volcano Mount Bulusan erupted on Monday morning at 9:15 a.m. local time, per the ABS-CBN News Channel.

Ash and steam from the explosion reached as high as 2 kilometers, according to the report.

The Philippine Daily Inquirer posted this photo of the Mount Bulusan eruption to Posterous.

Journalist Harold Geronimo of Manila, Philippines, was the first to report the eruption on Twitter, sending this tweet from his Blackberry minutes after the eruption.

Mount Bulusan had increased volcanic activity in November 2010, spewing ash and steam over several days (the photo above is from Nov. 2010). Families were evacuated at the time.

UPDATE: The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology confirmed the ash explosion and says it was caused by steam buildup. The institute advises all aircraft to avoid the vicinity and warns that the ash emission could trigger respiratory illnesses for those near the volcano. People are advised not to enter the 4-kilometer danger zone around Mount Bulusan

Looks like they're feeding us LOTS of disinfo about the next Solar Max.. NOT 2012, NOT 2013...
DON'T Listen to NASA !!!!!

A Meeting in Washington DC  YESTERDAY Reiterated the 'Seriousness' of a "Solar Katrina" once again-
SPACE WEATHER IN A GADGET-DRIVEN WORLD: Authorities in Washington DC caused a stir over the weekend when they announced at the annual AAAS meeting that high-tech modern society is increasingly vulnerable to solar storms. "The last time we had a maximum in the solar cycle, the world was a very different place," noted NOAA administrator Jane Lubchenco. "Cell phones are now ubiquitous [and we] rely on them for so many different things." Others noted a myriad of GPS-dependent technologies that could be brought down by a strong solar flare. This is old news to many readers of spaceweather.com. Nevertheless, the web is abuzz with reports from the meeting. ( spaceweather.com )

SOLAR MAX is apparently next month OR, WE ARE IN THE TIME FRAME RIGHT NOW !!!! All the links  below to CONFIRM this & most aren't "NASA" or Government-related sites.. Planet-X is ALTERING Jupiter's Orbital Period  and 'Lucus' has stated that our Planets' Orbits are being changed as the DEATH STAR closes in..  IF the Elites are truly headed underground to partially evade Solar Scorching, as depicted in the movie 'Knowing', then WHY would Official Mainstream Sources tell us the Truth, when they intend for the Surface dwellers to Die anyway, right ???

A BIG QUAKE or series of them is rampant all over the net to occur near the New Madrid next month as well.. Well, a BIG Solar Storm can CAUSE Earthquakes..

PLUS, I'm encountering MANY Dot-connectors that a PRECURSOR Debris field of Rocks is currently coming in ahead of the DeathStar at THIS TIME... $100 Million upgrade to Kitt Peak observatory here in Arizona, a German teenager was injured by a Meteorite, the size of a PEA, coming in at 30,000 MPH, MicroMeteoroid Debris Shields going up on Thursday's Shuttle Flight Plus the one on April 19th,  Many Near-Earth Asteroid misses about a week or so ago, Humanoid Robots ( R2) now going up on this Week's Shuttle Flight, etc... Many years ago, Remote Viewer ED Dames stated that a Shuttle flight would eventually encounter a Meteor Shower, forcing the flight to be aborted or come down.. Well, the Shuttle Atlantis is destined to be an "emergency" vehicle in case it has to ascend up into orbit to "Rescue" Shuttle Endeavour when it's up in orbit in late April.. Is this the "Harbinger Event" that Ed Dames is alluding to before the 'Cosmic Event' happens ????

Spectacular electrical storms have swept across large parts of southern Queensland, causing flash flooding and leaving almost 30,000 properties without power.

The Bureau of Meteorology had been warning of a severe storm all day, so flood-weary residents were not caught off guard when dark clouds descended mid-afternoon.

The bureau's latest advice is available online.

It says centres affected include Brisbane, Logan, the Gold Coast, Somerset, Redlands, Toowoomba, Dalby and parts of the Gympie, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, Scenic Rim and South Burnett council areas.

The Brisbane CBD resembled night time at 3.30pm, when lightning and thunder sent workers scuttling indoors.

Thousands of lightning strikes have been detected and the weather bureau recorded heavy rain at Wacol, south-west of Brisbane, where 98mm fell in an hour and 70mm in 30 minutes.

In the city's north, 70mm of rain was recorded in an hour at Mitchelton.

The weather bureau says the immediate threat of severe storms has passed, but the situation will be monitored and further warnings will be issued if necessary.

It says the first line of storms rolled in this afternoon with ominous clouds, hail and spectacular lightning shows.

A second line of storms followed, hitting Brisbane's CBD from about 6.20pm.

They caused commuter chaos, with train services disrupted, particularly on the Ipswich line, and one of Brisbane's major highways, the Gateway Motorway, congested after several small crashes.

State Emergency Service (SES) crews were called over 100 homes to help with leaky roofs and fallen trees.

