Dratzo! We return! The time is near for the distribution of your prosperity funds. The Ascended Masters have promised that the fund transfers from their secret world trust are ready to begin. These transfers were to begin only when the necessary security was in place. The dark cabals have had stop orders in effect on these transfers for the past two decades. Originally, the cabalists intended to usurp the funds once their New World Order governments and accompanying martial law edicts were fully in place. As you can see, this has not taken place. Nevertheless, the Ascended Masters wanted to make sure that friendlier governments were either in power or else ready to be put into power before the actual releasing of the funds began. This requisite is now happening, and so the transfers of this money are about to happen. The movement of this money is a signal to the various secret sacred societies that the moment has arrived to begin the removal of several dark-oriented regimes. This will begin with extensive arrests of top government officials within these regimes.

The first item on the agenda for these new governments is the confirmation of the full legitimacy of the many international court orders and arrest warrants against the former leaders of so many major governments across the planet. What is taking place is the breaking-up of the false legitimacy of Lex Romana. The Church used this batch of documents after the fall of Rome in the 5th Century AD to legitimize its power in the largely lawless world that was Western Europe. This legal tradition continued into modern times and remains the basis for establishing the legitimacy of the modern nation state. This tradition was embraced by the dark and used to validate its actions since the earliest days of the Holy Roman Empire. This power will be rendered null and void by the institution of your new caretaker governments and a new era in governance will then be in effect. This new governance signals the start of the last phase of your journey back to full consciousness and your reunion with your spiritual and space families.

Our task is to monitor your world and support the various activities leading to your new reality. We have watched how determined your Ascended Masters are to complete those procedures necessary for the release of your prosperity funds. Your many groups dedicated to returning the Light to your world are working diligently to ensure that the dark's minions are properly arrested and their de facto governments put out of business. Much progress is being made. The dark ones are truly grasping the fact that their present dilemma cannot simply be swept under the proverbial rug, and it is the imminence of their demise that gladdens our hearts! Since the late 1940s we have worked for disclosure. All the major governments of your world basically ignored our existence while courting the former members of the dark Anchara Alliance***. Now this alliance with the dark is at an end, and it is time for first contact with the Light and the announcements that go with it.

The secret sacred societies are putting the finishing touches on the many official announcements that will kick off the new governance. Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! We come, bringing some wonderful news! Over the past few weeks, we have been preparing to transfer vast sums of money into the trusts that we set up worldwide to distribute the prosperity funds to you. Our associates have been very successful in securing the safety of these accounts and getting to the point of ousting the many major governments. This past week we completed the lists and procedures for putting these new governments in power. The prosperity you are about to receive is designed to progress you beyond the beliefs you hold about scarcity and limitation, imposed on you by your parents, friends, and society. Abundance is your natural state of being; scarcity and limitation are simply artificially imposed on you. One of the issues to be integrated on the way to becoming an Ascended Master is the knowledge of the absolute abundance of nature and the universe. Manifesting your full potential means that there are no inherent limitations placed on you, and you begin to experience your natural compact with the Creator. The Fed accepts dollar reserves from foreign customers and sells them US government bonds in return. This is how the Federal Government borrows from foreign lenders. Some even suggest this is why we are loosing control of our country.)

ANOTHER STRONG FLARE: So much for the decay of sunspot AR1429. The active region unleashed another strong flare on March 13th, an M7-class eruption that peaked around 1741 UT. As a metaphor for the London Olympics, it could hardly be more stark. The much-derided "Wenlock" Olympic mascot is now available in London Olympic stores dressed as a Metropolitan police officer. For £10.25 you, too, can own the ultimate symbol of the Games: a member of by far the biggest and most expensive security operation in recent British history packaged as tourist commodity. Eerily, his single panoptic-style eye, peering out from beneath the police helmet, is reminiscent of the all-seeing eye of God so commonly depicted at the top of Enlightenment paintings. In these, God's eye maintained a custodial and omniscient surveillance on His unruly subjects far below on terra firma.

The imminent Olympics will take place in a city still recovering from riots that the Guardian-LSE Reading the Riots project showed were partly fuelled by resentment at their lavish cost. Last week, the UK spending watchdog warned that the overall costs of the Games were set to be at least £11bn – £2 bn over even recently inflated budgets. When major infrastructure projects such as Crossrail, speeded up for the Games, are factored in, the figure may be as high as £24bn, according to Sky News. The estimated cost put forward only seven years ago when the Games were won was £2.37 bn.

With the required numbers of security staff more than doubling in the last year, estimates of the Games' immediate security costs have doubled from £282m to £553m. Even these figures are likely to end up as dramatic underestimates: the final security budget of the 2004 Athens Olympics were around £1bn.

All this in a city convulsed by massive welfare, housing benefit and legal aid cuts, spiralling unemployment and rising social protests. It is darkly ironic, indeed, that large swaths of London and the UK are being thrown into ever deeper insecurity while being asked to pay for a massive security operation, of unprecedented scale, largely to protect wealthy and powerful people and corporations.

