The Department of Defense document, entitled "INTERNMENT AND RESETTLEMENT OPERATIONS" or "FM 3-39.40" proves this beyond a shadow of a doubt on page 56, where the duties of a Psychological Operations Officer are outlined (direct quote):
* Identifies malcontents, trained agitators and political leaders within the facility, who may try to organize resistance or create disturbances.
* Develops and executes indoctrination programs to reduce or remove antagonistic attitudes.
* Identifies political activists.

The Egypt Daily News Obama Had a Secret deal with Morsi that could give Oboma the death penality or life in prison

Per TV14, Obama conducted secret negotiations with Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood outside of normal diplomatic channels. According to sources cited by TV14, Obama secretly transferred eight billion dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood—not the Egyptian government—as payment to guarantee that a large portion of the Sinai Peninsula be turned over to the terrorist organization Hamas, an avowed enemy of both the United States and Israel. The secret agreement was signed by deposed Egyptian president Mohammed Morsi and his second in command, Khairat el Shater. Who on the U.S. side signed the agreement and where Barack Obama got the eight billion dollars is not clear. When Mohammed Morsi was deposed and arrested by the Egyptian military, evidence of the secret agreement was discovered and seized. Further, per the news segment, which has been uploaded to YouTube and has since gone viral, secret negotiations between Obama and the Egyptian military—specifically Colonel Abdul al-Sisi, head of the Armed Forces—were ongoing to ensure the agreement remained hidden. Per the secret negotiations, in exchange for Obama recognizing the Egyptian military as legitimate, Colonel al-Sisi promised to keep Obama's illegal agreement with the Muslim Brotherhood secret. However, a source within the Egyptian military leaked Obama's nefarious activities to TV14 and the world. If Obama's secret agreement with the Muslim Brotherhood is proven correct, it may spell the end for the Obama administration once and for all. Obama may have illegally siphoned off funds from the US Treasury and committed treason by attempting to turn land over to Hamas, a group that is not only an enemy to the United States, but has vowed to destroy every Jew on the face of the earth. If Obama's nefarious plan would have been realized, Hamas' control of the Sinai Peninsula would have put Israel in an indefensible position and would have led to a second holocaust. If proven to be true, this would go far beyond the Constitution's requirement of High Crimes and Misdemeanors as a basis for impeachment. It would mean treason, possible life in prison, or even the death penalty for Barack Hussein Obama.

Violent Foreign Criminals Released by ICE as Obama Dreamers

Our liberal rulers tell us that our immigration system is broken. They ought to know; they are the ones who have been methodically breaking it:

National ICE Council president Chris Crane explained [how] President Obama’s actions on immigration and blind eye to illegal immigration has made it nearly impossible for ICE agents to enforce the law.

“We can’t have Presidents of the United States picking and choosing which laws will and will not be enforced.” Crane said.

Crane went on to explain how President Obama’s de facto repeal of immigration enforcement has led to serious and dangerous criminals being set free. “What the Obama Administration has ICE agents now doing is we now go into jails and prisons looking for illegal aliens inside of those facilities who have committed and been convicted of crimes. So we apply the Dream Act not to kids, in schools, but to adult inmates and have to ask them basically ‘Do you qualify for President Obama’s Dream Act?’ When they tell us ‘Yes we qualify’ we can’t even require them to give us any kind of proof, a transcript, or anything like that. We can’t detain them for investigation to substantiate the claims, we simply have to release them to the street. They walk out the back door of the jail as ‘Dreamers.’ There is nothing we can do about that.

Crane then related a story of a man who was detained for assaulting a family member, injured two ICE officers during his arrest and, despite the serious nature of his crime, was released because ICE managers informed the arresting officers that ‘He’s an Obama Dreamer, release him.’ Crane went on to explain “No investigation, no criminal charges, no consideration of the public safety threat. He’s an Obama Dreamer, let him go, and that’s a scary situation.”

The Dream Act was imposed by executive decree.

We don’t need new immigration laws. We need for the ones we already have to be enforced. This will not happen until our current government has been replaced by responsible leaders who mean the country well.

A federal appeals court ruled Friday that New York Times journalist James Risen must testify in the trial of a former Central Intelligence Agency officer accused of leaking classified national defense information to the media.

A lower court ruled previously that Risen could protect the source responsible for sharing intelligence about a CIA operation discussed in his writing, but the US Court of Appeals from the Fourth Circuit reversed that decision Friday morning with a 2-1 vote.

“The reporter must appear and give testimony just as every other citizen must. We are not at liberty to conclude otherwise,” Chief Judge William Traxler Jr. wrote for the majority opinion.

The appeal panel’s decision came just days after United States Attorney General Eric Holder presented President Barack Obama with a proposal that would re-shape current law as it applies to journalists in order to more greatly ensure that reporters aren’t targeted during investigations unless other routes that exhausted first. That maneuver came on the heels of two highly public recent Justice Department scandals in which the White House was revealed to have subpoenaed the phones records for several Associated Press offices and also the email history of Fox News reporter James Rosen.

