with respect, let us be clear.

At this time, and for a period that i have reason to suspect extends to March of next year, a delicate balance exists in the planetary social body.

A small number of psychopaths will end that balance with a global war of such proportions that most humans will NOT survive it.

Let me restate this for clarity: the small number of people who rule this planet are proceeding with their plans to engage the masses of humanity to fight each other until most are dead.

This is their intent. They have chosen a day in March of next year that represents certain symbolic energies in their twisted understanding of universe to escalate to the next level of their horror show.

Even now the aware observer sees daily maneuvering in their propaganda media to vilify an enemy and to spark contention and divide humanity along the artificial lines of the geopolitical map drawn by our 'masters'.

The collapse of the paper money system is in play as the distraction for those humans not content with 'bread and circus', nor the broadcast pabulum for damaged minds (the 'news').

All this so that armies are not observed as they are set in motion.

But this is an old, even ancient story, and we have all seen it before...just as we are now seeing it again.

This time, however, new special effects will be added to this war. This time, the actual horror of scalar (quanta affective energy weapons) will be thrown into the regular terror of metals and chemicals searing through soft human flesh.

It is underway now, this 'next war'. One only need look around carefully to watch as they, the psychopaths (some of whom you call 'leaders'), wage war on humanity.

You see, it has never been us against each other. No, the ONLY war ever has been the psychopaths against us, humanity. In fact, and in spite of appearances to the contrary, every war in the past has always been 'them' against 'us'.

THE problem is that we let the psychopaths decide who is 'us', and who is 'them'.

For my part, i am with humans. This makes me 'against' them, the psychopaths. They won't understand that, being so blinded by their own surety of purity they are certain that everyone wants to be them, but even the psychopaths will understand that right now, a state of grace exists.

This is a special time, to the educated palate the karios of the moment imparts a dark, and bitter-sweet flavor.

At this juncture, humanity, the whole stinking roiling contentious disparate, and dysfunctional mass of us, over these next few precious months, needs to learn to ALL live together, for surely, if we let the psychopaths begin this next war, we will ALL die together.

This one thing is true: they are not in control, you are. Remember, if this shit war happens, it is your fault.

If You Thought Police Brutality Was Bad … Wait Until You See What Congress Wants to Do Next Week

The police brutality against peaceful protesters in Berkeley, Davis, Oakland and elsewhere is bad enough.

But next week, Congress will vote on explicitly creating a police state.

The ACLU’s Washington legislative office explains:

The Senate is gearing up for a vote on Monday or Tuesday that goes to the very heart of who we are as Americans. The Senate will be voting on a bill that will direct American military resources not at an enemy shooting at our military in a war zone, but at American citizens and other civilians far from any battlefield — even people in the United States itself.

The Senate is going to vote on whether Congress will give this president—and every future president — the power to order the military to pick up and imprison without charge or trial civilians anywhere in the world.

The power is so broad that even U.S. citizens could be swept up by the military and the military could be used far from any battlefield, even within the United States itself. The worldwide indefinite detention without charge or trial provision is in S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act bill, which will be on the Senate floor on Monday.

I know it sounds incredible. New powers to use the military worldwide, even within the United States? Hasn’t anyone told the Senate that Osama bin Laden is dead, that the president is pulling all of the combat troops out of Iraq and trying to figure out how to get combat troops out of Afghanistan too? And American citizens and people picked up on American or Canadian or British streets being sent to military prisons indefinitely without even being charged with a crime. Really? Does anyone think this is a good idea? And why now?

In support of this harmful bill, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) explained that the bill will “basically say in law for the first time that the homeland is part of the battlefield” and people can be imprisoned without charge or trial “American citizen or not.” Another supporter, Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-N.H.) also declared that the bill is needed because “America is part of the battlefield.”

The senators pushing the indefinite detention proposal have made their goals very clear that they want an okay for a worldwide military battlefield, that even extends to your hometown.

Part of an Ongoing Trend

While this is shocking, it is not occurring in a vacuum. Indeed, it is part of a 30 year-long process of militarization inside our borders and a destruction of the American concepts of limited government and separation of powers.

