MIAMI (USA TODAY) -- It is being called one of this city's goriest crimes: A naked man was on top of another nude man along a busy highway, biting into the man's face, tearing it to pieces. A police officer arrived to help, but the mauler growled at him and continued to chew away, stopping only when he was shot to death.

Miami police said little Tuesday about the attack, which took place Saturday afternoon in the shadow of The Miami Herald headquarters. Surveillance video from the newspaper's security camera showed cars, motorcycles, pedestrians and bicyclists passing by.

The victim, identified as 65-year-old Ronald Poppo, a homeless man who lived under the causeway, was in critical condition.

"He had his face eaten down to his goatee. The forehead was just bone. No nose, no mouth," said Sgt. Armando Aguilar, president of the Miami Fraternal Order of Police. "In my opinion, he just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time."

Sgt. Javier Ortiz, vice president of the Miami Fraternal Order of Police, said it was one of the bloodiest "and goriest scenes I've ever been to."

Synopsis of Tolecs latest interview

this is a synopsis of what Tolec has said in his latest interview with respect mainly to the twelve bio spheres, but I will cover other aspects of what has been happening and what is expected to happen.

So far, we are only eighteen months away from the time when the Earth will enter the region facing the galaxies core where higher energy frequencies will change the whole structure of the Earth, the solar system and most important, we human beings on planet earth, into mid to upper fourth dimensional beings. There will also be a smattering of fifth dimensional beings as well. Apparently there is not too great a difference between upper fourth and the fifth, in terms of capacities though I would assume the level of our consciousness may be different.

Coming back to the twelve biospheres, and I will refrain from mentioning their names , as it would take some research to look them up, what does matter is the following description of them.

Now, starting with the primary biosphere, this is about the size of the planet Pluto. Like the other spheres, it is structured in terms of floors, I think about twenty six floors, anyway, it s a very plush place, and as an example, its conference facilities match at least the most luxurious to be found on planet Earth. There are parks, quite a few parks, typically thirty by thirty miles in extent. With fountains and waterfalls, rocks and hills, and all sorts of fauna and flora. The lighting is carefully controlled, as in all of them to give the impression of a rising and setting sun, that is dawn, midday and twilight. It is artificially watered, and this again is controlled to give an optimum environment.

There are other recreational facilities, there are quarters for families, places for children, educational facilities. There are engineering facilities, command and communication facilities, there are places where members of the council can meet and discuss affairs and strategy.

We next come to the medical bio ciphers, I will leave the others until last as Tolec did. Now, these facilities are six in number, one typically is to treat people of the third dimension, but using energy healing techniques we are only just broaching upon them at this moment in time. I believe most of their medical centers on energy techniques of healing. There are many levels  here in these biospheres, , and each level as on all the bio spheres, are connected to the rest by escalators and tube transport systems.

Another sphere will treat those of higher vibrational bodies again using energy techniques. Yet another will be psychological in orientation. There is a rest and rehabilitation sphere, and there is a sphere where people can learn how to cope, with sudden fourth dimensional existence.

So, the general idea is given here of the medical biospheres. We next come to the two important Jupiter sized spheres, these are huge each able to hold about three billion people give or take a few million, and the use for these is this.

When the earth undergoes its transition to fourth density, just before, I believe midway into next year, there will be a bifurcation of the earths people between those who wish to stay here and become fourth dimensional, and those who wish to continue a third dimensional lifestyle. The ones who wish to leave then will be taken aboard the Jupiter size spheres, and then will begin the journey lasting twelve earth years, the journey to another beautiful and virgin, pristine planet in another section of the Milky Way galaxy.

In the process of their travels, they will stop of at three or more worlds, picking up others who are bound for this new life .There will be a motly selection of people on these two massive biospheres, and the purpose of the journey will be to learn how to live with each other, and the lessons that need to be learned for when they arrive at the new three dimensional planet.

So, we have here the basic scenario, of what to expect. Looking at the rest of the biospheres, another one is for the evaluation of new races who may wish to join the Galactic federation, evaluations such as the spiritual state of the races, how they communicate, by telepathy, vocally or both. And the state of the society, technologically.

Another sphere is for engineering, building scout craft, repairs, etc etc. yet another sphere is for interplanetary and galactic communication.

So, I give you the gist of what Tolec has said, and hope my details are accurate enough to maybe encourage you to listen to tis fascinating interview for yourselves.

Whatever the truth of this man Tolec he does come over as sincere, honest to a tee, and uncompromising in the message he gives us. It is rational, can often be backed up by other sources but the scope and breadth of what Tolec has to say is quite simply, breathtaking.

My name is Alex and I recently resigned as a moderator from the Pole Shift ning site after 2 years of working with them. It was a page on the site that prompted me to come here and say what I'm about to say to you. I wish to explain what I went through, the after-effects of leaving, and to utterly apologize to the members here, including those who were suspended and ended up landing on this site; the ones that were hurt and told they were wrong. I want to extend an offer of friendship, the very place that I had so wrongly condemned.

When I first joined the ning, it was much more open - meaning- flexible, tolerant, and more accepting of more off-topic discussions. I had become a moderator at the time of Cheryl's vamoose, amongst the endless discussions regarding her "wrongness" and apparent betrayal. And ended up in the middle of a skirmish of which I had no prior basis of, which led to joining the group mentality of "Us Vs. Them" with little question. I participated in "secret" operations that involved creating false memberships here and attacking the members who spoke differently. How sneaky! "We're doing so good snooping around and Zeta-bombing her followers! We're so fantastic!" To me that was logical at the time (and fun) and I was totally into it. How silly! But now I'm looking back and kicking myself because I understand now how absurdly ridiculous the whole thing was!

I was never one to really hunt down members and suspend them, but I still did it on occasion when I felt the need to. Overtime it escalated quite a bit. I can tell you that clearly -as it's been pointed out so blatantly- that they have become a place of rigid rules and intolerance towards anything not ZetaTalk. I tried to remind them that the Zetas themselves have urged and urged us endlessly via Nancy to use our common sense, to take what they say and view it from many angles to draw our own conclusions. But that is not how they operate on the ning. They'd deny it too!

To those who were suspended for reasons of posting "disinfo" or even spiritual ideals, there was nothing "wrong" with the info of which you offered. I know so many were excited to join, who found a place to share, but once doing so were blasted out and told they were wrong and upon asking for reasoning of suspension, were greeted with with blunt answers. Hell, some were even suspended immediately after they joined without notice! They have their own reasons. The info was only wrong to them by what they have come to understand. Understand this, so that you can understand them. They mean no harm, and did not intend to hurt anybody in their suspensions.

They have every right to act the way they do and there is nothing wrong with them. I want the members here to see them in a more positive light, to see that they are no worse, no better. They are simply operating in a different mindset with more rules. Sadly, they still consider this a place of weakness and lies, and likewise, I am sure there is still much disapproval towards them on this side as well. I will continue to post my experiences through the comments on this blog. There is much to say.

And to end this, I approve of neither side. Nobody is any better than the other, yet they will see this at some point and will slap many labels on my head and some of them will consider me a complete traitor, but it hardly matters now.
