Coming to a State Near You ?

The National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 has provisions in it so illegal, so unconstitutional that any moron could see it. 

Now we hear that state after state is introducing laws to “nullify” this silly law.  This should sound like good news, states loving democracy.

Bull. How do we know this for sure? 

With terrorism inside this country non-existent for decades unless you count the FBI’s fiasco in Oklahoma City and the 9/11 insurance fraud as “terrorism, there is a problem with “timeliness.”

Nobody cares anymore.  Ask for a vote.  Would 99% of Americans vote to disband the TSA and allow guns on planes?

Anyone want to bet on that one, ten to one odds?

States, especially those lined up to oppose the NDAA act are run by lobbyists from health care, public utilities, organized crime (which should have been put first), the casino industry and, over the past couple of years, the Zionist lobby.

Controlling state governments in the most extreme imaginable ways, always to the detriment of workers, farmers and decent citizens, is an American tradition. Not just that, there is something much worse going on here, with the passage of the NDAA, a law that virtually puts America under martial law.

Patriot Act and NDAA - Are Bookends

This is a law that was created to fail.  Nobody wanted it.  We already have two illegal Patriot Acts that do the same thing. We suspended habeas corpus in 2005 and everyone whining about the NDAA supported the same things they now say they hate.

It’s worse, those who still support the Patriot Acts, still support torture, those who have a long tradition of love of totalitarianism are now trying to rebrand themselves as lovers of individual liberty. Normally, this term is used to defend gun ownership.

The sad part of gun ownership in America is that when the government comes after patriots to take their guns, 95% of gun owner/activists will be siding with the police and helping kick down doors.

No, the NDAA is a fascinating and very typical piece of gamesmanship in Washington, in lobbying circles, they call it a “fundraiser.” 

That is what they call a phony law that is put on the books to raise money to oppose it or to use it to unite opposition groups so they can be bamboozled into shooting themselves in the foot.

This means, of course, that bribe money is flowing everywhere and we are surrounded by cheats and liars, whodathunkit?

As a lobbyist I have seen this done continually, in fact, this is how Washington and 50 state capitols run, hoodwinking interest groups out of lobbying cash in order to kill regulatory bills or to band idiots together under some imaginary threat.

Real as the NDAA sounds, there has never been more imaginary legislation in our history, almost as though congress had legislated gravity away.

Remember this sergeant from Occupy Wall Street?

First of all, nobody wanted this law, not really.  The FBI never asked for it, the Army says they would never allow their troops to use it, the president says he was forced to sign it and found it offensive.  Then why was it written?

Let’s start with the doctrine of “nullification.”

This is how states left the union during the Civil War.  States in the South were being threatened with an end to slavery, something which the constitution, if enforced as it should have been, would never have allowed in the first place.

The Declaration of Independence, a law I tend to place well above the constitution, a prostituted document if I ever saw one, really freed the slaves in 1776. We had cheats and liars then too.

The problem we have is that a horrible law has been written…but what kind of law.  If nobody wants it, if there is no one to enforce it, why was it created?  Was it created to cause a controversy to bring back the issue of “nullification?”

Then, secondly, we look at those who are complaining about this law but who backed the same thing for years.  I don’t take any of them seriously, they were phonies, thieves and liars before and now they plan on saving us all from evil, it reminds me of something I learned when I was a Republican lobbyist.

There is a huge “pro-gun” organization.  They don’t care about guns, they are really a pack of right wing Wall Street lawyers and thieves who use an organization that is regularly lied to, propagandized and bilked out of money to support totalitarian causes.

Does the NRA play games like all the rest?

The folks who brought you the NRA are the same folks who brought you Homeland Security and the TSA. They sell you the gun then hire a thug to put a flashlight up your rectum looking for it.  Why do they do this?  Money.

Anyway, here is their game, one they and other lobbyist groups have been pulling for decades.  The NRA drafts anti-gun legislation.  What? Why would they do that.

The answer is easy, if there is no “enemy,” then there is no “fundraising” and no private meetings in the wonderful vacation spots of the world, no huge bonuses, no payoffs to politicians and no more laws that they really supported like the Patriot Acts or the laws that formed the monstrosity of all time, the Department of Homeland Security.

When you think “homeland,” doesn’t the word “reich” also come to mind?