An article in the Army Times reveals that the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team will be redeployed from Iraq to domestic operations within the United States.
The unit will soon be under the day-to-day control of US Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command. The Army Times reports this new mission marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to Northern Command. The paper says the Army unit may be called upon to help with “civil unrest” and “crowd control”.
The soldiers are learning to use so-called “nonlethal weapons” designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals and crowds.
This violates posse comitatus and the Constitution. But, hey, we’re in a “national emergency”, so who cares, right?
(We’re still in a declared state of national emergency).
I noted a couple of months later:
Everyone knows that deploying 20,000 troops on U.S. soil violates Posse Comitatus and the Constitution.
And everyone understands that staging troops within the U.S. to “help out with civil unrest and crowd control” increases the danger of overt martial law.
But no one is asking an obvious question: Does the government’s own excuse for deploying the troops make any sense?
Other Encroachments On Civil Rights Under Obama
As bad as Bush was, the truth is that, in many ways, freedom and constitutional rights are under attack even more than during the Bush years.
For example:
Obama has presided over the most draconian crackdown on leaks in our history — even more so than Nixon.
As Marjorie Cohen – professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and past president of the National Lawyers Guild – writes at the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy:
Army Pfc. Bradley Manning, who is facing court-martial for leaking military reports and diplomatic cables to WikiLeaks, is being held in solitary confinement in Quantico brig in Virginia. Each night, he is forced to strip naked and sleep in a gown made of coarse material. He has been made to stand naked in the morning as other inmates walked by and looked. As journalist Lance Tapley documents in his chapter on torture in the supermax prisons in The United States and Torture, solitary confinement can lead to hallucinations and suicide; it is considered to be torture. Manning’s forced nudity amounts to humiliating and degrading treatment, in violation of U.S. and international law.
Nevertheless, President Barack Obama defended Manning’s treatment, saying, “I’ve actually asked the Pentagon whether or not the procedures . . . are appropriate. They assured me they are.” Obama’s deference is reminiscent of President George W. Bush, who asked “the most senior legal officers in the U.S. government” to review the interrogation techniques. “They assured me they did not constitute torture,” Bush said.

After State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley criticized Manning’s conditions of confinement, the White House forced him to resign. Crowley had said the restrictions were “ridiculous, counterproductive and stupid.” It appears that Washington is more intent on sending a message to would-be whistleblowers than on upholding the laws that prohibit torture and abuse.

Torture is commonplace in countries strongly allied with the United States. Vice President Omar Suleiman, Egypt’s intelligence chief, was the lynchpin for Egyptian torture when the CIA sent prisoners to Egypt in its extraordinary rendition program. A former CIA agent observed, “If you want a serious interrogation, you send a prisoner to Jordan. If you want them to be tortured, you send them to Syria. If you want someone to disappear – never to see them again – you send them to Egypt.” In her chapter in The United States and Torture, New Yorker journalist Jane Mayer cites Egypt as the most common destination for suspects rendered by the United States.
As I pointed out in March:
Former constitutional law teacher Glenn Greenwald says that – in his defense of state secrecy, illegal spying, preventative detention, harassment of whistleblowers and other issues of civil liberties – Obama is even worse than Bush.
Indeed, Obama has authorized “targeted assassinations” against U.S. citizens. Even Bush didn’t openly do something so abhorrent to the rule of law.
Obama is trying to expand spying well beyond the Bush administration’s programs. Indeed, the Obama administration is arguing that citizens should never be able to sue the government for illegal spying.
Obama’s indefinite detention policy is an Orwellian nightmare, which will create more terrorists.
Furthermore – as hard as it is for Democrats to believe – the disinformation and propaganda campaigns launched by Bush have only increased under Obama. See this and this.
And as I pointed out last year:
According to Department of Defense training manuals, protest is considered “low-level terrorism”. And see this, this and this.
An FBI memo also labels peace protesters as “terrorists”.

A 2003 FBI memo describes protesters’ use of videotaping as an “intimidation” technique, even though – as the ACLU points out – “Most mainstream demonstrators often use videotape during protests to document law enforcement activity and, more importantly, deter police from acting outside the law.” The FBI appears to be objecting to the use of cameras to document unlawful behavior by law enforcement itself.
The Internet has been labeled as a breeding ground for terrorists, with anyone who questions the government’s versions of history being especially equated with terrorists.
Government agencies such as FEMA are allegedly teaching that the Founding Fathers should be considered terrorists.
The government is also using anti-terrorism laws to keep people from learning what pollutants are in their own community. See this, this, this and this.
Claims of “national security” are also used to keep basic financial information – such as who got bailout money – secret. That might not bode for particularly warm and friendly treatment for someone persistently demanding the release of such information.
The state of Missouri tried to label as terrorists current Congressman Ron Paul and his supporters, former Congressman Bob Barr, libertarians in general, anyone who holds gold, and a host of other people.
And according to a law school professor and former president of the National Lawyers Guild, pursuant to the Military Commissions Act:
Anyone who … speaks out against the government’s policies could be declared an “unlawful enemy combatant” and imprisoned indefinitely. That includes American citizens.
Obama has refused to reverse these practices.

