The Rothschild branch of these families, for its part, worked out a deal where the Chinese would build French nuclear reactors of dubious safety and reliability in the UK, according to MI5 sources and news reports. At the same time, in Japan, the government slaves who run this country on behalf of the Western Sabbatean mafia families are in a state of panic, according to imperial family sources. There was also an offer to pay this writer over $30,000 a month in Dragon family money to finance investigative journalism. So far no money has appeared. There have been so many announcements of this type over the years that have failed to materialize that this phone call should be considered more likely an attempt to spread disinformation than a sign of any real breakthrough. These people have lied so many times that only their actions, not their words, can be believed.

At best though, these approaches show the cabal regime in Japan is getting increasingly nervous. The near bankruptcy of the US government last week left them deeply spooked, Japanese government sources said. There was also a growing understanding that a US government that was selling state of the art weapons to China and otherwise showing signs of surrender was not going to protect Japan in a war against China.

There are plenty of real signs in the West of a general surrender to China on the part of the cabal controlled governments there. In addition to letting the Chinese build French Nuclear power plants the Rothschilds have opened up the city of London to Chinese banking interests in a big way. Chinese banks will be allowed set up branches in the UK and direct trading between the Renminbi and the Pound Sterling will be allowed. J.P. Morgan also recently sold all of its holdings in short term US treasury certificates.

Finally, we also have the announcement that J.P. Morgan Chase is limiting cash withdrawals and wire transfers of money outside of the US.

The best guess for what lies behind all this is that the US branch of the Feds sold the largest bank in the US to Chinese interests in order to keep their empire teetering on for a few more months. The limits on withdrawals may be meant to ensure the Chinese do not get an empty shell when they move in to claim their prize.

The other big source of emergency funding for the Feds appears to be Iran. The sudden warming of the relationship between the G7 countries and Iran is leading to the unfreezing of $50 billion in Iranian money, according to the Mossad linked website Debka. No doubt this money is helping the Feds continue their scam a bit longer.

There has also been a fundamental shift in the geopolitical priorities of the Western countries in the Middle East. The governments of Turkey, Qatar and Jordan have also all stopped supporting anti-Assad rebels in Syria as have cabalists in the US, Britain and France.

These changes can be seen as a good indication the Zionists no longer control political trends in the Middle East but rather Vladimir Putin does. The last Zionist hold-outs in the region appear to be the government of Saudi Arabia and the Nazi Netanyahu regime in Israel. They are still causing murder and mayhem and need to be stopped ASAP.

All of the changes and announcements above came between September 30th, when the Feds missed an international payment deadline, and October 17th, the day they had to find the money or be publicly declared bankrupt.

Who knows what the cabalists are going to do when the next payments deadline comes up on February 7th ?

So, what's this document saying?

That the Uniform Commercial Code (the body of law that controls all commerce, each country has its version, just like each U.S. state has its version), has been covertly made the "supreme law of the land" and used by the ptb to register all "human capital" (that's us, folks) and natural wealth.  What wasn't known was that it was made to be owned by everyone (we are the "secured parties," the owners), they were making sure that we the people didn't find out about that point.  Basically, we were distracted by "constitution and democracy" while the ptb was deceptively registering all wealth under the UCC laws, in the name of the people without telling the people.  People working for the ptb were bullied into not disclosing the truth.  Their ego (in believing they were totally controlling their people) was the flaw and some people figured it out and/or disclosed the truth. 

I'm not sure what this means:  "REGISTRATION of “Zero Point” or “Prime” in COMMERCE" (unless it is a reference to God, as it seems from this later clause "all the people equally, have been lawfully, legally and duly REGISTERED in COMMERCE as it was created by Prime, by Zero Point, by creation, as a matter of record...)."

The debtors (the ptb) are now legally foreclosed upon and publicly noticed to be debtors of the people.

The debtors are registered as bankrupt.

Each individual person on Earth is owed $5Bln in Equity Debt.  There is an additional $5Bln "for each of those people damaged by the actions and systems of the DEBTORS."

This does not include tangible property debtors took unlawfully.

All titles, etc. have been registered in commerce (UCC-1 form, etc.) and declared null and void, and have been lawfully and legally reset in accordance with Universal Law (this shows the ET's hand in this). 

Each individual is charged with deciding how to invest his or her funds, what financial systems and governance to use, etc.  No undue influence in making your decision is allowed.

I experienced the same regarding a hacked Yahoo Address Book last week, and so did my sister who lives in California. As far as I can tell, it's a malicious form of malware that sends out links to those listed in an address book using one's email address, which if clicked on and opened, propagates further malware.

Imperative to delete all cookies, clear your browsing history, clear your cache and change your email password and security answers if indicated, asap, and fun a full scan on your system if you haven't done so already. Personally, I also deleted my address book and now only enter recipients manually. Have also noticed the " Sent " file appears vulnerable too, so I keep that clear as well.