Critics of the Olympics have not been slow to point out the dark ironies surrounding the police Wenlock figure. "Water cannon and steel cordon sold separately," mocks Dan Hancox on the influential Games Monitor website. "Baton rounds may be unsuitable for small children."

In addition to the concentration of sporting talent and global media, the London Olympics will host the biggest mobilisation of military and security forces seen in the UK since the second world war. More troops – around 13,500 – will be deployed than are currently at war in Afghanistan. The growing security force is being estimated at anything between 24,000 and 49,000 in total. Such is the secrecy that no one seems to know for sure.

During the Games an aircraft carrier will dock on the Thames. Surface-to-air missile systems will scan the skies. Unmanned drones, thankfully without lethal missiles, will loiter above the gleaming stadiums and opening and closing ceremonies. RAF Typhoon Eurofighters will fly from RAF Northolt. A thousand armed US diplomatic and FBI agents and 55 dog teams will patrol an Olympic zone partitioned off from the wider city by an 11-mile, £80m, 5,000-volt electric fence.

Beyond these security spectaculars, more stealthy changes are underway. New, punitive and potentially invasive laws such as the London Olympic Games Act 2006 are in force. These legitimise the use of force, potentially by private security companies, to proscribe Occupy-style protests. They also allow Olympic security personnel to deal forcibly with the display of any commercial material that is deemed to challenge the complete management of London as a "clean city" to be branded for the global TV audience wholly by prime corporate sponsors (including McDonald's, Visa and Dow Chemical).

London is also being wired up with a new range of scanners, biometric ID cards, number-plate and facial-recognition CCTV systems, disease tracking systems, new police control centres and checkpoints. These will intensify the sense of lockdown in a city which is already a byword across the world for remarkably intensive surveillance.

Solicitation calls for camps to be ready for occupancy within 72 hours

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is looking for contractors to construct temporary emergency camps inside the United States which can be ready for occupancy within a 72 hour time period and used to house emergency responders as well as “displaced citizens”.

The National Responder Support Camp contract, posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website, calls on contractors to “provide all necessary supervision, professional staff, labor support, material, supplies and equipment as necessary to make a RSC within a disaster-impacted area anywhere within the CONUS (Continental United States) within 72 hours after notification.”

The camps are primarily designed to house emergency responders, but will also be utilized to shelter “displaced citizens,” who will be “given the first opportunities for employment within the camp,” according to the solicitation. The camps will be able to service up to 2,000 people at one time.

As well as natural disasters, the 72-hour camps are designed to deal with terrorist attacks, National Response Framework activities of federal agencies, National Special Security Events, “or any other situation where FEMA or an agency working through FEMA needs a RSC.”

The camps will be secured with fencing and barricades that will also serve to create areas that are “off limits” to certain occupants. Entry to the camp will be controlled through a photo ID system for all occupants and visitors.

Medical treatment facilities, dining facilities, mobile showers and “morale welfare and recreation” facilities are all required as part of the contract.

FEMA’s latest efforts to satisfy the demand for emergency camps represents a continuation of preparations on behalf of the federal government to prepare for civil emergencies and potential social disorder.

Last December, Department of Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano directed ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) to prepare for a mass influx of immigrants into the United States, calling for the plan to deal with the “shelter” and “processing” of large numbers of people.

I am someone who has worked for one of the largest investment banks in the world RBS and I can tell you that the contagion of debt has run its course. We are already prepped for a Greek default this month especially since the recent downgrade by Fitch.

I can tell you is this, watch the Eurozone carefully, even though Greece is the star, the UK and it's Financial power center "The City" is in a whole heap of trouble that is much worse than Greece or any of the PIIGS; France included. If Greece goes down this month, Legarde and Co are working laboriously but an uncooperative Greek public and a Situation beyond repair is not making it easy for the WB, IMF robber barons.  When the default happens you have about two maybe three weeks to get out of the dollar. After that it will be impossible.

Time speeds ever onwards as the future of mankind is being fought out in the Middle East. At least that is how it would appear to those who have yet to awaken, and remain uninformed. Regretfully the media is still stifled by the old approach that prevents free speech, and investigative journalism that is allowed to bring out the truth. Much is happening that should be told, so that you have a grasp of what is behind events that are threatening world peace. Better still would be truthful reporting so that your minds were put at rest, knowing that although attempts have been made to start another World War, they have failed and will continue to do so.

We do not wish you to suddenly feel fearful of the future having assured you that everything is going well. However, we will again inform you that our technology is such that we have total control over what happens in the Middle East, and all confrontations will soon be brought to a halt. Authorities have been informed that we will not allow nuclear weapons to be used, and that we are opposed to any form of aggression. It is therefore quite pointless to continue war games, and take part in all of the posturing that inflames the situation. Our patience is running out and if matters do not improve, we shall use our authority to bring a halt to all attempts to engage in warlike moves.

We of the Galactic Federation are here to see that you and Mother Earth safely arrive at your destination that is the completion of this cycle of duality. We wish to assure you that before the end of this year, every soul will know about Ascension and have the opportunity to choose whether or not they prepare for it. Time is getting short, but some will still make it in time having come into this life to make it their goal. That Dear Ones is the deciding factor, as many are here for the experience which will further their evolution, but not ready to make a quantum leap in consciousness. The answer is not to worry about decisions made by other souls, as they will have chosen what is best for them and satisfies their desires. Be assured all will be looked after, and that God does not make distinctions from one soul to another, and all are equally loved.

