Sending you Ascended Master’s Peace, Mastery and Self Control,

For all my dear friends:
We need self-control and wisdom, not panic!
This morning, during my walk with Peppy (my dog), I stopped to talk to a person and he told me, that the last time he was as afraid, as he is now, was at the time of the nuclear disaster of Chernobyl in 1986. So, dear hearts, we can imagine, the fear that this individual is carrying within him! And in this way, we can imagine the amount of fear that is being radiated by most human beings and the weight of that in the planet's atmosphere.
Yesterday, a friend from Switzerland told me through WhatsApp that it's being very difficult to stay calm, that she and her husband don't know what to do at the moment! Nothing unusual, dear ones, as most people don't know what to do at the moment. The virus gave a big surprise to the world! Just like a test catches us here and there, also by surprise! Isn't that so, dear friends? Or is anyone here notified in advance of the time of your tests? If life does not warn us individually when we will face a certain challenge, why would it warn humanity, which is nothing more than a collective entity formed by all of us?
We are in a collective initiation of the race. And every initiation comes to challenge values and stimulate the internal growth. The Corona virus does that! It entered the soul of the world and have created there, a buzzing energy, which is affecting the entire structure of the human being and the result is: values and attitudes are being rethought worldwide!
Right now, it is not only important what someone learns, but what humanity learns. The requirement now is a collective understanding of a situation and the solidarity of all human beings in solving a global issue, so that the collective amount of light emitted by the race expands, that is, the human being becomes more mature internally.
However, as in all crises, as Saint Germain told me, more qualified people need to maintain self-control and radiate peace, light, comfort, hope and understanding to everyone in their world of influence. And this is exactly how all of us, students of the Ascended Masters, need to act. We need to maintain our internal balance and try to calm the people around us, and not panic.
People are being forced to stop the extreme external movement and this is a shock to the external self, of those who are not used to staying in their homes, quiet, only with themselves. And maybe, just my personal view, this is the point of the collective lesson to be learned at the moment! And what we can do, dear friends, is to remain calm and in a good mood and say to people: “It's okay, my friend! A little less entertainment and outside activities can be very positive in reducing the spread of the virus and it is also good for us to learn to listen to our Internal Presence and thus grow and become stronger human beings! Let's be at peace, that in peace, everything will adjust for the better!”
Dear friends, this initiation will probably last for a few more months, until there is the necessary collective maturation. Until then, we need self-control, peace and always act wisely. Remember that it is not in happy moments that we are tested on our values, but when the world seems to collapse in front of us. Keep Calm! Command the I AM Presence within you and within each human being to govern this condition and trust! Trust fully that this wonderful Presence, in its limitless power and wisdom, will direct us to the best!

Beloved ones, there are certain vicious conditions active in the astral realm into which I would not think of entering WITHOUT FIRST PUTTING ON AN ENTIRE ARMOR OF LIGHT. Yet, so often we see you, through mighty decrees, plunging into mass creations of sickness and disease and all manner of distress, just clothed in those Tubes of Light which you have drawn about you (without full faith in their adequacy) and which you puncture every few moments by discordant thought, feeling, spoken word or deed! I am very grateful indeed that you do call those Tubes of Light forth and that you are strengthening them as you continue to call for them and then hold more and more uninterrupted harmony in your worlds.
Now, WHY DO YOU THINK I HAVE OFFERED YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN THE USE OF MY ARMOR OF LIGHT? Please use it, for it is, of course, to completely enfold you in my feelings of protection, my helmet, armor, sword, shield, Cross of Christ, PLEASE PUT THEM ON AND USE THEM BEFORE you go into action, dealing with powers of certain concentrated viciousness of which your outer self knows nothing!
Dear ones, when I see you so sincerely and earnestly making your calls to light, and without adequate protection of the light, I always immediately call in limitless legions of angels around you to give their Christ protection to you. You have no concept of the amount of Cosmic Christ protection which has been necessary to be invoked by myself to enable you to receive from “On High” through the psychic plane into the lower atmosphere of Earth, the radiation and spoken word of the Archangels, … .