So, here is my summary as far as my first listening goes, of Ed dames.

I have one or two first things to say here, and must go back to his original movie, killshot one, as we may cal it. This was shot on Hawaii where he lived at the time, in this he basically says his team of remote viewers have seen a massive red glowing object coming through the solar system and upsetting the sun. he even plots it on a blackboard, and he even calls it a brown dwarf, though he seem uncertain as to what it actually is at the time. I believe this first killshot movie was made  in 2003.

Nowadays he never mentions having seen this object , though many other remote viewers in Japan have seen it, led by the Scottish remote viewing teacher. Echard Deravan, I think his name is. Anyhow, this  interview was a recap of his last one and he is saying the following, as they now come to mind.

There will be no nuclear war, as the ET's are looking after us, and preventing the use of nuclear weapons, and there is a very definite ET presence on this and above this Earth. He says they are very Humanoid and look similar to ourselves. I hope without our bad habits.

he says there will be war in the Middle east, but whilst this flares up and  America is preoccupied, China will play the North Korean card, and Taiwan plays a part in this agenda. he say the US is bankrupt which is fairly obvious, though Europe is probably bankrupt as well.

whilst Ira and Syria flare up, China creates havoc on the Korean peninsula knowing the US hasn't the manpower nor logistics to do very much about it.

Now, whilst these earth bound activities continue, he says the men on the battlefield will look up at the sky for there will be sights and sounds in the sky that will cause them to put down their weapons and return home. in other words, the earthchanges will have  begun in earnest.

Now, the major factor in these earthchanges is the sun. He says it will flare up with CME after CME, and will lay waste the earth, it seems most of our present civilization will go under. The power grid will go down and all rudiment of civilized society will simply collapse.

He say we should watch out for X rays from the sun penetrating the protective sheaths of the earth, the magnetosphere I assume he means.

There is hope  however, for as the dust settles down, the ET presence will be made known and they will help us rebuild.

So, this is my summary and understanding of what Ed Dames has been saying.

One  other point, safe zones. I believe the southern hemisphere is not well suited for safe zones , and it may be the north where we are better protected, , but he is nit all that clear on this, maybe a second listen will clarify it. Africa is not a good pace, Australia is very limited, New Zealand is better.  I suspect we in the north fare best of all but for  all of this, it will still make mad max look like a children's picnic party. .

another important point comes to mind, and that is some massive world wide pandemic, and he suggest it will be a combination, by natural mutation of bird flue and swine flue.

so, choose your area, choose your friends, and basically wait for it to  happen.   That is my summation of all this.

These may be dark days ahead, or not, we will have to see what the next few months bring, I am nit pessimistic save for the majority of the population even so, this may be the one evolutionary event we are in most need of. . I do strongly think there is an extra solar body involved in all this an Ed Dames suspects s or even knows more than he is willing to say maybe he is  fearful of being tarred with the nut cases who propose the planet x theory!!!!. yet we nutcases may be right on target here. . I believe Ed dames is under certain stricture from the government  not to tell everything he knows, and he only says enough to warn us mere mortals. the rest we have the intelligence to make up our own mids and fill in the details. that is the purpose of this website amongst others.

I'm being guided to move this little ship forward again.  Not drastic changes, but some organizational things and some different emphases. 

My current thoughts are to put the earthchanges articles into the Discussion Forum.  That forum has long been set up for categorizing earthchanges and seems like a natural thing.  The Blog module can be dedicated to spiritual awareness and growth, ascension, and related things.  I will probably retire inactive groups, so if you want to keep any of the current ones, get them active.  I may make a QHHT group, if there is enough interest.

So, as usual, I ask for your feed back.  Do you like these ideas?  Do you have other ideas?  Do you want to keep blogs on top and the discussion forum beneath?  Or would you rather have it the other way around.  Things can be moved around.  I probably won't make changes until summer but thought I'd start early in soliciting ideas and feedback.

Now John Moore and Mike Harris are coming out to give warnings using the same key dates from my timeline. You should realize that an inbound celestial object is reaching perihelion position nearest the Sun moving towards maximum velocity also in nearest proximity to the ecliptic plane, which for this event this year is practically on the equinox. You should also realize that the nearest proximity in this encounter for Earth is later in the timeline around October 28, 2012 at about 24 million miles. That means the Earth continues heating up from the shortening secondary magnetic portal connection through this period and even beyond at the December 3, 2012 outbound alignment.

