THE EARTH’S ENERGETIC SHIFT IS A REFLECTION ∞THE 9D ARCTURIAN COUNCIL
“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very pleased to announce that there has been a shift in your Earth’s energy field and that you are tapping in to higher frequencies because of it. The Earth is of course shifting with you. She is leading the shift, in fact, and you are all riding on her back as she does. You need to think of your Earth as a collective being, rather than as a planet, and you need to see her as representing the collective consciousness of humanity and the animal, plant and mineral kingdoms.
So when she experiences a shift in her electromagnetic field, it is because she is reflecting back to you the progress that you’ve been making. When you all reach out and up to higher dimensions and other star systems, and you bring that energy in and ground it into yourselves, you shift your collective consciousness. And of course, you make that energy available to planet Earth and all of her inhabitants.
Therefore, it is because you have awakened your interest in other beings that this shift in the Earth’s electromagnetic field has occurred. All of these events were planned, to a certain extent, before you incarnated in this lifetime. However, there was always the choice in front of you of fear. You could have feared progress. You could have feared reaching out and up to beings and collectives like ourselves. You could have played it safe and just adopted your parents’ and grandparents’ beliefs. You could have stayed with the old religions that seemed time-tested.
But you chose to go with what felt right to you instead, and now here you are. You are anchoring in these energies. You are making a difference, and everyone in the galaxy is taking notice. We are not the only ones. So the more you connect now with Mother Earth, the easier it will be for you to feel the progression that is taking place, and the more you go within to feel your extra-terrestrial DNA coming online, the more you will get that confirmation.
What you are becoming is your true self. You are becoming your higher self, and your higher self encompasses all of these versions of you from other star systems, lifetimes, and dimensions. This progression will of course continue, as we know that encouraging transmissions like this one help you to know that you are on the right track. Trust your feelings. Trust your desires, and know that you are making such tremendous strides forward that we cannot help but be in the audience, applauding and congratulating you for how far you’ve come.

Mankind’s relationship to the kingdom of nature
Originally the Earth was created of pure substance, not so dense as it is now ; there were more translucent and radiating, iridescent colors. As the discord of mankind increased, the substance of Earth became soiled and more dense and dark. That is why earth or ground is called soil.
Nature never produced anything that would be destructive to mankind, but as it is the duty of the elemental life to obey the commands of individuals endowed with the Threefold Flame in their hearts, they have been absorbing mankind’s discordant thoughts and feelings. This has caused tornadoes, hurricanes, tidal waves, earthquakes, and disasters of nature – which is merely an endeavor by the beings of these elements to throw off the impurity and discord which man has imposed upon them for millions of years.
The waste matter that has been put into the earth and the waters, and the impure energy that goes into the air, has caused a pressure of human creation, not only on man, but on the elemental kingdom. The destructive activities of nature can be controlled by mankind who understand the Law and understand how to make the call to release the elemental beings from the discord imposed upon them. One can call to the I AM Presence and to the Masters or Beings in charge of that element and who govern such activities, to direct into and enfold the conditions in their cosmic flame and transmute all discord, and flood them with cosmic love. Then visualize the Violet Flame going forth from your Presence and the Great Beings transmuting the discord into peace and harmony. Next see the Pink Flame of Love enfold the beings of the elements, making them again happy and free.
In case of fire, call on your I AM Presence and beloved Ascended Master Nada, to pour radiance over the fire. Visualize this radiance as a pink blanket. One can also call on Oromasis, Prince of the Fire Element.
Wise is he who will earnestly endeavor to purify his own world and make friends with the little beings of nature, pouring love, gratitude, and blessings to these beings, who so ceaselessly and selflessly serve mankind – if he wishes protection in times of crises.
Within man is the kingdom of the mind, where the elementals – responding to his thought – become the form which he holds is his mind. Within man is also the emotional world which is the kingdom of the angels, to which they respond, amplifying every virtue, every tiny pulsation of hope, purity, peace, love, or kindness generated within the feelings. The mind is the magnetic center for the elemental kingdom; the feeling world is the magnetic center for the angelic kingdom. Within mankind, one day, both shall be blended consciously, and man will be master through controlled energy in the feelings, coupled with definitely directed thought, to be a “bridge” between the two great kingdoms, and these three kingdoms will again unite in worship, in service, in evolution, and in God-happiness, for eternity.
The elemental kingdom must learn control of energy through thought, to hold a constructive pattern and design so that you and all people may enjoy the perfection designed in the nature temples. The angelic kingdom must learn control of the feelings, to hold within themselves the virtue they have chosen, until directed to release it to one in need of it. Man must learn control of both, and thus become a master!