There Is Still a Chance to Stop It

The ACLU notes that there is some hope:

But there is a way to stop this dangerous legislation. Sen. Mark Udall (D-Colo.) is offering the Udall Amendment that will delete the harmful provisions and replace them with a requirement for an orderly Congressional review of detention power. The Udall Amendment will make sure that the bill matches up with American values.

The solution is the Udall Amendment; a way for the Senate to say no to indefinite detention without charge or trial anywhere in the world where any president decides to use the military. Instead of simply going along with a bill that was drafted in secret and is being jammed through the Senate, the Udall Amendment deletes the provisions and sets up an orderly review of detention power. It tries to take the politics out and put American values back in.

Trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together again

It becomes a very difficult task to try and look back on ones life to try and understand why a certain set of circumstances have unfolded as they have. Not to mention understanding what set it all in motion to begin with. All we do and all we perceive as possible corrective measures in our life when a slight tweaking is needed all comes from the same place. That place deep within us where we make the decisions of what is right and what is wrong for our lives. That place where we rationalize the decisions we make because of our view of what our world should or must be. How many of us truly look around to assess that world and verify if it is indeed what we want and not what we have been programmed to want and expect?

In my case I remember a new position heralded as a great thing for we were convinced that our talent was greatly appreciated. That we had been chosen for our talent and our aptitude. Our desire to truly help others and make a difference. As well as our desire to excel in what we do. The rigors of the position, the responsibilities lain on our shoulders was a heavy burden to say the least. We were told we had been chosen for a reason and they were confident we would excel. The expectations, the rhetoric spoon fed us on a daily basis was more than many could handle. Some folded before the 6 weeks of training were up. Those of us who stayed understood the difficulty of finding a good paying job and so we did what we had to do to survive and make it through this as yet unidentified rat’s maze..

The stress had taken it’s toll. Most of us were stressed beyond words and we all hated the job with a passion. The more we were exposed to what the job truly entailed the more we understood that it was all a lie. We were not there to make a difference, we were there to fill seats and meet quotas. It was never about helping the customer it was about damage control. Yet never going beyond the petty arsenal of inconsequential band aids for proverbial open wounds we had been given to make things right. Gift cards and bogus protection agreements for appliances that did not function properly, or arrived damaged 3 out of 4 times. Technical service that never arrived or was constantly rescheduled due to lack of personnel or overbooked schedules. Families with small children or Elderly with no working refrigerators and no hope of service or repair for another 3 weeks. Washers that had been taken apart and wrong parts ordered or placed on back order. That limbo where they cannot tell you when it will ship. They cannot tell you when it will be available and therefore can never tell you when your appliance will be repaired. This elusive manufacturer that says the parts are not available, who are responsible for making the part that has been ordered. However are unable to tell one when it will be available or if it will ever be available.

To these situations we were “Management Empowered” armed with gift cards or product discounts on a next purchase of course, never on the offending appliance in question. Never anything that would make sense to the customers immediate problem. Like vultures feeding off the reputation the Company had built for a very long time yet no longer possesses. A reputation for standing behind everything they sold. Honor bound to their dedication to the customer that so loyally stayed and continued to do business with them. They had grown to respect and admire this company for their business ethics. Not understanding that the company they had once known. The company their Parents had been loyal to for so many years had been purchased by a sub standard company who cared nothing about Honor, nor their commitment to their customers or the products they sold. Brand Loyalty was the battle cry on the floor. The Honorable Company name purchased to be used as a shield to hide their true identities. Like thieves in the dark always undercover so as not to be discovered.

You never learn this from the outside however, it is something only an insider is privy to. The rotten inner workings of a company who’s sole purpose is the bottom line and those who help them achieve it. Profit before people, honor or ethics. False empathy quotas and requirements shoved down our throats and held over our heads on a daily basis. All lies to justify the web of lies already underway. We all, unwitting accessories to the crimes already being perpetrated against an unsuspecting public. The dread of the phones, the dread of more lies, the screaming and recrimination. Being called the arm of Corporate Greed. The outright accusations of being a thief and an enabler. A facilitator for thieves to get away with their crimes. When all one is trying to do is feed ones family and pay one’s bills. Yes , at a job we hated. Yes, at a job that made us sick to our stomachs. Yes, at a job that made us feel vile.