The game is simple, the NRA sends a childish law, like the NDAA 2012, to a “shill,” usually a Democrat who runs unopposed.  They offer a significant bribe to get this legislation entered, legislation that is never put before committee, it would be laughed out of congress.

Then the NRA puts out a mailer and ad campaign telling how this “liberal” has created a law to take guns from decent “white people” and let “evil negroes and Mexicans” have their way with the womenfolk.

This is how New York lawyers that run organizations like this and so many others see the ignorant members who send them money, as sub-human morons who fall for the same childish trick over and over.

The worst part, of course, is that it works every time. The NDAA is one of these but the first questions are why.

The are always in everything

Let me explain a plot. 

A combination of organized crime, Wall Street and the insurance lobby (yes, more organized crime), along with the Zionist lobby, the “neocons,” the pharmaceutical crooks and industries like “fracking” and “clean coal” or “nuclear power” that plan to kill us all off with one poison or another, have bought a number of state governments.

They are always Republicans.  Wisconsin is worst with Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Tennessee and Florida to follow.  There are more, many more.

The money that put these monsters in office is laundered drug cash, allowed into the country through the Supreme Court’s “Citizen’s United” scam, cash from the Koch Brothers, Rupert Murdoch, the Israeli propaganda mogul, Vegas casino boss Adelman and more.

To this we can add the cigarette lobby, the doctor’s union and an endless group of democracy hating busybodies who would send you to their snake handling churches at gunpoint and demand 10% of your paycheck.

Mitt Romney is one of those.

“Nullification” as it is peddled by the Tenth Amendment crowd has these goals:

• Keeping the boot of health care companies, all “bailout recipients” on your neck.  They don’t care how many kids die of lack of medical care.  And they tell you they accept no money?
• Outlawing unions, ending workplace safety rules ,  forcing cuts in pay for nurses and teacher and more, much more.  They tried in Ohio and were defeated by 67%.
• Allowing unregulated “fracking,” use of cancer causing chemicals to find natural gas we don’t need.   We already have a thousand year supply sold to us at prices 300% over market.  Our real problem is disposing of natural gas, not finding it.  It is going to be as big a problem as finding places to put crude oil and gasoline we no longer need.
• The real goal is to create states that are run by the mob, where the “feds” won’t be able to interfere when the money boys and their army of police and sheriff thugs start squeezing people.  This has been going on for decades and is getting worse and worse.  Our state governments, rather than deserving more power, actually need to dissolved.  They are even worse than congress, if such a thing is possible.

So we have a simple story.  We have people who worked hard for years to take your freedoms now asking for special powers to save you from the government.  I don’t trust them.  I don’t trust the federal government either.

I am drowning in contradictions here, all those conservative judges and lawyers, those congressmen and senators who supported the NDAA are politically aligned so closely with those now sworn to push through “nullification” to beat the NDAA.

Liars and cheats, caught them again.

If one state attorney general would file a case against the offensive provisions of the NDAA, which is what we elect them to do, and the Supreme Court overturned the illegal law as required, especially with a majority of five conservative justices, the whole thing would be over.

This is how the law was meant to work, unless, of course, it was all supposed to be a scam in the first place.

No case has been filed but laws for “nullification” have been submitted, laws that fail to limit the other federal laws they plan to overturn.

It's an Old Trick That Keeps on Being Used

Some laws protect people, like the ones that keep your mortgage from going up to 10% or your credit cards at less than 30%, both things the Republican party has been in favor of.

Then states can pull out of “Obamacare,” the real reason for the “Trojan Horse” we call the NDAA.

Then goes Social Security.

Then Medicare and Medicaid.

Then veterans benefits.

You want to see a real police state?  Go to Wisconsin or Ohio or Indiana or Michigan.   Those are police states, up and running, financed by organized crime, the Zionist lobby and every crook in the world.

When we check the elections in state after state, though rigged voting machines have made that a bit of a joke, we find huge foreign contributions, and huge Zionist lobby contributions.

They almost invariably supporting candidates who supported torture, supported the invasion of Iraq, never mention the flood of narcotics from Afghanistan and who now are all talking about the abuses of a federal government, abuses they were totally behind for years.

Since our new friends who support “nullification” also support hundreds of political candidates whose actual practices are totally the opposite of the stated beliefs of our new friends, am I, just perhaps, becoming a bit too cynical?

Yesterday, I got an email from Katlyn, in California. She sent me the results of her science project proving that the Triangle of Life saves more lives than ‘duck and Cover’.

