NASA models using data from the Solar Terrestrial Relations Observatory (STEREO) and the Solar Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) have now provided more information about the two Coronal Mass Ejections (CME) associated with the two March 6 flares.

Such a CME could result in a severe geomagnetic storm, causing aurora at low latitudes,
with possible disruption to:

- high frequency radio communication
- global positioning systems (GPS)
- power grids.

The models also predict that the leading edge of the first CME will reach Earth at about 1:25 AM EST on the morning of March 8 (plus or minus 7 hours) and the event may last 3 days.

The first CME is traveling faster than 1300 miles per second; the second more than 1100 miles per second.

NASA's models predict that the CMEs will impact both Earth and Mars, as well as pass by several NASA spacecraft.

'The Montgomery County (Texas) Sheriff’s Office had a big day planned. After becoming the first department in the country with its own aerial drone ($300,000!), they were ready for a nice photo op.

It would be a good idea to shut down all unnecessary electronics tonight, particularly computers and other logical devices. If we get hit with an extreme geomagnetic storm it could rearrange some bits on the hard drives and memory cards and cause things to act screwy.

Nibiru is a comet swarm, not a planet. Mathematical projections (from Ice Cores) indicates that it will pass through the inner solar system by the end of 2015. Russian sources suggest by 2014. ET alien sources suggest it will threaten Earth ~7 Sep. 2012. Some of this swarm's meteorites have already struck (Sep. to Nov. 2010). The 'leading edge' meteors appear to be devoid of volatiles but became noticeable (within a few months of predictions) when heated by the Sun's heliosphere. The main threat could be detected ~March/April 2012. This threat, coming DURING 2012 (with all its hype), has been hidden from us in plain sight.

Nibiru is a comet swarm, not a planet, in a comet-like orbit. This 'planet' concept is intended to steer scientists away from investigating the Nibiru phenomena.

The first one is the most stunning as it implies a 'meager' event in 2010. That occurred just before and after the 12 Nov. G20 meeting. DATA SUPPORTING THE EXISTENCE OF VULCAN AND NIBIRU

Our solar system contains an ultra tiny Brown Dwarf star we have dubbed Vulcan. It generates comet swarms by drawing Kuiper belt objects out of their Kuiper belt orbit and sends some in Sun Grazing comet-like orbits. They break up due to gravitational stresses when rounding the Sun forming comet swarms or comet clusters. These swarms are in 3:2 resonate orbit with Vulcan meaning that they frequently revisit the inner solar system. See Figure 1. There are usually comet collisions with Earth when they pass by. These comet impact events was well known to the ancient Egyptians.

Forbes may have found it in 1880 and its orbital period has been verified (4967.7 +/- 8.14 years).

CONSEQUENSES OF A COMET IMPACT

The Bible is full impact warnings, especially from Christ. The late Sir Fred Hoylehas said that comet or large meteorite impacts cause an Ice Age:

"Together with disease, the next ice age ranks as the biggest danger to which we as individuals are exposed. The next Ice Age is not specific problem of the distant future. The causative agent, the strike of a giant meteorite, could happen at any time.

The risk of the next Ice Age is not just the biggest of the risks that we run. It is a risk that would hopelessly compromise the future. Besides wiping out a considerable fraction of those now alive, it would leave a wan, grey future from which the survivors and their descendants could do nothing to escape. It would be a condition that might last 50,000 years or more, a future in which the prospects for mankind would be much less favourable than they are today. This is why our modern generation must take action to avoid catastrophe, an ultimate catastrophe besides which the problems that concern people, media and governments from day to day are quite trivial."

Even tiny exploding fireballs over the North Atlantic during Nov. 2010 almost caused a little Ice Age in the UK and Northern Europe. A 300 meter comet can initiate a regular Ice Age in as little as ten years. Past Ice Age conditions offer a clue as to what to anticipate from such an impact. Europe fairs much worse than North America. Russia turns into a polar desert and the rest of Europe turns into Tundra or Dry Steppe. See Figure 2.

Russia's people would have to move to warmer regions, or left to die. Figure 2 indicates there may not much of those warmer regions in Europe and Africa is not much better. In the Southern Hemisphere, the Patagonian Ice Sheet covered the whole southern third of Chile and adjacent areas of Argentina. On the western side of the Andes the ice sheet reached sea level as far north as in the 41 degrees south at Chacao Channel. In northern China – unglaciated despite its cold climate – a mixture of grassland and tundra prevailed, and even here, the northern limit of tree growth was at least twenty degrees further south than today. Permafrost covered Asia down to Beijing. Thus, the Russian (and Chinese people) would have to be conditioned for a catastrophic cosmic event, and apparently they are.

The Russian media is suggesting that there might be a cosmic event in 2012. There is confusion that the 'Nibiru' being discussed is a planet. This theory is woven into the presentation so that mass panic will not ensue because the scientific community will not support the 'Nibiru is a planet' theory. Nevertheless, a surprising amount of related accurate information is presented that indicates others know about this comet threat and have preformed an independent analysis.

A warning has also come from another source. It is a current alien warning in the form of two Crop Circles (made in 1995 and 2008), both of which warn of an impending cosmic event. ET aliens have the means to accurate ly monitor swarms of meteors on their space ships and the ability to form crop circles with minor modifications to their existing equipment. The 2008 Avebury Manor crop circle, formed 15 July 2008 near Wilts, England, is shown in Figure 3. While this is one of the 2008 Crop Circles, it is very suspicious that it is no longer carried in the "Pictures Of Crop Circles In 2008" and even more worrisome that disinformation was added on 22 July. This crop circle is a 'cartoon' representation of a three dimensional astronomical situation in which an 'anomalous object' is approaching the inner solar system.