Dear reader,

When I found this article today I skimmed it quickly and made a hasty assumption that the author was claiming that ELEnin was Nibiru. After carefully reading the article later I came to the realization that Nibiru is 8 AU's behind ELEnin but on the same orbital path. What's interesting is that Nibiru is a very large object with a huge magnetic field that extends some 8 AU's out from the center of the planet. Another odd thing is that Nibiru will pass earth at the same time next year as ELEnin will do this year. Post-2012 Earth Changes A Global Climate Change Remote-Viewing Study Multiple Realities, Timelines, and Events

Introduction: We at The Farsight Institute         are currently engaged in a fascinating study using remote viewing to study climate       and planetary change between the years 2008 and 2013. The initial results appear dramatic on a global scale, and our research does indeed suggest that major global change is a possibility between now and 2013. However, web site visitors are reminded that this is research, not certitude. Remember what Albert Einstein once said, "If we knew what we were doing, it wouldn't be called research, would it?" Web site visitors are encouraged to examine all of our results carefully, and learn with us as we complete this experiment in mid-2013. We will not fully understand these remote-viewing data until the experiment is completed at that time. Importantly, this experiment has no connection with the Mayan Calendar hysteria related to 21 December 2012. This is an experiment that ends on 1 June 2013, and the data will be fully evaluated only after that date. Also, note that these analyses are the product of the Chief Investigator for this project, Courtney Brown. Other investigators using other methods of analyses may analyze these data and come to different conclusions. HRVG and CRV methods of analysis in particular tend to be more nuanced than some of the analyses presented below.

How we obtain these results is a bit complicated, but it is worth the effort to understand our methods. The actual types of global change is discussed in the second part of the video presentation below, but the first part of this presentation is absolutely essential to understand how these results were obtained. This presentation was given during the 29th Annual Meeting of the Society for Scientific Exploration in Boulder, Colorado in June 2010.

This is the most carefully collected set of professional-grade remote-viewing data involving this time span that currently exists. This experiment is potentially one of the most significant experiments ever attempted using remote viewing as a data-collection platform.

 

Principal Investigator: Courtney Brown Remote Viewers: HRVG viewers led by Glenn Wheaton and CRV viewers led by Lyn Buchanan.

Initial Results:

This project describes change between the years 2008 and 2013 across nine geographical locations with a global spread. The locations are

1. Vaitupu, Tuvalu
2. Fort Jesus, Mombasa Kenya
3. Sydney Opera House, Sydney, Australia
4. Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania
5. United States Congress Building, Washington, D.C.
6. Malé International Airport, Malé, Maldives
7. KITV Building, Honolulu, Hawaii
8. The Vehicle Assembly Building at Launch Complex 39, Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island, Florida
9. Key West, Florida

In general, these remote-viewing data suggest the following types of physical changes across many of the above geographical locations by mid-2013:

1. Impacts from what appear to be large meteors leading to tsunamis and possible volcanism
2. Extensive and forceful flooding of coastal areas
3. Excessive solar radiation
4. Storms and other severe weather

In terms of the effects of these changes on humans, these data also suggest:

1. Massive self-organized relocation from coastal areas (refugees)
2. The breakdown of rescue or other notable governmental functioning
3. The breakdown of the food supply system
4. The breakdown of the vehicular transport system
5. Extensive loss of buildings near coasts

Oddly, these results largely parallel recent warnings being issued by NASA relating to the dangers of severe solar storms anticipated around the years 2012 and 2013 that would threaten the global long-term use of electricity. NASA is not currently explaining exactly why these unprecedented and severe storms are anticipated, but the warnings themselves could not be more clear. Meteor impacts are not included in the current set of NASA warnings.

For this project, all targets are assigned two timelines for the date 1 June 2013. This allows us to attempt to use remote viewing to describe alternative futures by specifying characteristics of future timelines. The two 2013 timelines examined in this study are

Timeline A: 1 June 2013, 12 noon target local time, following the timeline in which the leadership of the mainstream global scientific establishment continues to ignore or deny (1) the reality of the remote-viewing phenomenon, and (2) the existence of life not originating from Earth. 

Timeline B: 1 June 2013, 12 noon target local time, following the timeline in which by the end of 2009 leaders of the mainstream global scientific establishment publicly recognize (1) the reality of the remote-viewing phenomenon, and (2) the existence of life not originating from Earth.

The results of this study do suggest that there is a difference between the two timelines. These data suggest that the impact of planetary change is less severe for Timeline B as compared with Timeline A. This suggests that having the mainstream scientific community openly acknowledge the reality of remote viewing and life (even microbial) not originating on Earth may help ameliorate the impact of severe planetary change, perhaps by giving people a greater chance to prepare for the changes. The Key West target was added late in the study to explore a timeline in which the scientific community recognizes the reality of remote viewing and the existence of extraterrestrial life by 2011.

