WHERE AM I ANYWAY?" "Uh. My brain seems to have departed. It is gone." "I don't have the slightest bit of motivation. Nada. None." "I can barely put one foot in front of the other!" "I have not slept for several nights! I just lay there tossing in some no man's land. . . .hovering." "Everything seems strangely flat. Like an empty flat line going nowhere." "I don't feel connected to a thing. Just me hanging here all alone dangling by that same thin thread that is barely keeping me sane. Felt like this for a long time now!" "Nothing is moving! Just so dead in the water, even though some things are happening around me, it just feels so still anyway!" "Oh, the brain fog! I cannot put a thought together." "I am tired." "I cannot move." "I do not remember who I am."

We are in the boat, and believe it or not, the boat is moving right along. Things are in the making. Things are being taken care of. Preparations are being made. During this time we must sit in our small and near invisible boats, on a still and glassy surface, with no one in it but ourselves, with nothing on the horizon, and with no oars. Our boats are being expertly navigated by a band of angels who are tending to our every need while we sit seemingly helpless in the land of nothing.

Not time to move forward quite yet. . . . but very soon. The portal of March 11 allowed for some permanent movement ahead. And through that movement and for some time afterward, we were actually able to land on a new shore. . . .to touch it. . . .to see it with our eyes. . . .and to feel what it might be like. Then we had to go back to our temporary spots and wait.

The ladder of vibrational hierarchies is now very strong and solid. This is a very good thing and a very good sign. This did not occur in times past but is now very evident. Our new structure has been successfully built. Our new lives and new spaces may have come barreling into our conscious minds over the week-end, and we may have even gained great clarity about them. Now. . . . .we are in the waiting and threshhold period before we can go any further.

This past week-end I had to go up to Asheville, North Carolina for an appointment. I had visited there on several occasions during my three years in Brevard (which is a 45 minute drive south). During this time it had similar energy to many of the high energy spots on the planet, depleted with dusty shelves of beingness as it had been sucked dry by those in the past seeking its high energy. Nothing much there. But this past week-end was quite different. It was now the crystal city in all her glory, vibrating high and truly awesome. Great crystal structures arose from her mountaintop existence and the energy there was how it had always been intended. Existing in another dimension and full of life, bursting at the seams with creativity, and calling me home to a place I knew I belonged (at least to hang my hat from time to time for purposes of "work"), I felt home and more alive than I have for eons and eons of time. The new plan for my new life unfolded as well, and even though I had been receiving glimmerings of this plan since my arrival here in North Carolina at the end of February, this time, it was as if I were actually living it now. It was here. It had arrived.

We are getting close now. We are preparing for the threshold experience. We are at the crossing. And in this, the pushing and pressure from above has been nearly unbearable of late, more so than ever before and creating enormous stress upon our beings, making some of us wonder how we will survive. But once we arrive, this pressure will subside and all the health related ailments we have succumbed to will subside along with it.

When we get to places within ourselves where we can absolutely take no more, it is most always because we are at the end of that old space. We have used up yet another temporary space and we can really feel it. We are at the end of it. At the end of our ropes, of our patience, of our everything. There is nothing there for us because we are now preparing to move forward. And along with this usually comes a strange depression and feelings of really being down.

Still, I am told, we must go slow in times to come, even though things may have changed. We must take our time. We must contemplate what it is that we truly want our lives to look like. We must ponder these things and allow our hearts to guide us. The angels are still with us in great droves. They are tending to our needs and guiding our boats. They are making sure that we go to places and situations that fit the longing in our hearts. They know and God knows what is in our hearts, as the voice of the heart is the language of the new reality. It is what speaks and what is heard. And it is in this that we will find our small boats being ever so gently navigated to our very new shores.

“...the airliner wavers to one side and the other and back again - and meanwhile there are two shapes of “planes” on the radar, they come across the screen.  One suddenly speeds up four or five times the speed of any other airplane and then suddenly stops.  Of course it’s not an airplane - no one talks about this in the media.  The “plane” vanishes off the radar then the airliner vanishes seconds later. Commander Ashtar: Greetings ... This was quite a coup we managed, and first I want to let everyone know that the passengers on Flight 370 are absolutely delighted and happy, spending time - yes I’m going to tell you where they are. I bet some of you have guessed. They are indeed in Hollow Earth. “There is no evidence because there was no plane crash.”


When they come back they will have quite a story to tell - they will be interviewed by TV interviewers, and stations all over the world are going to want to find out where they were, how it happened. In case the cigar-shaped ‘ufo’ which is now assigned to hovering over every conflict on the planet has not been enough, it will all come out when the people come back from Hollow Earth. They know all about our Galactic plan, and they were most ecstatic - have asked us to please use them as so-called hostages to create leverage to insist that all governments bring peace on Earth, to insist the governments must turn over all weapons and agree to enacting NESARA laws around the world, in every country.


This may take negotiations, and of course we have to wait for a few days while the thousands of people, airplanes, ships, helicopters, from 12 or 14 different countries are scouring the oceans searching to find some evidence, some trace of the crash, but of course they are not going to find anything. There is no evidence because there was no plane crash.