It is time that mankind recognize this service and send to both the elemental kingdom and the angelic kingdom the recognition and love which they deserve for their constant service to mankind. Without the elemental kingdom, there would be no form. Without the angelic kingdom, man could not draw the blessings of God.

Condemnation and criticism never cured their kind, for as We have so often said to you: that which your attention and vision is held upon, you are qualifying and compelling to come into your world—abide and act there…As more and more of the students of the “Mighty I AM Presence” realize that their thought and feeling are the only causes in their worlds, and that it is entirely within their province—within their ability and dominion—to govern their thought and feeling, then they will know that to govern these harmoniously, sustaining this activity, will fill their worlds with Eternal Perfection.

Origin of the Scepter of Power
Also known as Magic Wand
A few days ago, while researching a theme in my books, I was led to open a book and came across a text that, as I read it, my heart almost jumped with such joy. In the speech of the beloved Maha Chohan, he clearly explains the origin of the scepter of power, which in popular jargon is also known as magic wand. The information fits perfectly with what I received in the Master's private teaching and so I have decided to transcribe the text here for you.
Description of the God Parents
(The Ascended Masters write the Book of Life, p. 23)
To describe the beauty of the Cosmic God-Parents of our Galaxy, would require a vocabulary of much more delicate perception than that presently enjoyed by man. These glorious God-parents may be visualized as the fairest of the fair; their robes of authority the purest shimmering white, their entire beings representing the apex of embodied light and flame, softened and tempered by contour and outline that it might be enjoyed by others.
Those of us who have witnessed the initiations whereby a pair of exquisite and perfected beings were endowed with the privilege of experiencing the creative powers of a sun, are strongly impressed with the transfer into the hands of the initiated of the scepter of power, within which is vested the magnetic center of love and the rhythm corresponding to the place which the sun will have in the solar system. This is mystically connected with the heartbeat of all the lifestreams who will embody and mature in a particular chain. It forms the magnetic pull that holds the souls within the orbit of that sun and its planets; it holds our sun itself in a proper and permanent location in the on-moving galaxy to which we belong.
When our particular sun Helios and Vesta sent forth the Elohim to build and create the planets, each One was given a Scepter magnetized from that which forms the Cosmic Scepter of our System. That scepter remains with the Lord of the World during the entire time the planet is peopled by evolving life. The scepter for the planet Earth was in the keeping of Sanat Kumara until His return to Venus, and is now in the keeping of Lord Gautama and held within the secret chambers at Shamballa for the greater part of the year, being taken out on certain mystic occasions.
The scepters which the crowned heads of Earth carry are symbolic of this Divine Authority which is manifest in the lifestreams who are the guardians of the people, and the magnetic power that runs through the spinal column of every individual, is a replica of the vested power described.
If this cosmic scepter were removed from the planet Earth, the bodies of the people would fly into space and the souls who are presently within the realms of the discarnates, would be loosed into the universe. You will see then, how very important is its magnetic power! It contains two cylindrical balls representing the positive and negative aspects of life’s power. When it is placed upon the pyramid which holds it in repose, it is in perfect balance. One end of this great scepter represents the gravity pull which in itself is a blessing to the unawakened. When it is reversed through the activity of the individual’s own life, it represents the ascension.
Through the spinal column of every man, both activities work constantly, the descending arc of electrical energy which anchors the body on the surface of the Earth, and the powerful ascending current which enables you to stand erect and move about, rather than be supine on the ground. When the activity of the life is more powerfully charged into the ascending arc, we come to the point where the gravity pull of Earth no longer can hold the lifestream and the ascension is possible. For each person who comes to the point of ascending from the wheel of birth and re-birth to return no more, this Rod of Power is brought by the presiding Master and its power magnetizes the rising current and assists in the actual cutting free the lifestream from the gravity pull of Earth.

Subject: Asparagus DO NOT FAIL TO READ THIS AND SEND TO YOUR FAMILY &FRIENDS When I was in the USN, I was stationed in Key West, FL. I worked at the clinic at Naval Air Station on Big Coppitt Key just a few miles north of Key West. The hospital at Key West was for out- patients only, for retired armed forces personnel that lived in the area. If you needed to be hospitalized you were sent to Homestead AFB Florida. I had the day off and just went inside the hospital (Corpman barracks were next to hospital). There was a retired Navy man that worked in the lab and he was very interesting gentleman to talk with. He was a retired biochemist from the USN. He asked me what was going on that day,and I said I had the day off. I wish I was working, as the crew on, today was taking a sailor to Homestead as he had a very bad kidney infection. Now this elderly gent told me the man should have eaten more asparagus, and he wouldn't have that problem. I asked why? I'll never forget him saying, do you eat asparagus? and I said yes, I love them. He replied you notice how your urine stinks after eating asparagus? I said well I never thought it was what I ate but yes it does have a pungent odor. He said, It is because it is detoxifying your body of harmful chemicals!!! This was back in 1986 when I was stationed there and to read this email again I had to share this story...Eat more asparagus, my friends.