Katlyn’s Private School has been using the ‘Triangle of Life’ as their Official Policy; since, 2009. They have shunned ‘duck and cover’.

Katlyn used a Wylie Shake Table and classroom desks to conduct her scientific test. Of course, as in reality; the Triangle of life was vastly more effective.

Many countries, that are not negatively impacted by the excessive greed of the Insurance Companies, support the ‘triangle of life’, as public policy.

Many private schools have been using the triangle of life, for years. Many USA and Canadian Public School Teachers, of conscience, have been teaching the ‘triangle of life, for years.

The noteworthy aspect of Katlyn’s Science project is that she was NOT doing the test to convince her school to adopt the triangle of life.

The purpose of her test was to create more proof so that more public schools who are forced to follow ‘duck and cover’ will change their policy to ‘the triangle of life’. (The insurance companies have actuarial determined that it is more profitable if the children die from ‘duck and cover; rather than, survive and seek compensation for injury or trauma.)

Katlyn felt sorry for the children whose lives are endangered because of greedy insurance companies; Public School Boards that consider it cheaper and less trouble if children die immediately because of duck and cover (school boards who have been told that their insurance policy will be dropped or premium increased if they adopt the triangle of life because more survivors mean more expense and less profit).

I applaud Katlyn for her efforts to help USA public children survive earthquakes; just like the children, in her school will.

Isn’t it always true that the wealthy survive; always get the best, and American Public Schools languish. It is truly sad that humanity and decency have been so diminished that school children’s lives are no more than an item on a risk manager’s actuarial table and their life means nothing compared to maximizing shareholder return.

As the German Philosopher Schopenhauer said, about the path of ALL Truth:” First it is ridiculed, secondly it is violently opposed and thirdly it is accepted as self evident.”

Now, that the elite, rich and well educated are using the ‘triangle of life’; How long will it be before the children of the middle class and poor will be allowed to be safe, protected and survive, too?

I was in Mexico, last month. The school playgrounds still have swings, tetter totters, and merry-go-rounds. USA Insurance Companies have forced School Boards to take children’s playgrounds away.

It is not good enough to take away children’s fun; they endanger children’s lives for ‘shareholder’ return, too. It takes a cruel and cold heart like a NAZI Death Camp guard to work for an American Insurance Company. The VP of Underwriting at Muchener-Re told us the same excuse that the death camp guards used:”My job is not to save lives. My job is to maximize shareholder return. If I was to change policy, to allow the ‘triangle of life’ to save children’s lives; then the Board would fire me and replace me with someone else. It would serve no purpose. I would only be replaced.”

A True Story about ! of the worst of the 1%

Read about this NYFD Fire Chief whose dead body, at 911 was attacked, degraded and beaten..and the perpetrators got PRAISE because they worked for the owner of the newspaper !

They were never punished.

Thompson Lang was a disturbed student when he inherited $110 million dollars and a newspaper, the Albuquerque Journal.

Lang, described as a ‘power hungry bully’, by world famous attorney, F. Lee Bailey was quoted in Crosswinds Magazine as boasting that he ‘controls’ the election of every public official, in his state, of New Mexico.

This article will be part of a series outlining some of the excessive and outrageous things that Thompson Lang has done to decent people, as part of his, out-of-control lifestyle of excess, power, greed and hatefulness.

Lang fraudulently misrepresented himself as a ‘humanitarian’ and thereby was able to ‘trick’ the American Rescue Team International, Rescue Chief; into gaining permission to fly his private jet into New York City, during 911. As events, soon disclosed, Lang had no intentions of anything ‘humanitarian’.

Here is one example of many, to follow, concerning Thompson Lang’s ‘explosion’ of outrageous behavior, at 911 and as a lifestyle. It includes details concerning Lang’s entourage of ‘hanger’s on’, body guards, sexual companions and minions; in other words: Lang’s Gang:

“Unknown to Copp were Lang’s nefarious and satanic intentions. of abuse, scandal, greed, and disgusting behavior; almost beyond anyone’s imagination.

Among many disgusting acts: LANG’S GANG repeatedly punched, kicked, abused and hurled profanity at the corpse of a dead NYFD officer; believed to be, Chief Ray Downey, of NYFD. This ‘dead hero’ was laying in rest, in a refrigerated ambulance outside of the NYFD Roosevelt Island, NYFD Fire Station. He was resting there; so that, his fellow firefighters could pay their respects, to him. Two members of Lang’s entourage entered the ambulance and attacked the dead hero.