We look around at the veterans of this organization and can see the lack of care. The cold hard reality that they will admit to only a select few. They have reached a point where the empathy is that which the company requires in their quotas and they have learned to manufacture it so the reviewers will give them adequate numbers so they can move on to the next call. Or the next better higher paying position. They would just as soon say no to a 7 month pregnant woman stressing because she has children in her home and the refrigerator is not cooling. She cannot keep milk for the babies. They must eat out because all their food has gone bad waiting for service. Or the Elderly woman who has insulin that needs to be refrigerated and has no protection agreement so is considered a cash call and a nuisance that must be dealt with albeit not happily because they are not profit generators. Both are viewed and treated in the very same manner. With cold disregard for their human condition. Without compassion for their individual stories. Both are told they will have to wait for service for as long as it takes because that is how it is. There will be no one else available and no one will be paid overtime to help them with their problem.

They do not count , they do not matter and are fed the same canned empathy that everyone else receives. …..” We understand how frustrating it must be for you to have a refrigerator that isn’t working” …… “We understand how important a refrigerator is in a household with children or for your medication. We understand and we sympathize, however”………….. The biggest joke being that we were expected to make the customer feel as if they had been helped when in fact we had done absolutely nothing for their plight. Being penalized in our numbers and rating when obviously the customer was not happy with the outcome, because there was nothing that could be done aside from the gift card or future purchase band aid. However, it was our job to sell it as a remedy somehow. Our job to convince the customer that an answer was at hand for their troubles when none was forthcoming.

Day in and day out. Week in and week out. Nothing changes, the stories are all the same and we continue to perpetuate the problem and the lies for a paycheck. We continue to apply the measly band aids to open gaping sores. Where does one draw the line to what one will do for a paycheck? Where does one’s self respect and self worth kick in to say “Enough”? Where does the human body and the human psyche put it’s proverbial foot down and say ,”I have had quite enough!”

Does one snap? Does one simply walk away? Does one continue to do what every fiber of ones being is rejecting?

Nightly fevers that continue for weeks. Progressing to fevers that now affect me during the day. Causing my thinking to be unclear. Causing me to not be on the ball while performing my job. All the while working to make it better. Using positive affirmations. Changing the energy around me from negative to positive. Willing only good calls to come my way with customers who were calm , kind and understanding. Having success and actually seeing in real time the difference my intentions and positive affirmations were making in the calls that I was receiving. My calls became calmer with customers who were more understanding of the situation and my inability to truly make a difference aside from caring and trying to help. Inadequate to say the least……….

To be running fevers and to try and make management understand that I cannot function with a fever. That I was no good to them that way and I needed to rest. I understood I would not get paid and that was fine. No one gets paid for not working ( at least not those who really work for a living). I was stonewalled and told that if I went home for whatever reason I would be penalized. That the best I could hope for was voluntary time off to be issued perhaps 2 hours before the end of my shift so I could go home early. No medical coverage for a year . Only this petty little facsimile of a health coverage that could be purchased temporarily until coverage kicked in a year later.

A team manager had recently had a sore throat and was sent home for 3 days to avoid anyone else getting sick. So with my recent experience with fevers and penalties for leaving early I could quite easily come to the conclusion that the health they were concerned about was never the Agent on the floor. But rather the management staff. They mattered and we were just part of the unwashed masses that no one cared about.

My psyche put it’s foot down…………..

I went home with a fever of 102 almost delirious. The heat in the palms of my hands and behind my eyeballs so intense it burned literally. My head was spacey I was coherent and yet not. I went to bed hoping that getting some rest would help my body to start to mend. For 4 hours I was delirious and yet curiously no longer warm to the touch. The fever had disappeared and what remained was truly alarming to me. There was nothing but blackness with flashes of pictures now and then. For the most part nothing but blackness and deep silence. I felt as I was drifting on a black sea of nothingness. No sensations , no sounds just floating on the nothingness. When finally I awoke from my journey to the abyss there was barely any memory. All that I remember today has been painstakingly analyzed and pieced together from conversations with my children and bits and pieces I remember or come back to me at random