There was no plane crash. We scooped up the airplane as we have done before, took it to Hollow Earth


and all are safe and sound.  Now, it is a shame that the families are suffering and we wish we could put an end to  that very quickly.  If any of you who know anyone in Asia or China.. any of the families - there were a large number of Chinese passengers - please get the information to them. 

The passengers are safe and sound in the loving hands of the Galactic Federation of Light.  They are being wined and dined.  Of course we don’t drink wine, but we have a better replacement.  They are being well cared for and are having the time of their life. There is more than enough excitement, and I will give you another bit of information. 


Many of them had their cell phones with them.  We are able to tap into the networks, so that eventually they will be able to send messages to their loved ones. First we have to wait until these crews of people who are sure they are going to find some evidence finish scouring the entire Asian continent.  There are stories ‘maybe the airplane turned around and went back.’  Of course it didn’t.


Our ships were just off the coast anticipating. We have millions of ships in the skies, you know.  We saw that the plane was in trouble - serious hydraulic failure which would have led to a catastrophic crash - and when we did what you might call ‘capture the airliner,’ we were very careful.  There was no harm either to the airplane or any one of the passengers or crew - they hardly felt a bump because we can catch and carry a large airliner with no problem at all; our ships are enormous.

We were disguised on the radar as airplane-shaped in order to fly across Malaysia and to position ourselves so that we were close enough to catch the plane and of course it vanishes from the radar suddenly. You can all see this. They have seen it – those radar pictures have been suppressed but thanks to the Internet you all have it now. Kathryn has posted it, many others have posted it. So many have it - there is no way they are going to suppress it. And there, right before your eyes is the proof.  And yes we do need another name for our ships beside ‘UFOs,’ we are not unidentified, we absolutely are not, but we are flying objects, I suppose you could say, but we do need another term. How about Federation Ship?  We are no longer from outer space, we are right here in your atmosphere. Of course we originated from places all over the Universe.


We are going to …well, let me tell you our plan. We are going to use the cigar-shaped ships - of course there’s more than one. The one that was over the Ukraine that was filmed, now that film has been posted everywhere too. There will be better films to come, but unfortunately many of the trouble spots in the world are not easy to reach for Lightworkers on the ground or for those people who might be filming, for instance in Syria, in Somalia, there are no more American reporters in places like Somalia, but you will notice that whenever a conflict kicks up anywhere on the planet you will be seeing this ship, and it won’t be long before people will start to associate any kind of warmongering with the appearance of our ship.


We will be having several opportunities in the coming week to show ourselves and very soon people will start associating any conflict and any withdrawal of troop with our ship.  Already Putin has responded by taking his troops back to the barracks – that was a very wise decision on his part. Now, if necessary we will begin lasering a few tanks or weaponry, never when there’s anyone around, of course.. but there are many places where many of them are out in the open. 


We can just melt a few tanks and see if that hits the news. As some of you know (there were a few pictures on the Internet), we have already destroyed underground storage facilities, the ones that were holding weapons of the sort that you may not even be aware of.  We have destroyed a number of those facilities; they are completely defunct now. You don’t see that on the News do you? Isn’t it interesting how they have been able to suppress this?


You would think it would be big news, if an enormous six hundred thousand square foot storage place holding all kind of missiles and weaponry has been eliminated - several of them – you would think this would be something that would get the attention of local news, wouldn’t you? It did create quite a flash! Well, they have managed to suppress that too. It does tell you a lot about who’s editing the things that appear on the media: well we intend to put a stop to that. Of course we had to work around it for now, didn’t we?


You liked our clever use of the Turner Radio Network.  We were aware of this old name that was defunct, and it seemed a very nice way to begin, and of course, in my message the other night, well, it was sort of an elbow in the ribs, hoping he (Ted) would sign up with us, help us to get the word out. We haven’t heard anything from him, but you can bet there is information on his desk about all this (from the desks of the people doing the work on the ground).


I’m trying to fill you in a bit as we go…


There is of course a large connection between the cigar-shaped ship and flight 370, and the introduction of the NESARA Law, which will shift the entire planet – the entire planet - to a new way of governance. We are so excited. We are just beside ourselves at this opportunity! Now we did have to take it into our own hands because of the complete black out of any ability to get any news across. .. and we aren’t yet ready to take over all the stations for announcements as we have promised. That is coming though!
 

The Galactic Federation of Light is here to help mankind and Planet Earth transition to World Peace through New Governance, Financial Reform and New Technologies.


We wanted to do this a little bit more gradually. This was the reason for the capture of the flight and the announcement about the famous cigar-shaped UFO and its capabilities. (See www.whoneedslight.net/page/483751582,  Ashtar’s message, “Sirius UFO Brings World Peace.”)  Now, you know that this story has been handed up the line and there are any number of military leaders having what you might call an apoplectic attack, thinking about how they have just been boxed into a corner - what can they do now, do they dare ignore it?  Well, they will try to do that for a little while. Do they also dare ignore an airliner that has just disappeared?