Most were in Brisbane, where 94 calls were received, and 28 were from Ipswich, west of the city.

An SES spokeswoman said the deluge had authorities concerned about flash flooding and motorists were warned against driving on flooded roads.

The bureau's radar showed the storms moving from the west toward the Gold Coast.

They were forecast to effect Beaudesert, Laidley, Gatton, Rosewood, Ipswich, Lake Manchester, Lowood and Fernvale.

Energex reported more than 30,000 properties without power at 7.45pm, about half of them in Redcliffe and Caboolture, north of Brisbane.

Its system recorded 27,000 lightning strikes between 12.00pm and 7.00pm, as well as winds gusting to around 80 kilometres per hour.

The storm came after three days of above-average heat in the south-east.

Is Germany's super-volcano awakening? We think so...

It appears that the closer we get to 2012, events are really starting to pick up ... now, over in Germany :(

Is Germany's super-volcano awakening? We think so...  http://www.sott.net/articles/show/224400-Is-Germany-s-super-volcano-awakening-We-think-so

Koblenz - The scene of Germany's famous Laacher See lake looks picturesque and serene but underneath the calm surface of the waters lies a potential killer that could devastate a good portion of Europe. The last time the Laacher See super-volcano erupted 12,000 years ago, it deposited ash across much of Europe. On July 30, 2010, a 5.6 earthquake struck the region and that likely signaled an awakening of the giant sleeping caldera. That Laacher See is a potentially active volcano has been proven by seismic activities and heavy thermal anomalies under the lake. Carbon dioxide gas from magma still bubbles up at the southeastern shore, and scientists believe that a new eruption could happen at any time. Today the region near Koblenz was shaken by a swarm of 7 earthquakes beginning with a 4.5 magnitude quake which erupted at a depth of 6 km. Across the planet, the giant dormant volcanoes, one by one, are being stirred from their long and ancient slumber. Earth is on the precipice of major geological change. See pages 134-135 in my book for the full Laacher See super-volcano story.

Needing advice

I am planning on moving within the next few months and I need some advice, I am currently considering Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  If there is anything that you may know about the safety of that location it would greatly be appreciated.  Also recommended locations would be considered seeing as how my original location was sold to a different buyer.....  I currently have no preconceptions of what I am looking for other than I am looking, it must have at least 2 bedrooms(prefer 3) and a yard(the bigger the better).  To rent or to own....

In a recent email, the current Hercolubus (PX) location was calculated from the Avebury Manor Crop Circle of UK.

Here are John's thoughts on the matter...
This information is incorrect.  I estimate, from several diverse fields of study, that Planet X is just below or in the Ecliptic plane right now, between Jupiter and the Asteroid Belt. The fields of study that seem to converge on this conclusion are: Sitchin's TWELFTH PLANET references (around p. 240) to R. Campbell Thompson's "The Reports of the Magicians and Astronomers of Nineveh and Babylon" (this title is from memory); another field of study is my seven-year study of the jetstream patterns.
In 2009, the jetstream patterns changed abruptly from five years of bizarre, but a consistently bizarre, pattern to a much different and much more worrisome pattern. The third field of study is from observations of comet crashes into the southern hemisphere of Jupiter on July 20, 2009, and a couple times later in 2010, I believe. So, here you have three different fields of study all suggesting that the current position of X is between Jupiter and the Asteroid Belt. A fourth field of study is the existence of the Asteroid Belt itself, which suggests that a planet once resided in the orbital path now occupied by the Asteroid Belt, and that planet was smashed by comets among X's accompanying swarm of celestial bodies which are always gravitationally dragged along with the Big Guy.  Also, Hercolubus is seriously mistaken when he says that it travels at 6.25 AU per year. Actually, by Newton's Universal Law of Gravitation, the gravitational force of attraction between two masses increases as the inverse of the distance between them, squared. This irrefutably means that X is constantly accelerating, and at a mind-boggling pace, at that. So, it's distance per year cannot remain constant.

My best friend LittleBear died on 1-11-11

My best friend LittleBear was put to sleep at the advice of his vet.  He fell down and could not get up.  I gave him seven days to heal in which time he was well catered to.  The vet said that he was to old to survive an operation and that he will never walk again.  I wish that I had gotten a second openion.

I only bring his passing up here because of the fact that I was storing many of the foods that he liked to eat.  He was able to eat dog and people food.  So I had a lot of things for him that he liked, like chicken in a can, spam, Vennia sausages, etc.  So that much of my stored food suplies were gotten with him in mind.  Now that he is gone I will have to rethink what I buy.  I am sure that there are a lot of people here that also store things for their dogs and cats.  I will miss LittleBear, he was loved by the entire neighborhood.  This is his last picture.  LittleBear liked Elvis and when I played Elvis and Amazing Grace he would come running to hear it.  He would lay down next to me and seem to relax and listen to the song.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UvYIjFtPQEk10957963101?profile=original