I find myself a stranger in my own life. The life of the woman I was or thought myself to be. Part of me still lost in that abyss. Strange sensation to know that one exists in the here and now , but feels as if part of one is very far away on another plane of existence. I had been changed somehow and for some purpose completely unknown to me. What was the purpose?……….. Who was I really?………. How would this affect the way I coexist with others?………. I do not even feel as if I am the same person. There is a detachment from this body from this present existence that had never been there. The life force and intensity has always been there at the forefront. A very intricate part of who I was. Yet, here I was and none of that mattered anymore. The only thing I was sure of was that I was no longer the same person I was before. Not better not worse , just different. My compassion is still the same. My need for justice and fair play also still intact. What no longer exists in me is the need to be part of this world and the everyday mundane. I can no longer be part of the cruelty and apathy that becomes so prevalent in our day to day lives. If I cannot be part of the solution I will not be part of the problem.

There resides within me now a quiet , calm understanding that this is a world I have created for myself. The change in vibratory level that I wanted so badly. That I worked so hard for has brought me peace. Not peace as I had envisioned, but peace nonetheless.. I have found it very difficult to bring my thoughts out of the far off abyss to become tangible and accessible. It was very difficult for me to formulate ideas and actually give them enough fluidity to actually give them life and communicate them properly. My spelling has suffered tremendously and the speed at which I was able to discern has suffered a great deal as well. I was quick and very good at expressing my thoughts no matter how complex they may have been. I have lost that and am not sure if I will every regain what I had. It is as if I have been forced to slow down so I could better see what goes on around me instead of being 3 steps ahead of the game as the business world teaches us to be.

I find myself now wondering at the simplest of things viewing things as if seeing them for the very first time. My journey has begun in a very strange way. I look for literature that can help me understand what has happened to me and I have found nothing. So my inner journey continues trying to be human again and connected in some way to all that which surrounds me. It is a strange new world for me in so many ways. Those who have sent your love and your positive intentions have made a very big impact in this new life of mine. For it has reinforced that which lives so vibrantly within me. Love and the connection we have to one another. I feel that with every fiber of my being. Thank you all for the love you have shared with me.

I feel that I have changed something inside myself and now I must rediscover who I am and what my place in this world really is. I would have liked it to be a more clear an concise discovery. However, perhaps in my case I recognize that logic and my analytic nature needed to be bypassed and so it has been………….

an idea came to me about a water filter, which may be of interest

I may be wrong posting this here but am happy to transfer it to another part of the forum anyhow, let me know by all means

basically the idea has just occurred about those large 50 gallon water butts many of us have, mine are thirty gallon I think. any how, one idea I have is to make one or more of them into water filters using charcoal sand and gravel. there is no reason why a water spout from a roof cannot run into one of these and then the barrel is loaded with layers of the three filtering materials. how you do this is up to you, but basically you need a raised part of the barrel I would say about six inches or more above the level of the spigot. then build your layers. Put the whole thing on a stillage first. By using aluminum or brass gauze as a separation means, proceed to layer the barrel with charcoal gravel and sand, using horticultural grade material as this has no poisons in it.

now the idea is this will always be working when it rains and thus water is always being filtered.

now, another idea is to have a hosepipe run from the spigot of the barrel to yet another clean container where it an be collected the next stage if course is t run the water through a big berkey water filter with ceramic elements. now in reply to another persons comments as to what is a big berkey, first big berkey is not a cattle rancher from Texas!!! the stainless steel container is made by British Berkefield, and the ceramic filters inside are made by Royal Doulton. hence big berkey.

I will give some links maybe tomorrow where these filters can be bought in the states.

make sure there is a bit of bleach on the secondary storage barrel or whatever container you use. But don't put water with bleach in it through a big berkey, after maybe.

RADIATION STORM AND CME ALERT: A solar radiation storm is in progress around Earth. At the moment, the storm is classified as minor, which means it has little effect on Earth other than to disturb HF radio transmissions at high latitudes. Energetic protons, which make up the bulk of the storm, were accelerated in our direction earlier today by shock waves in a CME racing away from the sun at about 1000 km/s (2.2 million mph). is this what they have been up to, planning, maybe following orders from at least the last two Bilderburg meetings? Or from the illuminati council of thirteen families if we are to believe this exists? So, one question, if social collapse is feared and expected and contingencies are planned for this, is Nibiru that far away accepting the premise that all the wars and social problems are created on purpose in order to bring about a state of control over the masses before the real flack begins to fly? Alas, we can only speculate. One more speculation. If the above is the case, might it not be that whilst social collapse ensues they will engage in wars in parallel with the social unrest. , the Middle east will go up in flames, and maybe south east Asia? So, if the countries are in such turmoil will this be used as a counter force to the normal checks and balances that would limit military action? if emergency powers are brought in in any country then the parliaments may be shackled even more , from exerting control over the executive branch. A defacto dictatorship.