The Avebury Manor crop circle shows planetary alignments occurring on 21 Dec. 2012 including an anomalous object between the orbits of Uranus and Saturn. Thus, this crop circle is thought to be related to a Dec 21-23 2012 event. See: Avebury Manor Crop Circle- 2012 and Nibiru: Part 1.

The heliocentric longitude of anomalous object is between Uranus and Neptune, and, based on our prior analysis of the 1995 T367 Crop Circle, depicts the heliocentric longitude of Earth's Orbit where Earth will be threatened. See Planetary Heliocentric Longitudes 2012

• Uranus = 7^o
• Neptune = 332^o

The unknown object appears to located about 38.4% of the way from Neptune going towards Uranus:332^o + ~13.4^o = 345.4^o This is thought to represent the location (date) when the comet swarm will intersect Earth's orbit - 7 September. Debris leading this comet swarm has already impacted Earth. Comet fragments, fireballs, grazed Earth's atmosphere on 5 & 7 Sept. 2010with some impacting Colombia. This went unreported by the Main Stream Media. Apparently, Earth's gravity caught some fragments as fireballs returned again on 7 Nov. 2010 (Southern China) and on 12 to 15 Nov. 2010 (North Atlantic Ocean).

The leading and tailing of the comet swarm can be determined from the orbits in the crop circle. The Greys use a binary scale to indicate distance Four objects seem to be depicted in the comet cluster. The distances shown on the Avebury crop circle are logarithmic distance between the orbits of Saturn and Uranus. Three models have been used to compute these distances. The result is: Leading Edge 11.87 or 12.38 AU, and Trailing Edge 15.71 or 16.71 AU based on the crop circle formation date of 07/15/2008.

The comet swarm will be leaving 1 AU from the Sun from about mid 2011 to about early 2013. The direct threat, only during 7 Sep. (+/- 6 days), is believed to be during 2012 and not 2011 because the planetary configuration in the Avebury Crop Circle is for late December 2012. If the comets are trapped in a near Earth orbit, they could impact Earth a few months later. Thus, assuming this crop circle is truly alien generated, it indicates that They Think the main threat is during around 7 Sep. 2012. Using a typical approaching comet with a 222 AU semi major axis gives the following timeline of events. See List 1:

Now we see why the aliens did not 'flag' 2011 as a threatening year.

A MAJOR 2012 WAR - Updated 15 Feb. 2012

The Webbot data seems to indicate that 2012 may be the date when a major war breaks out. This date in time synchronism with the Russian April date when Nibiru 'will be seen by the naked eye'. Moreover, the Webbot procedure did accurately predict when a war almost did break out during November 2010. On 8 and 10 November, the Chinese launched two SLBMs (Submarine Launched Ballistic Missiles) from about 30 miles off Los Angeles and New York. There was an upcoming G20 meeting scheduled for 12 November and intense small comet fragments (fireballs) caused weather changing events around 7 Nov. 2010 southern China and then again between 12 and 15 Nov. over the North Atlantic.

The Webbot source (http://halfpasthuman.com/) has not offered current graphical displays of their data. However, the followingis available:

• Data gap (discontinuity) from March 2012 to sometime in May 2013.
• When we get up to the peak of building tension about March 1st 2012, we will be around b78. We flip over into release values (r) we hit (r)216 on March 17th, or so, then on to the first of May where it's up to 3,181, and by the end of May we will be at 7,571. And before summer time is out? (r) 50,706. "that's somma bigga change, mama."
• Big effect on weather, ice (ice label). Maybe there could be alien intrusionto mitigate nuclear war. 1.289 billion deaths caused by something in March. The number is ancillary to March onward (thru April) event relative a crisis and the number repeated for 19 months (0.97 emotional support level).
• At this time, and for a period that i have reason to suspect extends to March of next year, a delicate balance exists in the planetary social body. A small number of psychopaths will end that balance with a global war of such proportions that most humans will NOT survive it.

Consider the evidence that these weather change events and related wars have been anticipated. Already, according to Randall and Schwartz, the planet is carrying a higher population than it can sustain. By 2020 'catastrophic' shortages of water and energy supply will become increasingly harder to overcome, plunging the planet into war. They warn that 8,200 years ago climatic conditions brought widespread crop failure, famine, disease and mass migration of populations that could soon be repeated.
This climate change is already underway from the 'meager' Nov. 2010 events.

Massive climate change, especially in Europe and Asia, could destroy Earth's ability to support human life. Horrific wars involving relocation could result. Unbelievably, our military is announcing that Extra Terrestrial aliens are prepared to neutralize some of the world's strategic nuclear weapons. It actually appears that the ET aliens were in a position to do exactly this during a Chinese launch of SLBM missiles off the Los Angeles coast (8 Nov. 2010). PREPARATIONS FOR IMPACT

Are some aware of an impending impact? See UFOTV Presents...: Nibiru...? - The Movie - Planet X Revealed. Preparation on the political, military and the economic fronts appear underway. Figure 2 shows an Ice Age Europe, the likely result of a major impact. Figure 5 is a similar North American depiction.

Ice covers most of Canada and a region from the northern border of Washington to Pennsylvania. Currently, boreal forest include much of Russia and the Scandinavian and Nordic countries. The boreal region covers almost 60% of Canada. The Taiga is found throughout the high northern latitudes, between the tundra, and the temperate forest, from about 50^oN to 70^oN, but with variations. Taiga regions covers most of inland Canada and Alaska as well as parts of the extreme northern continental United States. Its hard for these regions to support a large population. California and some regions along the gulf coast remain habitable. California and Arizona/Nevada get a wetter with the latter turning into grasslands.