And these events happening so close together? Is there a connection they are asking?  Well, of course there is!  Some of them are getting the infamous description from the Turner Radio Network of the ‘totally awesomely awesome’ (as Kathryn called it), weaponry available on this ship.  


Of course, we will never and have never used weaponry to wipe out countries and repopulate! Nonsense, we would not do that, but it sounds frightening, doesn’t it?  Especially to the cabal, as it is exactly what they would like to do.  They appreciate the power and the absolute control that is possible when you have such technology – that is the way their minds work…paranoia...and  constant thinking about control, and who is going to control what, what they are going to do with their control.  Well, we do not wish to control anyone.


We offer our strength, we offer the technology that we have developed over millions of years.  We offer it for your protection and your well being, for the good of all. We offer it to help you gain your freedom, and we are delighted to do this finally for the inhabitants of Planet Earth, and we are able to do it by agreement with Prime Creator and the Galactic Councils that have consulted about these things for centuries.


It has finally come to the point where we were given the green light to help out. Now as you can tell, we have used restraint. Our help up until now has been subtle, suggestive, but not in anyone’s face very much. Well it is time to make it more obvious and I can tell you we did have a very good time writing that piece, creating it to show the world what an awesome ship we have, what it’s capable of, and how they’d better listen up because now all those weapons that even the secret government of the US and other places, the European families and so on, are puny by comparison.


The secret governments have had a stranglehold on the planet for centuries, and you can bet they were feeling shocked and awed, because nothing they have ever produced even comes close to what we take for granted everyday because we have been improving this technology for eons - long enough to know that you cannot keep peace by making war.  We had no intention of ever intervening in a war.  We have never done that - it would be contrary to our Galactic Mission. On Planet Earth we do not intervene in your wars, we do not bless one side or the other.  We do show ourselves to remind people that what they are doing is dangerous and unacceptable. And as I began to tell you, we have decided that every time there is any kind of dust-up on the planet people are going to see a cigar-shaped ‘UFO,’ and they will be getting the information out to the world, and eventually everyone will know about it.


NESARA Law will replace the secret governments and Freedom and Personal Sovereignty will be restored.


Now the next phase: we are looking to contacting all the leaders of all the countries on the planet and letting them know - there are many nationalities represented on the plane – that we are open to negotiating with them and that the passengers will be freed when they have signed the NESARA LAW into effect in their country. Now, as soon as this gets out to the world – of course that’s going to be the next challenge - as soon as the world understands that the so-called hostages will not be returned until the law has been signed into effect, people are going to begin to hustle, they are going to fall all over themselves to try find ways to negotiate, or to try to torpedo our plan, or to agree but not actually sign it.  We know all their tricks. 


And so we will be putting the pressure on.  We need your help with that, to alert all your local and national news outlets with this story.


Of course we are not holding the passengers against their will. We would never do that, and if they should want to go back home we will make the arrangements for that to happen, but there are many who have said they are going to stick it out until all the last papers are signed because they are delighted to be the ones who are bringing about world peace. They are now the diplomats, the representatives of their countries.  If we don’t get some action, you will be hearing from some of them. They are well-spoken, dedicated and they really understand the importance of this project.


It is an exciting time. It is a very exciting time! As you can see there are many levers to be pushed... there are negotiations to be arranged… there are delicate ways of approaching this so we don’t expect any of you to go off,  well, and start talking about this in hysterical terms.  We are proceeding carefully with respect to all concerned. There will be no real threats, but as you can tell, the letter we wrote carries with it an implied threat – what we are telling the world is we will no longer permit the kind of destructiveness and bad behavior that has been the norm on planet Earth.


And so…that’s my update for all of you. I hope you understand…


I will repeat this as many times as necessary. We do this for the good of all, we do this for the entire planet, and we do this with love in our hearts… because we are your brothers and sisters… we hold you precious in our hearts.  We know how you have suffered and we wish to help you by putting an end to it. Do not think from reading all of this or hearing my words, that we are going to take over. We are not going to take over anything or anyone; we have offered our help and if at any time the passengers should not want to take part in this they will be taken right back home.


The world doesn’t understand the way we operate. Many of you may not understand that in our negotiations is the depth of love and concern for all involved.  We do not make war, we do not create division; this is why we have taken part in this kind of diplomatic action.  We do not take sides, we simply try to help to arrange things so no one is hurt.  Now even the dark ones who have created the problems, even they will be given a chance to change their ways, and we will gladly give it.  We have no intention of creating dissension.


If you think deeply about the things we have told you,  you will see how carefully thought out this is, how we have presented an opportunity. At each turn we create opportunities for people to come forward, to be courageous, to carry the light, to join with us.  Always we offer our help with an invitation to join us, and of course joining us means the ultimate invitation to all the people on the surface of Planet Earth to join the Galactic Federation of Light. You have not been members up until now - it would have been impossible - Planet Earth was under the control of the cabal.  We do not permit cabal controlled-planets in the Federation, but now blessed Mother Earth will be given the opportunity to join with us at last.