Ironically, Copp had collaborated with Chief Ray Downey to help promote the’ triangle of lif’e, via a ‘test’ in a NYC demolished building, due to take place in October of 2001. Peter Donahue of NYPD had helped to arrange this.

After being witnessed, by Copp, Peter Donahue and the distributor for Hurst Rescue Tools, Eric Wade, who had previously been sanctioned by the NY Stock Exchange, for his part, in a $10 million dollar stock swindle..fled the scene.( Lang had written about Wade’s scandal, with the stock swindle, at the time. But Lang later came to publish adoration and praise about him.)

Wade ran to the freeway, to escape from members of NYFD, stopped a taxi , raced to the airport and hurriedly took the next flight.

Thompson Lang emptied Wade’s Hotel Room and returned Wade’s luggage to Albuquerque. Leslie Linthicum, continued to write a series of articles; describing Lang, as a ‘heroic humanitarian’ and Eric Wade as a “shining example for young business executives”.

When Lithicum was, later, asked how she could write such words about Eric Wade. She replied: “I can write anything I want to write and I will praise anyone; who will help, to destroy, Copp”.

Previously, Copp had told Lang to “behave himself”; because, first responders were emotionally vulnerable and in a state of shock. Lang had been admonished by Copp because he was using the 911 rubble for sexual overtures/games. We were told of Lang’s San Francisco sexual escapades via a confidant of one of Lang’s former bodyguards. Lang’s response was to tell Copp that He (Lang) “could care less, about them (the first responders) . I just want my fucking badge.” Copp bit his tongue. He didn’t want to walk home.

This brutal attack on a dead firefighter, was the ‘last straw for Copp”, who promptly told Lang ‘to go to Hell’. When Lang pushed Copp to provide him with a NYC Emergency Pass; which would provide Lang with unfettered access to media-restricted, areas’; Copp called Lang “an evil bastard” and told Lang that he didn’t care if Lang “was the richest man in the world”. Copp wanted nothing to do with him and Lang should go “fuck himself”. This last confrontation between Copp and Lang was the result of a ‘litany’ of evil and disgusting acts; that Lang had committed, at 911. Copp could stand no more.

Lang’s face grew red with rage; as he took off, swearing revenge against Copp, for depriving Lang of his ‘fun’ at 911. Lang was deprived of his ‘glory’, his newspaper publishing awards and the wealth/money from a ‘world wide media exclusive’ and the ‘scoop’, of all time.

Lang went back to Albuquerque and published many front page articles about Lang’s heroism and humanity, never mentioning Copp’s name till Lang discovered that Copp was sick and near death, from his 911 injuries, till 3 years later, in 2004.

Little did Copp know of the life changing events to follow.”

Thompson Lang and his gang of villains are prominent in Copp’s Book; which includes, the intimate details of 25 years of the hard-core reality of more than 100 major disaster events, around the world.

Abstract

This study conclusively demonstrates that unfounded fear of government is a recognizable mental illness, closely related to paranoid schizophrenia. Anti-Government Phobia (AGP) differs from most mental illnesses, however, in that it is highly infectious and has an acute onset. Symptoms include extreme suspiciousness, conspiracy-mongering, delusional thought patterns, staunch "us against them" mentality, withdrawal from reality, and often religious fanaticism. Having the patient committed to a qualified mental health institution is the best option for family and loved ones. For this reason, all psychiatrists and family physicians should be provided with educational materials which will help them recognize the various symptoms and warning signs accompanying onset. Since comparatively little is known about Anti-Government Phobia at the present time, a government-funded health commission should be set up to oversee, and help focus, future research.

Incidence and Etiology

Anti-Government Phobia has a worldwide distribution, but has a particularly high incidence in the United States. Infection rates are estimated by mental health officials to be about 5% of the general population, and this rate is growing at an alarming rate. Rates are highest, but not limited to, those who are disaffected in some fashion, especially those who have a strong personal grudge against the federal government for one reason or another.

Although certain variants of the illness have been around for many years, it is only in the last decade or so that the more virulent and infectious strains have appeared. This is most likely due to the rapid buildup of government, at all levels, during the 1980's. Closely paralling this trend was an explosion in the number of cases in which individuals were diagnosed as having unfounded fears concerning such.

