Past couple of months I have been trying to research and find some information on this question and have only found myself running into a brick wall every time. Most of the sites I have been to are either vague or they only offer their information for the price of $29.99 or what ever. To me this is wrong and more than likely a false trail. In my opinion any one who claims to be a light worker or any other higher being/spirit who offers their information for money has either lost their way and their reason for being here or is a liar out to make money off of us. I have always thought that information like this should be free to us. As its been said it is our divine right to evolve and ascend to the next 4D dimension if we so choose to. I found this site 2 days ago. I don’t know how I found this site but I’ve found it. It has a FREE downloadable study guide to ascension. So far I believe it covers it from A-Z on what ascension is and how you can achieve ascension for adults and for children 12 years and younger. It also has an ascension study guide for people with A.D.D, which is AWSOME!!! This site also has other topics just as well. I do not know anything about this site yet. From what I have seen and read it seems pretty decent to me. It is for you to go to it and check it out if you’ve never herd of it and decide for your self. If anyone knows anything about this site a wants to share their opinions on it please feel free too. I just thought it was worth to at least share what I have found and give others the chance to learn something new and decide if its what’s right for them. The Galactic Federation

There are also other affiliated councils, groups, or races, some formal members of the Andromeda Council, some not, willing to help the people of planet Earth in its process of evolution.

One of the original groups of the Andromeda Council is the  Galactic Federation  which  is  a  long standing federation  of  star  systems  and  planets of benevolent beings based in the Tau Ceti star system.

You can think of the Galactic Federation as  the Andromeda Council's operational management company that is responsible for  day-to-day  management and enforcement of the cooperative protocols for: intergalactic, interstellar  & interplanetary trade/barter/exchange of resources, products & services, intersocietal, intercultural, educational exchange and many other activities on a planet to planet basis.

The Galactic Federation is comprised of approximately 140 star systems, and at present 300 planets.  It  has its own sitting council representing its own star systems & planets.  It is lead by a Chairman from the Tau Ceti star system.  The Galactic Federation  itself is the 10th senior chaired member of the Andromeda Council.  The Federation's lead planet is - Xeta.

It is expected over the course of the next  few  years  as  planet  Earth  adjusts to its new life in the 4th dimension - as well as being part of a greater family of  intelligent  life  that is thriving across the  cosmos -  planet  Earth  will  be invited as a single member to join the Galactic Federation.  Earth's representative body on the Galactic Federation will be known as the - Joint Earth Council.

ANSWER: If you want to plan for any rough days ahead, it seems to make good sense to prepare and purchase some basic things like the following items: if you/your family have a couple of cars, turn-in/trade-in the oldest car in for a used 4-wheel drive, 4 door off-road vehicle, or simply a used truck...older is better, they have far less electronics, one w/out an internal computer is best; turn-in/trade-in an amount of cash currency you’re comfortable with - and secure a bunch of silver coins - keep them ready, they are far more affordable than gold. Precious metal, gold & silver, coins have been used over thousands of years. Because precious metals always have intrinsic value, they are always considered as real “money”. Purchase/secure/have ready:  a tent & sleeping bags, a portable camping stove with  a minimum of two (2) full propane tanks, supply of matches, a flashlight with  extra batteries, 3-5 weeks supply of canned & freeze dried food.  Purchase at least four (4) ten gallon water jugs to hold clean drinking water & canteens,  and a portable water filter system that screens out germs, bacteria, protozoa including giardia and others which are deadly to the human body. You can research & purchase some of these items over the web.  Some of these items you can simply go to stores to buy.  The last few you can purchase in an outdoor camping store.

ANSWER:   As of very early January 2012 -  Nibiru was located about half way between your solar system's planets of Saturn and Jupiter heading toward the direction your own sun.  Keep in mind, as I reviewed months ago, in using a multi-story building as an accurate analogy, with the Earth being located on the third floor - there was an agreement arranged with a race of 5th dimensional beings having a strong working relationship with the Andromeda Council, and pretty amazing technology, using their technology they have elevated the flight path of the planet Nibiru [instead of entering anywhere near Earth space] to continue traveling as it is right over the top of your planet's, Earth's space, at around the ninth or tenth floor of the 'building' called our solar system.  Therefore, as I've indicated before, there will be no 'cause & effect', no harm to come from the Annuaki on planet Nibiru... to the people of planet Earth.   No harm from Nibiru.