A lawsuit was filed today (November 23rd US time) that could end the secret government that has ruled Western civilization for at least the past 300 years. The lawsuit claims that close to $1 trillion was stolen by, among others, UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon and the UN, former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and the Italian government, Giancarlo Bruno and the Davos World Economic forum and others believed to include many of the owners of the US Federal Reserve Board. The lawsuit was filed in New York by Neil Keenan, acting as representative of the Dragon family, a reclusive group of wealthy Asian families. This filing is the result of extensive evidence gathering by international police and law-enforcement agencies including Interpol, the CIA, the Japanese Security Police, Eastern European secret services and has the backing of the Pentagon as well as the armed forces of Russia and China.

The ultimate defendants in this legal action are believed to be the same cabal behind the assassination of US President John F. Kennedy and many other major international crimes.

This particular lawsuit was triggered by the illegal detainment of two Japanese citizens, Akihiko Yamaguchi and Mitsuyoshi Watanabe, as well as the seizure of $134.5 billion in bonds they were holding in Italy on June 3, 2009. After the bonds were stolen, self-described 33rd degree Freemason Leo Zagami contacted this writer and said the Monte Carlo P2 Masonic lodge could cash the bonds with the help of Vatican banker Daniel Dal Bosco. This writer forwarded the information, via a member of the UK Royal family, to the dragon family who entrusted a further $1 trillion worth of similar bonds to the plaintiff Neil Keenan. Keenan then, after much negotiation, entrusted the bonds to Dal Bosco.

Dal Bosco subsequently absconded with the bonds and was followed 24-hours a day by various intelligence service agents to see what he would do with them. The Dal Bosco trail led to the Davos World forum, the UN, the Italian government and the Vatican, among other places. Following this, Keenan was approached by a who's who of powerful figures including top Vatican officials, Wall Street bankers, European nobles and former US presidents, most offering him astronomical bribes to go away. He was also poisoned with ricin and nearly killed.

According to Keenan "The roots of this case go back to between 1927 and 1938, when, under arrangements made between T.V. Soong (Finance Minister of China) and Henry Morgethau, Secretary of the Treasury, The United States Government purchased some 50 million ounces of silver and leased vast amounts of gold from the Nationalist Chinese Government, known as Kuomintang. For all the treasure handed in, certificates were given to those who surrendered their precious metals."

Many of the bonds seized by Dal Bosco are backed with the Chinese gold taken by the Federal Reserve Board during those years and never returned to its legal owners.

Other bonds seized were Kennedy bonds. These bonds were backed by gold held in trust for the people of the planet and were supposed to be used to finance the economic development of the world. Instead they have mostly been stolen and misused by members of the cabal that has seized control of the Western financial system on behalf of private interests.

The original signatory to the Kennedy bonds was former Indonesian President Soekarno. Soekarno's heir Dr. Seno Edy Soekanto has given Keenan power of attorney to return their rightful owners the Kennedy bonds and other property allocated to the people of the world via something known as the global collateral accounts.

The lawsuit is only the first salvo in a legal battle to restore control of the global financial system to the people and governments of the world as well as the rightful owners of historical assets that have been seized by members of the banking cartel.

The entire cause of the problem.

The United States is a private corporation owned by the British Crown (Rothschild's), the Bank of England (Rothschild's) and the Vatican (Rothschild's again). It was previously called the Virginia Company until 3/9/33 when it was dissolved by Roosevelt under the Emergency Banking Act. On 5/5/33 Congress elected to dissolve the Gold Standard and Sovereign Authority of the U.S. and all of its official capacities including government offices, departments and officers. The U.S. is a corporation, not a nation. The Federal Reserve is neither Federal, nor a Reserve. It is a private counterfeiting organization run by Jewish bankers who lend the money they print out of thin air at interest while we keep on paying these criminals to fleece the People.

That technology of theft and deception that has been exported from the United States through their promotion of this fraud as the paradigm of global finance is an obscenity that has set the seeds of its own destruction.