Clinical Manifestations and Diagnosis Anti-Government Phobia is marked by extreme suspiciousness toward government. Onset is acute. Symptoms start almost immediately after a run-in with some agency or institution of the government, or when the patient is introduced to anti-government propaganda, in one form or another, by a self-styled "patriot." Common ways in which this harmful, anti-government propaganda is spread include: books, pamphlets, magazines, newspapers, audiotapes, videotapes, short-wave and conventional radio programs, computer bulletin boards, and various Internet sites.

Upon exposure to "patriotic" propaganda, the patient mysteriously begins to imagine hidden links between unrelated current events, weaving these gross distortions of reality into a complex delusional web; a labyrinth of conspiracy theories with all imagined clues leading straight to the federal government. With further exposure, the patient becomes increasingly paranoid, and slowly withdrawals from reality. However, mental deterioration is usually so gradual that the patient is often unaware of it.

This mysterious malady progresses until the patient invariably assumes a staunch "us against them" mentality. For instance, in the patient's warped mind-set, each new piece of gun-control legislation is oddly rationalized to be merely one additional step in an ultimate plot by the federal government to confiscate guns altogether. In some unusually severe cases, the patient assumes a survivalist mentality, stockpiling guns, ammunition, de-hydrated food, and other "essentials," in preparation for "D-Day" or "Armageddon."

At this stage, the patient also inexplicity experiences increased delusional thinking. For instance, he may start fallaciously believing that the Federal Reserve is not in fact part of the federal government, but is instead controlled by wealthy Zionists. Other far-flung delusions may involve the United Nations, "black helicopters," concentration camps, or the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Delusions involving "takeovers" by foreign military troops, or jack-booted government storm troopers dressed in all black, are also commonly diagnosed.

Anti-Government Phobia is often associated with religious fanaticism. An excellent example of this is the infamous Branch Davidian case, in which most cult members preferred a fiery suicide over peaceful surrender to the forces of what they considered to be "Mystery Babylon." There have been other prominant cases in which "patriots" have became involved with terrorist activity, fallaciously believing that they were somehow doing the "will of God." More commonly, "patriots" have been involved in aggressive outbursts in courtrooms, and other public places such as town-hall meetings.

Overall, the worldview eventually adopted by "patriots" interprets modern-day news events as pieces of a giant jig-saw puzzle. Oddly, they believe that it is their solemn duty to put these unrelated pieces together in order to discover the underlying "picture." The warped interpretive framework used by many "patriots" in their missionary-like endeavor of saving the lost "sheep" (derogatory term comparing non-patriots to lost sheep) is a hyper-literal interpretation of Biblical prophecies, particularly those contained in the book of Revelation.

Spread of the Illness

In the eyes of the so-called "patriots," the relentless drive to indoctrinate others with extremist political beliefs is seen as a righteous and compulsory act to save their "self-destructing" nation. Wildly fantasizing that America can somehow turn back the clock to better times, which in reality never existed, many "patriots" feel obligated to quote constantly from the Declaration of Independence, United States Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the writings of the Founding Fathers. In an ironic twist of fate, when "patriots" expose others to their divisive anti-government propaganda, through their misguided efforts to restore "individual liberty," they are actually infecting them with an extremely contagious mental illness.

A strong analogy can be drawn between "patriotic" indoctrination and patterns of religious conversion. In both cases, ultra-idealistic individuals believe that it is their solemn duty to gain proselytes for their particular faith. This is usually done on a person-to-person basis with a friend or acquaintance. To keep new converts from going astray or "backsliding," they are eagerly provided with a steady stream of propaganda. In each case, the devotee imagines that there is an evil, sinister force which must be opposed at all costs. In the case of various religions, the faithful are supposedly rewarded in the afterlife for sparring with the "devil." In the case of the "patriot," the so-called "New World Order" is viewed as the demonic bogeyman, with the reward for opposing it supposedly being an increased amount of "personal freedom." In both "patriotic" and religious circles, there is an entire counter-culture, centering around various anthems and holy books, constantly being promoted by prophets, preachers, and paranoid propagandists of all creeds, colors, and strains.