Of course those of Inner Earth and Hollow Earth are already members but the people on the surface will finally be able to join with us, so try to look into your heart, whenever you hear me speak, try and understand what it is we are doing, do not assume "This is a lie, we are tricking you." You have seen a bit of strategy on our part, that’s all. Our intentions are to bring peace and love and brotherhood, the kind we experience in the higher dimensions. We wish you love, we wish you well, we stand by your side to bring you the paradise that has been promised in your ancient writings.


Do not find yourself spreading across the internet "oh this is a just another lie."
Just because you have not seen such dramatic action before doesn’t mean it isn’t real.  Here on the Earth, you are building momentum.  You have crossed the line; there will be no more destruction, no more need to rescue you from nuclear holocaust.  That is not going to happen.  The cosmic plan has changed, beloved ones.


We will not permit nuclear war. You are working with us. Together we are creating this. Watch, listen, be aware and put your shoulder to the wheel. Be part of the solution, as you have been told; be part of the hope.  Let yourself be uplifted, it is all happening now. Unfortunately you don’t have a media that will tell you anything about the news. There are some sources on the Internet; there are channelings. This is all about Ascension, dear ones, it is all about raising your vibrations, and if you are trying to tear down someone you are not raising your vibrations.


Look into your heart and question "Am I just being negative because I have experienced so much disappointment before?"  I assure you, beloved ones, we are working hard in your behalf, and our beloved Saint Germain is working day and night to help.


We had to have pretty fast foot work to keep ahead of the cabal.  We have been gaining momentum ever since December 2012. I hope I have encouraged you.  All is well, progress is being made, surprise is around the corner. You are going to be delighted with the things we have in store.  Be ready to dance in the streets, open your heart, your minds.  Don’t try to figure it out; it will all unfold in the most delightful ways. It’s going to be far more complex than anything you can imagine.

In early January 2014, Bob Lonsberry, a Rochester talk radio personality on     WHAM 1180 AM, said     this in response to Obama's "income inequality speech":

Two Americas

The Democrats are right, there are two Americas.

The America that works, and the America that doesn’t.

The America that contributes, and the America that doesn’t.

It’s not the haves and the have nots, it’s the dos and the     don’ts.

Some people do their duty as Americans, obey the law, support themselves,     contribute to society, and others don’t.  That’s the divide in America.

It’s not about income inequality, it’s about civic irresponsibility.    

It’s about a political party that preaches hatred, greed and victimization in  order to win elective office.

It’s about a political party that loves power more than it loves its  country.  That’s not invective, that’s truth, and it’s about time     someone said it.

The politics of envy was on proud display a couple weeks ago when President  Obama pledged the rest of his term to fighting “income     inequality.”   He noted that some people make more than other  people, that some people have higher incomes than others, and he says that’s     not just.

That is the rationale of thievery.  The other guy has it, you want it, Obama  will take it for you.  Vote Democrat

That is the philosophy that produced Detroit.   It is the electoral  philosophy that is destroying America.

It conceals a fundamental deviation from American values and common sense because it ends up not benefiting the people who support it, but a     betrayal.

The Democrats have not empowered their followers, they have enslaved them in a  culture of dependence and entitlement, of victim-hood and anger instead of     ability and hope.

The president’s premise – that you reduce income inequality by debasing the  successful – seeks to deny the successful the consequences of their choices     and spare the unsuccessful the consequences of their  choices.

Because, by and large, income variations in society is a result of different choices  leading to different consequences.   Those who choose wisely and     responsibility have a far greater likelihood of success, while those who  choose foolishly and irresponsibly have a far greater likelihood of     failure.   Success and failure usually manifest themselves in  personal and family income.

You choose to drop out of high school or to skip college – and you are apt to  have a different outcome than someone who gets a diploma and pushes on with     purposeful education.

You have your children out of wedlock and life is apt to take one course;  you have them within a marriage and life is apt to take another     course.

Most often in life our destination is determined by the course we take.    

My doctor, for example, makes far more than I do.  There is significant  income inequality between us.  Our lives have had an inequality of outcome, but, our lives also have had an in equality of effort.    While my doctor went to college and then devoted his young adulthood to     medical school and residency, I got a job in a restaurant.

He made a choice, I made a choice, and our choices led us to different  outcomes.  His outcome pays a lot better than mine.

Does that mean he cheated and Barack Obama needs to take away his wealth?   No, it means we are both free men in a free society where free choices lead  to different outcomes.

It is not inequality Barack Obama intends to take away, it is freedom.  The freedom to succeed, and the freedom to fail.

There is no true option for success if there is no true option for  failure.

The pursuit of happiness means a whole lot less when you face the punitive hand of government if your pursuit brings you more happinessompletely ignoring inequality of effort.

The simple Law of the Harvest – as ye sow, so shall ye reap – is sometimes  applied as, “The harder you work, the more you get."  Obama would turn  that upside down. Those who achieve are to be punished as enemies of society     and those who fail are to be rewarded as wards of society.

Entitlement will replace effort as the key to upward mobility in American society Barack Obama gets his way.   He seeks a lowest common denominator society in which the government besieges the successful and productive to     foster equality through mediocrity.

He and his party speak of two Americas, and their grip on power is based on using the votes of one to sap the productivity of the other.    America is not divided by the differences in our outcomes, it is divided by the differences in our efforts.   It is a false philosophy to say     one man’s success comes about unavoidably as the result of another man’s victimization.

