Could 7 of 10 be Climate?

I have posted this as a blog on the Earth Changes and the Pole Shift site as well. I thought that as a good STO this was worth getting to as many people as possible. Hopefully that is not at odds with any rules on either site! LOL

I was just curious whether or not anybody on this site has considered
that the 7 of 10 could be climate related? It is now a fact being
reported on the news that 2010 is the hottest year on record for the northern hemisphere.
Add to that the horrendous and numerous floods that have been occurring
worldwide and we have fairly widespread devastation and the year is
still young. At the current moment we, here in Iowa, have a dam on a
fairly major lake that is crumbling. There is one small town and a
small city in the flood plain that the authorities are trying to get
evacuated. This is a major disaster unfolding in front of my eyes! The flash flood warnings are being broadcast about every 5 minutes on our major networks! Iowa has been having terrible monsoon
like rainstorms dumping as much as 8-10 inches of rain in just a couple
of hours for the past several weeks! These storms have been happening
over and over again. There has been maybe 1 day in the last 2 weeks
where there hasn't been a storm someplace in my state. Our soil is
saturated and there is just no place left for the water to go. This
disaster is young but I am guessing we will all be hearing a great deal
more about it in the very near future.

Earlier today I saw thatthere is major flooding in Chicago from the same storm systems that have
been assaulting Iowa. A day or so ago it was in Michigan. When will
people start connecting the dots?

Record temperatures on the east coast, record cold in the Southern Hemisphereand world wide flooding. Taken as individual events these are tragic
but not alarming. Taken as a whole it smacks of 7 of 10!
Namaste,
Steve

Wonder what this is about - maybe more to come. If they are getting rid of non official staff at these levels, something may be brewing.

Durham police send out redundancy warnings

Durham PoliceAbout 200 civilian jobs could be lost atDurham Police

Durham police have issued redundancy warnings to all civilian workers in the force, includingpolice community support officers.

In total, 1,160 90-day notices have been sent out, although none have been sent to police officers.

About 200 posts will be lost at the force, the BBC understands.

The chairman of Durham Police Authority said the notices were to inform employees that their jobs were potentially at risk.

Peter Thompson explained that the force was facing budget cuts of between 25% and 40%.

He said: "This is just part of a process, and I can appreciate that some people will be extremely surprised to have receivedthis notification today.

"It doesn't meant everyone who has received one is going to be made redundant, but there is a process of legislation in our countrythat has to be followed and we are invoking the first stage of it."

'Devastating blow'

Assistant chief officer at the force Gary Ridley said: "Despite undertaking a range of actions to save money, it is clear thatcompulsory redundancies need to be considered in light of likely futurereductions in the amount of government grants the constabulary receives.

"We are working closely with the police authority and trade unions to try and minimise the impact on our staff, whilst maintaining aservice to the people of County Durham and Darlington."

Unison branch secretary Arthur Dickinson said: "This is a devastating blow to our members.

"We have never had any compulsory redundancies in the force and we have been working very hard to make savings to avoid any in thefuture.

"There is a lot of fear and uncertainty over numbers, but the 90-day consultation suggests that the force are looking to axe morethan 100 jobs.

"Any redundancies will have a major impact on the quality of policing in Durham.

"We are holding meetings with members to discuss the notices and with management next week."

Anyone who knows anything about algae, especially blue-gree algae knows that under nice condtions they function as single celled organisms. Under stress they coagulate and form algal mats and move together in unison forming a giant carpet. As a unitary entity they can survive better. They even have leader cells amongst them to prompt them to come together. The social structure of algae was even used to promote a social model of behaviour for humans not so long ago, along with ants and termites. Stress to algae is altered chemical or electric environments, adverse weather or lack of food. So, this giant mat we see suggests leadrers of algae are pulling their teams together to cope with this abnormal stress!!! px...A very large stress situation as we see. Algal mats are a sign to look out for as the geochemical composition of the earth starts to change.