Asparagus -- Who knew?
My Mom had been taking the full-stalk canned style asparagus, pureed it and took 4 tablespoons in the morning and 4 tablespoons later in the day. She did this for over a month. She is on chemo pills for Stage 3 lung cancer in the pleural area and her cancer cell count went from 386 down to 125 as of this past week. Her oncologist said she will not need to see him for 3 months.
THE ARTICLE:
Several years ago I met a man seeking asparagus for a friend who had cancer. He gave me a copy of an article, entitled "Asparagus For Cancer" printed in the Cancer News Journal, December 1979. I will share it here, just as it was shared with me: I am a biochemist, and have specialized in the relation of diet to health for over 50 years. Several years ago, I learned of the discovery of Richard R. Vensal, D.D.S. that asparagus might cure cancer. Since then, I have worked with him on his project. We have accumulated a number of favorable case histories. Here are a few examples:
Case No. 1, A man with an almost hopeless case of Hodgkin's disease (cancer of the lymph glands) who was completely incapacitated. Within 1 year of starting the asparagus therapy, his doctors were unable to detect any signs of cancer, and he was back on a schedule of strenuous exercise
Case No. 2, A successful businessman, 68 years old, suffered from cancer of the bladder for 16 years. After years of medical treatments, including radiation without improvement, he began taking asparagus. Within 3 months, examinations revealed that his bladder tumor had disappeared and that his kidneys were normal.
Case No. 3, On March 5th 1971, a man who had lung cancer was put on the operating table where they found lung cancer so widely spread that it was inoperable. The surgeon sewed him up and declared his case hopeless. On April 5th he heard about the Asparagus therapy and immediately started taking it. By August, x-ray pictures revealed that all signs of the cancer had disappeared. He is now back at his regular business routine.
Case No. 4, A woman had been troubled for a number of years with skin cancer. She developed different skin cancers which were diagnosed by the acting specialist as advanced. Within 3 months after beginning asparagus therapy, the skin specialist said her skin looked fine with no more skin lesions. This woman reported that the asparagus therapy also cured her kidney disease, which had started in 1949. She had over 10 operations for kidney stones, and was receiving government disability payments for an inoperable, terminal, kidney condition. She attributes the cure of this kidney trouble entirely to the asparagus treatment.
I was not surprised at this result as `The elements of materia medica', edited in 1854 by a Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, stated that asparagus was used as a popular remedy for kidney stones. He even referred to experiments, in 1739, on the power of asparagus in dissolving stones. Note the dates! ---We would have other case histories but the medical establishment has interfered with our obtaining some of the records. I am therefore appealing to readers to spread this good news and help us to gather a large number of case histories that will overwhelm the medical skeptics about this unbelievably simple and natural remedy.
For the treatment, asparagus should be cooked before using. Fresh or canned asparagus can be used. I have corresponded with the two leading canners of asparagus, Giant and Stokely, and I am satisfied that these brands contain no pesticides or preservatives. Place the cooked asparagus in a blender and liquefy to make a puree. Store in the refrigerator. Give the patient 4 full tablespoons twice daily, morning and evening. Patients usually show some improvement in 2-4 weeks. It can be diluted with water and used as a cold or hot drink. This suggested dosage is based on present experience, but certainly larger amounts can do no harm and may be needed in some cases.
As a biochemist I am convinced of the old saying that `what cures can prevent.' Based on this theory, my wife and I have been using asparagus puree as a beverage with our meals. We take 2 tablespoons diluted in water to suit our taste with breakfast and with dinner. I take mine hot and my wife prefers hers cold. For years we have made it a practice to have blood surveys taken as part of our regular checkups. The last blood survey, taken by a medical doctor who specializes in the nutritional approach to health, showed substantial improvements in all categories over the last one, and we can attribute these improvements to nothing but the asparagus drink. As a biochemist, I have made an extensive study of all aspects of cancer, and all of the proposed cures. As a result, I am convinced that asparagus fits in better with the latest theories about cancer.
Asparagus contains a good supply of protein called histones, which are believed to be active in controlling cell growth. For that reason, I believe asparagus can be said to contain a substance that I call cell growth normalizer. That accounts for its action on cancer and in acting as a general body tonic. In any event, regardless of theory, asparagus used as we suggest, is a harmless substance. The FDA cannot prevent you from using it and it may do you much good. It has been reported by the US National Cancer Institute, that asparagus is the highest tested food containing glutathione, which is considered one of the body's most potent anticarcinogens and antioxidants.
Just a side note... In case you are wondering why this has not been made public, there is no profit in curing cancer.