What Obama offered was not a solution, but a separatism.  He fomented division and strife, pitted one set of Americans against another for his own     political benefit.  That’s whatthat a house divided against itself cannot stand.

I come to you today to bring my weekly news letter. It is a long news letter today again as recent letters have been. Sorry I hope I do not bore you too much. :( ….lol…

The news is just so very good and encouraging this week. It is filled with hope that we will all be exchanging our currencies very soon. This has been a long journey for many but I assure you now it will soon be over.

Today’s Intel

There is so much news pouring out of all channels it is hard to gather it all and study it. My contacts from Iraq, the IMF and the US government are all excited about what is about to happen. I have learned from the past not to get too excited until I see some movement in the direction the intel is pointing. Last week and now during this weekend and I have seen this movement as confirmation.

I have been told the US government has finally made a decision to release the global currency reset (GCR) pending certain conditions were met. All these conditions have been satisfied. More excellent information was forwarded to me about the Iraq Bond situation.

Clearing houses have completed all underwriting for these instruments. We also now know that, by these bonds, a minimum rate is established that any revaluation of the IQD must meet in order for these Bonds to be successful in funding their intended programs. Thus the purpose of the bonds.

These bonds are expected to be released to the international financial sectors tomorrow, Thursday 03/13/14. What does this mean? Well if all goes well there would have to be an international announcement of some kind to satisfy investors that the IQD is now internationally recognized.

THEY WERE RELEASED AND HAVE BEEN MONETIZED, AND PAYMENTS ARE BEING RELEASED THIS WEEK.

To do this a revaluation from the provisional post-war currency to the permanent dinar at the non-inflated rate would be necessary.

The key here is for them to allow the announcement to the rest of the world (the international investment community) that they are back and now the doors are officially open for business with Iraq. This will be yet another level of investors flocking into Iraq once this occurs. This could be a very exciting week.

VERY COOL.

Banks in Iraq have had the lower denomination bills stock piled in their faults for well over 6 months now in anticipation of this event. Companies willing to expand operations in Iraq will now be able to do business once an international currency in recognized.

The complete changeover is about to happen. In fact the truth is they did actually begin distribution of the bills at one point months ago but were told to halt this action since the revaluation process was once again slowed for political reasons.

As we have learned in the past most citizens now use the Smart Card (debit card) for daily expenses. If needed there is limited paper currency available depending on which providence you are in. Prices in the shops have all been revised months ago.

From everything I am hearing the Iraq budget is completed and signed off by all parties. It is waiting in the wings for publication in the gazette, which should take place this week.

Once published it will become official and fully implemented. You have to bear in mind that the government of Iraq (GOI) does not have any money in which to operate. As of last week ending (end of February) they are entirely without funding unless the budget is opened.

They can not operate as in the past years using the old, inflated rate of currency since they already had an in country like revaluation to $3.41 months ago. Also government programs such as payments for food, pensions and salaries will be due for distribution this week (mid month).

There are also a number of contracts to service based on a revalued rate. Penalties have been paid in the past for non-performance by the government on payments to these contractors.

This can not continue and the GOI is standing firm now this will not continue any longer. Delegations have come the USA recently from Iraq stating that this political situation in holding up their economy must end.

So we can all see the pressure. How much longer could they hide this RV before we reach the breaking point? I believe from everything I am now hearing this week that we have reached that point.

ALL THIS IS IN KEEPING WITH THE CURRENT SITUATION I AM AWARE OF. GOOD TO HAVE ACCURATE INFORMATION. RIGHT BENJAMIN?

ANOTHER SIGNIFICANT PART OF THE PUZZLE HAS ALSO BEEN ANNOUNCED IN KEEPING WITH THE GENERAL PLAN AS FOLLOWS:

(Reuters) - The United States welcomed China's recent decision to allow its currency's value to vary more against the U.S. dollar, a Treasury spokesperson said on Sunday.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew spoke on Saturday evening by phone with Chinese vice-premier Wang Yang in a previously scheduled call, the spokesperson said.

"Lew welcomed China's recent announcement to widen the daily trading band for the renminbi against the U.S. dollar and emphasized the need for China to move towards a market-determined exchange rate," the spokesperson said.

China's central bank eased its grip on the Yuan on Saturday by doubling the daily trading range for the currency. The move added teeth to a promise it would allow market forces to play a greater role in the economy and its markets.

The People's Bank of China (PBOC) said the exchange rate will be allowed to rise or fall 2 percent from a daily midpoint rate CNY=SAEC it sets each morning. The change is effective from Monday.

Analysts said the move was a sign of confidence that the central bank had successfully fought off a plague of currency speculators and signaled that regulators believe the economy was stable enough to handle more promised reforms going forward.

THESE ITEMS PROVIDE CONFIRMING INFORMATION TO THE OVERALL GLOBAL RESET SEQUENCE. IT IS IN PROGRESS, AND WILL NOT BE STOPPED. THE LAST PARAGRAPH HERE IS VERY TELLING (AS UNDERLINED).