Up until now, most of this protection has been given from our side, but it would be so wonderful if each of you individually and all collectively (when in group activities) were to call my Protective Armor of Light into action BEFORE you call forth and direct the mighty flames and light rays into the rip-tides in the atmosphere of Earth of hate, uncontrolled sex, crime and viciousness of every kind. Unless you had been given this protection by me and our legions in the past, you would not even be here today, nor could there have been anything of a permanent nature anchored into your outer consciousness from the Great Ones to whom you have called, nor could there have been the tremendous purification which has taken place here.
Now it is not that we are not either able or willing to sustain this protection for you, but it is a matter of divine economy. You see, you are all at a point of consciousness now where you are able to hold this protection for yourselves and when you do reach such a consciousness, the great Law requires that you use it! There is a great conservation of energy in the heavenly realms as you have been told. For every project we undertake, we are allotted a certain amount of energy to accomplish that task and, if we are obliged to use that energy to protect you, there is less for us to use in other ways – either to expand your own personal light or our activity. Do you see? SO, IT WILL BE OF TREMENDOUS ASSISTANCE TO US, TO OUR ACTIVITY AND TO YOURSELVES IF, FROM NOW ON, YOU WILL CALL FORTH MORE CONSTANT AND COMPLETE PROTECTION AS YOU PROCEED IN THE SERVICE OF THE LIGHT. RESPECT FOR THE LAW OF RHYTHM PROVIDES HARMONY AND SUCCESS IN OUR LIVES.
Elohim Arcturus told us:
In the early Golden Ages, beloved ones, when the Archangels and the Ascended Masters just naturally walked and talked with unascended mankind, the magnificent perfection which was drawn forth, by the power of INVOCATION, was brought about as a result of the understanding of the necessity for RHYTHM OF INVOCATION and application. This was necessary in order to have a constancy of outflow of the energy from above. This constancy of the release of perfection, called forth from the Godhead, made it possible for the atmosphere of Earth to be kept completely free of disease, disintegration and all manner of human shadow.
In the world of form, mankind pays fairly regular attention to the RHYTHM of feeding the body, to the RHYTHM of doing that which affects the comfort of the outer self, but, in the most important of all – his spiritual activities – RHYTHM is pretty thoroughly forgotten! The science of constancy of prayer and application is seldom seen. However, to draw forth a sustained, visible flame, into the physical appearance world, from the inner realms, would require a sanctified, consciously-dedicated and consecrated group of lifestreams who, rhythmically, at a certain given hour, repeated day after day, would draw forth, by decree and invocation, that mighty concentrate from whence the flame would burst forth into visibility.
It is the same with your individual application. If you were to observe a certain RHYTHM and make your application (your individual calls) at the same hour every day, you could draw a much greater concentrate of power, and quicker accomplishment, than you do when you make your application fit into the free hours, which each day may choose to give you. It is the RHYTHM of the “mass” of the Catholic Church and the RHYTHM of the various Christian religious services, all through the centuries, which has held the power of the Christian Dispensation, thus far.
When you observe that same RHYTHM in your working hours, your time for sleep, your time for relaxation – holding to that symmetry which nature has given you (eight hours for service, eight hours for sleep, eight hours for relaxation), you will have greater harmony in your feelings, better health in your bodies, and you will be able to draw forth, from within your own life, much greater perfection than you can, in spasmodic endeavors at either work or play.
In the creation of this planet, Earth, it was the joyous, willing desire of all of the Elohim to come together, rhythmically, at a given time – for the time being forgetting, mind you, all of the activities in which their consciousnesses were engaged in the creation of other planets, in other systems or galaxies. They poured their life into the design given them by beloved Helios and Vesta, until the planet was completed. It was that unbroken RHYTHM of application, on THEIR part, which made the Earth so perfect in its symmetry and design, so beautiful and shining in its essence, and so magnificent a place for mankind to be able to take embodiment.