Speculation

Predicting any event on a single timeline may involve (1) using remote viewing to examine alternate timelines to check for unusual events, and (2) looking for clues in a given present to see if anything that is currently happening suggests that the future events perceived in the alternate timelines might be possible for our most likely future. Thus, if the above results are indeed correct for the two specified timelines (Timelines A and B), then it is natural to ask if the results are relevant for our most likely future timeline. Since it seems likely that major governments would be aware in advance of most near term global threats, then it also seems likely that they would take some actions that would reflect their anticipation of those events. These actions would likely not be explained to the masses to avoid panic. Below is a list of largely anomalous governmental actions that may indicate an awareness of a near term global threat that is suggested by these remote-viewing data. Again, these are only speculations, none of which "prove" anything. But considered collectively, they are exceptionally odd.

1. The U.S. Space Shuttle will launch its last mission in mid-2011. At that time, NASA is entirely abandoning its government-funded manned spaceflight program. Given the investment that the U.S. has made in launching humans into space since the 1960s, this is odd, especially since private efforts to launch humans into space are years away, and currently unproven. It is as if the government does not anticipate being able to launch humans into space in the near future for reasons not currently stated.
2. The Svalbard Global Seed Vault is being sealed in 2011. This will allow the world to restart agriculture given a global catastrophe. The United Nations formally inspected the facility, which might seem odd for a Norwegian project. The timing of this project seems like a strange coincidence.
3. U.S. and global debt. It is as if various governments are not expecting to have to pay back their debts, perhaps anticipating a global economic reset due to reasons not currently stated.
4. The devaluing of the U.S. dollar seems to be a trend that will stay. Moody, Standard and Poor, and Fitch have announced that they may be devaluing the rating of U.S. Treasury bonds (see NY Times article, 15 March 2010, as well as the editorial on 20 March 2010), and there have been discussions within the United Nations of the International Monetary Fund phasing out its dependency on the U.S. dollar. The governments seem to be acting as if the U.S. dollar will be replaced as the global currency.
5. Digging, digging is everywhere. The U.S. has no nuclear enemies, yet it is digging huge underground facilities in inhospitable regions difficult for the masses to reach. Why? On the other hand, the Chinese tend to think collectively, and China is digging extraordinary subway complexes under most of its major cities in a crash program that seems odd in terms of timing and scope. See, for example, the NY Times article by Keith Bradsher, 27 March 2009. Subways are, of course, conveniently located underground tunnels, and such tunnels could house millions of people in an emergency. Russia announced in 2011 that it is adding 5,000 new nuclear bomb shelters in Moscow, enabling it to protect all of Moscow's residents. The program is to be rushed so that it is finished in 2012. Why? Russia has no nuclear enemies. Russia's new subway systems have also been placed deeper than needed so that they can be used as deep emergency shelters. Again, why? Why all these preparations, and why the rush?
6. NASA is now predicting that the Sun may generate unprecedented solar storms for a lengthy period in 2012-13. We cannot accurately predict Earth's normal weather a week in advance, and it is by no means clear how NASA can do this with respect unprecedented weather on the Sun years in advance. They are saying that we are more dependent on vulnerable computer technology now. But we had similar dependencies in 2001 and 1990 when previous 11-year solar cycles hit. What is different about the current cycle? Some might suggest that NASA is acting as if it has some extra information that is not currently stated.

Project Overview for the 1 June 2008 and 1 June 2013 Experiments:

The remote viewers participating in this study have remote viewed various         geographically determined targets during two time periods: 1 June 2008         and 1 June 2013. This five-year gap will allow us to look for planetary         change that may occur over that period. We are also aware that popular         culture views the year 2012 as potentially significant, and some people         may be interested in following our results because of this. (No reason         scientific studies can't be fun!)

From our past research         we know that the future is probabilistic. (See also, the Multiple Universes Project.) If multiple realities emerge from every moment of now, then there is no single future timeline. Thus we hope that by specifying certain timeline conditions with our remote-viewing tasking, it is possible to perceive a specific future (for a specific timeline) correctly.         For this reason, our participating remote viewers have perceived the 2013 targets along two         separate timelines, with each timeline offering the potential for significant         differences in future events given specific possible actions taken by         the mainstream scientific community. Thus, we are hoping to discern what         the future looks like if the mainstream scientific community pursues one         policy as compared with a future in which the mainstream scientific community         pursues a different policy. In the former case, the policy is a continuation         of a current policy. In the latter case, the policy is an alternate policy         that might produce a significantly different future. We are attempting         to learn if the publication of information about two future timelines based on differences in current policies can change the future that our current now evolves into.

The various 2008 targets establish a baseline set of criteria by which         the accuracy of the remote-viewing results in general may be evaluated.         Thus, if the 1 June 2008 targets are perceived accurately by the remote         viewers participating in the study, then it is reasonable to assume that         the results for the future dates for those same targets will be comparably         accurate. Since each geographically determined target is evaluated three         times (once in 2008, and twice in 2013 — once for each future timeline),         there are three times as many total targets as there are geographically         determined targets in this study.