Further to our Notice of Redemptions, the US Treasury, China Treasury, IMF, World Bank and others have, as of yesterday, agreed on the timings of the release of all funds in respect of the historic bond redemptions and the RV of the Dinar and Vietnamese dong.

SOUNDS FAMILIAR.

The global reset (GR) is directly tied to these events, and because of the proximity of the GR which is scheduled for this month after March 17, 2014, all USD wire transfers and transactions are on hold, inclusive of all Project funding's that were scheduled for this week.

I KNOW THE FELLOW THAT WROTE THIS.

This decision is based very simply on the advent of the US Treasury Reserve Note (new symbol TRN, or the new US Dollar) which is replacing the USD (the Federal Reserve Note (FRN)). The announcement of the new US TRN and its exchange rate is scheduled for after March 17.

WORD FOR WORD HIS STUFF.

All funds and transfers in USD have been effectively frozen globally for this reason, and the transfers will continue after March 17 in the new US TRNs. All completed transactions, and pending transactions are affected by this decision. No USD money transfers will be allowed at this time until the changeover.

All historic bond transactions, whether straight redemptions or through the private placement programs with the Tier 1 traders, are similarly affected.

NOTHING WAS CHANGED FROM WHAT I HAVE AND WHAT IS WRITTEN HERE. GOOD ON THEM.

While this news is not the best news for many that were expecting their payments this week, the GR and the payments in the new US dollar were known to be coming this month, and the global freeze on such payments will ultimately be for the benefit of our Humanity when payments are made in the new Basel III compliant currency.

The GR signals the deployment and implementation of the new financial system that is Basel III compliant, and will be the new standard globally. All delays are temporary at this time.

New pricing for the historic bonds will be posted shortly as the IMF and the Chinese Family are going over these items at the moment.

My question is this: There are 2 schools of thought on timing of exchanges. 1. All in as soon as possible before it's too late or goes away, or 2. hold on until the dust settles and adjustments are made (6 months?). I prefer plan 2 if you deem it safe.

I will tell you a little background about our Training for Ascension call on Sunday, March 16, at 2 PM.  We will go to the etheric retreat of Lady Portia - which will be fitting, don't you think?  Here we will talk a little about Ghana and why Lady Portia chose that location for her retreat.

Long ago, she saw the beauty of the African people, many of whom she knew as the soul descendants of Planet Maldek.  She and St. Germain have been very close to the families of the Mushaba people, the more highly evolved group of the people of Maldek.  They were closely aligned in the efforts to rescue Maldek from the Dark ones who had convinced others that advanced weaponry testing was a good and necessary thing.  Of course it is good and necessary to those who wish to conquer, kill and maim.  

There was no real threat to Maldek;  they could have called on the Galactic Federation for help, but there were those on the planet who refused to relinquish their hold, and so a great struggle ensued.  In the process, the warmongers, under the influence of Anunnaki from distant galaxies who had come to Maldek to take over and establish a home base here in your solar system.  They believed that fomenting war would eventually cause the Maldekians to turn against each other and wipe each other out.  With that in mind, they "fed" each side with propaganda and powerful weapons, similar to the nuclear weapons you later developed here on Earth.

The Anunnaki were successful beyond their wildest hopes.  Eventually, in spite of the pleas of the proponents for peace -  the Christ consciousness Beings - the "rebels" used their weapons in a massive, coordinated attack.  Unfortunately, their lack of true understanding of the consequences of their actions failed to deter them.  They exploded  a series of weapons, some planted deep underground, which had a devastating effect.  The vibration created when they exploded the weapons in a Fibonacci series, combined with high sound vibrations, weakened the planet's ability to remain in a coherent balance.  The entire planet exploded into molecular fragments, scattered into space for millions of miles.  

The effect on the souls who were inhabiting Maldek was something no one ever wants to experience.  Being blown to the four winds while in a 3-dimensional body through the force of a nuclear explosion has a terrible, disintegrating effect on the soul who has incarnated in the body.  It was to take millions of years for the planet and its people to recover from the trauma of the explosion and the loss of their home planet.

Those souls who have recovered enough to incarnate again decided to come to Earth, the Twin Flame of their beloved Maldek, but they wished to remain as distant as possible from the dangerous technology which was being developed on Earth, under the Dark Influences similar to the Anunnakis who engineered the destruction of Maldek.
And so, they decided to incarnate only to the less developed continent of Africa.  They vowed to remain as close to the Earth as possible, carrying on the traditions of tribal people of the Black race, eschewing the "advancements" which swept over the globe in Europe, Asia, and later the Americas.  

The Mushabans therefore began their recovery by coming to Earth.  They were comfortable here because it was similar to their home planet in climate, vegetation and natural resources, especially across the African continent.

Of course, there are no distinctions having to do with race in the higher dimensions.  This was only an arrangement designed by the Mushaba people, in cooperation with Prime Creator, which allowed them to incarnate here, while wearing the "badge" which would distinguish them from others.  It was clever, because what else could you bring into this life that would make you stand out, and make you easily visible to your fellows better than having skin of a very different shade from your brothers and sisters?  It was not intended to isolate them, just keep them together and easily recognizable to each other.  It did succeed to a large extent, although their reluctance to take part in global "progress" did set them apart, and made them vulnerable to ridicule and suppression, in much the same way it did with the Native Americans and other indigenous groups.