Firstly, notice where it would be really nice to live should Ice Age conditions occur. Warmer, (and wetter) California, Nevada and Arizona seem ideal. Idaho and Ohio, may turn into tundra or iced over. The Taiga and Boreal regions and not too desirable either. The densely populated state of California is both ideal in climate and moisture and has an abundance of homes with 'underwater' mortgages. California has taken measures to prepare for this climate catastrophe.

As the thereatening comets round the Sun, most are not even seen because they have often past near the Sun. However, a few get to close to the Sun's heliosphere. The number of these should increase as the leading edge of the comet swarm reaches perihelion, about 40 days before they reach an outbound distance of Earth's orbit. List 3 is a list of these Sun diving comets for 2011. Notice that most were observed after Feb. 2011 as predicted by the Avebury Manor Crop Circle. The sundiving comet storm of mid Dec. 2010 marks the arrival of the B swarm (dubbed Nibiru by the popular media).

The mission of the SOHO,the Solar & Heliospheric Observatory, is to study the Sun from its deep core to the outer corona and the solar wind. But it is very good at detecting comets that have lost their volatiles, but are still passing through the inner solar system. Consider this example:

SUNDIVING COMET STORM - Jan. 12, 2011
"The storm began on Dec 13th and ended on the 22nd," says Karl Battams of the Naval Research Lab in Washington, DC. "During that time, the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) detected 25 comets diving into the sun. It was crazy!" Sundiving comets—a.k.a. "sun-grazers"—are nothing new. SOHO typically sees one every few days, plunging inward and disintegrating as solar heat sublimes its volatile ices. "But 25 comets in just ten days, that's unprecedented," says Battams.
SOHO excels at this kind of work. The spacecraft's coronagraph uses an opaque disk to block the glare of the sun like an artificial eclipse, revealing faint objects that no Earth-bound telescope could possibly see. Every day, amateur astronomers from around the world scrutinize the images in search of new comets. Since SOHO was launched in 1996, more than 2000 comets have been found in this way, an all-time record for any astronomer or space mission.
Battams and Knight think the comet-storm of Dec. 2010 might herald a much bigger sungrazer to come, something people could see with the naked eye, perhaps even during the day.
"It's just a matter of time," says Battams. "We know there are some big ones out there."

  More than a thousand known comets are so-called Kreutz sungrazers, a family of icy bodies that pass very near to the sun's surface on their orbits through the solar system.

The comets have been 'cooked' by frequent passages around the Sun, suggesting that they likely will not be visible until they reach perihelion or hit Earth's atmosphere.

CONCLUSIONS (Updated 23 Jan. 2012)

Schopenhauer claims: "All truth passes through three stages: (1) ridicule; (2)violent opposition; and (3) acceptance as self evident." Vulcan is the casual agent for the comet swarms that have caused major weather changes on Earth including initiating Ice Ages. The existence of Vulcan, and its comet swarms, is valid beyond a reasonable doubt (90%). Severe weather changing meteorite impacts have occurred a least 36 times in the last 15,000 years. This 'truth' is one that soon could come crashing to Earth.

A case can be made that the Pioneer, voyager and IRAS spacecraft were designed to find a brown dwarf or dead star in our outer solar system. The WISE Infrared Space Telescope "was really good at finding the darkest asteroids and comets" like "dark asteroids that may be former comets that have long since had all the ice vaporized from their exteriors, leaving them with inactive surfaces that no longer shed dust to produce tails." And now we see that SOHO is a very capable instrument at finding these 'well cooked' comets. It appears that some well funded sources are on the 'lookout' for just the kind of comets that Vulcan produces. So it is not surprising to find political, military, financial and energy resources aligned to respond to a possible impact threat.

Eleven factors indicate that we are in danger of a collapse of civilization as we know it:

• The UN Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA)to respond to possible threats to the planet from near-earth objects.
• Mathematical projection from ice core data indicate a comet swarm (Nibiru) should pass by the close of 2015.
• Media revelation of a parallel cosmic event analysis by Russia (a country most effected) indicating the 2012 - 2014 time period.
• An ET alien crop circle warning implies the swarm should pass between mid 2011 and mid 2013 and threaten Earth around 7 Sep. 2012.
• A leading component of the B - comet swarm was detected in mid Dec. 2010.
• Wars for relocation break out when humans realize the impact threat is real.
• The Webbot warnings of impending wars starting in March 2012 are consistent with the Russian 'April' Nibiru appearance date.
• Our military's unprecedented announcement of ET aliens efforts to neutralize nuclear missiles. The aliens are trying to prevent Earth from becoming a radioactive waste land.
• Unprecedented legislation that permits martial law to be called in peacetime.
• The financial manipulations and massive foreclosures of homes in the weather safe regions.
• Seizing oil rich areas so that people could stay warm until they relocate to more hospitable climates.

Could nothing more happen? Absolutely? The cosmic impacts of September and November 2010 could be the end of it. Forerunning debris in the form of a Sundiving comet storm hit the Sun in Dec. 2010. The number of Kruetz Sundiving comets has dramatically increased since then.