The remote-viewing sessions were conducted prior to the targets         being assigned to those sessions by a truly random process         (explained in "Experiment Details" below as well as in the video presentation that appears at the top of this page) that took place on Wednesday, 4 June 2008. It was not possible for a remote viewer (or anyone else) to know the         identity of a target at the time the target was being remote viewed since the remote-viewing sessions were conducted before 4 June 2008.         Thus, the targets are assigned in the future with respect to when the sessions were done, and the remote-viewing data         describe the future target assignments.

Part I

During the conference I spoke about underground bases in the USA and dedicated the last fifteen minutes of my speech to a very short summary of my work during last five years that had gone in a new direction and is the leading topic of my future lectures. In the year 2000, I was working in Rome as an editor in the "Stargate" magazine and I wrote many articles about the Fatima Apparitions that took place in Portugal in 1917 and their famous Third Secret, as well as, other Vatican State-related mysteries. After the initial publication of these articles, I started to receive many e-mails from a person who identified himself as a Vatican insider. The mysterious man attempted to contact me anonymously and intermittently because he was interested in me and my research into Fatima.

From those e-mails, a story emerged regarding an enigmatic Vatican Intelligence Agency named "S.I.V.", a code from "Servizio Informazioni del Vaticano". In those letters, there was interesting information and in one of these he advised me that I would receive a video tape about observations of a presumed "10th Planet" coming closer to our Solar System. The video was taken by a space craft, part of a deep space program, started in the early 1990s, called "Siloe."

Through these details, I understood that the writer knew much more information than he was relating to me. For about one year, there were informal contacts via email and postal letters during which he revealed to me that he was a Jesuit member of "S.I.V." and worked in Rome for a certain department of the Holy See, which I verified without his knowledge. Subsequently, I was able (with great difficulty) to arrange the first personal meeting in a public location in the capital (Rome) during which he continued to reveal more information to me.

I greatly desired the first personal meeting, which occurred in 2001, as a condition "sine qua non" because until then I was obviously skeptical (dubious) and untrusting of him even though the information and the video tape were interesting. It was during that meeting that all my doubts completely disappeared when he showed me his credentials, some of which corresponded with what I had previously checked out by myself. In addition, he revealed to me that he was authorized to supervise the so-called "Secretum Omega" ("The Omega Secret"), the highest secrecy category in the Roman Catholic Church, equivalent to (the military's) "Cosmic Top Secret" in NATO.

As prearranged, the dialogue between us was structured in a question and answer form with a stated agreement that I would pose precise questions. Although the format of the meeting was respected (despite my desire to ask various different questions) in the short time available, some of his answers reversed the original setup regarding some subjects. However, the following conversation still represents the main part of the dialogue but not all of it because I decided not to reveal some of the details for the moment.

The Interview with "The Jesuit"

Barbato [B] : How did you become a member of S.I.V. (Servizio Informazioni del Vaticano)?

Gesuita [G] : The S.IV. is composed of different elements, all of which are connected to the Church and mainly composed, at least the Directorate, of priests, the majority of whom are taken from the Jesuit Order, Benedictine Monks and Nuns; in total, a few more than 100 members.

There could be fewer members but if one considers all parts of the world where there is a priest or a nun, each is also a potential source of precise information. Some elements of S.I.V. were and are taken from lay areas and institutions, internally connected to the Church, for example, humanitarian associations, political groups close to the Holy See, "young Catholics" movements and others. My background was similar to these.

Briefly, the members were secretly overseen, directed and formed according to determined criteria in certain fields. Nowadays, all of us realize subsequently that we had a personal "guardian angel" or mentor.

[B] : Could you give us more details about S.I.V.? Why was it created and how long has it been active…?

[G] : The structure is "Top Secret" but for the moment I can tell you that it is organized in a manner analogous to other intelligence organizations like CIA, MI-6, the KGB, etc. It doesn't have an official seat but new a location for reunion is chosen from time to time, always under the oversight of Vatican City. From a chronological point of view, the spark, which ignited the start of said organization, was caused by an event during the first half-decade of the 1950s in the United States, precisely in February of 1954.

This event was the meeting that occurred in California at Muroc Airfield (which later became Edwards Air Force Base) of an alien delegation with the President, Dwight D. Eisenhower, attended by the Bishop of Los Angeles, James Francis McIntyre.

The meeting was filmed by the military with 3 16mm cameras, placed at different points, loaded with color film and spring drive motors; that is because each camera operator had to change the film every 3 minutes and because in the presence of the aliens, electric motor did not work. In total they shot 20 minutes of film in 7 rolls, each of them 30 meters in length.

At the end of the meeting, each member of the Earth delegation swore never to reveal to anyone what he had seen and what he had heard about the aliens. Don't ask me where the film is because I think that you must know the answer. Anyway, some days later, McIntyre, probably disappointed to have sworn himself to secrecy, departed in a hurry with the goal of meeting with Pope Pius XII to inform him of the incredible event.