Lady Portia knew of the great suffering which her friends the Mushabans had endured, and wished to help in their transition to life on Earth.  The old friends - old souls, that is - had raised their soul children together in higher dimensions, and many Kumara children had chosen incarnations on Maldek with their Mushaba "cousins."   The tragic destruction of Maldek took the lives of 75% of the people, including three of her and St. Germain's eldest children.  There was not time to rescue the most of the inhabitants.   The survivors took it upon themselves to be peace makers throughout the Universe, especially where new planets were being inhabited in lower vibrational realms.  

The Etheric Retreat over Ghana was established by Lady Portia as a center for Light, Solace, Healing, and most importantly, Liberty and Opportunity, the values Lady Portia stands for in all her work and teachings.  She saw the need for raising the vibration in this part of the world to help her friends maintain the balance which would allow Planet Earth to survive without the disasters which had befallen Maldek.  While the rest of the world came close to destroying itself several times, during the fall of Atlantis and during our present civilization, the African continent remained largely separate from the conflicts, and managed to remain so until recent centuries when British colonization,  the slave trade and then the development of global communications pulled Africa onto the world stage.

Ghana is a country of palm trees, glorious beaches lush forests and rolling savannas with abundant wild life.  It joined the modern world by being the first African country to win its independence, and in spite of chaos and conflict in Ghana and neighboring countries, has managed to maintain a tentative balance between old (Earth-oriented) traditions and new communication with the rest of the world. There are many Lightworkers and open-hearted people who have come forward in recent generations to try to teach the gentle Love of Life and deep connection to Mother Earth which is their tradition going back thousands of years.  

The terrible invasion which was the slave trade resulted in a very large influx of Black people from Ghana and neighboring Ivory Coast villages to the West Indies and the Americas, especially the territories of the southern United States in its earliest days.  Their influence as deeply grounded Lightworkers helped to soften and uplift the vibration of the new nation in its infancy.  Although the traumatic separation of families and the grinding oppression which followed took a terrible toll on the spirit of the people, and served to separate them from their traditions, the spirit of the Mushaba people did not die out.

It has been the work of Lady Portia and her twin flame, St. Germain, to restore individual freedom, and to preserve the homeland which will again provide a retreat for the West African people.  As abundance flows across the planet, it will be places like Ghana which will spring back quickly in a rich and colorful celebration of Life.  

On Sunday, March 16,* we will visit the etheric city over Accra, the ancient city which was established by the priests from Atlantis who fled before the great disaster.  It is a fitting place for the reawakening of the Golden Age and the celebration of the survival of the Mushaba people.  With the ascension of Planet Earth, many of the Mushaba people will return at last to their home planet, which has been miraculously recreated by the cosmic scientists, restored to its pristine beauty.  It will be a fitting mate for the beautifully restored Mother Earth, which will be cleansed and renewed in the coming era, as her inhabitants have also been renewed and raised to 5th dimensional vibration.  

So you see, Beloved Ones, the history of your planet is really a complete mystery to you, who have been taught that yours is the only advanced civilization on this planet or any other planet.  You will soon be learning much about the evolution of your part of the galaxy, and about the Masters who have played a crucial part in your return to the Light.

Greetings dear ones. Once again we come to speak to you of ascension. All are in different phases of ascending into the higher dimensional energies. Not all will fully ascend at this time for many are not yet ready to embrace the fullness of their inner soul. However, all are experiencing the Light pouring onto Gaia at this powerful time and all have the free will choice to grow from or to reject it.

Remember this as you observe the many changes taking place within you and in the world. Change can be very upsetting to those still holding tightly to lifelong teachings and beliefs that no longer work for the highest good, but that is the way evolution works...it is a gradual (sometimes not so gradual) shift into new and more evolved thinking, being, and doing, and old beliefs cannot stop it as the majority awakens and adds ever more Light to universal consciousness.

Since all are creators, evolution can be slowed, but never stopped for it is the purpose of life. Through free will, an individual can slow or even stop his spiritual growth for awhile even lifetimes, but the evolutionary journey can never be permanently delayed...man's true nature is Divine, and the yearning to remember this is never lost. It is often buried deeply within through intention or ignorance, but can never disappear or there would be no individual. One cannot exist in any way shape or form with out the Divine within, as it is the substance of all form...all that is.

Arcturian group wishes to talk about life. When functioning within the third dimensional belief system, life is considered to be sacred in certain instances, (friends and relatives) but not so sacred (war) in others--perfectly reflecting the separation and duality of third dimensional thinking. There is only one life and it is Divine...it is the only life there is. Humanly, scientists can create something that may seem to be alive in a bottle, clone, or test tube but this is only physical, an interpretation of "life". Life only becomes LIFE, when Divine energy enters in to it which is why a physical body disintegrates so quickly once the soul leaves.