Our economics situation alone indicate trouble ahead in 2012 and beyond. Those who lead usmay have tipped their hand as the economic and military factors supporting the consequences of a major meteorite impact are already in play. A significant impact event could produce the following consequences:

• The Main Stream Media will do its best not to report or to under report any impact evens.
• Massive relocation (possibly wars) may occur, possibly before impact, when the threat becomes visible.
• The usual blast and tsunami effects.
• Toxic gas/vapors in localized areas, sulfur based toxins are suggested.
• Vast amounts of dust are injected into the atmosphere, dramatically cooling the Earth.
• Small coastal states/counties could be 'washed away' New countries could be carved out of the old ones.
• Meteorites (metal, stone, sulfur and both water & organic ices) may rain down on random parts of the Earth igniting fires in metropolitan areas, grass lands and forests.
• Organic ices landing in the water may make it appear to boil. Strange organic compounds may reach Earth's surface.
• Like Noah's Flood, intense rains with massive floods and spectacular mud slides follow.
• Severe global weather changes (to Ice Age like conditions) are likely to occur.
• Rapid buildup of Ice in the northern latitudes, covering much of Canada and the Northern States.
• Russia becomes a polar desert. Ice starts to cover much of Europe (The EU is close to dissolution anyway).
• Drought condition will follow plaguing the cooling Earth.
• Food production collapse as mass global starvation follows. Crimes, committed for survival, will skyrocket.
• Civil unrest occurs as the USA's military guards food shipments to China.
• Property prices in new cool regions (Europe, North and Eastern USA) will collapse. California home prices will surge.

The Remote- Viewing Experiment Disaster Score (2013: timeline A) has apparently been chose by our political and scientific leaders. Specifically, they did not recognize the existence of ET aliens and the capabilities of the Remote Viewing community. Thus, the disaster will be made measurably worse because the timelines of so many people are affected (by the many lives lost).

Nibiru may be visible to the unaided eye as early as the March - April, 2012 time frame. However as these comets/meteors have been around the Sun for many revolutions, their volatile gasses should be 'cooked off' by now. Thus, they most likely will become visible when they reach perihelion (end July 2012) The major cosmic impact threat appears to be in the 7 Sept. +/- 6 days interval for 2012. However, like the 5 to 8 September 2010 impacts/fireballs, some of the meteors may graze Earth only to return a few months later.

THE STAIRWAY

I awaken to find myself on a stairway. Above me the stairs are
brighter and of a loose form. Below me the stairs become
darker and appear to be more constricted.

I look at the stairs above me and feel a sparkle of love calling
me to climb them. But when I try, I find that an inner pull urges
me to go down the stairs below me. As I turn to look down the
stairway, fear chills my heart.

“Why would I want to go down there?” I say to myself.

"Because you already have," whispers a voice that seems to
emanate from the sparkle of love above me.

"If I have been to that place," I ask, "why would I ever want to
return?"

"You do not need to return," the voice breathes into my heart.
"You have never left."

"No, that is not possible. I feel myself only here, upon this
step."

"But you are on other steps as well. There is a ‘you’ (in fact,
there are many of ‘you’) on every step. You see, each step is
like a dimension, a plane of existence."

"If there are so many fragments of myself, why don't I know
about them?"

"Do you feel the pull from the steps beneath you?"

"Yes, I do."

"That pull is coming from the portions of your self that are lost
in the lower dimensions. They are lost because they believe
they are alone. Because you have not freed them, you believe
that you are alone."

"How can I free them when I feel as though I am lost myself?"

"Oh my one, you are not lost. You have found your higher
voice; you have found me! Your ‘lost’ fragments of self have
sent you up this stairway, like a scout, to see if there is another
way. Now you have found it. Go back and share your
experience with them."

"Please don't make me leave. I remember it down there now,
and I want to stay here."

"You shall stay where you are, just as you will stay where you
have been. You will not move; instead, you will expand."

"Expand?"

"Yes. You see yourself now as a single point of awareness.
Can you extend that awareness to imagine that you are
standing on every step?"

I close my eyes and call upon my imagination. I have always
had a vivid imagination. Oh yes, there they are. There is a
person on every step. Each one has the same amount of light
and density as the step that they are standing on. They all look
very different, but there is something about them that feels the
same, as well.

"Yes," the voice replies to my thoughts. "They all are of one
consciousness. Can you feel how you and I are the same?"

It seems difficult for me to imagine that I could be the same as
this wise and loving voice, but I close my eyes and try to make
the connection. At first all I can perceive are the many voices of
doubt, ridicule, and fear calling from the stairs below me. But
gradually, I also feel the love and support flowing from the
stairs above me, as well.

With this feeling, my consciousness and perception begin to
expand more and more. I feel pulled like a rubber band being
stretched so tight that it is ready to break. Tighter and tighter I
feel the pull until I can barely stand the tension.

Then, with a sudden snap, I understand. I am the loving voice
that has guided me. I am the pull of fear and doubt. I am each
person upon each step. In fact, I am each step and the
imagination that created them. I am all in all.

"Yes," resonates the loving voice from every person, every
step, and every dimension. "We are a multidimensional being.
It is our expansion from a singular consciousness to
multidimensional consciousness that allows us to know who we
are."

This work reminded me of a poem I wrote in 2002, based on a dream I had.  I had no knowledge of multidimensionality or anything related, yet it seems to resonate with the above.  I have read that we contact the 4th dimension in our dreams.  I find that a lot of my earlier writings made mention of things I had no conscious awareness of but when I look back, I can see what was filtering out.  If you write, look back at your older works and see what you might find lurking within.  Anyway, here's my unedited poem based on the dream ...

Under the Sea

I had a dream
in which I died

And in that dream
I neither laughed nor cried

I was in water
neither hot nor cold

I didn't feel fear
I no longer felt old

I was simply puzzled
as to how it could be

That I was alive and could breathe
under the sea

I was inside a house
Victorian style

Where sea horses wink and
beckon with elfin smiles

I stood at the bottom
of a long flight of stairs

When I realized I could pull myself up
by the heavy side rails

I climbed one step at a time

Some of you may not understand this post.  Some, like me, are starting to get the idea.  What I really like about the Arcturian message is its purity.  There is no sense of ego or agenda.  There are no put-downs of other messengers.  Their intention is to serve, nothing else.  While they do make a mention of current events, it's a passing mention because their focus is on what really matters... ascension.  The explanations are clear.  They don't say "everyone must ascend" and then leave you to figure it out.  They tell you how to accomplish it.  It is always a choice, as they respect the free will of sovereign beings, which we all are. They are a gentle race.  If these messages were not from a race such as these, you would be able to sense any "ungentleness" or conflicting message.