But in order to reach Italy, Bishop McIntyre had to fly first to New York and then proceed to Rome, always in private aircraft. About half an after take-off from Los Angeles, the airplane suddenly experience technical difficulties and was forced to make an emergency landing at Skyhaven Airport, Las Vegas, NV during the night. During the time that the airplane was being repaired, a certain person boarded the airplane to confer with the Bishop. The man presented military credentials of the US Armed Forces, a colonel in the USAF, and was received by McIntyre. The conversation lasted 20 minutes during which time this man dissuaded the Bishop from revealing all the details of the meeting in which he had assisted because all the alien matters had already been studied for many years exclusively by the USAF. The military emphasized that the President had just requested a spiritual opinion and above all an understanding in a situation so anomalous and that his oath of secrecy also included the Holy Father. Not the least of which concerns was the internal infiltration of the Vatican by Soviet spies. The Bishop replied that it was precisely his intention to inform the Pope of the incredible event.

We now believe that the engine problem was previously and intentionally created in order to bring about that meeting, probably organized by certain military officers without President Eisenhower's knowledge. Before departing the military told the Bishop that notifying Rome would create great problems for him and for his safety, which could cost him much. Furthermore, they couldn't know yet if some divine message had predicted the meeting with the aliens.

Two days later, Pope Pius XII received Bishop McIntyre. After having meditated deeply on the possible implications of an exclusive military relationship with the aliens, the Pope decided to create a secret information department with a structure similar to the fascist military intelligence departments, to be called S.I.V. that would gather all possible information regarding the activities of the alien entity and information acquired by the Americans. It was very important to keep open channels of communication with President Eisenhower.

The S.I.V. was basically constituted to acquire and to manage all secret information above all regarding alien activities and matters, coordinating with other intelligence organization in other countries. The main goal of the newly formed department was to manage all aspect of the moral, philosophical and religious points of view.

[B] What made the Pope believe that the American military would have shared such sensitive information with the Vatican? What about the military man who appeared at the airport in Las Vegas?

[G] Understand, that meeting convened in the middle of the night by the President of the United States, seeking aid and spiritual support in a situation, unique in the entire story of humanity, I believe was a sign of esteem and trust. In confirmation of this, I tell you that upon returning to the United States, McIntyre and Archbishop Edward Mooney of Detroit were later the principle coordinators of the operation passing the information to the Vatican. But these event took an unexpected turn because McIntyre and other S.I.V. members began to have direct contact, in essence without the knowledge of the military, with an alien race of the Nordic Type, apparently benevolent, coming from the Pleiades. These aliens advised to be careful with the other creatures encountered by the Americans in the California desert. These meetings with the members of S.I.V. happened many times in the United States and twice also inside the Vatican Gardens near the Pontifical Academy of Science, in the presence of Pope Pius XII.

[G} Without a doubt, but these beings , which you refer to, live in a different dimensional plane, different from in not being the angels in the true sense of the word, while on the other hand the Nordic Aliens that I spoke about previously have flesh and bone, even though they are very evolved to a technological and spiritual point , they still have bodies. These creatures announced to have discovered in the Catholic Church, more precisely in the message of Christ, the pure presence of God and they offered to cooperate, themselves, for the good of humanity.

That firm affirmation on the part of these beings convinced Pius XII to collaborate with them and to consider them as authentic converts to the Christian faith.

The Pontiff probably realized that the Universal Church should communicate its message even to beings coming from other worlds. Besides, these aliens through the years were determined to assist the Church of Rome in all its missions, particularly, in determining the character of social and political situations internationally.

Pope John XXIII

Thereafter, even Pope John XXIII benefited from the support of these beings who had espoused the Christian cause but he always preferred to keep it secret speaking solely of "angelic intervention." Pope John XXIII had inherited, in a manner of speaking, an agreement for collaboration between the Holy See and these beneficent aliens of the Nordic Race as stipulated by his predecessor. This situation (the secret agreement) endured throughout the Pontificate of Angelo Giussepe Roncalli, who many times expressed to the leaders of S.I.V. his fears regarding investing too much trust in these beings. That's why today we believe that one of the main reasons for convening The Second Vatican Ecumenical Council was the need to take a first concrete step toward the renewal of the Church, in view of the possibility of immanent contact.

[B] Can we include in this intervention or "celestial mediation," the presumed contact that happened in 1963 between American contactee, George Adamski, and the Pope?

[G} I was just getting there. Adamski really met the Pope. He went to St. Peter's just once to meet the Pope who at that time had already decided that the Church ought not entertain any further direct contact with these aliens, even if they were positive. Furthermore, John XIII found it unacceptable to reveal this relationship to the Christian populace. The assignment that the aliens commissioned to Adamski was to try to attain a final agreement with the Pope, who was dying. Adamski was a messenger for those aliens who met with the Pope through him. These beings ordered Adamski to deliver a gift to the Pope. The gift contained a liquid substance, which would have saved the Pope from gastric enteritis, which afflicted him at that time and, worse, in his last hours became acute peritonitis.