“Journalists should not be at legal risk for doing their jobs. Our focus must be on those who break the law,” Obama said during a May 23 address after those scandals first surfaced.

With Friday’s ruling, the appeals court weighed whether or not an established precedent would prevent Risen from being asked to disclose the source of his information, but Traxler said, “so long as the subpoena is issued in good faith and is based on a legitimate need of law enforcement, the government need not make any special showing to obtain evidence of criminal conduct from a reporter in a criminal proceeding.”

Next Risen will be expected to testify in the Espionage Act-case against Jeffrey Sterling, a former CIA official accused of disclosing details about a Clinton administration plan to put faulty nuclear weapon blueprints to Iran in an effort to slow down their race to acquiring a nuke. He previously said he’d refuse to speak of his source, however, which would now open up the possibility of being held in contempt of court.

Sterling is one of seven persons accused by President Barack Obama of spying under the Espionage Act, a World War One-era legislation that has previously been used only three times before this administration began targeting leakers.

Judge Roger Gregory, the only justice to vote in the minority, said compelling Risen to testify was a “sad” decision that posed a serious threat to investigative journalism, the Times reported.

“Under the majority’s articulation of the reporter’s privilege, or lack thereof, absent a showing of bad faith by the government, a reporter can always be compelled against her will to reveal her confidential sources in a criminal trial,” Gregory wrote. “The majority exalts the interests of the government while unduly trampling those of the press, and in doing so, severely impinges on the press and the free flow of information in our society.”

Judge Traxler disagreed, however, and along with Judge Roger Gregory wrote that even the US Constitution can’t keep Risen from being asked to take the witness stand.

A magnificent coming-together of the human family has commenced. It can happen instantly when the Love field enveloping and uniting you all is fully acknowledged. Despite all the attention being paid to the illusion and its problems, there is growing awareness that a sea change in perception is essential if you are to leave behind the old ways of judgment, retribution, and conflict so that you can live in harmony with one another, regardless of race, color, or religious or political persuasion, and that awareness is what is driving you forwards so effectively on your path to awakening.

The Oneness of God is wondrously stimulating and utterly amazing. It can only be experienced. Attempting to describe It in words or images, in fact, in any manner at all, as so many of your mystics and enlightened ones have told you, is beyond impossible. However, those who have experienced It have managed to convey to those who are willing to listen that It is an experience that surpasses all joy, exhilaration, and understanding, It just IS! And all are enveloped within It, even if they choose to remain unaware – to be unaware is a choice that humanity made. Now you are in the process of changing your minds and allowing yourselves to open up to the infinite wonder of God's eternal Love for you. Nothing you can think, say, or do could remotely compensate for what you lost when you chose to become unaware, which is why you can never find true satisfaction within your illusory environment. You have to wake up. And you will!

Consciousness, God, is a massive, a vast, an infinite field of loving and accepting Awareness, in which all that is, every part of consciousness from the infinitesimal smallest to the infinitely largest, exists eternally in perfect bliss-filled harmony. Within that field are a few small pockets, bubbles, or enclosures, in which an aspect of consciousness has chosen, very temporarily, to play a game of being unaware of its oneness and to pretend to be separate, individual. Humans on Earth are presently experiencing life in one such illusory enclave, but the unawareness that they chose to experience is wearing off as they move towards their moment of awakening. To be unaware – as humanity most definitely has been – is a most unnatural state of being which can only last for a moment, rather like the soap bubbles that children blow and which burst almost as soon as they have formed, releasing the air trapped within them back into the surrounding atmosphere.

The “bubble” of unawareness in which you presently seem to be enclosed and cut off from Reality has no option but to burst when the moist film enclosing it dries and shrinks in the surrounding air. Then the unawareness enclosed within it will just dissipate as it is subsumed fully and lovingly into the field of divine Awareness from which it had tried to hide. Unawareness does not exist, cannot exist. It would be like a state of intense darkness, a dark hole, where there is no shade or shadow to cause it, in a place fully lit by the midday sun.

Unawareness is an imaginary state of unknowing which humanity built so that it could justify the many unconscionable and unloving activities in which it has been engaged over the eons. If you had allowed yourselves to remain fully aware you could never have become embroiled in judgment of one another, leading to intense disagreement, fear, hatred, conflict, and endless war. As your unawareness fades and then disintegrates you begin to recognize the insanity of so many of your activities and planned future activities, and so you take steps to put an end to them. Now many of you are making the determined intention to cease using violence against another, whatever the circumstances, and the results of those individual loving intents is a growing field of energy that is effectively swamping, drowning, and then transforming any energies that are not in alignment with it.

Distrust is an energy of fear to which many of you have clung in desperation as you observed or took part in the conflicts that seemed to be almost constantly ongoing all around you. Now the divine field of Love that envelops the Earth is dissolving all fear and hatred, as the energy that supported them becomes transformed by humanity's collective choice to awaken from the nightmare inferno of distrust and conflict which has so disastrously confined each of you in the fires of your own bitterness and confusion for far too long.