After I first posted some Arcturian messages a few weeks ago, several people posted derogatory remarks here and there across the forums.  They are no longer here (for other reasons); however, derogatory remarks will not be tolerated.  If ascension or learning about other galactic races is not within your reality or desire, that is totally okay.  You are welcome to learn along with the rest of us, or not.  This is your choice and no one will force you to learn or fault you if you choose to pass on the opportunity.  But do not criticize that which you do not understand. 

A word of explanation... what I am understanding about SELF and multi-dimensionality is that our reality here on third dimension Earth is only one slice of the pie.  Earth has been said by many different races to be a schoolhouse.  We learn by experience.  And we don't learn one lifetime at a time, but by many lifetimes and many different realities at a time.  SELF is akin to the central processing unit of a computer.  I'm not sure if OVERSOUL is the same concept as SELF, but SELF is YOU, the main component.  The different lives/realities that you live are part of your network, if you can imagine each life/reality as an organic (computer) server that feeds information into your mainframe (SELF).  It's a quantum physics thing and our scientists just have a bare grasp of it.  This is my understanding at this point and subject to change as I continue to learn.  I'd like to hear your realities on what these concepts mean, if you have some and would like to share.

RELEASING THE HABIT OF BEING THIRD DIMENSIONAL

Dear Ones,

We, the Arcturian expression of our many grounded ones, wish to assist you in releasing the habit of being third dimensional. This habit, like all habits, is a set of behaviors that originate in your unconscious mind. Therefore, you are not consciously aware of these habitual actions, thoughts and emotions. Hence, you do not know the reason for these habits. To change a habit you must bring up from your unconscious mind and into your conscious awareness. Once you can consciously observe your habit, you can begin to change it.

At first, you may not be aware that certain habitual actions and thoughts make you feel unhappy. However, if you continue to observe when you feel unhappy, you can begin to trace that feeling back to its source. For example, you may not know why you are feeling anxious for quite awhile, but you keep observing yourself. Then once day, you realize that a certain thought, that used to be unconscious and is now conscious, always makes you feel anxious.

Therefore, you can begin to change that thought by trying to "catch yourself in the act." 

• At first it may take several days for you to realize that you are feeling anxious, because you have allowed yourself to think in a certain way.
• Then, with continued observation, you realize you are anxious because you just had that thought.
• Then, you have the "last time" experience, in which you can catch yourself in the NOW of having that thought. But, you cannot change it! This is very important, for you can clearly observe how the type of thinking makes you feel anxious.
• After you catch your self in the act, you can stop the thought just before you have it and transmute it into a higher frequency thought.
• Eventually, you will heal yourself of thinking in that fashion and suffer much less anxiety.

The best way to catch yourself in the habit of being third dimensional is to be conscious of your third dimensional thinking. Third dimensional thinking is based on time, space, separation, limitation, gender and illusion. This type of thinking brings about many fearful emotions because you are constantly on the clock of what you have to do, how far you have to go to do it, other people that you have to deal with, all the limitations that you must surmount, social gender issues, and myriad illusions. Third dimensional thinking lowers your consciousness and dis-allows you to perceive the amazing reality that is just beyond your limited perceptions.

Bringing the source of your third dimensional thinking out of your unconscious and into your conscious awareness is the same process as releasing habits. Eventually, you must "catch yourself in the act," so that you can transmute your third dimensional thinking into its higher expression of multidimensional thinking. It is through conscious recognition of the emotions that arise from third dimensional thinking that you can begin your process of releasing that type of thinking.

Third dimensional thinking is largely fear-based, and many fear-based emotions arise from the myriad limitations, loss of personal power and loneliness that arise from it. At first, you may not realize that you are thinking in a time-bound, third dimensional way. However, you are very aware that you are feeling nervous, anxious, depressed, angry or sad. Instead of asking yourself what outside event initiated these feelings, you ask yourself what thought initiated this feeling. In other words, instead of looking into the illusions of your third dimensional world to find the source of your emotions, you look inside to your own manner of thinking.

If you take a moment to connect with your higher expression of SELF, you can use your super-conscious perspective to quickly identify that third dimensional thinking has created your uncomfortable emotions. At first, you may wait until your emotional reactions to your thoughts are quite extreme. Fortunately, with practice, you will learn to more immediately identify that the source of your discomfort is your own third dimensional thinking and NOT an outside source.

In this way you can realize that most of your emotions arise not from your physical life, but from the way you think about your life. With this realization, you can begin to catch yourself in the act of thinking in a limited, fearful, separate and/or time-bound manner. This is when you can begin to release your habit of third dimensional thinking, and begin to allow yourself to remember your innate multidimensional thinking. Multidimensional thinking arises not from your third dimensional unconscious brain but from your super-conscious multidimensional mind.

Whereas your third dimensional thinking has been trained to use only 3% of your DNA and about 5% of your brain, multidimensional thinking arises from the 97% of DNA that was formerly turned-off. As the higher light from the Galactic Center enters your Pineal Gland and is integrated into your physical brain, the 97% DNA is turned-on and your "whole brain thinking" is activated. With whole brain thinking, the 95% of brain activity comes online to originate your Multidimensional Operating System, which is based on multidimensional thinking.