The Pope did not drink the substance and said before dying as he beheld the Crucifix::

Moreover, this gesture on the part of the aliens convinced the dying Pope, with little lucidity and energy remaining, that the "Space Brothers" might surely conduct positive and benevolent activities toward humanity but that they should operate autonomously and distinctly from the Church and, in general, from human activities, with prayer, actions according to the Law of God and, in particular, under the direction of the Holy Spirit.

Adamski's attempted mission ended direct contact between these beings and that Pope and his successors, trusting in the insight of John XXIII who established that it was not allowed to have direct contacts. [B] Let's talk about your tasks on the S.I.V scene.

[J] My tasks were purely technical, the most important of which were , for example, to take extremely secret information coming from a Vatican radio telescope located in Alaska and forward it to respective destinations.

[B] Just a second, but to which radio telescope are you referring? I did not know that the Vatican owned such a structure in that area.

[J] The Vatican owns and utilizes an extremely advanced radio telescope that is in the vanguard of systems and technology and is only used by Jesuits. It is located inside an industrial park used to store petroleum, apparently abandoned, situated in the state of Alaska. This complex is camouflage because officially the activities that go on inside are not those of the VATT in Arizona and are kept "Top Secret."

[B] When was that apparatus built and, above all, what end in sight did the Vatican have in owning so many other astronomical sites around the world?

[J] What I can say is that it was built in the 1990s with the object of studying all anomalous celestial bodies approaching Earth, similar to what the CIA did with one of its "secret eyes," the twin to Hubble, called "SkyHole 12" (a.k.a. Moreover, the S.I.V. was informed during the meetings (of the aliens) with Pope Pius XII of the approach of a celestial body to the solar system in which resides an advanced very warlike alien race. Very shortly, I knew that the material that I should have been receiving in Rome and then analyzing on a computer was very interesting and extremely secret. It was during the analysis of certain data and information from the Alaska radio telescope that we discovered that one remote deep space probe, part of a deep space exploration program called "SILOE", which was started in 1990 had taken a photograph of a huge planet getting closer to the Solar System. The information was received in Alaska during October 1995, which is when my problems started. I discovered that I was not chosen to decode that particular transmission and a dangerous situation evolved. At that time, my contact revealed to me that, inside the Vatican, there were two factions struggle over possession and control of this information, which was classified far beyond "Top Secret."

[B] Can you give me some other details on the space program called SILOE? Who proposed and launched it?

[J] The probe called "SILOE" takes its name from an identically named program of space exploration begun in the early 1990s. Furthermore, regarding this, I can add that this program was part of another one, much wider in scope, named "Kerigma." (Author's note: Regarding the latter ("Kerigma"), nothing was revealed to me.) For now, I can just tell you that this probe was created in Area 51, has an electromagnetic impulse motor, and it was put in orbit by a space plane, like type "Aurora." The probe did not have any calculations or pre-indications of the trajectory or the precise location of "Nibiru," because its purpose was to approach that planet, correcting its direction to avoid impact and to return to this Solar System to a position close enough to transmit the data and images to the secret radio telescope located in Alaska. The probe was launched as soon as the radio telescope was and the probe was capable of transmitting images in 1995.

[B] What I am hearing from you reminds me of some theories formulated by researcher, Zechariah Sitchin, regarding the future return of the mysterious 12th planet. Do you know this work?

[J] Yes, I know about the principle aspects. What I can say is that S.I.V. in collaboration with Lockheed Martin launched that probe, which made the images that I later analyzed. These images are of an enormous celestial body whose presence will "felt" within at most 3 years from 2001 in our Solar System.

[B] How did you get access to such information?

[J] Actually, I possess an authorization for the supervision of the so-called "Secretum Omega." This is the highest classification of secrecy in the Vatican, equivalent to "Cosmic Top Secret" in NATO. This is subdivided into 3 levels of information: from the least detailed, Secretum Omega Level III to the Secretum Omega Level I, which is the most complete. My actual goal was to indoctrinate new members of S.I.V., teaching them the use of the communication systems of this organization.

[B] How is the information collected by the radio telescope in Alaska relayed to Italy?

[J] There are some radios and antennas linked to two geostationary satellites over Italy, property of an American telecommunications company, Sprint International, which owns parabolic antennae located in Italy, in the north and in the extreme south. This company has a special contract with the S.I.V. and a private channel broadcasting and receiving enciphered data using private algorithms and personalized cryptography, used since 1994. Before this, the S.I.V. utilized a cryptographic system invented by a Swiss society, which was subsequently abandoned because one of the members of this society sold secretly to some Israelis. I can't give you other technical information at the moment.