It is here we must bring in the topic of abortion which has been and still is a subject of much discussion, confusion, anguish, and suffering for many. The decision to extinguish an unborn is a decision that must not be undertaken lightly but know that the soul who would choose to enter and become the child is well aware from the other side as to whether or not the child will be carried to term. A soul can enter, coming and going throughout a pregnancy that will result in a birth, but usually there is no soul yet attached in the early stages of a pregnancy unless there is a particular lesson for the entering soul.

Decisions of this sort must be made only after an honest evaluation of intention for these types of decisions carry and store intense energy for those making them, and there is much emotional energy being expended both ways on this topic. There must be HONEST inner consideration of what is the best and highest good for all concerned... decisions like this must never be made simply from a place of selfish convenience or fear and never as a means of birth control.

Intention is the spiritual key in making decisions of any kind because the intention behind any decision provides the energy upon which it rides...every word, action, or thought flows upon the intention that set it forth. Remember this dear ones, for it is a vitally important point.

Life is forever but souls choose to spend time in limited physical bodies in order to spiritually grow and evolve within the denseness of third dimensional energy. Earth is a powerful and difficult place in which to evolve and not for the faint hearted. Never under estimate your courage dear ones, for there are many evolving on other planets who chose not to be in a place that carries such density. All gradually learn from the experiences of earth and finally discover that that which they have been seeking, lies within. It is at this point that they begin to meet any problems on a higher level, karma disappears and they find themselves helping others struggling with same and familiar issues. Earth is being observed by many who wish to learn and study how mankind is going about doing this.

Life can never be lost, there is no such thing. A person who leaves either naturally or unnaturally, simply goes to another dimension. Most human eyes cannot as of yet perceive the higher frequencies of a light body and believe the deceased to be simply dead. In sleep, all leave their bodies, moving about, studying, and working in the spiritual body. Life and death are just two aspects of duality. You are more alive on the other side than you are on earth because on the other side, you remember who and what you are and are guided to whatever help and assistance you may need.

There are some who after "death" continue to align themselves only with familiar earth energy and because of this are unable to see the light bodies of their guides waiting to assist them. These souls become what you term ghosts...souls afraid of moving on and into higher dimensional light--some not even aware of the need to. These souls attach themselves to the familiar and often loved-- people, places, and experiences from their recent time on earth. Some, firmly stuck in a particular belief system are waiting for their belief to manifest...unable and unwilling to leave where they are. Some create for themselves familiar settings and lives in what is called the astral realm often for a long time until helped by another (Light beings or people who do this work) or awakening to their need for change.

In the third dimensional belief system it is believed by many that only some life forms are of value, and those mainly human. It must be understood that ALL life forms are sacred and in and of the One Life. There is no lesser or greater life. So called "primitive" societies were taught to ask permission before taking lives for food-- honoring and respecting the life given them by the animal. This idea has been largely disregarded in favor anything bringing in more money--a bigger, faster, approach carrying no respect for the animal involved... lives thoughtlessly taken for food, fashion, money, or power. The Divine has manifested Itself in infinite form and variety. You say; "What about the cockroach or the mosquito, are we to let them do as they please?" Insects are of those who have a group soul. The energy is Divine, but not individual. When an insect dies, it immediately rejoins its group soul but ask yourselves honestly, as respecters of Life is it really that difficult to simply move the spider outdoors rather than to kill it?

Life appears limited and fragile but is in reality forever and unlimited. You cannot die. Those who seek relief from the pressures of living through the taking of their own lives, simply cross over and find that they have solved nothing for the lessons they were meant to learn now must be met again at another time in another life.

Incarnation into the third dimensional energies of earth is a soul choice made by an individual in order to evolve and grow within the tremendous issues of third dimensional energy. Life lessons are planned by each soul with help and spiritual guidance before birth. Life events are not accidental as they would seem when judging by appearances but represent experiences necessary for the growth and evolution of the particular soul. Karma is not a punishment, but the balancing of energies originally created by the evolving soul and mankind in general. There is no longer karma after the soul reaches a certain level of spiritual awareness for then the individual is able to deal with life in new and higher ways but at this time many of you are helping to clear impersonal world karma.

All is perfect dear ones, in spite of world concepts of how everything needs to appear in order to be "right". Never forget as you journey through your life experiences ( some pleasant and some not so pleasant) that you are here at this time, in this body, with this family, in order to learn and grow and not simply to gain fleeting ego status through the attainment of money, popularity, beauty, goods, or power. Be alert to your desires dear ones, for ideals such as these represent the limitation of those still stuck in unawareness.

There is nothing evil or wrong about having wealth. This is a false concept still held and preached by some. The belief in the concept of separation has resulted in a universal sense that abundance in all its forms is outside of you and that you must struggle and grab it at all costs as best you can. Abundance is your divine right by virtue of your Oneness with Divine completeness, a truth that must be realized and become your state of consciousness before it can manifest outwardly. This is the work.

Make your only God the one within you, allowing it freely flow outward and manifesting in whatever form is needed. That which is completeness for one may not represent completeness for another so do not compare. This realization will help to free you from the never ending promotional hype to buy this, do this, have this...and you will be happy.