This has been compounded by the refusal of ordinary people to realize,know and understand that it is the duplicity of Governments and the deceit and endless greed of bankers that combined to simply fleece them like the apathetic sheep they are. Apathy and ignorance of the truth, creates belief in the lie. The truth is self-evident, but most people choose to neither hear it nor understand it. The debts of the Federal Reserve are the debts of a private corporation that is robbing the people of the United States.

The United States Dollar is a Federal Reserve Note and the obligations against the currency are the obligations of the Federal Reserve, not the people of the United States.

Understanding the History

1. Between 1927 and 1938, under arrangements made between T.V.Soong (Finance Minister of China) and Henry Morgethau, Secretary of the Treasury, The United States Government purchased some 50 million ounces of silver and leased vast amounts of gold from the Nationalist Chinese Government, known as Kuomintang. During this period China was partly occupied by Japanese troops and there was the fear of China being overrun by the Japanese.

2. For all the treasure handed in, certificates were given to those who surrendered their precious metals. The surrendered precious metals and gemstones were sent to the United States under a lease agreement made between T.V. Soong and Henry Morgenthau. The Certificates became the underlying funds of the Kuomintang and were good and accepted securities.

3. In 1934 a new Securities Act was promulgated in the United States, together with the Gold Act, which required all bullion gold and gold coin to be surrendered to the Federal Reserve, a private corporation chartered to operate as the Central Bank of the United States and to be the issuer of the currency known as the United States Dollar.

4. Domestically owned gold was purchased. Foreign Gold held by the Treasury was also surrendered to the Federal Reserve, so, was leased to the Federal Reserve. This began the series 1934 Notes issued by the Federal Reserve. These have never been redeemed and the interest cost was met by further issuances of the 1934 series FRN's.

5. These 1934 FRN's guarantee the lease payments and to allow the Chinese Government to continue financially. These came under the control of the Kuomintang, the Nationalist Government in China from whom the Gold had been received. Many were left in China when the Kuomintang had to flee to Taiwan. The Gold had been nationalized by the Kuomintang who moved much of the FRN's (but not all) to Taiwan which was built on these notes. These Notes were the underlying wealth of Taiwan and they were good for value as they were backed by gold.

6. During the war in China, most owners of the depository notes issued by Chinese Banks were killed by the Japanese, others later being killed by both the Kuomintang and the Chinese Communists, thus the Gold became property of the Nation, especially so, the Kuomintang. In Europe, Jews who had owned wealth were stripped of that wealth through various means and were then eliminated. The gold was taken either by stealth or by force, that is a reality of history.

7. The Kuomintang appointed guardians of this Gold and the securities issued by the United States; they are euphemistically known as the Dragon Family. The Dragon Family is in fact an organization that operates between old families within China and Taiwan, and as such is above the political divide of the two independent Chinese Governments. Chinese are remarkable in this regard, that old family ties and functions supersede political arrangements which, though they might last for generations, are regarded as inconsequential over the passage of time to most Chinese. Attached to this is the wealth of several nations. The United States in support of the Kuomintang and resistance groups actually printed more of these FRN notes inside China itself. These operations were run by the CIA to buy loyalty of various factions in the fight against the communists, eventually being driven out into Burma around 1960. Largely due to the additional printing of these notes, the additional Notes were given in lieu of interest, but directed to specific persons and parties.

8. At the end of the World War II, with Communist and Kuomintang factions at war in China, the International Community and the Chinese assented to the Gold being placed under the overt control of Indonesian President Soekarno. Soekarno then, on August 17, 1945, came to be known as M1 under United Nations Approval No. MISA 81704 "Operation Heavy Freedom. This was because much of the world's gold had been delivered into Indonesia and the Philippines. Canada, Australia, Great Britain, India and other British Colonies sent their gold to the so called "impregnable Singapore" The Japanese, as per the arrangements agreed to by Hirohito in the 1921 Pact Between Nations made in London, delivered much of this gold to Indonesia (Then a Dutch Colony) and to Philippines (Then a US Colony) into secret bunkers that had been mostly constructed by the Japanese between 1924 and 1945. This is why the Allied troops in Malaya had no air cover or sufficient supplies to that would have allowed them to resist the Japanese. Singapore had to fall so most of the global wealth could be "lost" into a secret system that made the gold standard redundant and fiat currencies a reality.