As of this date, March 18, 2012 -  Nibiru has already passed high over planet Earth, Venus, Mercury & the Sun...  is passed the Sun, and is traveling well on its way out... leaving this solar system.

ANSWER:  Your sun is a portal, a stargate.  All other suns of the same classification as your sun... they are also 'natural' stargates.  In order for a ship to enter into your sun as a portal or stargate each ship must do a  few things:  it must change their frequency to match the vibratory rate of the sun, it must be attuned to a 4th dimensional vibratory frequency & rate, it must also input into their ship's navigation system the sun's unique signature code, each major celestial body has one.  This unique signature identification code for your sun is much like what you on Earth call a - GPS location code. 

Andromeda Council affiliated planets, their biospheres/ships are monitoring and policing the entry of all ships into your sun very closely, as close as humanly possible.  Over time, some malevolent beings have escaped Earth using the sun as a portal, as a stargate to get close to their home world, though this is a very, very small percentage.  Comparatively, most of the ships entering your sun are either Andromeda Council affiliated members, or they belong to aligned benevolent people who have a good relationship with the member planets of the Andromeda Council.  Also know, your sun is being watched & monitored very closely for those ships attempting to return from the other side of the stargate, to Earth space, attempting to use your sun as a re-entry portal.  Know that Andromeda Council flagged biospheres/ships, and their scout craft, will ensure any malevolent beings are not allowed back into Earth space.  The clean-up of Earth must and will continue with forward progress.  This is all part of Earth's evolution, its destiny to become a 4th dimensional world.

Who are the people flying these ships, where do they come from?

ANSWER:  The people flying many of the various ships come from, at minimum, the following planets:  Namo, Hieina, Topaki, Nunk, Iarga, Ummo, Acart.  There are many, many others however.  There are at minimum over 100 extraterrestrial races over time that have observed or visited your world, and continue to do so.  At present, people from planets who wish to visit your world who have a formal relationship with the Andromeda Council, they must follow all benevolent, necessary, appropriate protocols.

Why are we seeing so many of these ships at this time?

ANSWER:  It is because of the transition your solar system & planet is making after eons of time, you are evolving, transforming, becoming a fourth dimensional life force, 4th dimensional beings.  Some people have said it is about Earth stepping up to the vibration of the 'heavens'.  As someone else on Earth recently said, "... it's the story of the millennium".   Again, why:  it's the first time a whole planet of people will evolve into becoming fourth dimensional beings... without needing to have their bodies 'die' first.   This is not necessary.  This is exactly the reason why so many people on the various Andromeda Council biospheres, and all other higher dimensional worlds, are so happy for the people of Earth, and are so excited about this particular evolution of human kind.  It's an unprecedented evolutionary step, millions of people evolving at once.  And at its completion we all get to see our relatives on Earth once again after such a long time.  It's a great story, and a very positive story.   A reason for celebration.

For the record, I have specifically stayed away from - and NOT listened to or read - the details of this matter for a few reasons, but primarily because: I do not want what I am learning from my Andromeda Council contacts to be in any way, shape or manner, possibly or potentially contaminated by outside sources. INCOMING CME: NOAA forecasters estimate a 25% chance of strong geomagnetic storms around the poles on April 8-9 when a CME delivers a glancing blow to Earth's magnetic field. A CME hurled into space by this eruption might deliver a glancing blow to Earth's magnetic field on or about April 9th. Cesium levels in the Pacific had initially gone up an astonishing 45 million times above pre-accident levels. The levels then declined rapidly for a while, but after that, they unexpectedly levelled off.  In July, cesium levels stopped declining and remained stuck at 10,000 times above pre-accident levels. This means the ocean isn’t diluting the radiation as expected. If it had been, cesium levels would have kept falling.The finding suggests that radiation is still being released into the ocean long after the accident in March, 2011.