Whereas third dimensional thinking is based on the illusion of time, multidimensional thinking is based on the NOW of the ONE. With continued experiences of the NOW, you lose time. And, with no time, there is no space. Therefore, there is no separation. At this point you begin to have "NOW experiences," in which you are ONE with your Multidimensional SELF. In these moments of Unity with the ONE you can perceive and experience higher dimensions of reality.

Within these experiences of being your Multidimensional SELF you begin to understand how YOU have created and chosen to participate in every aspect of your life. As you gradually return to the habit of being multidimensional, you remember how to transmute your habit of being third dimensional into the Truth of being your true SELF. Transmutation is your innate ability to change any experience through raising its resonance into a higher frequency of reality. Raising the resonance of your reality is ascension. As you ascend with your beloved Gaia, you will choose to perceive and participate in progressively higher frequencies of your ascending reality.

Transmuting your reality as it is happening is a rehearsal to remind yourself that you do NOT want to participate in reality in that fashion-or that you do not want to participate in that reality at all. With each rehearsal you identify the reality that you don't wish to participate in and/or the behavior that you no longer wish to exercise. Each time you catch yourself in the act of behaving a certain way or participating in an unwanted reality, you have an opportunity to look inside yourself as and say, "I AM the creator of my reality. Why did I create and/or participate in that reality?"

There may be different reasons at different times, but if you observe that you acted, or are acting, in an unconscious, habitual manner say: "I AM the creator of my reality and All patterns of resonance are created by my consciousness. My reality, the reality that I AM creating, begins with a thought form, which I created by the thoughts and emotions that I am consciously, or unconsciously, allowing to fill my heart and mind." This sentence is the key to being able to remain on New Earth.

New Earth is not a place; it is a frequency. It is not your responsibility to experience it; it is your choice. You can only perceive and experience New Earth when you are resonating to a fifth dimension and beyond state of consciousness. These higher states of consciousness are what open your Inner Portal to New Earth. However, whenever your consciousness drops below the fifth dimension, you will no longer resonate to that frequency of reality. Therefore, you will no longer be able to perceive the reality that is always there.

For example, insects perceive and experience the ultraviolet reality. This reality is always around you, and you can easily see the third dimensional insect bodies that are seeing and living in that reality. However, your consciousness and, hence, your perceptions, do not resonate to the ultraviolet frequency of the physical light spectrum. Therefore, you can see the insects, but you can't see reality as they see it.

At first, ascension will be similar to the insect vision, in that you can perceive New Earth, and others can see your physical body, but they will not be able to see the reality you are seeing until their consciousness resonates to the same frequency. This example is similar to a clairvoyant who can see beings from higher dimensions or a clairaudient who can hear higher dimensional voices. Those whose consciousness is still only third dimensional can see these people, and may ask them to share the reality of their experiences, but they cannot experience that reality themselves. Fortunately, as your consciousness expands, so do your perceptions.

THE CYCLE IS COMPLETING

Dear Ascending Expression of Our SELF,

You, our Ascending Ones, are experiencing not just what is happening with you, but what is happening throughout the entire planet. Hence, many of you are feeling many symptoms of transformation, which likely feel like an illness. The reality is that you feel sick and tired within your earth vessel for it has grown too small for you. The habit of being third dimensional is creating a final battle between the realities of the YOU that you thought you should be and the YOU that you have always been. Many of our ascending ones feel this way, but each of you is moving through this process in your own personal manner.

You see the third dimension is coming to its completion. The Illusions that have held that matrix in place are buckling under the weight of the ever expanding unveiling of Truth. This Truth is that you DO have control over your reality and that YOU, the Ascending Ones, have called in enough Light that we, the Galactics, can intervene. We of the Galactic Federation can now directly interface with the Core of Darkness, which has taken on the false name of "the Illuminati." It is the old story of the "wolf in sheep's clothing." We can also deal directly with these dark ones because they are the decedents of our first genetic seeding of Earth.

The "Service to Self" Draconians were among the first explorers to inhabit your planet. Their species reproduces by laying eggs. Once the eggs are hatched, it is the survival of the fittest as to who survives and who does not. Therefore, from birth on it is each Drac for him or herself. Love is not a driving force in their society. In fact, it is practically unknown. Therefore, they have no sense of guilt if they harm others because that behavior is the foundation of their reality. For many millennia the Drac ruled our Galaxy with an iron fist and might ruled over right. In fact, for them might WAS right, and weakness in any fashion was intolerable.

Fortunately, many Draconians have moved beyond that worldview, and some have even ascended. However, those who have reincarnated again and again on Earth have not evolved at all. They now hide within their earth vessels and look quite human. However, inside they hold the consciousness and genetic memory of being a Draconian. It is these ones that were responsible for the fall of Lemuria and Atlantis, and were fully prepared to create a similar scenario for your present time period. However, because we were able to remove the extra-terrestrial Draconians from all contact with Earth, the grounded ones in human form have lost their inter-galactic support.

Meanwhile, the ascended Draconians within our Galactic Federation are extremely intelligent and scientific, as well as advanced alchemists with a wonderful sense of humor. We tell you this so that you do not develop a prejudice against all Dracs. Indeed, humans have a great deal of Draconian DNA. Furthermore, the ascended Dracs are working diligently to assist their grounded expressions in the Illuminati to embrace the light as they have. They are also telling them that their days are numbered, and it is best that they participate in this opportunity to awaken rather than fall into the depths of the dark energy that they have created within and around them.

They are reminding their grounded ones that, already, many bankers are "retiring," which will cut the Illuminati's NWO off from many of their financial resources. Then, the politician who they have bought off will be relieved of their office. With the corrupted politicians gone, the NWO will lose their power over the masses because old rules of domination will be replaced with laws that assist the people rather than the hidden rulers. The ascended Dracs are called upon to communicate with their descendants because these dark ones are more inclined to listen to their ancestors than to those they have always perceived as enemies. If only a few dark ones can look towards the light, it will greatly affect that collective consciousness.