Prevention

Needless to say, prevention is the first line of defense against any type of illness or disease. Unfortunately, many mental illnesses are genetic in nature and thus can not be prevented. Fortunately, Anti-Government Phobia is non-genetic and thus wholly preventable. From an individual standpoint, the most effective prevention policy is obviously not to allow oneself to become indoctrinated by a self-styled "patriot," preferably by staying as far as possible away from any potentially divisive propaganda. As an added precaution, one should rely exclusively on well-known and reputable sources for news and other information.

Family members and loved ones can help out in this effort. However, it should be noted that prevention programs work best only when the entire community is involved. We all need to practice constant vigilance in order to spot diviseness and hate in our communities. In this regard, networking is the ultimate key to success. A successful community-based empowerment program would include the following elements: citizen-citizen networks, police-citizen networks, parent-teacher networks, pastor-parisoner networks, doctor-patient networks, state-local law enforcement authority networks, and federal-state law enforcement authority networks.

Treatment and Prognosis

Although the prognosis is generally good if the illness is treated soon after symptoms first appear, studies have shown that a disturbingly low percentage of patients allow themselves to be treated. Thus, having the patient committed to a qualified mental health institution is the best option for family and loved ones. For this reason, all psychiatrists and family physicians should be provided with educational materials which will help them recognize the various symptoms and warning signs accompanying onset. Once the illness is properly diagnosed, they should next notify the patient's immediate family members and discuss the various treatment options with them. This effort should be reinforced with extensive public ad campaigns promoting a 1-800 help line. Since comparatively little is known about Anti-Government Phobia at the present time, a government-funded health commission should be set up to oversee, and help focus, future research.

It can not be over-emphasized that prevention is the key to stopping the spread of Anti-Government Phobia. Once a person is infected, the illness is generally incurable. The only proven treatment is an extended, and often risky, "de-programming" session conducted by qualified professionals, such as the Cult Awareness Network (CAN). Left untreated, chronic symptoms invariably persist throughout the entire lifetime of the patient. Sadly, even the patients themselves realize this horrifying fact and surprisingly, seem apathetic to it. Oddly, they often confuse their symptoms with being "awake." For instance, they have been known to garble gibberish such as "once your awake, you can't go back to sleep." Further research is presently being conducted on the reasons why they rationalize their mental illness in this highly unusual manner.

A DECLARATION

Whereas, on the 14th of December, 2011, the House of Representatives of these United States voted, in the form of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, in favor of indefinite military detention, without charges, of American citizens on American soil, without due process of law, at the discretion of the government alone;

Whereas, on the 15th of December, 2011, the Senate of these United States voted in favor of the same bill;

Whereas, on the 31st of December, 2011, the President of these United States signed the same bill into law;

Whereas, the proscription against the use of military force to police the populace has been an essential feature of American civic life and civic liberty since the arrival of our civilization upon this continent;

Whereas, the wanton violation of this proscription was one of the chief causes of the separation of the American people from their government in Great Britain;

Whereas, the Constitution so chartering the government of these United States, in Article III Section III, states that "No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

Whereas, the Constitution so chartering the government of these United States, in the Fifth Amendment, states that no person shall be "deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law";

Whereas, the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the President of these United States have disregarded the plain text of the Constitution;

Whereas, in openly disregarding its founding document, the government of these United States has lost any semblance of legitimacy;

Whereas, the use of such draconian measures has been an essential feature of the enforcement of tyranny by every totalitarian government of the 20th century;

Whereas, the use of such draconian measures is carefully calculated to quash all political dissent amongst a captive people;

Whereas, the codification of such draconian measures effectively nullifies all civil liberties the people may hope to hold;

And whereas, the codification of such draconian measures is an act of war against the populace at large;

Therefore, be it declared that a STATE OF WAR formally exists between the Government of these United States and the People of these United States, perpetrated by that Government against the People.

We, the People of these United States, declare any and all attempts to enforce the provisions of the NDAA to be unlawful, void, and of no force.

We declare ALL WHO voted in favor of the NDAA, and ALL WHO attempt to enforce the NDAA to be traitors to these United States, punishable under law.

We SHALL DISOBEY, APPREHEND, OR RESIST WITH FORCE, at our discretion, any person who attempts to enforce the provisions of the NDAA.

We SHALL NOT aggress against any Federal, State or local government employee who shall not attempt to enforce or aid and abet the enforcement of the NDAA, they being as trapped as the rest of the populace.

Such STATE OF WAR shall continue until the NDAA is stricken from the code of law, and all who had hand in the NDAA are removed from positions of power.