Trust occurs when people stop mistrusting and cease erecting the defenses that mistrust demands. That is now happening all across the world in an unprecedented expansion of awareness that that is the only way out of the wars and conflicts that have plagued you since before the dawn of recorded history. You have realized that there has to be a better way, and that there is a better way, and you are now engaging with it in increasing numbers. And that way is by respecting and honoring one another no matter how diverse may be the cultures, ethnicities, religions, and political persuasions which have been used for so long as a means to divide you and set you against each other. Those days are over.

A magnificent coming-together of the human family has commenced. It is like a massive family reunion, a get-together to celebrate a wedding or a birth. And just as in such a celebration, the newly-weds honor each other in their vows, or the parents honor and welcome their new child, all present now make a new and loving start, saluting all the family members, and agreeing to release and forgive old scores that had festered instead of being settled. After the celebration a great lightening of the collective energy field can most definitely be felt by all present.

Open yourselves now to feel that energetic shift, that transformation that is encouraging you to embrace others instead of distrusting and avoiding them. All are one – you know that. You can no longer deny it by pretending to be separated by race, religion, class distinction, gender, or supposed value to society. Open up by honoring self and others, and by graciously accepting the recognition offered to you, and feel the divine energy field embracing you as you do so.

Japanese artist Isao Hashimoto has created a beautiful, undeniably scary time-lapse map of the 2053 nuclear explosions which have taken place between 1945 and 1998, beginning with the Manhattan Project's "Trinity" test near Los Alamos and concluding with Pakistan's nuclear tests in May of 1998. This leaves out North Korea's two alleged nuclear tests in this past decade (the legitimacy of both of which is not 100% clear).

Each nation gets a blip and a flashing dot on the map whenever they detonate a nuclear weapon, with a running tally kept on the top and bottom bars of the screen. Hashimoto, who began the project in 2003, says that he created it with the goal of showing"the fear and folly of nuclear weapons." It starts really slow — if you want to see real action, skip ahead to 1962 or so — but the buildup becomes overwhelming.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. Pssssst. Hey, Scout. Tag! You're a zombie!

Participants at the Boy Scouts of America's National Jamboree are turning each other into virtual creepy crawlies by the thousands this week.

It's part of an educational game Virginia Tech researchers designed to show how disease spreads.

The Virus Tracker combines technology with the age-old game of tag. At the 10-day Jamboree, Scouts can earn points by "infecting" other players through a "virus" on bar-coded labels that are attached to their Scout IDs. Codes can be activated at scanning stations or by smartphones that have downloaded the Virus Tracker app. Individuals and troops that amass the most points each day win.

The goal is to stay human.

Colin Slavin, 15, whose Scout troop is based in Germantown Hills, Ill., called the chance to turn other Scouts into zombies "really cool."

Players can sign up when they visit the Virginia Bioinformatics Institute's tent at The Cloud, a technology area at the Jamboree where Scouts also learn about robotics, engineering, computer science and mobile communications.

VATICAN CITY — Few eyebrows were raised last week when Pope Francis brought the Vatican’s legal system up to date by criminalizing leaks of official information and formalizing laws against sex crimes. But now that the laws have been made public, a closer look revealed that the pope has made it illegal to report sex crimes against children.

According to the new laws, revealing or receiving confidential Vatican information is now punishable by up to two years in prison, while newly defined sex crimes against children carry a sentence of up to twelve years. Because all sex crimes are kept confidential, there is no longer a legal way for Vatican officials to report sex crimes.

“We didn’t mean for this to happen, obviously,” lamented Vatican foreign minister Monsignor Dominique Mamberti. “It’s quite the papal pickle that His Holiness has placed upon our heads. Sex crimes are more illegal than ever, but technically it’s illegal to report them.” Mamberti said that the simultaneous passing of each law is merely a coincidence and insisted that the Church is not trying to protect itself against further embarrassment, but critics outside the Vatican are skeptical.

“They know exactly what they’re doing,” claims Fabrizio Perona of Italy’s La Repubblica newspaper. “They just thought nobody would notice. The Church wants to impress the world by getting tough on sex crimes, but they criminalized leaks, which is the only way anybody would ever discover their crimes. It’s genius, if you stop and think about it.”

Mamberti says plans are already being made to eliminate the loophole, but change often comes slowly to antiquated Vatican law, which is based on the 1889 Italian code. “We’re not going to let a dangerous law like this stand, but people need to understand that this is the Vatican, and there is a process here. Voting, incense, prayer. We ask the minors at risk to please be patient with us.”

Fortunately, only clergy and lay people who live and work in Vatican City are subject to the new legislation, which differs from the canon law governing the universal Catholic Church.

As the Holy See moves to clarify the law, Mamberti has warned would-be offenders within Vatican walls that they “are still subject to the most watchful eye of all: the eye of God. His judgment is greater than—oh, who am I kidding? For now, there is nothing we can do.”