You must realize that it is not the Galactics' intention to punish, as that is a third dimensional concept. We do not perceive darkness and fear to be "bad." In fact, it was vital to have this darkness to create a polarized reality. However, the innocence of the light ones who had never known the dark could not imagine the power of that which was hidden. Love and light lives in the open to be shared with all. Hence, the original innocent ones could not imagine the degree of darkness that lay hidden in their world like a snake in its hole.

On the other hand, it was the very darkness that threatened to destroy them that forced them to awaken to their full wisdom and power. The darkness also forced them, that is you-the ascending ones, to gain the wisdom to know the full power of love. Love, free of all the conditions of fear, is the highest frequency of light and the core of your greatest power. Therefore, we ask you not to be angry or vengeful towards those that you are ascending beyond. Allow the Law of Return to teach them the lesson that energy out-is energy back. Do not taint your ascending consciousness with the anger of being a victim.

We, your Galactic Family, wish to commend you for finding and following the multidimensional light in the midst of one of the darkest times in Gaia's history. We also remind you that you have chosen to be born during this time of great challenge. Many of you were the volunteers from our ranks that came to assist Gaia at the fall of Atlantis. Since then, you have lived many, many lives in preparation for this final act of third dimensional Earth. We do not need to punish the dark, for as their once conquered world (Earth) returns to Her true resonance, they will no longer be able to even perceive Her reality.

As we take them from their position of domination over others, they all have the opportunity to find the light and change the direction of their gaze. If they choose to see power over others rather than find the true power within unconditional love, they shall naturally adhere to a reality of a very low frequency. Fortunately, you, our beloved ascending ones, have raised your resonance, along with the resonance of Gaia, to the percentage of Light Quotient, which allows our intervention. Without the Illuminati's constant projection of domination and fear into your world, those who have, until now, been too downtrodden to awaken can more easily find their inner light.

In closing, we wish to tell you about how the Draconians were able to find the Light of Ascension. We tell you this story to relieve you from the burden of prejudice and to give you the hope that even those of the dark can look towards the light.

My name is Franquoix. I am sorry to say that much of what you have heard about the Draconians is true. However, much like our human cousins, we are evolving more now at a greater and greater speed. Yes, we are directly related to humans. We came to Earth as one of the first starseeds that inhabited Earth many millions of years ago. We Draconians were among the first Galactic Beings to implant Earth with our DNA. Since then, Earth has had some form of reptilian creatures, which are actually less evolved forms of our being. We were the first to receive permission for this implantation of our DNA because your atmosphere at that time best fitted our species.

We chose to inhabit the forms of the dinosaurs in which we existed for many millennia. When the atmosphere changed, many of us died. Some of us went underground to live, and our Star Ships that came to rescue us took some back to our Homeworld in the Orion system. Our planets in the Orion System were undergoing an evolutionary process to which we could easily adapt. Unfortunately, those of us that were extremely large in size could not be taken aboard the ships and could also not find safety underground. Therefore, that portion of our species died off. From our experiment on Earth, we learned that it was too difficult to adapt to the many changes of evolution while living in such a huge body. The ones who survived were those who went underground to live.

Eventually, after Lemuria and then Atlantis fell, the vibration of the planet fell, as well. Some of the underground residents maintained the fourth dimensional vibration of their Lemurian and Atlantian friends who also took refuge underground. Others adapted to the evolutionary change of the third dimensional vibration by taking other, smaller bodies. It was those members that you still see now, for they became snakes, lizards, birds and other reptiles. Those known as humanity have much of our DNA. Also, their forms were, also, created with the elements inherent to this planet.

However, humanity does not just have our DNA. You are a collection of DNA from all your galactic ancestors merged together in your earth vessel, which was created by the elements and fourth dimensional Elementals of your planet. All of us, humans and reptilians, were, and are, members of the first consciousness that decided to experiment with physical manifestation upon the planet known in your day as Earth.

As I said before, the larger members of our species became extinct when the planet's atmosphere became hostile to them. Those of us that were rescued by the Star Ships banded together like immigrants to our own Homeworld. Those who had been carnivores on Earth found an easier adjustment to the militaristic Draconian Society. On the other hand, those who had become herbivores on Earth had a very difficult adjustment. We had not killed in millennia and did not fit into the society based on killing others in order to prosper, or even to survive. It was this second group which was my ancestors.  

Because we were not accustomed to hunting and killing, we had a hard time defending ourselves against the trained warriors of the Draconian society. These warriors felt embarrassed by us because we were different and went against their "way." Therefore, they threatened us at every turn and ridiculed us for not wanting to fight. They called us cowards. We were not cowards. In fact, we were very brave to stand up against their ridicule and not give up our essence merely because it was not the norm.

We didn't choose to avoid fighting because we were afraid. Instead, we chose our non-violent ways because we did not want to kill. We had witnessed that many of the warrior's battles did indeed end in death for one of them and sometimes for both of them. We knew from those of us that had killed, that killing changed our essence. It would not change it so much that we were like the warriors, but it would change us enough that we would no longer fit into either group. Those who had killed usually died soon from loneliness, or they became even more ferocious killers than the warriors because they had no honor to give them dignity.

Therefore, those of us who would not fight hid in caves and worked on developing our spirit and our minds. Our hearts were not to be opened for many millennia. Therefore, our spiritual life was very mental. However, it offered us the rules of conduct that gave us honor, just as obedience to certain rules offered honor to the warriors. As we receded deeper and deeper into the caves, our scales began to change colors and become softer. The warriors had dark green, or dark brown scales, which were very thick and tough, like armor.