Various programs that will carry you forward are ready to be implemented, and the preparations are completed. Much hinges around the governmental changes as clearly we must have people who can be trusted, and can lead you with full understanding of what is required of them. Faith in your appointed representatives has been broken so many times by those who have not stood by their promises, and let you down. In the future your leaders will be chosen because of their wisdom and spiritual experience, and will be trustworthy and honest. Too often you have been hoodwinked by promises that were never intended to be kept, by those who preferred service to self rather than to others.

As you evolve and continue to rise up into even higher dimensions, you will find that no soul can deceive or lie to another without their intent being known. Indeed, you will know by observing their auric emanations, which give much information about that soul. Even now you have people who can see and read auras, and they do convey quite a lot about you. For example your condition of health can be seen, and in fact even the onset of illness before you are actually aware of it. You are truly quite complex Beings and are in the dark over many aspects of yourself, such as your astral body that you use when out of the body. Many souls use it to visit their departed friends and family, but few bring back a waking memory of them. Remember that you are living infinite life times and as a soul will always exist in one form or another, and eventually become a pure Light Being.

The purpose of life is to evolve through experience, and you are the one who chooses how you achieve it. The Earth is a tough experience yet you knew it would be so, and here you are after hundreds of lives in different civilizations that have expanded your consciousness levels. Nothing of your experiences is ever lost, and you do not necessarily need to recall the exact circumstances. Sometimes they are best forgotten and extreme experiences that were unpleasant can be erased from your memory. You have a wealth of experience that will serve you and others very well, in whatever you choose to do as your next adventure. Some of you will join us as Galactic Beings and quite rightly as our equals.

Our mission has altered greatly from when we started and now your pathway is clearer to us, & needs a greater involvement in your affairs. It was hoped that as the end times approached the dark Ones would see that their position was untenable, and allow you to complete your journey without interference. That has not proved to be the case, and they have broken promises to cease their actions. It left us with no option but to get permission to remove them, and as many of you are finding out that has gone ahead. To prevent them from continuing with their interference, we have had to destroy their facilities which are mainly underground.

Meanwhile we focus on the Middle East that for a long time has had the potential to break out into a world war. We expect that when the different countries see the futility of ignoring our demands to stop, that they will cease their activities and allow peace to descend upon Earth. It must be so because it is divinely decreed.

Despite warnings to ii risk of technological systems, the solar storm did not have the expected consequences.However, the next 18 months will be characterized by a high solar activity, which will produce up to six powerful electromagnetic storms that reach the Earth. This was stated last Friday by the celebrated British astrophysicist Maggie Aderin-Pocock.

These people are clever, they have had years of practice. They wrote the Bible, so do not look to that for guidance. That was all part of the Great Plan to control the masses. You must admit, it worked well until good people woke up and realised what was being done to them.

There is a concerted effort on this side of life to enable people to see the truth for themselves. Know that you are all equal in the sight of the Supreme Being. Those of you who think you know it all, only know what the Cabal allows you to know. They control your schools and universities, etc. So what you have accepted as fact is far from it. You have to 'un-learn' so much, then start again from the beginning. This is why I guide you back to ancient knowledge and sacred geometry, for it is there that you will find the real truth.

We are trying to limit the damage the Cabal might do before they finally accept that their rule is over. They failed to foresee the awakening of the good people who have dared to put their heads above the parapet and speak out when they saw injustice. Some have given their lives to rescue their fellow man and their planet. This movement has spread worldwide, and now, millions of people have became part of it. Never ask "What can I do?" When you wake up to who and what you are, you will understand that YOU, in fact, are the powerful ones. But you allowed the corrupt to use superstition and fear to undermine you. Those who try to predict the future hit a brick wall. They cannot go beyond 2012, as that is the end of 3D living. 3D people cannot go further or even see further than 2012. Even with all their technology they cannot see beyond this year - this is when the corrupt world ends. Mankind will go forward into the light where peace and love rule. This Transition can be as easy or as hard as you want to make it: but happen, it most certainly will.

Take time to envisage what life will be like without war; when it will be safe to travel, and to explore all the hidden knowledge that was kept from you. The Andromedans have told you of the technology they intend to share with you, to enable all of you to live your lives in peace. It is beyond anything that is known in your world. Life will become an adventure when all doors are open to you.

The process of change is happening now, even though this news is kept from you. We rely on the good people on Earth to keep you informed. Their help is invaluable. Although they are attacked from time to time, they continue their mission undaunted. The more light they create, the less powerful the Cabal becomes. They are attacking each other now as they fight for their survival. There is no honour among thieves. Their crime against humanity is enormous when you see and understand what has been done to the human race. It will be painful to deal with, but concentrate on the fact that it is over. Do not dwell on it. Celebrate its departure !

Learn to live in the sunshine once more. All of humanity together, knowing that you each have done your bit to bring this about. You are all part of this Great Awakening.