[J] Surely Father Balducci made his studies and his research in a totally autonomous manner without following any preexisting established program. During his research, he was never obstructed. On the contrary, in certain ways he was actually encouraged.

[J] Inside the Vatican there are two different groups struggling one against the other with counter positions; one of these promulgates disclosure of this information program and is defended body and soul by Wojtila (Pope John Paul II), the other tried to block any information from getting out by any means, to the point that some members of this faction take part in occult power groups. For example, they control the world oil market, actually working in many international economies with the sole purpose of blocking any disclosure of any alternative free energy sources. Groups like that behind the famous and controversial "The Guardian UFO Case" of which you know, dramatically authenticated this information in great measure with the exception of photographs of presumed alien entities.

Anyway, these documents and information describe a real situation. Reality often surpasses the craziest fantasy. Unfortunately, this is the case. And of all these occult organizations, the apex is the SVS.

I, Cheryl Nelson, a citizen of the United States of America, repudiate the unconstitutional laws and illegal debts forced upon the American people by the Obama Administration, an administration which does not, and never did, represent the will of the People, as will be shown below. 

I hereby further give notice that I am not, nor is any other American, "collateral" in any way, shape or form for the debts of the United States under the Obama Administration, or any prior administrations.  Each American is a sovereign being and is not in any way, shape or form owned by any other being(s) or government(s). 

I further state that I, along with the American people, were unaware our national parks were being sold and, thus, have never agreed to their sale or gift to foreign interests.  Americans are also generally unaware that American lands and businesses are being sold to foreign interests with the approval of the U.S. government, which is against the laws as we understand them.  Whether illegal laws have superseded them is unknown at this time, but the majority of the American people would not have approved of any changes because of the national security purposes of those laws. 

I, along with most other Americans, do not support profligate spending and erosion of our Constitution and rights. 

To United States Creditors:  DO NOT LEND THIS ADMINISTRATION ANY MORE MONEY.  WE RENOUNCE THE DEBT INCURRED THEREBY.  The United States Government is in a state of a coup d'etat and high treason against the People of the United States.  As such, debts incurred by this illegimate government are the same as purchases made on a stolen credit card. 

There are many more grievances against the Obama Administration, such as the scandals involving Benghazi, the IRS, Fast & Furious, the birth certificate issue as well as the use of someone else's social security card and a fake draft card, which was proven by Sheriff Joe Arpaio's cold posse and presented prima facie evidence of usurpation in the office of POTUS.  Further grievances involve the use of terrorist language against political enemies as was heard repeatedly by democrats against republicans, unconstitutional elements in the Patriot Act, the NDAA, the NSA spying scandal, the use of drones in American airspace, the questionable purpose and effects of Obamacare, false flags such as the Boston Marathon and 9-1-1, attacks on the second amendment right to bear arms, funding terrorist organizations such as the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Qaida in Syria, etc., controlling and intimidating mass media to influence our thoughts and beliefs in contravention of the First Amendment, tampering with the justice system and obstructing justice, among many other offenses.  Conduct unbecoming all, most of which constitute grounds for impeachment for treason and high treason against the Constitution and citizens of the United States.

As a citizen, and along with all other citizens of like mind, I declare the War on Terrorism to be a pretext, a vehicle which has been deliberately morphed into a war of terrorism against the American people and the U.S. Constitution for the ulterior motive of destroying this country. 

Thus, I petition the United States Provost Marshall General's Office to protect the U.S. Constitution and American citizens by arresting the usurper, Barack Hussein Obama a/k/a Barry Soetero, on the grounds of evidence presented by Sheriff Arpaio's cold case posse that he was never qualified to be POTOS, and on the grounds of the indictment issued by the Grand Jury Investigation conducted in Ocala, Florida.  See http://www.citizensgrandjury.com/121030-article.php. This is substantial proof that Obama is an illegal alien who is occupying the office of the President of the United States, and his actions more that speak to his hostile interest against the American people and the U.S. Constitution.  Another one to arrest is Eric Holder, indicted by the Okala Grand Jury.  See http://news.yahoo.com/citizens-grand-jury-indicts-holder-perjury-obstruction-justice-140000810.html.  Others who should be removed are all members of Congress who have voted in contravention of the U.S. Constitution and the will of the American people.  Further, all judges who stonewalled the Obama eligibility cases should be removed from their posts immediately.   This is a start, just the head of the snake,  that has wrapped itself around this country and is squeezing the lifeblood of American freedoms to death.  The damage to this country is great and only immediate removal gives us a fighting chance to recover.

I declare a counter-coup is now in progress and call upon every able-bodied being to resist any unconstitutional laws to the best of your abilities and position to do so.  Let this be non-violent and bloodless, and conducted in accordance with the true Constitution.