Our scales were never that dark or tough even before we moved into our desert caves. Then, as we continued to live in dark caves, our scales became more delicate and gained a luminescence to assist us in navigating the dark caves. Furthermore, as we became more spiritual we gradually began to emanate light from within our bodies, as well. This inner light allowed us to go even deeper into the caves, all the way to the deepest caverns and underground waterways. Once we discovered these waterways, we were able to travel great distances with much less effort. Since there was little material in the cave that could float, we became excellent swimmers. Over a few generations, we developed fins such as the ones I have now and gills like fish so that we could breathe underwater for more extended periods of time.

Our tails became longer and stronger than the warrior's tails, and we developed our crowns, which eventually ran from the top of our head all the way down to the tip of our tail. These crowns helped us to navigate our huge bodies underwater. As we became more spiritual, our long crowns also emanated light. Eventually the crown at the middle of our back evolved into wings so that now we could better swim, as well as fly. With these added talents of flying and swimming, we were able to fly through the immense underground caves and make more short journeys onto the land. We usually did so at night because we had developed excellent night vision in the caves, which afforded us greater protection against the warriors. However, we were still far too vulnerable to be able to be a part of the Draconian society.

As we became more spiritual, we became more powerful. Then, we did not like hiding in caves, even though we had definitely made the most of the experience. This is when we attracted the attention of the Arcturians. The Arcturians recognized our huge evolutionary shift, but also saw that we had not yet learned much about love. On the other hand, because of our isolation from the others, we had learned a great deal about unity and protectiveness for our group. The Arcturians saw these traits as a precursor to the development of the ability to feel love.

Love had never been a component of the Draconian Civilization. Hence, only intervention from another civilization could introduce this new concept. Since the Arcturians had already developed their Lightbody, they could meet up deep in our caves or high in our night skies. In fact, this is how their contact began. They began their contact by whishing past us in their Lightbodies, either in the caves or the night sky and leaving a trail of unconditional love behind them. At first we could only experience this love as a pleasing aroma. Indeed, it was so pleasing that we began to follow these wispy rays of light to learn more about them.

Over time, we began to look forward to their appearance, and even anticipated their arrival. Until that time, our spirituality was a mental concept of changing, interacting with and even creating reality. We had grown very much from our lessons and had gained such mind control that we could communicate telepathically and clearly read the minds of the warriors and their prey. We also learned that we could control the thinking of the warriors to distract them from their prey, as well as to warn the prey that they were in danger. Furthermore, the Warriors had no idea what was happening to them, as we had learned to shield ourselves from their perception of what we were doing, as well as who we were.

Unfortunately, this power was beginning to cause problems, as power without the regulation of wisdom or love can be very destructive. We slowly were beginning to realize this, but we had no concept of love to serve as a balancing agent to power. If the Arcturians had not arrived we may have become as vicious as the warriors, or maybe worse. When the Arcturians could feel that we were coming to this realization, they moved into the next level of their teachings.

Up until now there had been no communication, except via the essence that they later identified as unconditional love. The next thing that happened was that we didn't see them for what appeared to be a very long time. We finally decided to band together and send out our unified mental intention of asking them to return. It was a resounding success. Almost immediately they appeared in our deepest cave wearing their forms of Lightbody. We were so happy to see them, that we actually had a brief experience of feeling love. They commended us so deeply that the feeling of love returned.

Our power grew exponentially when we incorporated the feeling of love into our essence. We could no longer stay on that world without totally disrupting the warrior's power or threatening our newfound experience of love. Consequently, the Arcturians took us into their Star Ships. Many different members of the Milky Way Galaxy serve on Arcturian Ships. Therefore, even though we were different, we were completely accepted and, yes, even loved.

CLOSING MESSAGE FROM ARTURIANS

Dear Ascending Ones,

We want you to know that forgiveness is the core of unconditional love. As many truths are revealed, many will become frightened and angry. Dear Ascending Ones, we remind you that unconditional love is the healing force that must be administered to the anger, fear and confusion that will arise during this period of ever-increasing change. First remember to love yourself unconditionally. In this way, you can better remember to unconditionally love those who have maligned you for myriad incarnation.

The great avatars who have ascended beyond your dimension used the force of unconditional and total forgiveness burst forth into Lightbody. It is the greatest challenge of ascension to NOT allow the Truth to lower your consciousness. A Truth that has been hidden for ages is one that will have great power once revealed, but it can also create disharmony in those who feel they have been lied to for so very long. Therefore, we remind you to embrace the Truth with complete gratitude and the knowledge that the time of Planetary Ascension is nigh!

Within the moment of that knowing, think first of Gaia, and send Her the harmony of your unconditional love to assist Her with her transmutation. Each of you are experiencing the many lies that you have told yourself so that you could survive in a hostile world until this time. Look now into those lies, such as, " I'm not good enough." or "I don't think I can be of assistance." Then there is the worst lie of all that, "I am not powerful enough to make a difference."

You are ALL beautiful multidimensional beings with wisdom, power and love beyond your wildest imagination. You have gained more than your third dimensional thinking can realize, but as you fully download and integrate your multidimensional thinking, you will Know that which was formerly unknown. The stage is set, the lights are on, the orchestra ready and the curtain is opening.

MAJOR SOLAR FLARE: Big sunspot AR1429 has unleashed another major flare. This one is the strongest yet, an X5-class eruption on March 7th at 00:28 UT. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded the extreme UV flash:

This eruption hurled a bright CME into space. First-look data from STEREO-B are not sufficient to determine if the cloud is heading for Earth. Our best guess is "probably, yes, but not directly toward Earth." A glancing blow to our planet's magnetosphere is possible on March 8th or 9th. Stay tuned for updates.