The Ascended Master Kuthumi speaks:
Every lifestream on the path, sooner or later, comes to a certain point where he begins to turn to the “still small voice” within the heart. At first, the individual begins to rely on intuition, then on inspiration, and, later still, upon that conscious contact which precedes self-conscious mastery, the attainment of which constitutes his divine freedom from all human concepts and all human form.
This is the most difficult point upon the spiritual path and I ask that when you come to the place where you enter into the heart of the Silence—where you commune with your own God-self—that you be extremely wise, alert and careful of the response that you will receive first of all from your own bodies because you are a complex mechanism, a sevenfold being. Now, whereas the glory of your Electronic Body, your Causal Body and your Holy Christ Self can never lead you astray—your lower bodies have voices, this consciousness and this intelligence of their own, and these voices, this consciousness and this intelligence within them, endeavors often to serve its own selfish ends, through you.
One of the chief requirements for spiritual mastery is discrimination. Call to me, if you wish, to my beloved Lord Maitreya, or to the great Lord Buddha for that discrimination wherein you may recognize the voice of the Silence. Know, always, that the prompting which builds up the personality, that which gives aggrandizement to the human ego, is not the “still small voice” of the Presence, but rather the etheric rumblings of your own past experiences, the emotional desires of your feeling word, or mental concepts and precepts from your past lives.
Remember, you have sat in the past before many teachers, who have given forth both truth and fallacy, and into your mental and emotional bodies and your etheric consciousness are builded those concepts, some of them solidified and petrified and lying dormant within them for centuries. As the flame begins to surge through you, these concepts are re-vivified and come forth, and you must recognize them for what they are—not necessarily the voice of truth!
As you proceed into an understanding of the Voice of the Silence, know that that which makes you pure, that which makes you harmonious, is of God. The feelings that stir within your heart that desire to make this star a planet of light, to relieve the burden of your fellowman, to raise those in pain and distress into understanding and harmony, that is of light. That which decreases the personality and increases the power of Christ, that is of God!

EARTH MUST BECOME SELF-LUMINOUS
Every manifestation, whether it be in the unseen or outer world (that of physical appearance), is the result of the use of God's pure energy. We know that the limitless energy with which the creator has endowed his children is within the electronic light flowing from the Supreme Source into the individualized I AM Presence. However, when that light reaches the consciousness of the lifestream yet abiding upon the Earth and in its atmosphere, the manifestation takes on the qualification of the consciousness in which the unascended lifestream is dwelling at a given time.
Every minute particle of the resultant effect of man's use of energy is written in the book of life, and before he attains his full freedom in the ascension, there must be an exact balance of a constructive nature on that ledger.
We are at the end of a cycle, and in order for the Earth to take her rightful place in the cosmic progression of the planets in the system, she must emit more light. The shroud which she is now forced to wear is the result of mankind's imperfect qualifications. This is elementary, and you are aware of this fact, but the effluvia and the weight of the impure substance which man has forced upon the shoulders of beloved Virgo must be transmuted by the Sacred Fire. Then the rays from beloved Virgo and Pelleur’s kingdom of light can infiltrate the Earth by reason of a more porous substance comprising her garment.
Along with the transmutation of the imperfect energy of others abiding on the Earth, the wise chela knows that there is no unascended lifestream who can by-pass the responsibility of balancing his own misqualified energy. I BRING THIS TO YOUR ATTENTION TODAY, FOR I COUNSEL YOU NOT TO WEARY IN WELL DOING, AND EVERY DECREE WHICH YOU ARE SO GENEROUSLY MAKING, PIERCES THROUGH EARTH'S SHROUD OF NEGATIVELY QUALIFIED ENERGY AND READIES HER TO TAKE HER RIGHTFUL PLACE IN THIS SYSTEM.
The cosmic law has signified that the Earth must become self-luminous, and I appeal to you to continue in your calls for those who are not aware of the Sacred Fire and its efficacious use. There is a cosmic moment for the fulfillment of every edict of the spiritual law, and every chela will do well to keep this in mind.