This gold was documented into accounts through the Swiss Commercial Bank Union Bank of Switzerland, placed under protection of the Swiss Attorney General, registered through the Swiss National Bank into the Bank for International Settlements International Collateral Combined accounts and then from within the BIS, blocked to form the Institutional Parent Registration Accounts of the Federal Reserve System.

Later President Marcos of the Philippines was appointed and held the position of M1 until 1987 and then the position was transferred to Dr. Ray C. Dam, in October of 1987, under Legal Decadency to Heir RCD1087 Far East Entire with formal Power of Attorney and Assignment of Indonesian Assets signed by Sarinah Soetiwi (holder of the assets on behalf of the Nation of Indonesia as assigned by President Soekarno) in 1992, Dam's authority later promulgated January 20, 1995. Dam proved to be impossible for the entire system to work with, (either because he refused to allow those who placed him in authority to steal, or because of his personal arrogance. Difficult to know which is correct) and his authority over the Institutional parent registration Accounts set aside and the system reverted to the three Nations who had controlled these accounts since World war II, United States, Great Britain and France, who systematically and illegally subverted the established system since 1996.

9. From this we can see that there are two functional operations. One was ownership and Depository control by the owners of the Gold and the other a control system set in place to administer and control the Collateral Combined Accounts as an independent Arbiter. Ownership rights are held by the signatory to the Depository Accounts in Commercial Banks and Control Rights have been held by M1.

10. So it was, that the entire world supply of bullion and coinage gold was withdrawn and fiat currencies became the order of the day. However, underneath the notes and money issued by the Federal Reserve was the underlying wealth within a centralized system that Nations was intended to be used equitably, but Bankers determined they would use to raid national economies.

11. In 1963, President John F. Kennedy entered into an Agreement with President Soekarno to provide the funds to allow the United States Treasury to print its own currency, thus subverting the "right" to print the currency held by the Federal Reserve. The Agreement would have transferred some 59,000 tons of gold to underpin this currency. The problem with this was that the US domestic currency would have then been backed by gold which would have been a violation of international agreements meant to stabilize currencies. 11 days after signing this agreement, President Kennedy was assassinated. President Johnson the suspended EO11110 as issued by Kennedy and transferred the bullion to the Federal Reserve. The Green Hilton Agreement was not implemented until 1968 when Soekarno fell from office and when Global Trade made it imperative that the world have a Global Currency. As the Gold had been transferred to the US Treasury in 1968, a series of Bonds known as Kennedy Bonds were issued in order to honor the terms of the Green Hilton Agreement made between Kennedy and Soekarno, the 1968 terms of the gold delivery to the United States being different than made in 1934. When after 30 years, interest had not been paid as promised, a reissue of the bonds in an increased number were issued as commemorative notes and were accepted by the owners of the Gold, the Dragon Family.

12. From copies of Bank documents received by Neil Keenan, within the Green Hilton Memorial Agreement, the funds the amounts of gold and platinum are specified. These amounts of gold are certificated and the certificates and ledger copies with full and exact identification and recognition codes are available. These certificates are further proven by the bank reports, copies of which are now held by Neil Keenan. The truth of these instruments can be vigorously defended through documentation in our hands and further through interrogation of the Black Screens where the off ledger collateral is held, together with an interrogation of the grey and blue screens where we will find enormous fraud from the illegal use of these assets.

13. In the few documents we present with this complaint we can see that the assets have been deposited, the counter-assets created and presented to the depositors, the depositors have been cheated for over 70 years through the intentional and fraudulent failure of the Obligor to honor the Agreements.

14. In recent weeks we have come into possession of the books and records of the late President Soekarno, and all the codes and ledgers of the Global Accounts. The size of these accounts can be seen by reviewing the Collective Agreement between the Garuda Memorial Hilton Indonesia and the Green Memorial Hilton Geneva, established, structured and made operational between 1961 and final signature in 1972. Under this Agreement the assets of the international collateral combined were established and brought forward, then, within a short period of time misused to change the operating systems of banks.

15. Reviewing these books, we can now see that Banks set aside the notion of operating under the Charters they hold as banks, instead of being Banks they became like very poor casino operators and traders, selling what they do not own. The records in our possession, signed and registered by the receiving and managing commercial bank, show the underlying funds in numbers and amounts that stagger the imagination. The Green Hilton and Garuda Memorial Agreements demonstrate clearly the value of the global account system.

Both Assets in the form of Bullion surrendered to the Global Accounts through the United States Government and then entrusted to a private corporation, the Federal Reserve System.
