds" who illegally took ownership of a large percentage of Japan's listed companies are dumping their shares and fleeing the market before they get confiscated by the new government. Japanese shares are now a rare bargain.