It is just a matter of short time before you get firm evidence of what has already commenced, and will learn of the removal of those who have brought about misery and debt in such massive proportions. It has occurred through criminal actions and no country has avoided the repercussions. The affects roll on but a key decision already made to remove all debt, will sweep the problem away and financial matters will return to a steady and stable condition. It is a massive problem but various funds and the re-distribution of wealth, will change the circumstances around. In many instances money falsely obtained will be returned, so that justice and your rights are observed. It will nicely set everything up, so that you begin to experience a society that is run with due respect to your sovereign rights. It will also result in people being happier, and help raise the vibrations and expectancy as you near Ascension.

Meanwhile you should where possible prepare for some inevitable upheaval, and take it in your stride as it will all be short lived. The plans to quickly implement the changes are well in hand, and many countries are involved and supporting our allies. It will bring them more together in co-operation and importantly trust, which has been sadly lacking because of the dark One's activities over millennia of time. The people normally have no such problems, but their minds have been poisoned by propaganda and contrived situations to set them against each other. The sooner we, along with the Masters, can get the message over that you are All One, the more quickly those barriers because of race or religion will evaporate. Duality has purposely placed you in challenging situations to hasten your spiritual evolution, and the experiences you have gone through have led you towards the realization that you are the one Human Race and bonded together.

Eventually you will reach levels of consciousness so that you literally know everything that you desire, by tapping into the Universal pool of knowledge. You will be so powerful that you will be able to create by pure thought and as you grow even more, can reach levels that are akin to being one of the Gods. However, that possibility is a long way into the future, but you should be aware of the amazing potential that you have. As a collective consciousness on Earth you created your reality, but with the dominance of the dark Ones it was never allowed to fully develop. Given total freedom as was your entitlement and without interference, you would certainly have progressed a lot further than you have. As individuals some of you have become quite adept and successful at the different healing methods, and yet each soul has the potential for doing the same. Often it is lack of belief or patience to give sufficient time to develop your skills. It is a most natural function, and indeed in the future you will understand that energy is the alpha and omega of everything that exists, manifesting in its different frequencies.

Little by little you are being opened up to your true potentials, so that you can accommodate the changes that will lead you to full consciousness. With your new crystalline bodies you will be able to enter the higher dimensions, opening up entirely new experiences of Galactic proportions. On Earth souls of a similar vibration are usually attracted to each other and feel good and at ease in each others company, and when you rise up it is even more powerful as groups form and work together as one at a consciousness level. You will not have failed to notice that very often the source of channeled messages, is a group of souls forming a single energy.

Because you do not normally have any memory of previous lives you are unable to make comparisons, which ensures you focus on the current one and are not distracted. It is also why in general terms few of you remember your times out of the body, particularly those when your physical body is laid down to rest. That is a time when you often gravitate to the Astral Realms and meet up with friends and relations. You may come back with vague memories or feel that you have had vivid dreams, and sometimes wake up with a solution on your mind that solves a problem you went to sleep with. It all happens because you can meet the right people who can help. Sometimes they are people you have disputes with, and in the gentle vibrations of the higher Astral the lower ones are subdued and a solution can be amicably found. It is also the reason that when you have lost a loved one, you can have a positive knowing that they are still around you.

The more you learn about the life potential beyond Earth the more you understand how limited you are now, and that every effort you make to ascend is well worthwhile. After what you have learnt about the higher dimensions it must seem a very wonderful goal to aim for, and get off the wheel of rebirth. The solar cycle now ends with a once in hundreds of lifetimes opportunity to leave it behind in a mass ascension, with all of the help you need to assist you to make it. Be assured if you have been constantly sending out a signal that it is what you want, you will have been getting special attention to help you to be successful. God does not want you to be shackled by the lower energies indefinitely, yet it is largely up to you to make your own decision as to when you want to make a move.

Becoming aware that you are more than your physical body is a moment of awakening, and normally leads to introspection in an endeavor to find out what or who you really are. Once you find out that life is infinite each one takes on more significance, as you realize that you do not just have the one opportunity to make your mark. It will then hopefully occur to you that the purpose of life is to evolve, and seek the source of all life. That venture can take you all over the place, until, after searching for God outside of yourself, you find God within. Instead of needing to be led, you suddenly realize that all knowledge is within. However, it can help for someone to point the way, and moving in circles with like minded souls is most productive.
